I needed more beverages and wouldn’t you believe it, BevMo came through. But folks, the staff has always been kind and the selections are unmatched. Bonus points for being the polar opposite of Trader Joe’s in that whenever you buy a beer they don’t exclaim “you having a party??”

Terrible job packing my order. One item (wrapping paper) was missing completely. The other item (a birthday gift bag) was crumpled and missing the pictured tissue paper. BevMo/Gopuff refuses to refund for the birthday gift bag. Whoever packed this needs to pay attention.

Having a BevMo! store close by is great for getting what you need fast. I was a little disappointed on my store this time as their tequila selection was very small. I left the store with two brands I hadn't tried before. Although this was offset by the great discount I got for being a member. I guess it's true that membership has its privileges 😁

The place is spacious, amazing variety of beer, wine, and spirits. The parking is very limited but, there's also a parking lot in the low level of the construction. I was trying to find the Jose Cuervo Paloma mix, but, I guess they do not have this kind of beverage. Always the store is very neat, small but, you can find almost anything. Variety of whiskeys, tequilas, mezcals, rums, beers and wines. Also, they have variations of snacks, and energy drinks. I completely recommended this place for your most desire drinks. If you drink don't drive, if you driving of course, don't drink alcohol beverage. 💮💮💮💮💮💮💮👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋

Always a great selection and I normally find everything im looking for to create a great drink. The staff is USUALLY friendly and helpful but not always. Sometimes it seems like your bothering them. A smile and a salutation goes a long way!

In a frantic search for Hendrick's Gin's latest limited release gin, Flora Adora, I ended up at BevMo!'s Pasadena location because all of my usual alcohol haunts were sold out of this product. The Hendrick's brand was my favorite gin while the BevMo! Brand was one of my go-to places when I needed to stock the home bar or grabbed a random beer I'd never tried before. Recently, Total Wine & More (specifically their Pasadena location) has taken over their place. I figured BevMo! had a location in Pasadena but honestly never bothered to check until now. At the very least, did I find the beverage and maybe more of what I was looking for during this first visit!? PURCHASE Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin Limited Release 750ml Bottle ($41.99): As a marketer, the labeling itself was reason enough to buy this product, but if you were a fan of this brand and their products, you wanted to add this to your collection (yes, I collected their bottles, too!). With a floral garden aroma, this Scottish gin flourished within your nasal passage and calmly buzzed along your tongue with hints of herbs and a dash of green pastures. The selection was very good, the prices highly competitive due to economies of scale, and I trusted their customer service was very good. I wasn't sure if they were able to do special orders for items they didn't carry. And, if you joined their free membership, you earned points with every dollar spent towards future discounts. I found total value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $84.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... Shady! I bought a six pack of Lagunitas Born Yesterday. I came home and opened up a bottle and it tasted super dull and old. I was so confused because this the whole point of this particular beer is to taste super fresh hops. I checked the date and it said 2023.....I know I should've checked the date but I mean I just thought that was such a dirty move..they CLEARLY did this on purpose to get rid of their old stock of beers to get folks who may not be as familiar with beers.....If you shop at this location, please do yourself a favor and check the date before you purchase anything!!!!

Love this BevMo! They have everything you need to have a great time with friends - alcohol, snacks and more alcohol! This location is pretty stocked, clean and very organized! They are like a supermarket, very well labeled in the aisles. I like how bright it feels inside. They have a huge variety of everything including beer, wines, liquor, snacks, frozen meals, groceries, glasses, all types of openers & alcohol! If they don't have it, you can request they order it. One great thing they have is delivery with Gopuff! You can order more alcohol to your party when you're running out. They also have a pickup option where you order everything online and they have it bagged and ready to be picked up, super convenient! Service is great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient in their 2 level lot. Definitely recommended!

This is the nearest location that came up my search. Crossed my finger that they'll have the wine that I was looking for. Upon entering, I was greeted with a welcoming vibe. The store is well lit and free of clutter. I asked the register clerk if they have Chocolate wine and she directed me to the aisle. She gave me a clear and concise direction. I found the Chocolate Shop wine, get 2 bottles and get 1 of the Stella Black as well. There was a little bit line to the register so they opened one more. Great!!! It was a fast and easy transaction. Limited parking in front but they have more underground.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some alcohol from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. Not too big nor too small. Just perfect. I have never seen the lot get full TBH. Staff: The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I was trying to find Seaborn Margaritas Variety Pack, and they helped me to locate the item in the store. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I had a very bad experience here with the manager. She skipped us in line. Then try to "apologize" for how I felt. Not what she did wrong. I tired to express my frustration and she called me hostile. Given how she treated me I would caution you from having to visit this store.

We typically order through postmates and Nidea and Always gets everything correct. Included cold beverages, which wegretly appreciated the whole team at bevmo Pasadena works together. And you listen to get orders out fast and efficiently. Still, I smiling the whole way through.

this is not to disparage that employees that work for bevmo. Bevmo actually has good products which i have bought before ' This review is a form of protest of go puff that owns bevmo throughout California i like every employee at Pasadena east. The go puff employees were really good for me i normally don't like to protest against companies but i feel this is time go puff and bevmo went too far as to how they treat their employees, especially their drivers i encourage people not to shop at go puff and bevmo because the company is going bankrupt and making a lot of false allegations against its drivers. I have been a loyal employee and driver for go puff and they basically terminated my account for allegedly not showing up to work when I was on vacation and had no shifts they accused me of not showing up last week i showed up to work 100 percent of the time if you care about the working conditions of the employees of bevmo Don't spend money on go puff Thanks for listening to my protest

One disabled parking spot and it's constantly being abused by people that are not disabled. Genuine disabled customers end up having to park on the street and walk over. Why isn't this being enforced by staff here? What does the store manager do here?

I haven't been to be open in a long time. On a Saturday afternoon in June, I went to look for big red and root beer bottles. As I walked inside, They now carry groceries, potato chips, frozen food, and snacks. They carry small bottles of big red and few bottles of root beer. So I bought 2 bottles of big red for hubby. No lines at the registers so I bought it right away.

Worst customer service ever. I came into the store to stock up my new house. When checking out we ran the card 3 times and each time it didn't go through. The cashier was a lady with blue hair and she was exceptionally nice and said sorry we had this problem yesterday. It says overflow error. Then she called Omar over that's when things went downhill. He looked at the machine and then loudly said to me YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED! I said that's impossible there's no limit. He repeated again for the people behind me to hear YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED. The people behind me left to go to another line. I told him that was impossible and he told me that I went over my credit limit and my card was declined. I immediately called American Express and they notified me that there was no charge from BevMo and that it must a system error on their end. I asked American Express to repeat that as I was going to put them on speaker. American Express repeated what she just told me for Omar to hear. Then Omar left and the lady cashier called David over. Then David asked me to run the same card again for the 4th time and it went through. I said to David that the card wasn't the issue and David said to me that No because on their end it shows overflow. I'm like overflow does not mean declined. Omar told me my card was declined when clearly it wasn't. David then said no that I didn't understand because their system says overflow. I said no you don't understand me. Then he kept saying that I didn't understand him and that it says overflow. I said to him all I wanted was a simple apology and I would have been fine and left and here you are telling me I'm in the wrong when my card clearly was not declined. Then he still had the audacity to tell me that I don't understand him that their system said overflow. At this point I was over it and asked for his name and asked for the person prior and he did not want to tell me his name. A new person with glasses helped me carry out and he apologized to me on their behalf when he was not even a part of the situation. Bevmo needs to do some serious retraining as I will NEVER go to this Bevmo or any other Bevmo again! I have never been so embarrassed in my life for someone to announce my card was declined when it wasn't. Even if my card was declined he could have rephrased it in so many other different ways. You might has well have gone on the PA system to announce it was declined, you were loud enough for the store to hear anyway. I should have just returned everything after the purchase and gone to another store.

A few parking spots near entrance but you can easily park downstairs. Came on Sunday around 2pm looking for several different items as I am preparing for an event. I needed cases of different items I had never been here before and as I asked for help with my list I was just pointed towards the direction where the items where. I asked another employee to help me out which he did but the younger guy that was there at the moment needs more training in customer service he was somewhat indifferent. We ended up only buying what we could find and left to Total Wines where we should have started since the beginning and found all that we needed.

Good stuff. We found parking right away on a rainy day. Found our stuff and then paid. Everything probably took around 10-15 minutes. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks. We will come back here again for Mymochi. Staff is helpful. They picked up the phone and answered our questions.

Needed to get a delivery made to my office and in general, I've not had any bad experiences with the Bevmo deliveries at my residence or in other places I've visited - that is, until today. So I ordered a few bottles of champagne using the 5-cent sale (meaning you basically get two bottles split at an above-market rate) and was waiting for the delivery. When the delivery guy arrived he only had half of my order - even the receipt he carried with him from the store showed that he was missing the other bottles and he had to go back to the store and fix the order. I didn't mind this because I actually had an order go bad once before but the delivery driver and store manager fixed my problem immediately (this was at the Long Beach store, not this one). I called the East Pasadena location and whomever I spoke with told me that they couldn't fix the order (all he had to do was give the driver the missing bottles and send him on his way - like I had experienced in the past) but then he tells me that he needs to cancel the order and I have to make another order and wait for delivery again (possibly another 90 mins - 2 hour wait). All I wanted was the missing bottles and apparently he said he had to do the exchange via "customer service" and cancel the original order. This made absolutely no sense to me. Obviously, someone made a mistake and all they had to do was compare the receipt to the actual merchandise which was on the way back to the location via the driver. With that simple comparison, everything would have been fine. Instead, all I heard were excuses as to why they couldn't fix the problem and this angered me more and more as the excuses and half-apologies began to stack up. We all make mistakes, but this was a clear example of a lack of oversight and incompetence. The driver even told me that when he arrived to pick up the bottles, they hadn't even started to pack the order which meant that no one was paying attention to the online orders (an order I made about 2.5 hours earlier in the day). I hope that the Bevmo management at this location train their employees to pay attention to online orders and fulfill them with diligence instead of waiting until the delivery guy arrives and then have to rush around without paying attention to what they're doing.

Stopped by to pick up some craft soda and ginger ale. This store is well stocked and things were very neat. Lots of options to choose from. It is very interesting that I have to scan my ID at the cashier even if I am purchasing an non-alcoholic drink. Will be back to pick up more ginger ale.

Customer service has taken a back seat for several years now and no service, anger and hostility has replaced it! This location needs a refresh in how to treat and maintain a client base. David, the manager () needs a vacation or a job where he isn't required to be around people. He chastised a customer for not getting inline to receive his online order several times to the point of criminal behavior! The customer clearly didn't understand English and was continuing to stand politely in the wrong area. I went ahead and showed him what David was yelling at him about and the guy was embarrassed and compliant. And I was ignored while standing in line (when I was the only one in store) for an uncomfortable amount of time while Santos worked putting boxes on a flat truck. Finally he asks if I need something...yes, I would like to pay. He then tells me to go to another lane where I have to push boxes and a cart out of the way to get to the register while, I'm guessing, he needed to stand there and take a break. Are associates not trained to offer boxes for products purchased, not trained to ask if you need help to your car, not trained to say hello and ask if you found everything for what you are looking? Honestly, at this point, I need an actual reason to spend another $400 at Bev Mo. it would seem that I won't get it as they do not value my business.

I had to make two different BevMo stops during the holidays and this was one of them. They have a very good selection and it's super big, aisles and aisles of all different kinds of drinks and mocktails too. They also carry some snacks and disposables . Perfect for gift giving of yourself, highly recommend.

Great store only if you buy and nice customer service as long as you will buy. I'm a frequent buyer and I am beginning a remodel so have to temporarily move our bar area. I estimate around 80 of my 100 bottles were purchased at this store. So, I went in to get some boxes for the move and guess what, "I can't give you any boxes because it is the weekend"... um okay. I can understand to a degree and then to another degree, not even 1 box? Fascinating customer service and experience for a loyal customer:) and , yes, I attempted to show them this picture so they knew I was truthful

I want to rave about the staff at the Hastings Ranch Bev Mo. I inadvertently left my purse with my phone, credit cards, cash, prescription sunglasses in my cart in the parking garage. I got all the way home before to my horror I realized what I had done. I live 5 miles away and could not call as my phone was in my purse. I drove all the way back which took over 10 minutes. I was certain that it would not be there, as the parking garage exits to an alley populated by a number of indigent people. The most wonderful employee found my purse while corraling carts and took it to the office. I am ever so grateful. I definitely had a guardian angel that day. Also, they have a great selection of wines and other types of beer and alcoholic beverages.

August 13, 2022, a fraudulent credit charge of $535.05, using my now-cancelled credit card, was made at Bevmo by someone I do not know who gave a fake phone number and a fake e mail. It took a few phone calls to my credit card company, and also to Bevmo, but the fraudulent charge was reversed, thanks to the expert help of Sheetal Menzies at Bevmo. Thank you, Bevmo, and I hope you will be able to nail the thief.

Yesterday was hump day and I just wanted to drink some alcohol. I have been driving by this BevMo, so I decided to check it out. Wow, I am so glad I stopped by. This store is huge and amazing. The selections of alcohol were to die for. We have limited edition, domestic, organic, premium, popular, and classic alcohol selection. I can feel the bartender/sorority girl in me coming out. I just wanted to buy everything so I can have a party. It is a stand alone store. It has plenty of parking. The below parking lot has an elevator that goes directly into the store. The service was exceptional. I was helped by Jose (Beer Specialist) and Andrew (Wine Specialist). They were both knowledeable and helpful. They assisted me in finding delightful, domestic, distinctive, effervescent, tantalizing, ultra crisp and robust wine and beer. I left this place with 1 big box of alcohol. Jose also told me to download the BevMo app, so I can get an additional $10 off. They also offered to take my box of goodies to my vehicle. Thanks BevMo for this satisfying and delightful experience. Jose and Andrew were beyond awesome and superior in their job. I can't wait to shop here again!

I can't say I know prices to every kind of alcohol. I came by to pick up a couple of Sakes as gifts. It was a pleasant surprise to know that there was only a short wait on Christmas Eve. Be a club member to save a couple bucks.

Excellent variety. We stopped for a few bottles of wine for our summer evenings on the patio. There is also a huge price range as well. It was pretty easy to find a few types that we would like to try that were also within our budget. They have a large "hard liquor" selection as well. Cashier was professional, but not outgoing or welcoming (never smiled, nor said more than our total).

These people.. smh i went thru the trouble of downloading the app, ordering and paying by card, waiting 3 hours after the order, and driving to pick up, only to find 2 couples STANDING AT THE DOOR ORDERING WINE. AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WANTED. JUST LAUGHING AND TRYING TO GET CLOSE TO ME AND "Oh... haha I don't about this virus stuff" -the husband standing outside bevmo Sunday March 22nd at 507pmn, in front of the workers whos names i have. I had to stand there tor 10 minutes and then had to show my ID and card to some kid with no gloves on. Wait till corporate and your DM walks in and gives everyone the pink slips cause you all messed up royally during this Quarantine.

I did a buy online, pick up in store during quarantine and they are incredibly ill-equipped for this. Insufficient practices in place for social distancing. Barely visible taped-off spot for waiting and the employee approached me too many times asking for things. I extended my arm to show him my ID and he seemed annoyed that I didn't want to hand it to him. Then he asked me for the card I used to pre-pay with. Arm extended, same annoyance. For real!? Guys - *Have orders ready!!* I got a "ready for pick up" email and still delayed showing up. Order was not ready. *Ask for ID and credit card at the same time* so dude doesn't need to get in your face more than once. *Put a table in the doorway* to keep people out of the store. That way when you ask for ID, I can put it down and backup, you can come check it and then walk away. That way you never have to be within 6 feet of me or I you. Same with receipt I have to sign. Then you can put my order on the table and walk away. I can come get it without being in your space. I doubt I will return to this BevMo during the pandemic. Luckily I bought enough to last us for a while.

Buy one, get one for 5 cents is a great deal! Especially when they have specials, like the 25% off 12 bottles! Great wine & spirit collection. Prices are on comparable to other markets. I tend to price shop & but my Jameson from CVS or Vons when it's on sale for under $20. BevMo is definitely more on the average to high price for common drinks. Nice selection of mixers and bar accessories. They have the mini liquor bottle in almost every option. Customer service is lacking, the employees tend to be more focused on restocking instead of helping. -1 star for that FYI - Parking at his location is limited and can only be accessed if you're headed Eastbound on Foothill.

Is 9AM too early to plan a beer run? Okay, to be fair, I got a push notification that a rare craft beer was in stock, so it's not line either was thinking about beer at 9AM...I was influenced! Ordered my beer in app and it was scheduled for pick-up... What's funny is, even BC (Before Coronavirus), my experience wasn't much different...BevMo isn't a nice bottle shop, or even the helpful experience that Total Wine is...Hell, I get better beer and wine help at Whole Foods! BevMo is a warehouse type store where there is a lot of inventory, it's generally not an amazing price, but you know you can get and out pretty quick with what you want. These days, you order online and select a pick-up time. There always seems to be some confusion at the pickup, but it gets worked out and I get my order okay... Order ahead, bring your ID, get your booze, go home happy... _____________ Notes: * That mask your wearing is suppose to cover your nose too...I guess, thanks for kind of wearing it... * Most of what they have is on a shelf, rather than in a cooler... * Does anybody ever really do with that 5-cent wine sale? * Have a BevMo Gift Card?, it cannot be used online...

Placed an online delivery order. When I went to pay it declined my payment. I thought maybe I put in the wrong number...no, declined again. Went to my bank...not only did they get payment...but got it TWICE. When I called the store, the who answer says, "Yeah, sometimes it does that. You'll get a refund in a few days." Then tries to get me to place the order again...seriously???!!! You want me now to pay $90 for a $30 order????

You know who they are-- those people on your holiday shopping list for whom the notion of buying a gift is nearly impossible. In my experience, these individuals are most likely candidates for the purchase of alcohol as a gift. And no, a twelver of Miller Light generally will not satisfy said purchase. Luckily, BevMo features an incredible variety of beers, wine, and other adult beverages. On my most recent trip here, I found a 12 pack variety of Stone Stout Beers... perfect for the boss... and a nice Ballast Point Sculpin sampler. Both were reasonably priced and difficult to find at many other stores-- certainly, not the kind of things you would find in your average grocery store. While I was there, I picked up half a dozen bottles of wine - - a couple of good Pinot Noir, two Chardonnays, and a pair of Cabs... with the 5¢ second bottle deal, I saved some serious dough. I really don't come here often... Really... But when I need to purchase quality libations, this is a great spot. I am awarding two extra style points for the in - store elevator that goes directly to the underground parking... Perfect for a guy with a big truck. That said, keep your eyes peeled in your wits about you; there is a robust homeless population in the immediate area, and while they are mostly harmless, make sure you don't leave anything out visible on your car seat while you're up there shopping.

If I could give no stars I would gladly do it. Save yourself trouble and drive a little further East and go to total wines. Sadly this place has rude staff and a poor selection. Buts let's focus on the customer service, or lack of. When you asked for help, it seems as if you were interrupting their social hour and time on their phone. Extremely poorly managed store. Don't go.

With no other customers in your store I walked up to the two staff chatting at the Mobile pick up area. As I approached I said I wanted to pick up a mobile order. The floor staff asked my name, quickly looked on the shelf and said he didn't have an order for me. He had heard my name correctly and had repeated it to me. I showed him my confirmation number on my cell and he said "that doesn't help me." Eventually the manager who saw this exchange and was also standing there asked me for confirmation number and looked it up. The floor staff then went back to the shelf and found my order which had been sitting there all along. Had he looked carefully the first time he would have found it. He then asked for my ID and credit card. When he saw no numbers on my Apple Card (they have no numbers) he at told me he needed to see the back. He then walked away. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him if he though that was good customer service. He agreed it was not. I used buy all my wine from BevMo. Now I'll go to Total Wine & More in Pasadena. Somehow they manage to hire good staff with great customer service skills there...

Came here for a gift card and when I came in...the employees were talking to friends (or the guy bringing more stock from a brewery) and no one at the register. They were out of gift cards! What..the worst part is the attitude given was seriously like I don't give a sh*t. Can you leave so I can get back to talking.

Did an online order, transaction went through and tried to pick up at the East Pasadena location. Jason was unwilling to help us with our order and gave us a faulty number for customer service. He has no remorse, did not want to help us, he did not care even though it was not our error. He has no regard towards system error, it charged us and he refused to give us our product. Jason was unprofessional and disregarded us like a piece of trash, we are escalating this to a formal complaint to corporate. Go to another location or don't shop BevMo at all. Jason you ruined our day I hope you're proud of your ill and distasteful personality I feel bad for your staff.

Ixnay on this evbay omay! If you're not fluent in my poor Pig Latin...stay out of this Bev Mo. Miserable location (hello scary underground parking!) and miserable "staff" make for one horrible shopping experience. Staff is nowhere to be found (literally hiding from the customers) and, if they make a mistake and you find their hidey-holes, their attitudes are surly at best. Once you help yourself, it's time to get some rudeness at the cash register (hello Danny!). But let's be consistent with the foolishness, please. Don't bag everyone else's purchases and then think I'm going to carry mine out in my arms. If you must go to BevMo (and I'm not at all sure it's a must), pick the one on South Arroyo Parkway.

This place SUCKS! I get it...the pandemic has everyone making adjustments. But I have tried to order via door dash a few times and my order is always cancelled because it says they can't fill it. If you don't have your regular items in stock, EVER, then take them off the DD menu! This last time I called to find out why, they were SO RUDE. The guy basically made me feel like a bad personal because I'm ordering alcohol via delivery. I asked which sparkling waters they had in stock so I could place an order that wouldn't be cancelled and he refused to tell me. He said if I wanted to know what they had I could come in person. So glad this company is concerned about my well being, or even treating me like a customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

I pay approximately $130.00 for two bottles, to only be insulted by the rude service worker who wanted to charge me.10 cents for a paper bag to place my bottles in. Never again will I shop here

Great selection of wine and champ. Other than Costco, this is my go-to spot for adult beverages. This is the only place around where I could find Creme de Cacao (needed this for my holiday party to make a special drink). They also carry a good selection of cider, which I love. Great time to stock up is during the 5 cent wine sale of course! The staff is not super friendly but I don't typically interact with anyone while I'm shopping.

How are there 2 BevMo locations in Pasadena and 0 in San Gabriel/Rosemead area (where I live)?! Sigh, it's okay, I like BevMo so much that I'll make the drive out to Pasadena just to go to it. Their parking lot is pretty small with only about 5 spots. But you can go down the ramp and there is more parking underground. They have such a huge selection of beer, wine, and other types of alcohol. If you're looking for a specific alcohol, they most likely have it here. If you're not sure what you want, BevMo is still a great place to go. I'm not super educated in types of alcohol (what's good vs. not good), so BevMo is great because it's super organized. I love walking down their aisles and looking at all the cool and unique options they have. They have some great stuff that I usually can't find at a normal supermarket. Also, the workers there are really friendly and helpful if you ever have any questions. In addition to their wonderful selection, their prices are pretty reasonable too. Make sure to join ClubBev! They actually do educate their employees, which was amazing. I had a brief tit and tat with an employee over the Beaujolais Nouveau, and despite being young, she knew it had been a dry Summer and that it would be a great vintage. So, props. That being said, they have some things that are at a good deal and price. Like their buy one, get the second bottle for 5 cents. But you can find all your standard booze at a Supermarket slightly cheaper. It is what it is. Seems though they've been constricting their contracts with product and vendors and just going for probably what is most profitable. So it's not the old original Bevmo! with almost anything you could seek.

This BevMo store seems to have all the alcohol you could possibly want. However, I was really pissed off at the employees in this store. So, after I got my alcohol, I waited to checkout. Wow, it took longer to checkout than finding my alcohol. I waited patiently in line like the rest of the other people, but there were customers in front of me that were being really difficult. Another lane opened up after several minutes, but instead of asking me, they asked the customers behind me to the open lane. I was rather offended because I was next in line. Then, the lady at the cash register told me to go to the other line (after waiting so long in line) because the people ahead of me took so long. Honestly, she should have checked me out while the other employee was looking for their selection and not entertain these customers with so much small talk. The employees needed to take charge of the situation and allowing customers to hold up the line is unacceptable. Clearly, those customers ahead of me were not ready to checkout and should have not been allowed to be in line unless they have their drink selections ready.

Best place for holiday shopping, the one size fits all is alcohol for all the lushes in you life. I like BevMo because they carry my favorite flavor of Kettle brand chips, Cheddar Beer Chips! When I shop at BevMo I buy multiples because regular supermarkets like Albertsons and Ralphs don't carry this flavor. This BevMo is well lit and even have bottles in cases lit up like we're in a museum or something. :p The parking situation of this place is a bit strange, they have a street parking, a very small upper lot and then right underneath is a parking garage. I do like how they have an elevator from inside the store to the parking, very convenient when lugging cases. Convenient already cold section for last minute party gifts and energy drink case by the door is a day/night saver. I like the bing cherry energy drink, it doesn't taste bad for an energy drink and doesn't have a fake cherry flavor. The sodas in this store aren't bad either, they even have weird flavors like corn and bacon soda. Over all a good store, but the Arroyo Parkway BevMo will be my favorite. It has a larger selection of root beer and snacks.
