I recently visited Beyond Coffee and Bar and tried their signature dish, Pesto Penne with Mushroom. The dish was absolutely delightful—the pesto sauce was fresh and flavorful, perfectly coating the al dente penne, while the mushrooms added a rich, earthy depth. Every bite was a burst of freshness and comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me warmly and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, with soft background music and cozy lighting that made it the perfect spot to unwind. The cafe’s design was equally impressive, featuring a modern yet cozy aesthetic with wooden accents, lush greenery, and minimalist decor. It’s a beautifully curated space that feels both stylish and inviting. Overall, it’s a fantastic cafe that excels in both food and ambiance. Highly recommend!

Beyond Coffee shop is a true gem in town! The latte and flat white are exceptional, delivering a beautifully strong dose of coffee paired with a creamy texture that makes each sip delightful. I also tried the matcha latte, and it was just as impressive—rich, creamy, and made with high-quality matcha that really shines. The sparkling coffee had an interesting flavor profile, though I found it a bit on the sour side; a touch of sweetness would elevate it even more. The ambiance is fantastic, blending Hong Kong's vintage charm with modern design elements, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax with a book or catch up with friends, this spot is perfect. Overall, Beyond Coffee is a must-visit for any coffee lover ☕️

Amazing place. We went early in the morning so we were the only ones but nevertheless, the coffee was amazing, the food was great and the service was good too. Overall good place to visit.

Beyond Coffee surprised me pleasantly with their customer service, food and their cafe ambience. The owner let us (5 adults, 3 kids) in even when we came half an hour before the store officially opened at 9.30am, and he served 2 complimentary cups of milk to the little ones while we waited for our food. Which leads me to my second point, that the taste of the food served was superb. The croissants were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the egg benedict was top notch, jiggly when shaken and bursting into flavour when you bite into it with the ultra crispy toast. The smoked salmon and avocado completes the flavour profile and this is a dish that certainly has to be ordered if you visit this cafe. We also ordered a great many other items on the menu, but special mentions must go to the home made tiramisu, the New York cheesecake, and the crabmeat truffle eggs croissant. The kids loved the plain croissants and the truffle potato wedges. The pastas are also good (love the mentaiko scallop linguine, and the pesto penne with mushroom), but may be more appropriate for lunch or brunch. Last but not least, the owner is a cheerful, enthusiastic and friendly guy who went the extra mile to make the experience for the customers wholesome and warm. The place is designed to feel spacious, and the art pieces hung on the walls provide a platform for the community to exhibit their work, and to chase their dreams. I had a great conversation with the owner, who went into detail his purpose for running the cafe, and how the design of the cafe’s logo conveys his belief in providing something more for customers and the community alike, something beyond coffee. The kids and us were so pleased with the experience that we returned for breakfast a day after!

Nice interior decor. The latte was okay, nothing extraordinary. The croissant was the biggest let down - it was cold in the middle and not fluffy enough. I'm guessing the dough didn't rise enough judging by the pattern of the dough when cut open. Given the quality of the food, I'd say they are overpriced.

#chilldays First of all, I would like to thank the owner of the shop first. Very attentive to customers. Good advice. Tell the history of the origin of the decorated images. The concept of the shop is interesting as well. The shop's paintings are decorated from handicapped people 👍 take it ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though the cafe is small But the heart is so big 💕 The shop is decorated beautifully, clean, in front of the shop there are benches to take cool photos.

Was in Hong Kong for a long layover. Decent coffee and that's by Melbourne, Aus standards. Also the staff were so friendly, gave me recommendations on where to go and what to see.

Weekend afternoon tea. Relaxing environment and hospitable welcome. We enjoyed a latte (good flavour), shaken peach ice tea (perfect level of sweetness), scone (just brown on the outside yet soft within), and croffle (yummy). Interesting exhibits and displays on the walls that have character. They seem to have events fairly regularly. There are around 20 seats in a relaxed environment. But being in this part of Causeway, things are a bit more dense. Overall a good experience and would revisit.
