My bud tender Keila was amazing she was so nice and sweet she found me the best pre rolls today they had buy one get one 50% off so I got 2 pre rolls testing at 24 percent for $15 it was the best price in town Trust me I called a few places they were so nice over the phone I had to stop in It was definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've ever seen I love the design I love to look I'd love to own a dispensary like this myself One day they have a very good system it was quick and fast and I was in and out before I knew it I recommend this dispensary to everybody In las vegas everyone there was nice including the security guard 10/10 experience

First time going to the shop. This place is clean and relaxing. Check in was easy. Diane was the bud tender. She was super nice and informative. Lots of discount product. Definitely coming back with my newly free membership.

Im writing this review to share detail about my recent experiences. First let me start by saying the Customer Service is always on point friendly knowledgeable and courteous. In fact weed dispensaries are the only place where customer service is provided. However, lately the experience hasn't been the same. To my understanding the Corporate office came up with the bright ideal to herd all the customers inside to wait opposed to the outer lobby near security. In my opinion that was a horrible suggestion. Putting unnecessary stress on your staff. How unfair is that. Now it seems to be just about the bottom line for the Corporate office. It's becoming very mechanical. Customers staring at the staff while they are waiting on other customers is ridiculous. What was the point of that to add more to the bottom line of sales while cutting customers service. Beyond hello was originally known for the quaint differences such as the chandeliers that were removed last year. This is just my honest opinion. How about talking with your staff or even the customers to see what best. Opposed to making decisions that reduce the customers service to increase the company bottom line. Just my honest opinion that probably will go unnoticed. I shop Beyond Hello for the ambiance and the customer service. Opposed to shoppers for product. There's weed dispensaries everywhere around town. I gave 3 stars for the seating arrangements. 5 stars still go to the staff and security for their service. The customers come because of your staff that continues to provide great customers service inspite of the changes. So your staff are the ones who really contribute to the bottom line. Security included!!! How about that...Oh and one more thing how about replacing the worn out furniture. How about making it a warm cozy inviting ambiance again. After all this is Las Vegas!!

Normally, the customer service is good and except for the day. I went there and spend twenty five dollars, and I end up having fifty eight dollars taken out of my account. When I call to ask, no one answer the phone... also, the young lady was who was serving me, had a very unprofessional attitude. If you can't be prefessional, you don't need to you work in a establishment were you have to come in face to face with people. I will not be coming back. You just lost a customer...👎🏾

By far the kindest and most professional dispensary in town. Veterans make sure you visit on Monday 25% off. And throughout the week if you sign up for specials you can receive up to 30 to 40% off of SECHE and other great cannabis that they sell. Best loyalty program that equates to dollars not junk from you know where. Just received $5 off my delivery today. Thank you Gabrielle and Freddie. As a Veteran & medical patient from Arizona now in Nevada, I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your professionalism. ✌️🙏🇺🇸 PS I just had to add when you can get 25 to 33% THC med grade no seed flower for $70 to $100 an ounce if not $120 on sales and more you cannot go wrong for this quality of cannabis if you are a flower smoker. I’ve been going here for two years and the staff is continuously so attentive and personable. They post their deals about a week ahead so it’s easy to plan, plus free delivery over $50.

I usually stop here on omw home but after selling off my order which was already ordered and placed at 1:30 pm ready at 1:50 online as you'll see the confirmation email, it turns out they don't have my order ready...they don't have my order period than she goes do you want the white shark? yeah right away... didn't even have the terps label on there that's not sketch I'm all I don't see the profile she's ummm, I'm all never mind, sorry to do it to you guys been consistent up untill today. Edit btw I didn't decline my order with your followup email, I declined the crap you tried to pull, an apology would be fine followed by, how can we make things correct? Nothing, no solution other than a crappy strain from of white shark again no terps so and I read someone on here mentioning taste of tobacco I've had that too. I'm over these Las Vegas dispensaries

Don't do delivery!!! I ordered at noon and still had no time for dropping it off and its after 5! I called 4 times and didn't get help. Dozens of dispensary's, pick a better one.

Brandon has been seriously above and beyond incredible! What a great dude! I am a doobie newbie and tend to ask THE dumbest questions, repeatedly, and Brandon, with Jedi-like patience guides me through to the other side. Can't wait to return! Woo to the hoo!

Waited for over 2 hours this morning for 4/20 deals. Soooo disappointed. Besides the fact that their computer system went down they were so disorganized with the first 50 people starting at 10 AM. The lady behind me waiting in line for a while but then was able to skip the line because she had a pick up order. She came out and showed us all the free stuff she got I thought OK this would be worth it. I'll wait in line. I was wrong. The only thing I received after waiting in line for over two hours was a free pre-roll. It was nowhere near the amount of stuff a lady who spent way less money than I did and got there after me. I will not be spending 420 at this dispensary anymore.

They sell unsafe products that have no plastic safety wrap and could easily be tampered with, I will never buy anything from them again.

Staff is friendly and polite. No complaints there. But they only have Nuleaf infused pre rolls and no other choice/ nor selection. Go somewhere else

If youre a medical patient, I wouldnt come here! This dispensary is obviously geared towards recreational users, which is not a problem, just wish I knew beforehand. I came in here for the first time last night as I was excited when i realized there was a another dispensary right by my job because I enjoy trying new dispensaries. I wanted to like it, because its the closest and most convenient for me, but i was very disappointed. They "dont offer a medical discount or prices"... yet they have one for active college students... which is good! But how can you not do the same for people who use it for problems or conditions and use it as a doctor reccomended... a bit strange considering every dispensary close by that I go to who offer 10% off on full priced items for medical patients+ the medical tax, OR lower "med" prices on items for to make it more afforable for MEDICAL patients who use marijuana for medicinal purposes, not for shits and giggles. Simply put, theres MUCH better options close by for medical patients. I know MANY people in this industry personally and they agree that its disappointing, but hey each business is different and has their own standards and ways of doing things: I dont need the discount, but I would never come here again when I could drive an extra couple minutes and get the same product for a WAY better value. No hate, still a cool dispensary for recreational users, just not for me. Moral of the story I would NOT reccomend this to medical marijuana patients.

When Sublime sings "I don't get angry when my Mom smokes pot", it hits home because getting baked with a 93 year old can be a true giggle-fest. She can only do edibles now, so the two-fer special that Beyond Hello offered us was much appreciated. And though this dispensary looks like a high-end jewelry store with an impressive chandelier and lighted display cases, the only gold they sell here is from a plant that originates in Acapulco. With locations in five other states, this dispensary sure knows how to entice...generous specials include NuLeaf brand half ounces for $79 on Mondays (some were recently testing at 24%), BOGO edibles on Tuesday, Wax Wednesday, BOGO everything on Thursday and Friday, 25% off for military, and 10% off for medical patients. There's also a good selection of tinctures, extracts, topicals, CBD, and if you spend $75 dollars on an online order, you're entitled to free delivery. My only criticism, and I may be nitpicking - their website advises the public to 'consult with a qualified healthcare professional who is knowledgeable about cannabis'. Nahhh, that person doesn't exist. Most doctors seem very set in their ways, sticking with traditional medicine that's backed by the AMA and they know little, if anything, about cannabis nor do they care to go on a limb and recommend it to a patient. You'll likely get more accurate weed info from a fully-trained dispensary budtender, so keep that in mind. In summary, I'm no fan of Beyond Meat nor Hello Kitty but I absolutely enjoy Beyond Hello. The dispensary makes life so much easier for medical patients who choose to avoid addictive opioids in favor of natural cannabis therapy. Because in the human body's ongoing battle against inflammation (the condition that exacerbates most auto-immune problems), THC and CBD are far safer to use than prescribed pills. The shop is centrally located on West Sahara between The Strip and Summerlin (east/west) and between Centennial Hills and Spring Valley (north/south). Pay them a visit and take advantage of their special deals!

After trying a hand full of different dispensaries... I've decided this is my favorite. They have a great selection, huge area, good prices and very friendly/helpful employees. I took advantage of the St Pattie's sale yesterday and got huge saving on 30 bags of gummies and 5 chocolate edible bars. Very happy with this place.

3 stars because staff is so friendly but was unfortunately misguided in the tincture I needed. I requested something similar to what I use (Higher THC) but was given something with 1000mg of CBD and 50mg of THC. I had coughs and itchy skin-did nothing to help my pain and sleep. Went in 2 days later to be told I could not get a credit. The label says no known allergies and I definitely had an allergic reaction to my tincture. Very disappointing. The manager gave me a $10 credit but the policy needs to be updated, especially when budtenders are supposed to help clients, not hinder them. (I reached out to customer service however it's only been 12 hours since I reached out.)

This is the third time I'm getting prerolls from this place and it looks like they are skimping on every single pre roll they sell. Beyond Hello is now going to be Beyond Goodbye. No thanks. Stop selling 1 gram prerolls that are really only half a gram.

At some point, this Lakes-area dispensary changed it's policy toward a more concierge-ish experience, so your personal understanding of "concierge service" will play heavily into your enjoyment or lack thereof. The entry protocol is less than clear and even less ideal but the employees are courteous and helpful. The same cannot be said for the in-house security or for the clumsy sign-in-and-wait system -which is NOT explained to a satisfactory degree until you have obliviously violated their unspoken policy. All dispensaries are relatively corporate, so you need to research ahead of time before entering any of them if you expect to be able to access a particular brand of cannibus or cannibus-adjacent products. I have thus far enjoyed the product lines available here, but TBH no place in Vegas can compete with the quality or variety available in California dispensaries. Bearing that in mind, you'd be best served by managing expectations ahead of time (especially if you are used to buying in Cali). While they have much more behind the counter than is displayed, that rapidly reveals itself to be a very counterproductive business model. Truth be told, very little is actually on display, so you have to use your phone to activate a QR code to access inventory, coupons, and most pertinent info. Paranoid potheads are Highly likely to be suspicious and feel infringed-upon by having to utilize an app in order to shop. In the plus column they accept cash and credit cards and the parking lot is large so it's convenient to visit. They maintain a decent inventory of CANN cannibus infused sodas, which are excellent (and mellow). Note: They carry THC balm but not bath bombs.

A little pricier than other dispensaries, but not by much. And it's totally worth it, because the salespeople are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is top notch. Wide selection of flowers, vapes, edibles, and more. Cash only, but an ATM is available on the sales floor.

Absolutely do not recommend! They do not care about their customers at all. Previous business, The Apothecarium, had great customer service, friendly employees, almost daily, if not weekly deals. This place is the complete opposite. Selection and variety is gone as is their customer service. They don't run nearly as many specials as they used it. There are definitely better options in Vegas. No need to step foot in this place.

Great customer starting before u get in. Security was friendly & to the people that checked me. The girl that helped me out was able to answer all my questions & got me some good produces. I liked them all & plan on coming back to this place when I visit again.

I enjoy The Apothecarium vs other dispensaries in town for a number of reasons! First off is the delivery service has always been great and when I've stopped in the customer service is friendly, especially if you get Nina! But I what I really appreciate is the consistency and overall selection of products. I love the Valhalla gummies and they always stock them as well as the CAN drinks, both hard to find in the past at other dispensaries. But what I also like is the deals they offer products and now they are open 24 hours! I don't mind driving to the other side of town to get deals or get delivery. My only negative feedback is they used to text deals and then went to email which I never received after signing up a few times so the best way is to go online.

Ok this is wack! My favorite bud tender was let go because she tested positive for Covid and they were still trying to have her come for her shift. We became friends, she always went the extra mile on the review cards, thankfully I was able to email her to find out what happened to that hot blonde!! This speaks hugely to the fact this business does not care about anyone except profit. What if she was to take care of an older customer with a pre existing condition?! They just die because they came to the pot shop. Worst thing I've ever heard. They (the general store manager..kris and Jolie ??)were acting like it was no big deal. I have not been back since and won't be and I have been spreading the word this business has no business ethics or morals. They let there best looking blonde and best saleswoman. Me and my friends take our business anywhere else

Haven't been here for a year or so and now I remember why the customer service sucks the quality is lower than it used to be and the place doesn't look too terribly busy and the overweight manager that checks people in should hire someone that knows what the hell to do and move people rather than keeping people waiting in the lobby it still doesn't make the place look busy

Always great service at this dispensary...the deals aren't always the greatest like some of them out there but, it's the customer service that keeps me coming back to this place!! And your budtender Vaughn? He's too notch!! Ask for him when you go there!!

Very disappointing. Don't recommend. Previous visits inside and curbside were fine but the last visit was awful. Was left sitting for over 20 minutes tried to call and after holding for a few minutes the phone system told me there was no one available to answer the phone. Won't be back.

First dispensary we visited in Vegas, and was happy to find this gem! We waited outside in line for a few minutes. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly worker at the desk. We had 5 in our party, and he did an amazing job ensuring that we were comfortable waiting. It was all of our first times and he told us it would take a while. He recommended that we split between two workers to ensure that we had time and attention. The waiting room prior to the showroom had plenty of seating and was kept very clean. The showroom was well lit, and beautifully decorated. Rachael was who we were paired with and she's AMAZING. She was very helpful, friendly and bubbly. She provided us with great recommendations and was super sweet. Definitely recommend this spot the next time you are in Vegas!

I went into Beyond Hello this morning. The waiting room has been remodeled and looks absolutely beautiful. A very nice young man by the name of Hunter helped me with my purchase of my "sleep" gummies. He made a great suggestion on to to take them..thanks so much Hunter!! Everyone here at this establishment is always so helpful!!

Would not honor military ID that's 30 years old for the military special , I guess if it's 30 years old your not a veteran anymore , they said it has to say it on your drivers license

As always, I had a fantastic visit today. The Apothecarium is my go to in town as it's always consistent and friendly! Stacey was wonderful and helping me and very informative and answering my questions. Will be back soon!

The 2 is for the staff because they are always so nice and helpful but sadly since changing hands this store's inventory has dropped dramatically. It might as well be NuLeaf store lol I really wish they would have kept some better quality brands or at least carried larger portions of the ONE they did. Sadly I'll be driving a little further to find some better product.

Love this store. Dylan is A++ for product knowedge. Not to mention, he's a rad human who delivers costomer service as it should be delivered. The store is clean and elegant. The crowd is a museum of style and diversity. Nice hand lotion, not the cheapy kind, in the clean and well-stocked ladies room. Another company was giving out promo swag that day too. Who doesn't love free swag?! Well done.

Accompanied my husband to get his night doses of sleep aid. First time here so it was interesting how it works when stepping in a dispensary. Of course, security at the door monitoring the foot traffic of customers wanting to get their share of rest and relaxation. As you enter, they ask if your new, a guest, or a returning customer. Also, they check your photo ID to make sure your legal. Once that's done, take a seat and wait to be called by the next salesperson. Then you pick out what you need. Better to pay cash unless your willing to pay about a $2.75 fee for credit card use. Purchase was a smooth process. This place was clean, staff is friendly, knowledgeable on the products, and price seems fair. Why I didn't give the 5 star.. it's because I dont know how good their products are and I'm not willing to try...lol

When this was the Apothecarium, it was amazing! A nice community dispensary that was familiar to people. Then once Beyond Hell took over, totally RUINED IT. The workers are great, but the company itself F-ING ruined it. Beyond Poop didn't bother on updating the customers, got rid of the drive through, and offers a SHITTY flower selection. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE goes out of their way for NULEAF flower, or the bank or seche, all those brands of flower are STRAIGHT up garbage. It's TRASH. Beyond Hope is the WORST. Stay away!! The company SUCKS. They do not care about the cannabis industry at all! The workers were there for years and now pretty much they all quit because of Beyond DooDoos practices. They just care about money!! I HATE YOU BEYOND HELLHOLE! You ruined something great for greed. I will never stop telling people how HORRIBLE this company is. They won't even match their prices. Go to Green Co. dispensary instead or show grow or essence, ANY DISPENSARY BESIDES THIS ONE. You're better off buying things old school than this port-a-potty dispensary.

So I love the Apothecarium been going in there for years but it was this very night that I went at 12 o'clock that I probably have received some of the best service I've ever received in my life the employees name was Jasmine she's an outstanding lady if you're looking for the best help and not sure what to get she will be your girl walking you through everything helping you find the best product for you just wanted to say thank you so much and hope to see you again

So sorry this is no longer The Apothecarium. The waiting area is very spacious and nice. That is all, they aren't very helpful and not very friendly. I had forgotten that I had a $10 off if spent at least $50. I spent $40, The Apothecarium wonderful helpful people would have told me to buy something else to get me to at least $50 in order to use my $10 gift! I'm very disappointed in this new corporation.

Currently canceling my curbside pickup order. They are so slow. I used to come here all the time but now I'm over it. I placed a curbside order an hour ago and it's still not ready...on a different order I never received a ready text so I showed up at curbside and they made me go inside since it "wasn't ready". It was literally it was 2 items. Another time, the girl kept my change as a tip without asking. When I asked her for my change she goes "you wanted me to keep that right?" Um no. The Source has my order ready in 10-15 minutes literally EVERY TIME and the staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't ordered from here in a minute and wanted to give it another chance but Beyond Hello/Apothecarium needs better training for their staff. All of this starts from the top and trickles down. There's no way curbside should take over an hour to be ready. While writing this, still haven't received that ready text lol. Going on an 1hr and 1/2. UPDATE: Placed an order at the Source at 4:36p and it was ready at 4:40p. I'm going to wait to see how long it takes beyond-hello to send me a ready text and will update. Order was placed at 3:12p and still nothing as of 4:43p UPDATE: Never received a ready text to pick up my order from Beyond Hello. You can't pick up until you get the text but they never send it. Terrible service.

Worse service ever. I called six times to place an order and they just hung up each time. Don't waste your time because this is definitely not the Apothecarium anymore .

Overall atmosphere. From the security guard, greeting me & opening the door is much appreciated. Also, I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and assisting me with any questions I ask, very knowledgeable. Yes, many places sell this, but I also prefer excellent client service.

David was UNREAAAAAAAL. he was so nice and got us out of there within like 10 minutes!!! I also got some killer deals which was super fun hahaha 12/10 recommend!! side note: if you need a charger for you wax pen battery they have them there!!

Store is clean, staff is friendly. Feels like a fancy hotel lobby inside. Recent price hikes though, hopefully they can get it sorted out.

Worst dispensary I went too. I use my matrícula consular ID sometimes and they accepted it everywhere I've gone. Nuwu, the sanctuary, reef , tree of life etc... and at this place the front desk people said they made a new rule in they lil book that said they didn't accept "foreign ID's" and it wasn't valid in the US?? Lmaooo and made a whole commotion trying to ask everyone if they could accept if I could go in blah blah it was embarrassing and unprofessional of them. Till someone came to told me I could go in the one time but next time I can't??? They need better employees that aren't so dumbfounded. #respectfullyyy

They have pretty good edibles here, I usually never go wrong there but when ever I get flower, it's sooooo dry I will just stick to edibles from this dispensary to avoid any disappointment

So first time customer. I know some people don't appreciate the line/ procedures upon entering, I found it to be very professional and it was constant and continuously moving. Their system works. They are extremely nice here and I like that they have a menu with options. The service is great. I ended up getting what I came for. A strong CBD cream. However most places offer something free for first time customers. I was disappointed that they didn't have anything to go along with my pretty much $60 purchase. Would have been nice to try anything else. They did say if I brought the bag back next time I would get 5% off my next purchase . I wish they would have given some recommendations on how much to use and how often to use for first time user. I will have to research and see!

This place isn't your average dispensary at all. First when you walk in there is a seating area with menus for you to look at. Today they even had their extra menu out with 12 days of specials. Each of the staff have been trained in knowing Cannabis. Whether your entertaining CBD, THC, you want to eat it, drink it, or smoke it - they can help you. Our Cannabis guide tonight was Macayla. She was on point with her knowledge as to what strains, and the how to's for pain ect. We had a mini consult as to what the overall goal was, and she def came thru with her suggestions. At The Apathacarium you deal only with one person. For the entire transaction. You don't wait in a line to look, then another line to pay, then another line to pick up. You only have one person thru- out your entire process. You can use your bank card here, you are charged a transaction fee, as they run it as ATM - but that is nice if your not carrying cash They have merchandise for sale as well. The staff are always wonderful, and the knowledge is real. Here it isn't just about recreational but about treating the person. They don't charge you for your bag, and if you bring in a bag even if it is from another dispensary they'll give you a discount. Each purchase earns you points that don't expire. Those points rack up. Js Location is Sahara/ Buffalo, parking is ample.

My go to spot. Best customer service I've ever received and while each bud tender is friendly, Chris just gets me. He knew what to recommend and all kinds of tips on strains to try per my taste. I've used their delivery with ease, drivers are all super sweet. Love the apothecarium! Easy in and out and on your way :)

I was so impressed by my first visit here today. The entire staff, from security to retail, was so caring, light-hearted, and incredibly knowledgeable. The product line included something for everyone, every taste and every need. Very stellar! Our assistant today was Diana, she just knew intuitively what we needed and what would work for us. I applogize that I didn't get the security officer's name, nor the receptionist. But they were also very helpful, very inviting, and caring. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

The Apothecarium's selection is vast and the environment is very inviting. But what made the experience exceptional was meeting with Hunter. I was new to this world, and in alot of pain, after both a surgery and me accidentally bruising my ribs. Hunter helped me find both day time and night time products that both help alleviate anxiety and help me get to sleep - without the high feeling. He recommended several different options from tinctures to gummies. They all help me out - day and night. I am grateful for the products offered and for the great customer service experience I had with the very knowledgeable Hunter. Thank you! We will be back.

I took my girlfriend with me last week to pick up some gummies 3/$30. Hunter was helping us. I asked him what was something I could use for pain (need hip replacement) that wouldn't give me that high feeling. He suggested the White Label Daytime or Nighttime Tincture. It just happened it was buy two get one free. I did 2 daytime and 1 nighttime. He suggested I try the nighttime starting with 2-3 drops. I have tried it twice and it does work for the pain and no high feeling. I'm so happy I finally have something to ease the pain that I can take and not have that high feeling that makes me sick to my stomach. Hunter was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the Tinctures to us. We both ended up buying the daytime and nighttime tinctures. Thank you Hunter for all your help!!
