Beyond Juicery + Eatery

I came here today because I wanted to treat myself to something healthy. I love the island Surge energy smoothie, And they also had a good combo deal with a chicken sausage breakfast wrap. I actually just wanted to say that the two employees that were working here were both really nice. The service was fast and I just think they were great staff. As a business owner myself in the area I would just wanted to let y’all know they’re doing a great job.

What I ordered: Mediterranean Wrap (flour wrap) with no spicy asparagus or salsa. Large infused lemonade (turmeric + cucumber) Food ordered through the app, no wait for pickup. All the food was exactly to order (I’ve been here 3 times and the one thing that stands out the most is this location’s consistency in the high quality meals I’ve bought.) and I will be going back. I’m vegetarian, but this location offers very clear menu options, with substitutions available upon request. 9/10.

GM EXTREMELY unprofessional, ran her mouth the ENTIRE time we were there to pick up food. She went on and on loudly to other employees and getting the order right because it wasnt right from last time we ordered. Store full of people, would not stop saying my name. The other employees acted very disorganized , wearing gloves for food but touching money and receipts, no glove change, then touching food. When i called to talk to GM about how unprofessional she was, not only did she except zero responsibility, she just tried to lie and say she wasnt saying anything bad. She said so many things it made us so uncomfortable we will never be back......NEVER , last wed i spent $48 and my wrap was wrong, and HOT! It was gross, i told them and they said they would give me another free next time. So that is what this GM was running her mouth about the entire 15 minutes making our lunch today. Totally rude and unprofessional. I have been in Retail Management for 30 years and WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO ANYONE!

I had an amazing experience at beyond! The atmosphere was great, and the service was even better. Jazz was incredibly helpful and friendly. I got the bluemood rush smoothie and it was delicious. It was my first time in and I’ll definitely be back!

Sense discovering beyond I have had a life transformation. Suffering, anxiety and stress and headaches throughout the summer months unbeknownst to me. I was battling brain cancer, making the switch up to healthy juices and detoxifying has made my recovery from surgery easier. Friends and family have been picking up Juices and meals for me daily and there is nothing. I feel more satisfying, replenishing and revitalizing than the delicious foods and juices you offer. I’m so happy I discovered you and I look forward. Optimistically to my healthier life and more visits to beyond

Super fresh! It’s one of the first places that we like to get something new each time, and it never disappoints. Everything has been flavorful and worth every penny!

It was my first time coming here and I wanted something quick and light. So, I ordered a Caesar wrap. But when I bit into it, I found a huge clump of dark long and curly hair inside. I will not be eating from here again.

Love! Love! Love this place! Favorite smoothie: The Colombian but I add an extra banana! So delicious and soothes my need for coffee and chocolate in a refreshing drink! Favorite wrap: PB&J on a wheat tortilla. I did not even consider this a possibility and don't get much PB&J because a family member has a peanut allergy, but if I'm out and about on my own I'll order the PB&J Wrap that comes with granola and banana pieces freshly cut! I have ordered from this eatery multiple times and always like to try new things from the menu and love the surprise tastes I gain from a different perspective. The staff are also willing to work with you and substitute items you don't like with items you prefer (I personally like chicken instead of turkey, they get me!) Also, the chocolate chip cookies are amazing! One worker told me they taste even better if you microwave them, I will have to try that!

I was so happy to finally find a place that made acai bowls for less than $13!! Granted, the size is small (like one of the reviews said). But it tasted good! We also tried the vegetable wrap and I did not like it. It was also super spicy. Acai bowls all the way! The seating inside is nice and there is plenty of parking outside.

Wanted a good smoothie and I got one I tried the new smoothie super blue moon rush I believe but the only downside is there was so many ice chips in the smoothie. I didn't know what to do. I expect one or two, but I had to start eating if we had a spoon, but it was delicious. I'm gonna come back and get that same smoothie I'm just gonna have to ask them to blend it three times. The inside was clean the staff was very friendly.

Best location in the Ann Arbor / Ypsi area Staff here are always so attentive and kind. I get a specific smoothie with some replacements and add ons. I'm never made to feel bad or met with friction. Clean. Busy pace but accurate 99% of the times I order. Thank you to the staff here.

Came here as, I had a coupon for $8 Acai bowl. Normally the bowl is $12. Not the biggest bowl but everything in it was good. The two people weren't the friendliest, but they were prompt and efficient. I do prefer the Acai bowls made in Ameers on state street in downtown, however, if you want a much more convenient option this place will work.

I totally recommend checking this place out! i tried the Chicken Caesar Wrap and Bluemood Rush and they were absolutely fabulous! not only was the food and smoothie great but the customer service i received was wonderful! It was also extremely clean and nice to look at :)

I just went for a smoothie, ordered a mango tango. Food in that place is pricey. My 20 oz. cost $8.00, Place is clean, ample lighting.

I happened to check this place out to see what they had to offer and plus they had juices that seemed very appealing and had quite the assortment of smoothies, juices, cookies, salads, wraps and more! THE GOOD: There were many different smoothies that they offered that I wanted to try, but for my first visit I ordered the Anna's smoothie which was very good. I also noticed they had a Vegan-friendly Zen Bowl which I would like to try next time and I'm also curious to try the Mango Tango, Razzle Dazzle, Very Berry, Banana Nut and Northern Berry Smoothies next. The two girls that were working were super ultra nice and were helpful in explaining things and super generous for my first visit. They won me over big time. THE BAD: It's a little pricey, I think. WHAT'S UNIQUE: Just this location provides and offers vegan friendly options. They also have points that you can accumulate per visit towards free items and discounts. Sweet!

There was one person waiting for their order, one person in line in front of me. I can't figure out why the woman left the front cashier area for something. One woman was cleaning the floors. It took the woman a minute to return. She finished with the woman's order in front of me quickly. She apologized for the delay. She took my order and asked if we both wanted a shot of vitamin C in our drinks, it was free today. We said why not. M I got my usual Carla's detox and a banana nut with almond butter. The Carla's detox and the banana nut are both tasty as always. Both had a lot of chunks of ice in it that made it a challenge to get up their thin straws. We ended up taking out the straw and top to drink it up.

Came twice in two days, first time as we left Bed Bath and beyond Tried my daughters Açaí bowl the first day and had to have one all to myself the second time, healthy-hearty and tasty! Also tried their egg white wrap, very good and hearty too Asked for a little extra granola for the bowl and the manager was so accommodating with a plentiful second helpings

Food was OK. The rest of the experience, I don't know. I ordered the cilantro chicken wrap. I was able to get a low-carb wrap for $1 more, which I appreciated. The chicken chunks were tender if a bit processed-looking and not especially flavorful. Vegetables were fresh, cilantro sauce was good and not overpowering. It came with salsa on the side, which added a nice bit of heat. $13 and change, with tip. Not cheap, but what is today? The rest of the experience...the staff wasn't rude, though they didn't quite seem to know what to do with me. Maybe considering that I was the only person there (at noon) they just weren't used to serving people and I was putting them through some unfamiliar routine. I didn't feel unwelcome, just...tolerated. There was a weird vibe about the whole visit. I might try some of their other items, but to minimize discomfort all around, I think I'll order online and pick them up.

Employee texting and FaceTiming friends while preparing food. It's bad enough this sugar factory poses as a healthy alternative, I gotta hear the employee loudly carry on a conversation with someone on a cellphone while they cram GFS-tier fruit into a blender. Just unprofessional

We loved BJ&E! We stopped on our way out of town for sandwiches and smoothies for the road. The service team was super helpful and quick to fulfill our order just right! The wraps were soooo delish! We had the spicy asparagus with feta and other veggies. Super great. It seemed like the service staff treated everyone courteously and as if they were the only customer in the store. Wow! Who does that anymore? The gentleman running the smoothies offered us an extra smoothie that had been made by accident. Generous portions too. The wraps filled us up and the bars were breakfast for the next few days. Perfect!!

It's their 2nd New location in A2 . Download their App and you can score a Free Smoothie worth $7. Ordered my free Mango Tango( Mango, pineapple, Banana, honey and coconut cream) and its pretty good. Pros: -------- Quick Service Friendly staff Easy Ordering/Pick up Free Ample Parking Blaze Pizza, Olga's , Dollar Store, T mobile in the strip Starbucks , Krogers , Patel Brother( Indian stores) and lot of other food spots in Walkable distance Clean Would love to return and try the bowls.

I used to come here all the time. The staff is rude and is always giving away food to their friends. The food is prepared half-ass. Management needs to be involved in the day-to-day. I drive additional 5 miles to Ann Arbor/Saline Rd location. Better service and food prep.

Came here for an Açaí bowl after looking for one in the Ann Arbor area. Upon walking in, the store was really clean and nice and the workers were kind. However the food was disappointing to say the least. The bowl comes straight from the freezer and then they put your toppings on. It probably would've been okay to eat by the time we made the 30 minute drive home but we were expecting to have it right after we ordered it. It was hard as a rock. It is a smoothie place but they only have one option for an açaí bowl and no option to customize the toppings. I asked for an ingredients list for the granola to check for allergens and the store didn't have one to show me. They said the granola comes straight from their factory and they don't receive a list of ingredients. The fresh toppings on my bowl were very fresh and good quality. However I brought my mom here with me and her açaí bowl had a huge chunk of raw ginger in it!! It must've been on the knife or cutting board when they were cutting the strawberries or bananas. It was awfully strong and ruin an already mediocre bowl. We were really craving açaí bowls and this place was just not it.

The girl who took my order was texting when I walked up so waiting and she asked what I wanted while still texting. She said "there a lot going on right now." And walked away. I was the only person in there.

Ordered ahead. They didn't have my order. They didn't even remember talking to me. I called only 10 minutes ahead. They offered to make the order right away but I had an appointment to get to on time. (Which is why ordered ahead) I went to my appointment hungry.

The woman who took my order was rude and did not use gloves when she was making my smoothie.

I got a wrap, needed more meat though tasted fresh and yummy. It was worth the price if you want something fresh and tasty.

Delicious! Everything is very fresh and well put together. I had a raspberry infused lemonade and a Bop Bowl (added chicken) I will definitely order from here again!

Absolutely love this place! Always a great and fast option! They have many options and always have fresh ingredients... One of my new favorite stops! Super friendly staff :)

Awesome fresh and healthy food. I had the Chicken Cilantro wrap and my wife the Chicken Almond salad. We'll definitely be making this one of our regular lunch/dinner spots.
