Beyond Juicery + Eatery

Beyond Juice has done well with its smoothies and wraps, which I usually enjoy. I received an email about a deal on their new iced matcha latte and as an avid matcha latte drinker decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was not good. The color was dark, almost brown, and there were small chunks of matcha powder floating around, which is not normal. I cannot describe the strange taste it had. I’ve included a picture of the advertisement that shows a much brighter and accurate color for a matcha latte. They advertised ceremonial-grade matcha, but it seemed either poorly prepared or the quality was lacking. I could only take a few sips before giving up — this is the second time I’ve had to throw out a matcha drink, which is disappointing. Thankfully, it was $5 after their $2 discount special. That said, I’m still happy to return for their smoothies, which remain a solid choice. I hope they improve their matcha preparation in the future.

My only question is, how can an establishment who markets themselves to health conscious consumers not use real egg? What’s worse is that on uber eats they state “fresh egg” as the ingredient. There is nothing fresh about the egg, they use the powdered liquid egg stuff (you can tell by the holes in the egg texture). Either America has gone too far for customers to notice or these guys are just marketing a front.

Sean is absolutely wonderful — he’s kind, always pleasant, and genuinely goes out of his way to help me every time I come in. His friendly attitude makes each visit an easy and positive experience. The entire store staff also deserves recognition. They consistently provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Everyone is so helpful, polite, and upbeat — it really makes a difference and keeps me coming back! P.S Will is still my favorite

Will is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into Beyond Juice, he greets me with the biggest smile and the warmest energy. He’s kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re a valued guest, not just another customer. His positive attitude is contagious—no matter what kind of day you’re having, you’ll walk out in a better mood after talking to him. On top of that, he’s always super helpful and friendly, making sure everything is just right. People like Will are the reason I keep coming back—he truly makes the Beyond Juice experience special

Staff aren't the nicest but the food and smoothie was good. Relatively good value for food and drinks.

Nick is awesome. He ensures, food, service and overall quality is being outstanding. Everythingis always fresh. I would say staff does need to work on saying the name of the store not just "hello" when they answer and being a little more professional instead of answering with "Yup"

I placed an online, pick-up order, and the food was ready as soon as I walked into Beyond Juicery & Eatery on South University Ave. Service was fast and the staff greeted me when I walked in. My order was fresh and accurate.

First time to visit here today to get a fresh smoothie. The staff are so kind and the store is super neat! and smoothies are real good, too :) I would definitely plan to visit here again soon.

Hands-down the worst Beyond Juice ever. Normally a fan and normally great products, but smoothie was a hot mess, brown instead of green, and tasted horrible. Three seats on dirty tables. Never again.

I've been in here multiple times, and I truly enjoy the ambiance you feel as soon as you enter. The food and drinks are AMAZING, and I love trying something new every time I come across this location. Customer Service is definitely a plus, and there are a few spots to sit inside if you're not planning on carry out.

Headed here on a busy afternoon during move in week. The Root fresh juice drink was great. Refreshing. The Acai bowl was great too, however portion size is really small. The picture on the menu shows a bowl filled to the rim. We pretty much got half way through. It also didn't help when they forgot to get the order completed "stating that it fell through the cracks". Overall mid grade experience. Would come back for the juice though!

This place is so fresh and clean. I love getting the wraps or a smoothie! I have yet to try the fresh juice, but I have seen them make it right on the spot! They have a powerful juicer and they put the fruits and vegetables in whole! It's amazing!

We had a super tasty lunch here the other day. The chicken Cesar salad wrap was amazing, probably my favorite wrap they've offered. The smoothie I ordered was good and my kids smoothie was also reportedly good. They had a little extra and offered to put it in another cup for me which was super sweet and a staff member also showered my toddlers with stickers which kept them happily blissful while we waited. The only downside of this location is their size and the options for dining in. There's only three bar stool at a counter. It's definitely geared for take out. There's some space outside so you could sit on some landscaping bricks if you wanted, but it would be nice if they owned a little outdoor area for tables and chairs. Overall, the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly, just expect to eat elsewhere.

The absolutely slowest service I have ever experienced. Place was crowded with people waiting for mobile orders and the staff seemed to be moving as slow as humanly possible.

Ugh I love Beyond. The staff is fast and friendly and the food is always so good. If you are going be prepared to spend, as it is not cheap, but it is definitely good and filling.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Fresh made juices as well as cold pressed bottled ones, smoothies, wraps... all seemingly healthy. I actually got one of everything I listed above and they were all really good! And know I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to juices and smoothies! ‍ Lovely redhead girl behind the counter was extremely sweet and helpful as well.

I never had beyond juicery before today. I got a smoothie which was very bland and watered down. It was truly disgusting. The salad made me feeling more unhealthy and had such little dressing. Overall not great experience and would not come back again.

Beyond Juicery is extremely unpredictable. Although their smoothies are very good, their wraps are a different story. One day they are well made and delicious, the next they fall apart the second you take a bite. I do like the food and smoothies, however be careful when ordering because sometimes you get 1 bite and that's it.

The food was really good and quick. I ordered online in advance and when I get there it was sitting on a rack ready for pickup.

So happy to have this new addition to the area! The app is to use and super helpful with COVID! Their smoothies are great, but I haven't tried many of their food options. I hope they add some more vegetarian/fish options to the menu! Food comes out super quick, and you can always. order ahead so it's ready for you when you get there! Great to have a healthy option close to campus.

Ordered the fuego huevo wrap and the Anna's blueberry/coconut/peanut butter smoothie. Both delicious. The "spicy" cilantro sauce is not really spicy, but it is delicious. The wraps are a bit more than what I have paid for an equivalent meal, but it's good quality food.

Stopped in today to get a free smoothie and wrap. Both were delicious. The wrap size was a little small for the $10 price gag but overall pretty good.
