Beyond Juicery + Eatery

I think these smoothies are too sugary, but I do love their food—wraps, bowls—good options. The service is generally pretty quick. Parking is on the street or in the nearby parking lot. They allow you to pull into the back alley if you order online and they will bring it out to you, which is super nice. The space is small and pretty loud honestly, so I generally take it to the nearby park. I’ve been many times and it is good for food.

Drinks are always fresh and extremely tasty. Service is fast. 10/10 experience every time.

I got two smoothies, both were quite delicious and refreshing! I was my first time there, and it was enjoyable, the smoothies were decent, not amazing but decent for a chain! I would recommend for a hot day!

I pick up dinner from many places around town. Beyond Juice is always ready when I arrive and has always been accurate. And of course, the food is always amazing and fresh!

Employee was very kind as I had questions about the ingredients. Smoothies were fresh and ready for pick up, as I ordered them on the app.

Took my family out for a walk and we stopped by and got this bowl as a treat. It was a good combo of refreshing and a sweet dessert. Highly recommended for when it’s warm outside.

Great goto if you need that juice cleanse abd want something actually clean and fresh for your body.

Employee Jessica (manager?) is a SUPER STAR. She's professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Food is always great from this location. Only "bad" thing is that the place is hard to find like a MF! If you can find it, you should DEF come out to this location.

Love Beyond, disappointed my $11 parfait came half full when they usually fill it to the top. They only put a few pieces of fruit for whatever reason.

I walked in at 7:25pm, they close at 8 so I understand, but I went to the counter to order and I asked if I could have a juice and the employee groaned and mumbled no and then said I guess. I said never mind because I was so taken aback by her lack of customer service. She was also rude to the person in front of me. The person was picking up an online order and asked if the smoothies on the counter were hers. The employee said i dont know and ignored her. Disappointing since I love beyond juice. Will not be back to this location.

This is so disgusting! My hair is blonde so now way! Management along with the supervisor was being sarcastic instead of apologetic. Totally gross and unacceptable! WATCH YOUR FOOD! This was underhanded and disgusting

I stopped by this location today to get my free smoothie; when you download the app, if you are a first time app user you got a complimentary smoothie, which enticed me in. I live pretty much equidistant between this one and the downtown Birmingham one, but I figured parking would be easier at this place. Your GPS won't be very helpful finding it, because although it is technically located on Cole Street, it's in a tiny side plaza. I had to start looking at numbers to figure out where it was and I had originally passed it on the street. I did in-person pick up and my smoothie was waiting for me on a side counter when I arrived. They also offer curbside pickup and I think probably delivery. I ordered the Mango Tango smoothie, which was pretty good; It tasted a bit more natural or healthier than the ones I've tried from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Their smoothies are pretty expensive, though: this one was $7 and they range from $5.50 to $7.50. Today they're actually doing smoothies for $5 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. as a Black Friday sale though. Overall I would try the smoothies here again but it would have to be on sale, $7 is a little out of my budget. I've also heard that they have good wraps and other food items.

First time visiting this location and coincidentally, first bad experience with Beyond. I did an online order so there was very little staff interaction to begin with but the girl working went out of her way, it seemed, to be rude. They didn't appear to be busy (no one else in the store, no other orders on the rack) so I'm unsure what she was so annoyed about that had her rolling her eyes, stomping around and the snarky attitude. To top it off, got back to work and the wrap was basically hollow and horribly made. I was going to chalk it up to a bad day for her but came here out of curiosity and after reading some other reviews, definitely seems like there is staffing issue here.

Do you enjoy slow service, employees milling about lost, and ignored online orders? Have I got a place for you - this place! Update: Have to love the quick speed that the GM responded with, maybe spend less time policing your reviews and more time policing the sh*t employees you have hired. You got my feedback - I'm not filling out a form, it's clear you don't want my business with a sh*t copy and paste response.

This place was annoying to locate, an outside street marquis would help. I drove up and down Cole street trying to find this tiny place. It's next to RPM. It's down the one way of the parking lot. It's a size of a kiosk, almost, it's small. If you blink, you would miss the door. At least they have their own parking lot, shared but it's a lot. I ordered a 20 ounce fresh Caliente raw juice and a shot of the turmeric and the ginger. It was $14.04. The juice takes a bit time since it's freshly squeezed and it takes a lot of veggies to produce an ounce so to get 20 ounces will take some time. Not a lot of seating here, mostly for carry out. I like that's it's juice and smoothie spot with mostly healthy items but they sell better made and Great Lakes potato chips and sun chips, in case you want to balance out your healthy foods with a bit of junk food. The caliente is spicy and tastes so green and healthy, taste wise, it's okay, very earthy for sure. The woman behind the counter brought out my shot and juice and apologized for it taking so long, it did, definitely, but appreciated the apology. The ginger and turmeric shot has some major spice and kick to it, all from the ginger. Burns going down and makes my throat feel numb even, it's a good kind of burn. The 20 ounce juice will be a slow go, since it's not so tasty going down. To my health!

The smoothies are good but be prepared to wait forever as they are in no hurry to get them made for you.

The food and service was fabulous! The kids loved the smoothies, I loved the salad and our friends loved the bowls!

Good juices. Nice menu with whole food, healthy options. The line is always insane and out the door. Sandwiches and wraps are hit or miss. Carry out only cold sandwiches. Otherwise they are soggy and gross :(

I order from here almost daily. I order here for all my employees. And I can tell you that I am impressed with my experience with them. They have messed up orders and fixed them right away by remaking them immediately. Overall though the source of human error is relatively low especially because I order food for my employees all the time. This showcases their attention to detail. The food is delicious as well. Compared to the other juice companies near by they are much better. Their food is healthy. A certain other chain uses excessive yogurt in their food that is flavored with high sugar for their smoothies. Other places have many more calories. Through eating at beyond juice I have kept my calorie count at 1050 calories a day but I'm still satisfied, cutting my normal intake almost 600 to 800 calories from before. So in short if your looking for tasty food that is nutritious rather than nutritious food that may taste good then this is the place I urge you to try.

I'm a major health foodie and this place gets my seal of approval. They offer gluten free options for all of the sandwiches. I got the albacore tuna wrap which was toasty and grilled on the outside. My juice tasted really good (caliente juice) and the staff was nice. This is a really small place with only a few tables so I got my food to go.

stopped in beyond juicers ti get some lunch and it was amazing. my mom and i both got wraps. they came out very quickly and the service was great.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. There was plastic shards in my shake and they response from the employees was ridiculous . They said oh ok we can make you another one all casual and cool like they were high. And we will refund your card . I almost swallowed plastic and had to spit it back out. Not to mention this place advertises organic , but I see a GFS truck in back making deliveries . I'll never go to any beyond juice again place is trash !!!!!!

I wish there was a Beyond Juicery + Eatery out in Clarkston. I've eaten both at this location and the one in Detroit and they. are. awesome. The smoothies are perfect and the food is AH-MAY-ZING. I'm not kidding this is like the most healthy+delicious combo you could possibly have eating out. They are friendly, reasonably priced for the quality of food, and the flavor is impeccable. And don't just get a smoothie! Eat. Here. It's sooooOOOoooooo worth it. =)

Literally my favorite place to eat on EARTH. They have the healthiest and best food juices and smoothies and the staff is simply amazing. They always go out of their way to make sure that my experience is the best every time.

The juice is very good, and the staff is very professional, helpful, and pleasant. I got a juice with beet in it, and it was very good.

Staff was absolutely terrible. I asked if they have anything non dairy they had no ideas or suggestions just said "no" which I know they do. Girl taking my order seemed high as a kite and my order of 2 smoothies took 30 minutes with nobody else in the whole place. Nothing like the other Birmingham location.

I love beyond juice! This isn't my favorite location. It's very small and parking is not easy. If you're lucky to find a spot out front and just want a smoothie to grab n go, this is a great location. Otherwise I recommend going to the Somerset location

I'm a big fan of Beyond Juice. They make wonderful, fresh salads with interesting ingredients and are always willing to make substitutions for my milk allergy. Really I can't get a salad as good as this anywhere for the price. I'm a devoted patron and love their holiday promotion when you get $100 gift card for $75! My first choice always in Birmingham or at Somerset.

Love beyond! Excellent smoothies-if you want t save $2 ask for the same drink in a smaller size. The lemon poppyseed bread is amazing!

Can't say enough good things! I have had Beyond Juice before, but this location went out of there way to be helpful today. I placed a large online order for our entire office (10 people). I had to park 1/4 mile down the road just because the lot was busy, and the poor guy helped carry my order to my car (in a t-shirt while it's 30 degrees!). So kind and above and beyond expectations. They also made everything perfect, no errors. They labeled everything. We were so, so pleased! Definitely will be back!!

The smoothies were delicious, they were moderately priced, the business was clean, but the customer service was just okay. The lady wasn't rude, but you could tell she wanted to be somewhere else-maybe still in bed? I understand that completely because it was about 9:40 AM on a Sunday (yesterday) when I was there. None the less, if you are working, then you should be giving 100% to all aspects of your job. I ordered an Anna's ($6.50) smoothie and one of The Boss ($7) smoothies for my wife. Anna's smoothie was refreshing-it had blueberries, coconut water, strawberries, a banana, peanut butter, and lime. My son couldn't stop drinking Anna's smoothie too. This location is hidden off of Cole Street, but it is conveniently located since it is within walking distance to the gyms in the vicinity. Added bonus, they have unique smoothies named after the local businesses. We will be back soon.

Hard to find this location but the food and Juicery is fantastic - im a big fan!

I absolutely love the staff and the healthy options! Definitely my go to lunch spot a few times a week! Their food is consistent, healthy, delicious and I've always had great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Beyond is right! Casey the manager is wonderful! I called the Cole Street location to have food delivered to my home. Casey explained it was out of the delivery zone. I told him I was going through chemotherapy and I cant drive. He immediately said, "No problem Ms Parker I will deliver the food personally" and he did! I am Beyond grateful! Thank you Casey! Please go visit this location. You wont regret it!

Delish. Great bottled juice blends and quick-grab Michigan-made snacks with enough protein for travel etc. Great smoothies, wraps, salads. Fair prices for satisfying portions of truly fresh and nutritious food and drink. I eat half a wrap for lunch, the other half for dinner. Same with the juices. Accommodating of gluten-free and other diets. Clean, comfortable, quick and friendly service. Eat in and take-out. Easy parking. 4th driveway on the left eastbound on Cole from Eton. Turn in and look for it about two thirds of the way down on your right. Been several times; already planning when I can go back again. Just excellent.

Hands down the worst Beyond Juice location. While i used I just stop there to grab a quick bite to eat before i go box at jabs gym, this location has slowly gotten worse and worse, with worse service and meals that come out either the wrong order or both hot and cold. It almost taste like they microwaved it and i looks like it made with no care which is a shame that I'm spending so much for such a subpar meal. The staff is totally understaffed at times when it's busy and no one can get an or elder fast enough (why should i have to wait 15 mins for an egg sandwich)when it's not it's over staffed and no one knows what their doing and mistakes are made more often. A lot of the time, the staff seems to be goofing off more than helping and when something goes wrong they all say sorry to save face which makes me less inclined to say "it's okay" since a lot of the time it can be insincere and it's repeated from multiple employees instead of the one who messed up or the manager. I love beyond juice but seeing how things have gone down hill at the Cole street location, I will be sticking to the one in downtown Birmingham and Detroit. Hopefully there can be new management soon, it's a shame to see the flagship location run this amateurish.
