11/1/2025- I ordered online through the app at 10:06a for 2 smoothies and 2 wraps. I arrived to the store at 10:15a and there was no one in store. There was only one young lady working and she informed me that she had to make the sauce that goes on the sandwich and that it’ll be a minute. After 5 minutes another customer who ordered online came in and someone who just wanted to place an order and she completely ignored both of them. The customer who wanted to order walked out and the customer who placed his order had to wait another 20 minutes for her while she took her time. I finally received my order at 11:00a…… almost an entire hour later. I understand that this location is in a college area, however, your workers don’t have any sense of urgency and truly walk around as if they do not care. I understand that this isn’t a cooperate job and isn’t a career, however some work ethic has to be instilled. From a business aspect- you’re losing money and your business is gaining negative attention. She also had super long hair that was not in a hair net or out of her face. That’s disgusting to see and is against many health codes. There are 2 locations within 10 minutes of this one, do yourself a favor and save your time and patience and go to another location.

Poor customer service, no hairnets worn, bad attitude from the sandwich maker, no sense of urgency and it wasn’t crowded, staff (young man pictured) was making their lunch while I waited for mine to be started. Take out is not their priority. People came in after me and left before me, and she still made my order wrong

Be careful. If you order using the website or the app to place your order they might not have certain things they let you select AND they will still charge you for them and not mention anything about it when you pick up your order. I did an online order today for a Build my own salad and added a few extras that have individual charges. After the young lady hands me my order I decide to check it before I walk out. I notice it’s missing one of the extra items. They were going to just let me walk about being charged for it and say nothing. When I point it out to here she adds “oh and we were out of Salami too” another item I paid extra for…. so no one was going to mention that at any point and was still going to leave the charges for both of those on my bill??? PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS and your bill and don’t expect any integrity for them to inform you or not charge you if things you ordered and paid for aren’t available. And please don’t expect a simple resolution— it was another 10 minutes in the store where no one offered to correct anything until I mentioned a refund for the missing items— no one knew how to do it- so they just kept trying to push me to substitute something else on the salad. I ordered what I wanted and expected— if I would have been okay with something else I would have ordered it with that. Finally I just decided to cancel the order…. another 5 minutes plus because the person working didn’t know how to do that. I can’t recommend this location. But if you do choose to go and you order online — make sure you’re not being charged for things you’re not receiving because they definitely wont inform you.

Needs to make sure to have an up to date schedule on google, it stated they were open and they were not. Luckily the one over by eastern market was still open like stated online so we ended up going there instead. We checked out the chicken place next store but my niece’s weren’t feeling that. I didn’t want to leave this place a horrible review just because they weren’t open when it shows they were as I was unable to try their food or smoothies but just be sure to give ‘em a call if your thinking about visiting.

Brittany was AMAZING!!! It being my first time I didn't know a lot about the menu she suggested a salad that will be perfect for me! She was well versed and the ingredients and asked me how I wanted my salad and gave me very healthy options! Her customer service and great attitude one me over!!

Went to this Beyond today at around 10:45am. The lady on the front was initially nice. But then, became very condescending and rude. I placed an order for one one the 2 items I was going to order. I spoke clear and at a decent pace. I made a pause and then continued with my second item. She started saying that I was talking too fast and that she could only put in the system one item at a time. She asked me to repeat my order, which I did calmy. She continued saying I was talking too fast. The way she was adressing me was very rude. I'm not familiar at all with the menu, and it was a stressful and confusing experience. I left because, I don't expect to be served with all smiles and compliments, just not in a rude and condescending way. People have to treat people with respect, especially if you are doing business with them.
