Worst location of all beyond’s I constantly have my order made incorrectly the manager argues with you when you call to notify them of mistakes .. I used to order here 4 times a week sometimes more with the kids the burritos they make are third of the size of every other location from our house in Bloomfield Hills and this one skimps out in addition the avocados are always rotten. Last time I ordered a burrito. The manager argued with me about a rotten avocado and made me bring in the burrito to show her. The avocado was rotten because she argued with me. It wasn’t and saw the entire avocado was black in my burrito… this is why you should just go to another location save your self the head ache I live behind this location and jut stopped visiting… Several orders have been promised, be refunded never being refunded. Also it’s gotten into the point where the manager I think does it on purpose this location is such poor quality and poorly operated as you can see the reviews. I’ve lost so much money this location. It made me stop doing business with the brand and I don’t say that spitefully. It’s sad because it used to be my go to and fav

today was my first time trying this place, menu looked great and i love the amount of nutrients you can get from a single item like the amount of protein in a single burrito. service was quick enough and the woman who took my order was personable. however, halfway through my burrito, i had egg shell.. i noticed them at first and was able to pick it out, but i guess i missed more because my last bite also had shell in it. happy that they use fresh eggs but thats not necessarily how i wanted to find out that they do hahaha

Awesome food and service! Today 10/14 is their 5th year anniversary, stop in until 5pm for a FREE 20 oz smoothie of your choice! The razzle dazzle is sweet and delicious and the grilled cheese and wraps are excellent! Very friendly and welcoming staff that provide consistent quality food with fresh ingredients. This location is my favorite! So clean and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere!

My first and last time ever eating there a few weeks ago. I had a salad and a smoothie. The food made me very sick. The next day I called to tell them and they treated me like they didn't care. Manager wouldn't come to the phone.

I like this location. They always get my order, and they consistently make my smoothie the same way. Flavor is spot on each time. They have nice size salads as well. The team is welcoming and ready to answer menu questions. Location is clean inside and outside. Parking lot gets tight during their busy hours.

The newer eatery in st clair shores has delicious and healthy smoothies and wraps that are cost effective. I had a 38 grams protein breakfast wrap today, and it gave me just what I needed to hit the gym and hit the weights hard. They remember you, they call you by name. They value thier customers and they offer nutritious options. Five starts here.

This is hands down my favorite Beyond Juice location—I come here every week since it’s conveniently close to my work, and pretty much all of my coworkers do the same. We’re all super happy with the entire crew that works here. They’re always friendly, fast, and the quality of the food is consistently great. One time I totally messed up my own order, and even though it was 100% my fault, the staff went out of their way to fix it for me without hesitation. I was so grateful and impressed by their kindness and customer service. If you’re looking for a spot with great people and great food, this is the one!

Great smoothies. I always feel like the ingredients taste fresh. I got a breakfast wrap (only food I've tried) and it was also very good. I order through the app and it's on point with readiness time. Clean establishment.

Ordered avocado turkey wrap - barely any turkey in the wrap itself. For a ten dollar sandwich you can get a tablespoon of avocado with wilted lettuce, and if you're lucky, a teaspoon of turkey.

I stopped in for their anniversary event and the business was packed! There was a line & people enjoying their smoothies/food. Their team worked efficiently & seamlessly! I appreciate the fast friendly service on such a busy day! I ordered the Colombian smoothie and am happy with it! I was also given a cute beanie. Nice touch on a cold rainy morning!

Love the seasonal options they have. Great for breakfast or just a quick Meal. Would recommend trying the chili for food or the one of the many signature smoothies they have

Do not get the Acai bowl here. The Acai is frozen at the bottom of a plastic container and not mixed fresh. I will be waiting 15 for Acai to unfreeze before I can even eat. Moreover, the proportion of Acai to the toppings is way off - can't believe I just paid $12 for this.

I recently ordered Beyond Juicery through Uber Eats for dinner one night. Can we say convenient, easy and delicious?! I opted for the PB&J Rollup, which you can choose between peanut butter or almond butter. The wrap also includes granola, cinnamon, honey and banana. Beyond Juicery also offers various wraps (spinach, wheat, gluten free, etc) Love the healthy options for every meal. I was given an apple as a side. This was a great dinner and even had lunch for the next day! I'm a big fan of granola and peanut butter so this wrap was perfect for me. Beyond Juicery also has many smoothies, raw and bottled juices, salad and açaí bowls to choose from. I haven't been able to try any of those options but I'll be back soon!

I love this place. Great smoothies and wraps. Im addicted to this acai bowl. Today i was disappointed in the rush job i feel like I received tho. I don't taste any peanut butter and there is very little bananas. Like 2 little round cuts.

Super bonus, this place has its own parking lot and stand alone building. I like the outside fireplace and patio set too. Two fresh hot shots with turmeric added, banana nut and added granola with almond butter and a Carlo's detox with almond butter added to it. You know you in a fresh juice spot when you get hit with the whiff of raw juiced veggies. It's a scent that hits me whenever I come into a juice shop. I like to believe the shots help my immune system and gives me a kick of energy too. My energy level feels low today. The Carlos' detox is a sip of pure bitterness, couldn't handle the taste, it was so bitter to me. Changed to Anna's instead and added almond butter to Anna's. The banana nut with almond butter tastes good. The Anna's is better than the Carlos' detox, still has some tartness from the lime, it sort of reminds my husband of PB&J minus the lime essence. The banana nut with almond butter was the best of the 3 smoothies to us.

Here's another review from my FAVORITE smoothie place. My good friend introduced me about 6 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. My go to drink so far has been the banana nut with chocolate chips. Blended so well it's not too thick when I sip through the straw. The service is always great and read when I arrive. Highly recommended

I just feel better when I juice. It's good for you to juice so juice! I think it's expensive but at least you're doing something good for your body. Do your body right. I try my best. I masked up with Lily first, grosse pointe style. Upon entrance I was sad to see the chairs stacked. No socializing. No siting communally. It's sad. My juice was well balanced. I asked for extra ginger and it had a great kick. The boy in the pink T-shirt who rung up my order was quite attractive as well. So North South girls go get a juice.

Beyond Juice has been a favorite of mine for a few years now and I would visit the Detroit and Somerset location whenever I was in the area. When I found out that they were opening one in Grosse Pointe I was beyond (haha) excited since it is so close to my house!! THE PERFECT location since the area needs more healthy and trendy places to go. It has not even been open a week and I have already been there 2 times. The set up is super cute and has a good amount of seating if you want to sit inside. Love the Grosse Pointe wall sign! For being the opening week, I am very impressed with the organization and efficiency of the workers. Everything seemed to run smoothly. Today was significantly busier than the other day I went, so I was expecting a longer wait. I was surprised with how little the wait actually was and how fast the line moved- both times my order was ready within minutes. Also for how busy it was, the staff remained calm and friendly, exhibiting great customer service to everyone. Food was delicious, as always. Today I ended up trying something different than what I normally order, a Carlo's detox smoothie and the original wrap, which had tomatoes, egg whites, avocado and cheese (which I subbed), on my choice of a spinach wrap. I loved both of them and will definitely be ordering them again. I am so happy that this beyond juice opened and I cannot wait to visit here more! Anyone in the surrounding areas needs to go, it is a fantastic and fun place!

I got the mango tango when I came in. It was truly a delight!!!! This was my first time in the area so I had it with me on my drive over to Belle Isle. The vibes in this place are immaculate. It was so refreshing to see the staff smiling. I also had some pb protein balls that were pretty good. If I was to ever be back in this area I would definitely come back and possibly try some of the food on their menu.

I placed an order for pick up today. Whoever the workers were today were very unprofessional. My order was set to be ready between 125 and 1:35 PM, but when I got in there it had change from 1:35 to 145 there was a guy in front of me picking up a order which they were very helpful with him. Once he left, I stood there for almost 10 minutes no one asked could they help or was I picking up an order being that I was standing in the pick up area. I had to ask one of the girls who was standing there doing nothing and looking at me. Did they have a Grubhub order with my name? And yes they did. It was behind the register sitting on the counter when the girl that was making smoothies was sitting everybody else is on top of the counter with a receipt, but not mine!

I've lived down the street from this Juicery for the last three years, and have never had a bad experience. Their smoothies and fresh pressed juices never disappoint. Their app is very easy to use, and modify your order through. I love that they offer delivery, especially since it shows up at my house about 10 minutes after I place the order. I don't think I've had to wait longer than 15 minutes for any order I placed through the app. I can't speak to the quality of their food menu as I've never ordered any of their food options, but have considered it many times because it all looks delicious. I really have nothing negative to say about the business. I do wish that their reward program had a little bit more reward to it, but beyond that, it's my favorite place for a smoothie or a juice.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! i adored the former manager Isis and since they left the quality of service and food has dropped significantly. This place doesn't respect u as the customer or evn their employees. the girl who replaced her is very rude to me but greets the white customers warmly. it's giving racism!!! this was my go to spot but i won't be spending my money here any longer

This is my first time ordering and I received a free smoothie when I ordered through the app. The PBJ wrap was ok, but the apple was soft and brown and makes me wonder about the freshness/quality of fruit that goes into the smoothies.

*** update They changed the pricing on the menu in store. $4.50 shots Love love love that there is one closer to where I live. I'm only complaint is that the shots are not priced as posted. On the menu in store behind the counter (main menu) and the printed menu at the register they are priced as $4.00 and the small sign where the shots are located in this cooler they are $4.50 I'm just wondering why the high price jump so suddenly? So sudden that you couldn't even get the proper pricing on all your menus.

My favorite place, my husband and I eat here at least once a week!! Everything I order is always phenomenal and so fresh. My personal favorite is the cilantro chicken wrap!

Great place to grab a smoothie or raw fruit juice. The food is amazing as well. The staff are very polite, professional and helpful when it comes to helping you pick out something good on the menu. I definitely recommend this place to health nuts and people looking too live a healthier lifestyle.

I'm a frequent flyer at both the Eastern Market and the Grosse Pointe locations and I fully intend to keep it that way! The menu spans a wide range of offerings, and my favorite thing is that they do NOT add sugar/sweeteners to their smoothies. Favorites are The Boss and Anna's. My only gripe is that sometimes it's a bit of a wait, but it's generally worth it for a substantial, fresh smoothie.

I love eating here, healthier smoothies than other places but still delicious. Food is pretty good and they make it pretty quickly (most I've had to wait was about 8-10 minutes during a rush). The only reason why I didn't give it five starts is because it is a bit overpriced but seems to be geared towards the hipster crowd that doesn't mind paying for that. The staff is always super nice and helpful, they are always know what they have on the menu and can make good recommendations. I love the dimmer smoothie, my friend swears by the mango tango. I also love the original and fuego heavo wraps. Won't be able to eat weekly here with the prices but will be back once in a while for a treat!

Before coming here I read the reviews on yelp and I was very excited to try their products, for days I had planned to come here after my flight. I came in with my wife and my father-in-law and was not welcomed in only were greeted by blank stares. Sometimes we get that because we are a mixed family(Black/Latino) I didn't pay any mind to it at first because I was fascinated by their wide variety of products. I had asked my wife if she wanted anything and told me no and I had asked her is it because of the high prices? She shook her head and said she wasn't feeling the vibe. I started to catch on and felt a little of the awkwardness as well. When I stepped up to the counter to order my juice I felt rushed and not welcomed much. A heavyset bald gentleman with a beard took my order and wasn't the most friendly or talkative person. He gave me a fake "have a nice day" practically came off as go fk myself, seemed upset to take my order. While waiting for my juice we stayed by the front door where nobody was and maybe about 4 people in the store total who were sitting and eating. When my order was ready the man who made it screamed my name, yes screamed it as if he was trying to be funny or something. We were looking behind the counter the whole time from where we were and weren't speaking amongst ourselves so its not like we weren't paying attention. I personally took it as something they may do in Michigan as far as be boisterous but my father in law who is a local brought up the way the man yelled my name and questioned if he was joking around. I really do hope it has anything to do with prejudice(even though Michigan has the highest neo nazi population) because in the service industry we have to business with all types of people from different backgrounds regardless of personal feelings. I'm not one to pull the race card but I did see him have a much friendlier interaction with the following customer who was Caucasian. Pretty disheartening because I had anticipated trying their juices and other items. I wanted to purchase them other items but my energy was shot from the awkwardness. With all that aside this definitely is not a 4.5 star business, the juice I bought was very bland. It may be a 4 star at most because it has a modern look and very clean, but service wise definitely a 1 Star. Maybe down the line when I go visit my family I'll give it another go and revise this, but based on my experience and uncomfortability my family felt this gets 1 star

I love this place! I work at Fusion Integrated Training a few minutes away, its the perfect place to grab a post a pre-workout smoothie. Joe, the owner, always takes great care with his customers and employees, this is one of my new favorite places now.

So obv we all know that the food and drinks here are of high quality and it's all delicious - however their customer service is ALSO incredible. I placed an order through their app, which I was told ends up going through doordash. After waiting for over an hour for my lunch to be delivered, I called to see what was going on. They said they were still waiting on a doordash person to come pick it up and they thanked me for my patience. Then about 10 minutes later they called back saying that I shouldn't have been able to place the order as I was out of their delivery zone but my order somehow went through. Not only did they completely refund the order, they made it fresh and the store manager hand delivered it to my work. It's one thing to have great food, but to be that on top of your customer service is huge. I was hangry and they really went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even though it wasn't really the fault of the store.

I've been getting smoothies here for about 3 years and I love the somerset location most! I was excited about the Grosse pointe location and I've been a few times and today my service wasn't good. I waited for 10-15 minutes and watched 6 people come AFTER me and get their orders. I finally went up and had to ask for my smoothie . They didn't apologize or anything and I patronage this business frequently, I didn't appreciate it at all! I won't be back for a while!

I inquired about GF items and asked about GF / DF wraps and was informed they have them. Great! I was so excited & appreciated the counter gal reviewing my order, very thorough. I ordered a GF wrap and when I went to pick up my order, THANK GOD, I asked if it was the GF wrap and the gal who made it looked at it and said "oh no that's the multigrain, I'll make you another one." YIKES. If I hadn't asked I would have been horribly terribly sick for a week. Sorry, I know mistakes happen, but this is such a giant one that I cannot afford to trust the oversight here. I politely asked for a refund. Sadly, this is a newer neighborhood place that took over a very popular coffee shop and wanted so badly to make this my new go-to, but alas myself, my clients and my friends will know NOT to go here!

Love their smoothies more than Tropical Smoothie. They have better flavors and don't taste watered down. Looking froward to trying their juices and food.

Asked if I had any allergies, which are gluten and dairy. I saw everything being made from fresh blenders and everything. Felt comfortable and take care of. Wish the prices were lower, but it's worth it from time to time!

Beyond is by far the best smoothie / juice bar around! A combination of high quality beverages, food, and friendly service makes this a great spot. I used to be very loyal to tropical smoothie until I found Beyond Juice. They have many creative and unique options to choose from. A++

I've been going to beyond juice since they opened the one in eastern market. I moved to st Claire shores and haven't been able to really go to beyond as often as I would like. I was so happy to find that they opened one up right in grosse point woods! The young lady with the black hair at the register was so helpful in answering all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. She made my visit 100% better and got me to try other things out of my comfort zone and was more than happy to answer all my questions! I will be a frequent customer to grosse point! My wife and I tried this place out yesterday with our two year old, and we were pleasantly surprised. First, the menu has a ton of options for juices, smoothies, and food and everything we ordered was amazing. We had a Carlos Detox and added peanut butter and chai protein, planning to share it with my wife. I gave my two year old a sip sort of as a joke, and he immediately grabbed it and started sipping, taking breaks only to say "oooh, yum." We also ordered the hummus and beet bowl, which was larger than expected and tasted great. I have been to juice bars where you're paying more for the gimmicky bottles and are limited to juice, or others where the menu options are not healthy. The ambiance was clean and calm but relaxing and comfortable, and very bright with all the windows. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we were deciding what to order, and they even came out to our table to make sure we liked what we got. My wife and I shared the bowl and had what little smoothie our son would part with, and left feeling very satisfied. The prices are reasonable, the food and smoothies are amazing, and the great service tops it off. We will be back and you should too!
