I love the food here. My issue is that multiple times I've ordered on their site and they deliver it without a seal on the smoothie and literally threw my sandwich wrap in the bag without a wrap on it. Literally just threw it in the delivery bag. The best part is when you call they want to give you a refund but you are still out your lunch! They don't give a dam! When I call they say there is no manager...OBVIOUSLY!!!! They sit on your money a while before they actually send it to you!!

Terry at Beyond Juicery + Eatery is AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. He took the time to explain options, gave great recommendations, and his energy honestly made the whole experience better. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly values customers. The food/drinks were fresh and delicious, but Terry’s service is what really stood out. Beyond Juicery is lucky to have himI’ll definitely be back because of him!

I’ve been a beyond member for years and I eat the wraps 3 times a week but not at this location. This location has the worst service. The manager is sitting in the back with another employee on their phone while orders are printing away. The first time I went I waited 45 mins for a wrap!!! And today I placed an online order 45 mins so I don’t have to wait. I do for pickup my order was still on the printer. Worst location! I also saw something that should never happen. The guy making the sandwiches dropped the sandwich on the floor 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have never been inside a shop and got delivery because it was one of those day living disability life. I will say the sandwich was delicious and my dad who is some what picky enjoyed his as well. I liked how you had sweet and spicy options which fit for our craving needs. I did not take pictures this time because I ordered because I was behind on work/ research and ... but will next time and will also try some of their other items now that I know how the base of their menu is.

I walk in at 6:20 on Thursday. The guy working in the front is unenthusiastically leaning against the wall. Grunted in greeting and I look in the back and the girl is just seated or laying on a bench? Anyway. I just walked out. That didn't give me confidence at al I usually come here because the people are so friendly. Not again.

This place is great. I love the the make your own smoothies. They have a great standard variety and the fact the you can add and take out whatever you want make it even better.

Beyond in Rochester Hills, MI, is an absolute delight on a hot summer afternoon! The new Island Surge quenches my thirst and boosts my energy levels for the second half of the day, and when I add a “Hot Shot,” I’m set for the night. Fresh, smooth, and succulent, this drink leaves me beyond words!

why are people walking in after me, ordering more than me, and getting their food before me? i placed an order in the app 15 while minutes ago and i'm still waiting.

These smoothies have amazing flavor. They are filling too! I had the Alive which was a blend of strawberry, banana, peach, and orange (pictured on the right). I bought my mom the Total Energy Plus which was orange, banana, spinach, and kale. She loved it. I tried it and I will probably order that one next time just to get my greens. Hers was $1.00 more, but totally worth the splurge. My mom lives half a mile away so it's very convenient. If you download their app you can earn a free smoothie after your first purchase. Plus, the mire you buy, the more rewards you'll earn. The staff are helpful and can help you choose the best smoothie for you. They have smoothie bowls and bottle juices , and wellness shots too. I believe they have only one wrap sandwich to offer for now. My body thanks me for this refreshing treat!

Reviewing chains is always hard because each location can vary greatly depending on the staff but I've tried two Beyond locations on numerous occasions now and they've been pretty similar experiences. Salads, smoothies and wraps are my go-tos. The gluten-free wrap option is great for gluten sensitive and there's plenty of salad toppings to make a vegan salad that is more than just dressing and lettuce. I usually order in the app and it's easy to make adjustments, read ingredients and my order is always correct, which for me is key to being a repeat customer.

Great food and this location had great service. The pickup service is very fast and the smoothies are fresh!

Dropped by for their Grand Opening of this location on S Rochester Rd. Of course wasn't just by chance, they had a free smoothie promotion going for the day! Tried the Mango Tango and was pretty much what I expected. Very fruity and refreshing! Will definitely have to keep this place in mind. Very friendly staff and so far from just the one product I've tried, I liked it. Prices seemed somewhat reasonable as well, and overall the location had a nice clean and modern vibe to it too. Conveniently located as well, right at Rochester Rd & M59.

Best smoothies ever. I recommend coming here. Low low sugar and great tasting. The one on Rochester is by far my favorite. They are so friendly and easy to work with and they tail to whatever you want.

Excellent food. Great customer service. Healthy happens here. My favorite is the classic on a spinach wrap. Also love the energy bits in the cooler. This one has phenomenal customer service!

I received a 50% off coupon in the mail so figured I would give this place a try! The lobby was busy - lots of people waiting for their order, even those that had ordered ahead. I ordered the Cilantro Chicken wrap and a pup cup for my dog. They handed me the pup cup instantly and I was a bit disappointed. It was premade (frozen) and hard as a rock. I was thinking it was going to be a fresh made smoothie type item. I waited a pretty long time for the wrap. It was nothing special - the lettuce was soggy and the chicken was not the highest quality. I may come back to try a smoothie but won't be ordering food here again.

One of the worst Beyond Juice locations I've been to. Super stingy on portions, when I order my smoothies somehow it usually is missing the whey protein I added in, and or they forget to make it or they make someone else's. Also, the staff in here is unprofessional and super slow.

Super friendly! The food is great. I usually get a smoothie or one of the bowls. The food looks fresh and the people are always moving around and working quickly when I go in.
