I had no idea what B. Good was but the menu was diverse and the back area was clean. I headed to the kiosk and began to scroll through the options. I was hungry but not starving and my flight would only be 3hrs. As such, I decided on the Crispy Chicken Sandwich add Cheese. After placing my order on the kiosk, I paid and headed to the pick-up area to wait for my name to be called. As I was waiting, I further observed just how clean the back area was. Def kudos to the team for keeping the kitchen and staging area pristine. Once my name was called, I retrieved my order, said thank you and departed to my gate. At my gate, I opened my sandwich, took a bite and WOW!!!!!! When I tell you this sandwich was amazing, I’m talking ahhhhhhhmaaaaaazingggggggg. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The chicken itself was plump and a perfect portion size as a stand alone meal with no sides. The brioche bun was nicely toasted and all of the fixings were fresh. Oh yeah, and my cheese was melted. Woohoo! Bite after bite of this crispy chicken sandwich was amazing. Though I had no idea what B. good was, I now know where I will be anytime I’m flying out of Terminal B!!!!! **The sandwich is worth the price!

Even though the review was low, we still took the risk. Actually, the food is really good and the price is fair. I bought a salad bowl. The vegetables are very fresh. I really worried that the avocado would have some spots.😆 Actually it was really fresh and soft. My husband ordered a hamburger. He said it was good. Waiting time is less than 10 minutes.

I am not sure why this place is so popular. I was looking for vegan options at the airport and was pleased to see B. Good had options that I could grab to take back to my gate. Boy, did I make a mistake. The burger given to me was one of the most disgusting items I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. The burger was haphazardly assembled and absolutely drenched in sauce. I went back for a fork and knife and sat at a table. I took two bites and it was a big no for me. The black bean burger was mushy, mealy and grainy. The bun was definitely going stale. The whole thing was cold. The same issue with the fries. Cold, mealy, and definitely stale. This was disgusting. I immediately went to the counter for a refund. No one was friendly or made eye contact at either end of the transaction, but the refund was given without question. Luckily, I had enough time to go around the corner for a better burger and better service with a better price at the Cisco Brewers restaurant.

Got the kale salad and added chicken and avocado. Pretty good, nothing fabulous. Berry smoothie was excellent. However the fries were awful- undercooked and no seasoning or salt while also being wildly inconsistent in how they were cooked.

Menu *sounds* full of awesome choices, but the place should be named B'G Disappointment instead! Ordered Cali burger, burger was COLD, flat really Burger King makes them better... No evidence there was avocado there at all... bun drenched with salsa that was super LIQUID, nothing like chopped tomatoes... The staff - indifferent and maybe underpaid BUT the machines, including the one at the cashier ASK for minimum 18% tip!?... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Good concept plagued by some issues. The digital menu and ordering system doesn’t match the physical menu at the restaurant, and it is confusing trying to order. We were confused about which items were vegetarian and vegan using the digital ordering system. Our veggie burger, to our surprise, included bacon. The Spicy Avocado & Lime Bowl was good.

Ordered at the kiosk. Super easy. Food was up within 4 minutes which should tell you is not cooked to order. I had the bacon chipotle bacon chicken sandwich for $12.65 and the side of fries for $5.25. The sandwich flavors were good but the sandwich was quite small....about the size of a Jr Whopper. The fries we cold and mostly hard and had definitely been held for a while. Three stars for service because the kiosk was easy to use. Do not recommend.

Was disappointed with how thin their menu options are. Pretty much all the salad was sold out that day and the only option left was a cobb salad. Salad tasted pretty good but not quite sure if it is worth the $15 (after adding tax).
