The store and kitchen were dirty with only 3 customers sitting and eating. Dishes were stacked up around the garbage and the counters were sticky. It took 5 min for anyone to come to the counter and ask to take my order. The chicken sandwiches I ordered were done, but they forgot the fries which took an extra 5 min to make. By the time I got the fries both sandwiches were cold and after taking the first bite, they just tasted like burnt char. This was my first and last time going here.

Might be one of the worst displays of service I’ve seen. We were the only customers in the store and we had to ask if they were open. The person working the counter was almost angry we were there, and barely made eye contact through the entire interaction. She said the store closed in an hour. I shouldve left right then and there. Music from out back was louder than the in-house music. My order came out wrong. My sons hot dog was refrigerator cold. No ketchup on hand, debris on the floor. Kinda of a real bummer of an experience.

I love the food but the staff leaves something to be desired. The last two times I went there they forgot the salad dressing and an order of fries. The same mistake. Twice. It’s crazy and sad because having a good healthy food option is crucial to the area but ordering food and not getting it makes us not want to return. Hopefully they can get it straight.

've given this place quite a few chances. Mostly due to the fact that I really wanted it to be a place I could grab a healthy meal. It's just ok. I would have gave it 3 stars in just the food alone, but it's the inconsistency that drove it to 2 stars. They don't always put everything in the bowls even at slow times. Or on the sandwiches either. This morning my wife and I got the ranchers egg bowl and they were both missing 3 items. So they were basically kale, egg, avocado, and feta. This location is also kinda dirty. We arrived at opening today and found most of the tables dirty. And there are always fruit flies hanging around. I don't think I'll be going back.

Love B.good! Great place to get healthy yet delicious food on the go or when you’re not in the mood to do so on your own. Their avocado toast with an egg on top is the absolute best.

Excellent fresh & locally sourced food. All menu items are fully customizable to dietary needs. Clean, cozy environment. Some might complain about prices, but they must not be taking quality into account. Furthermore, the rewards program is great; there’s always new promotions and it’s easy to use. Menu is fresh and exciting, with ample seasonal options.

Well, 2nd time I went here and results are not good. The basic components of the food are good, but the performance of the crew is poor at best . An hr before closing, they're so busy cleaning up they can't manage the order. I ordered online, which was a mistake given they can make much of what's on the menu (smoothy machine broken). Didn't have chilli either. Very disorganized. I'd skip it, or order salads to go only. Not up to it's billing .

I am absolutely addicted to the spicy avocado and lime bowl here. I could eat it 3x/week and still not be over it. Everything tastes fresh every time and then bonus on the fun beverage selection. Not your typical boring options. YAS B.GOOD!
