BGR Burgers Grilled Right

This was a very good hamburger. Though I asked for medium, it was medium well. Of course, degree of doneness is a challenge for any hamburger joint. Even so, the meat was flavorful. There was quite a bit of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. The onion rings were also quite good. The shortfall was Pepsi products, which I do not prefer. I think the shock for me was one burger, order of onion rings, and fountain drink was $25.00.

BGR grills a pretty good burger, and offers a variety of specialty burgers to livin' things up... currently they're prepping a Korean style burger, complete with Kimchi and Sriracha. The struggle is with the cleanliness of the dining room and soda areas. We were there during an off-hour. There was only one other diner and three staff members. Food debris was scattered throughout the dining room, and the soda/utensil area was grungy and sticky. A cleaner common area would go along way to making this eatery part of our regular rotation.

The burgers are magnificent, just the way you order them. The fries and sweet potato fries are superb👌. I take my family and friends who visit me from abroad, and they always want to come back. I'm gluten-free, and almost no other restaurant has that option. The people who serve you are always attentive and smiling.

I ended up getting a combo. Why was it so greasy and the fries were damn near back in the bag before it hits the fryer. I went in to order that food before work so there was no excuse for cold fries. I think it was a truffle wagu burger because I never used that screen before so I got what I got but please put a turkey burger on the menu. All those hard pieces and one piece I couldn't even chew which was a turn off. Just do better

Love BGR. The Columbia location is great! Our food is always cooked perfectly and it’s delicious! Look at the fry in my pic it’s the just right amount of crispness! I get the beyond burger because I don’t eat red meat and it really tastes just like a beef burger. My husband loves the bison chipotle burger, he says the best way to eat that is with pepper jack cheese, onion rings and barbecue sauce. I’ve also had the turkey burger and that is delicious too! You can’t go wrong getting anything on the menu. I typically get my burger wrapped in lettuce and they do it really well. If you are looking for a great burger this is the place to go!

Great everything. I got the bison burger. The bison burger is frozen. I found out by the manager and he was honest with me on that type of meat. Integrity goes along way with me. We had been there three times in two days lol. We'll see you guys shortly again.

My first and last time eating from this place. My order was wrong, I got a regular burger not Waygu with no bacon and as you can see it is not well done which make it inedible for me. Also the fries were still hard in the middle. Suggestion dont order pick up or delivery since they dont make sure that the order is right. The food shouldn’t be so expensive if the quality and service dont match.

Order chicken sandwich and tots for eat in restaurant. Order off their kiosk which took a min to figure out. Order came out fine and was good. Tatar tots were a bit pricy but they gave you alot. Tables were not clean and floors were sticky. You could hear it as you walked
