BGR Grille | Burger, Bowls and Tacos

This was the last meal of my vacation and boy was it the best decision! The guys at BRG made my burger fresh! They tossed my fries right in front of me! They were kind, helpful and had great hustle. I’m sad that I don’t live closer and can be a regular customer.

I ordered a Jerk Salmon Philly Cheese with Parmesan Greek Fries. First this Sandwich was so fresh and tasty! Staff is very friendly! I will be back! Curious to try other items of your menu!

Smoked salmon bowl 10/10. Foods cooked right infront of you and taste fresh.

Went here for lunch with my mom. She loved her burger and I loved my chicken grill mix! Alanna was so friendly and suggested delicious sauce for my bowl. Will definitely return again when in East Point. Great food and friendly staff is a definite plus.

Had smoked salmon mix bowl. The food was tasty. Cons. Food was not very hot and needed to be hotter. Also the dish was not filling, therefore, $4 over priced IMO. Would definitely be back to try their burger specialties.

Found this place on Google and decided to try. It's very small, only 3 tables and a few chairs. Cashier was very nice and told me about the special so I tried it. That day it was the blackend chicken Philly and garlic fries. Paid $16 no drink. Chicken was cooked to perfection but it could've had more salt. I'd go back tho.

No Ac which in GA is crazy to me. And also there was no one in the resturant at all and I was sitting outside on the patio tables and instead of bringing the food out to me to where I was proceeded to yell at me and break my concentration on work and other things I was doing. Food was amazing! Honestly such great food but unfortunately in today's modern world that we live in with options everywhere you can't just have a good product. Honestly kinda over priced for the experience IMO as it was 20$ or so with tip but I did ask for a refund for the tip so 16$

Hot dang. It's just in the cut and tucked away, but they have burgers like you wouldn't believe until you treat yourself. I had the Southern with Lamb and I smashed it before leaving— this is food truck style cooking where you *can* take it home, but it's so much better on the spot

The burgers here are tasty. I enjoyed my BGR steak burger with all the fixings. The onion rings were ok. There were some parts of the batter that didn't seemed cooked all the way through but the size was nice. My friend enjoyed their turkey burger and salad. I was unable to snap a picture before they took a few bites since I stepped away to get our additional items. The fries were enjoyed too. The service was decent. The person that took our order was patient and helpful. Overall I would come back for a quick fix for a burger and fries.

I had to lick my fingers clean before writing this, burger was good AF and I just got the most basic one. I'm definitely coming back to try other stuff on the menu asap

This little spot has everything but you gotta get there at the right time because certain menu items will run short Great prices, great food

The food was amazing!! The flavors were really creative and partied on your palette!! My picture was taken halfway through the meal! Greek tacos were loaded with protein

The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly when taking my order The service was quick and the food was very good. I had the blackened chicken tacos It came with fries and two delicious sauces on the side. The chicken portion was more than the tortilla could handle!!!!

This has got to be a joke. $13.62 for half a salad. You can not add what you want on the salad but only what they throw in there. The salmon salad my coworker just ordered for me and brought back looks like a kids meal. This is not worth close to $14.00. I will never order from here again. They won't answer the phone and there is no way you can get in touch with them. You try and support black businesses but look what happens you get screwed in the end. Charging close to $15 for this salad.

First time in this spot..I ordered the Americana Burger combo, with a coke. The food is cooked to order as you wait. The wait was about 15 minutes. They practiced social distancing and encouraged mask wearing. The associate was professional. The grille guy stayed busy while cooking the orders. The food came out hot was was well presented for a to go order. The burger was very well seasoned and so were the fries. If your in East Point Georgia in the down town area stop in for a delicious meal grilled to order.

Disgusting , greasy, no seasoning, and slow. Wonderful customer service , they move super slow though. The salad had no taste. The chicken was oily and greasy. I'll be willing to try something else but on someone else dime

Been really enjoying BGR Grille lately! Their salmon grill mix bowl is delicious and healthy too. The staff work hard to get orders out & everything is cooked as they go. I usually order Doordash pickup because they are pretty busy. I highly recommend ordering online or ahead of time. They only have a automated ordering system if you go in person anyway so you might as well order ahead. Love their food; cant wait to try lamb burger next!

Okay Let me tell you guys Something about this restaurant I came in yesterday and ordered my regular and food is just not the same since the young cook left I believe his name was Chris.. He was a nice young dude staying out these street and I respect that but what I can't respect is a Disloyal owner who doesn't pay his workers for the work that they do in that kitchen and just because of that i won't be eating here nomore also

First of all, don't be in a hurry for your food, if you come here. I ordered the seafood hoagie and salmon bowl. There is tablet for contactless ordering and you prompted to enter your name for your order. In spite of that, after waiting 30 minutes, I observed them trying to give my order to 3 other customers; who said "that's not what I ordered". Finally, my name was called.... I will not be going back here.

The hamburger was I give it a what's okay but the price was pretty good it was my first time visiting I guess I'm second guess

Consistent tasty takeout/delivery food. We are regular customers as we order here at least couple of times a month. Good salads, burgers and fries. I took a star off because our orders always mysteriously get cancelled when placed through UberEats.

Horrible service very non Chant the cook and the cashier rude and ver much unprofessional. I would never recommend this to anyone please PATRON SOME PLACE ELSE no customer service and they left 3 of my orders out I came back for a full refund did not get it No Manager on duty . I will NEVER EVER PAYRIN THUS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN .

Had the Americana Burger. Cook. To. Death. ! Won't do do again. Had a Philly Cheese Steak a couple of weeks ago. Won't do that again either... I wondered why the place was empty on a Thursday evening.

Nothing super out of this world. My burger had a nice flavor: got a turkey Americana, which came with cheese and bacon. Said applewood bacon, but it looked like those skinny tiny pieces that you microwave. They had it on the grill though. Who knows, anywho. It's super tiny, maybe 7-8 tables inside and 4 tables outside on a semi covered patio. There's not much of a wait, so you can hit it up during lunch. I probably won't come back, only mostly because it was your average burger spot but there was no issues with my service or food. My friend got a steak Americana burger and said hers was about the same. The fries weren't too bad. Nice crunch. Parking is crap, but that's not really their fault. It's in a busy plaza by businesses and other restaurants. You can try to park in front or behind the building, or along side oz pizza.

Service at this location is horrible. Staff didn't want to make my online order and also didn't know how to give a refund. The food at this location is good but staff does not share his vision on service. Service is absolutely horrible

I went into today after finding on Yelp and must say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very quick and efficient. Small eating area but it's up to you if you want to dine in. They make the best The Food: I got the grilled chicken salad and it was SLAMMING!!! Basically you order the salad and select your choice of toppings. Everything was SUPER fresh and made to order. The tomato salsa OMG I HIGHLY recommend anyone to give them a try and you will not regret it. #IBuyBlack

The food here was delicious and fresh before the pandemic. You could get a grilled burger, fresh cut fries, and choose your own vegetables for a salad or grill mix. Now all the vegetables are in a box so you have no choice as to your preference, salads are 3 days old out of the fridge, and the burger toppings are soggy and wilted because he keeps them in a cup . Their trademark was fresh, made to order. Complimented by an open kitchen. They've gotten away from what made , which tells me ether management is broke or doesn't care any longer. And it reflects in the food.

This place is amazing, traveling from Jacksonville to find a great place to eat. The food was perfectly cooked and the customer service is incredible.

The Good: I ordered the Texas Roadhouse Burger and it was PHENOMINAL. The frites were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The steak burger was grilled to perfection with the toasted bun. The homemade ketchup had a nice kick to it. The spicy Mayonaise was an amazing addition to the hand battered golden crispy onion rings. And, the Lemonade was awesome. Overall, the food gets a 10/10. The Bad: The establishment seems understaffed. The order taker was also the short line cook and the waiter. The person I was with went inside to get our food and bought it out..... We ordered some food to go as well and it seemed to get loss in the non structured set-up. He advised us that our food would be waiting when we were ready to go. After waiting for him to signal for us to pick it up we went back to the counter to learn that it wasn't cooked or prepped at all. Thus causing us to have to wait another 15 minutes for a salad and a rice bowl. To make it worse they both were just thrown together with no care at all. Overall, the service gets a 3/10. The Moral: Amazing Food. Poor Service. Lack of Structure. I would suggest going early when it's not busy as your order can get the attention it deserves. Great prices for the quality and quantity of food provided.

On November 27 they were closed and left their online ordering up. We ordered lunch and went to pick it up. That's when we discovered they weren't even open. On the 28th we stopped by and I asked to be refunded. They offered to make our order for us however we already had other plans. I asked again for a refund. They said the manager wasn't in but they'd let him know. The following week I called and got the same story. I waited a couple days and called again. Still no refund today so I unfortunately filed a dispute with my card. Unfortunately they have lost a customer now. I'm Just not willing to be treated this way. It's sad-we always had great food when we ordered.

DERRICK BOAZMAN Under no circumstances would I ever visit your business again. I come there periodically. On Tuesday I received a totally burned up order of wing and fries, and a lamb burger meal burned fries. As a courtesy called and simply ask the meal be replaced. James the OWNER said we will replace your wing and fries but we ain't giving you another burger. Really. I drive 20 min from my home to support YOUR business..and that your response. I'm telling everybody I know DO NOT eat at this place. I left all the food with them and walked next door and got a veggie plate from Q Restaurant. Go to Q Restaurant don't deal with James and BGR....

I wanted some sweet potato fries and this was one of the few places that showed up I called my order in & I was told it will be 15 minutes. I went in after 10 and waited an additional 15 minutes so the wait was longer than I preferred. The fries were a little undercooked and I also ordered 10 smoked wings; on the menu it says $9.99 for smoked wings I paid $10.99 & the cashier stated it was because they're smoked and not regular wings and they were not completely smoked I could tell in the flavor but it was okay. The customer service was poor, seemed like they were a little understaffed and confused ... They were also a bit short with me because I had questions as a first time customer. I wouldn't return but good luck to this business, I hope they do well.

This is one of those places you almost pass by but do yourself a favor and stop. It is a small location and parking can be difficult. They have only a few tables inside with a few patio tables out on the sidewalk. You order at the counter and your food is prepared fresh and to your order. This place stays busy most days so since the food is prepared fresh be prepared to wait during the lunch rush, but once you taste your burger the wait will be worth it. I ordered the SicyJamacian Jerk Burger which is a full half pound of meat. WOW does not begin to describe this burger, it ranks up in the top percent of burgers I have had anywhere. It was served with a side of fries that I ordered seasoned with Cajun seasoning. The fries were also cooked to absolute perfection. My advice: come hungry. The burger is going to fill you up with its huge size alone and you don't want to miss the fries. Service is helpful and friendly making sure they get your order to your likes. You can watch your food being prepared fresh. My order took roughly 15 minutes but once I tasted it I was happy they took the time to do it right.

Food is always tasty and Served with smiles, good vibez any time I'm there. The staff is always warm and welcoming.! Any issue I've ever had was taken care of without any problems.!

New fan!!!!! Omg, the potatoes are seasoned to perfection!!!!! Not just salted potatoes but "seasoned". HELL YEAH!!!! The burger was not just frozen cooked patties. Somebody made them and seasoned them for real!!!! Not expensive and just the right hit!!! LOVED IT!!

I had every intention of going to Thumbs Up however the line was also out the door. I wanted something good to eat and started walking down the street when my senses started to smell char grilled greatness. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. One thing East Point is lacking on menus is Burgers. As far as I'm concerned problem solved with BGR Grille. The young man asked if he could explain the menu. Everything is fresh, cooked to order and not pre-made. Beef, chicken, turkey and even steak. All the fixings. This is a black owned family business. Very friendly people. I ordered the Blackened Bleu. Cajun seasoning, sautéed mushrooms and onions, provolone, Bleu cheese sauce, and BGR craft ale sauce. My fries were tossed with parm and garlic. One bite and I was in heaven. Definitely worth the trip and return visit.

Ugh! Have to change my rating... was eating and dug to the bottle of my fries and I see a long piece of hair.. guess this is why they had a 74C health score can't eat here anymore

Terrible customer service and the food made me nauseous! And they left off all the toppings. Not a good place if you're on the move or have basic expectations.

First day of the new year, terrible attitudes. Was not busy at all but had the nerve to be slow. Paid $35 for two burgers and waited 40 minutes....for a burger No mask or gloves. When it comes time to ad do toppings, complete bullshit. 1 piece of spinach, 1 tomato, 1 pickle, literally 1 of whatever you ask for. I looked the man in the face and said "Can I get everything again...." It's bad. Don't come here

The food is good, but I did not receive what I ordered. On 5-24-2023, I ordered 2 Americana Burgers, medium with onion rings. One with swiss cheese, red onions and tomatoes. The other with red onions, tomatoes, American cheese (which was suppose to come with it) and lettuce. Also, 1 all- American single with american cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and fries. However, I received 2 Americana burgers with swiss cheese and bacon and a side of onion rings. The single all-American had no fries. The steak burgers were a little too charred. It was my first time ordering and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Not sure if I'll be ordering again.

I've been to BGR twice, and both times, I left thinking this might be the best burger in all of Atlanta, definitely the beat in East Point. Go in. Check them out. Tell me I'm wrong. I don't think you will.

I like the menu it has nice hearty healthy foods like the salmon rice mix or the smoked wings. It's really a hidden gem so glad to have stumbled upon it.

The service & food quality has worsened tremendously over the last year. I don't know if it's the owners kids or they're little friends running it but I loved eating here when they first opened. The wait time is ridiculous because they're never paying attention when orders come in

Good food however upon ordering I've received the wrong food and upon ordering had to wait for pick up order as they didn't pull ticket until I came to the restaurant to pick up the order I've given this place too many chances I choose to not patronize this place due to lack of customer service and care

Omg this place is so amazing. The food is very healthy and fresh. I have came back here three days in a row. They also have a salmon Philly which is really delicious.

I'm giving BGR 5 stars. It takes a minute but it's because everything is freshly prepared. Living in East Point BGR is now my staple. I love the locally run vibe and the customization that comes when you order your burger. My go to is the turkey burger, if you're not always into beef trust me the turkey burger is bomb. I love that BGR has this option and also offers patrons a black bean burger. Their fries are great and they have several options. I enjoy the garlic park fries but have now switched to Cajun. When you order your burger, the chef will call you back up to select your toppings. They have a really great smokey type mayo that I really enjoy. Support local business and head go BGR. you won't be disappointed. Note that seating is limited, very small inside.

Their lamb burgers are awesome and I love their garlic Parmesan fries with it. The grill cooks are always friendly and do a great job as well. One of my favorite burger spots.

Stopped in for lunch with a family member. Of course we took to yelp to find this place so why not try the restaurant out. As I drove up I immediately realized that parking was limited, so I had to drive around the side streets and find parking in front of another establishment. As we walked in we immediately took toward the menu. The menu was large and filled with plenty of items to indulge in. We asked the cashier what was her top menu choices and she immediately said everything. So after we laughed and had a good chat we both made a decision. I choose the Grilled Salmon Grill mix. *Entree: Grilled Salmon Grill Mix Once my order was placed I was able to let the young lady know all the toppings I would like for the grill mix. I chose mushrooms, broccoli, onions, cabbage, garlic, and the bourbon sauce to top it off. The young lady took to the grill and my meal was complete. When I opened my box the meal looked pretty decent but there were less vegetables than I thought should have been included. There were three large broccoli florets and thinly sliced grilled vegetables covering the top of the yellow rice. I also was appreciative that there was an additional slice of salmon on top of my rice. When I took my first bite I went for the salmon. It was a little Fisher than I would like. But then again we are in the middle of the city. Miles and miles away from the ocean. The yellow rice was ok. Not as soft and warm as I would like yet the vegetables were my favorite part of the meal. I just wanted more. Overall this restaurant deserves a C+. The employees were extremely nice and helpful while choosing a menu option and the indoor seating was pretty clean. Pitfalls, the salmon could have been fresher and I wish there were more vegetables. Never the less I would definitely go back to support this local business, but next time I want to try a philly!

Customer service was excellent I ordered online but some items listed on the menu was not available online i asked if they could change my order. I don't know who I spoke with but she was very nice & helpful the was was good as well price not bad

Love this place! The food was great! Service was even better. There was no long wait for the food. It's a small place so I like to take it to go. I got the smoked wings and sweet potatoes fries for $10.99.

I went to this place in the pass and had a good time with my family so today I come with my mom it took us 31 min to get our food. Now I'm a very patient person but when u see people come in 10 min behind u get there food that can pick you off and I feel like they could've done better now dont get me wrong the food was really good but the customer service that I recieved was unacceptable. We got our food at 1:01

Based off the menu the food sounded phenomenal but in reality it was very underwhelming. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were okay . Shrimp was juicy cooked well but overall they left more to be desired. I also had the smoked salmon grill mix. It was ehh. Would not order either again and probably won't order from here again

This restaurant is a great alternative from the standard burger and fry offerings. There are turkey and lamb burger choices, sweet potato fries, smoked salmon, wings, fish tacos and black bean tacos. But if the traditional is what you seek, you will find that as well. MY FAVORITE menu item is the chicken grill mix bowl with jerk sauce!!! Because the food is so good, be prepared to wait. This IS NOT fast food! The staff works diligently to get orders done correctly and promptly. Don't forget to leave a tip!
