We had a wonderful meal at Dhamroo and felt genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, especially as we were dining with small children. Rakshith, ( ?the owner) took the time to check in on us and made sure everything was just right, which really added a personal touch to the experience. The food was outstanding. The idli vada combination is an absolute must-try comforting, fresh, and seriously addictive. The prawn dish was out of this world, and the lamb cutlet was beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and clearly a highlight. Mocktails are great, albeit a limited selection, but well done. Do not miss the masala chai to finis it’s excellent. There’s paid parking nearby, which makes visiting very convenient. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great food, thoughtful service, and a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved the authentic Indian flavours in every dish we tried here. There's a good mix of traditional and inventive dishes. Portions are generous and the 3 course menu and thalis cover every taste spectrum one could want in a meal. Particularly loved the tandoori prawns, lamb samosa and the mouth watering idli sambhar. Take a full appetite if attempting the large thali. Topped off with a cup of strong Indian masala chai. The staff is attentive and friendly making for a warm dining experience. Cozy, elegant ambience.

We celebrated my 60th here yesterday evening. The food was outstanding! We had the buffet. Each dish was aromatic and cooked to perfection. When I was a child my neighbour gave me my first ever curry, all my life I have been trying to find an equivalent, last night I found it! The service was attentive and professional. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, I'm really impressed!

The £18 thali has to be the best value - and the tastiest - Sunday lunch in Oxfordshire. For the main I had the fish, while my companions opted for the Lamb, Paneer and Baingan. Each one was delicious, as were all of the accompanying dishes: Thoran, Sambhar, Kadala masala (especially good!) & Masala potato, plus Chapati, Pulao rice & Papad ... with Payasam for dessert. Reasonably priced drinks, attentive & friendly service and a pleasant interior - what's not to like? Congratulations to team Dhamroo - hope you stay just as you are now!

My work place and I attended for our Christmas meal there and the food was excellent. The staff were courteous, well presented and food was divine. I had a butter chicken curry and also tried the chicken korma. WOW- that is all I can say. The butter chicken was smooth and had a fantastic kick to it. The korma was smooth and creamy. I have gone again since as the food is just outstanding! The staff were so friendly and kind too. Thank you for a great end of 2025!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The food was delicious and well presented—everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again. Hardeep

Good Kerala food. We came a little late , but the staff were kind enough to find a table for us. Personally I liked Appam with stew-nice flavours and idly sambar was also good. Staff were pleasant and warm. Nearby street parking or paid parking.

Absolutely delicious! This food is divine and the service is great. Everybody were very attentive and kind to us.
