Our "Turkey TV Dinners" for Thanksgiving we're a great value and delicious!

Today was my first experience at Bi-Rite. I happened upon it, and popped in for a look around. The deli case is stunning, and I felt confident that everything would taste as good as it looks. I bought a sandwich (The Lone Mountain), and it was truly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Fresh warm focaccia, plentiful fixings. A delight to eat! I’ll surely return.

If you wanted to find specialty cheese, wine, fruits, or packaged items, this is the place to go. I mean where else can you find Mandariquats? If you were to buy regular produce, I would avoid it because this market is overly pricey but also super busy. This market fits into the bougie SF narrative. Though, I'm really amazed by the variety of items they have here such as flowers, fish, sushi, cheese wall, and wine sheves. The icecream is pretty good too.

I love this store - so much quality cheese, meat, produce and non perishable good - many local and interesting brands and products and super friendly staff - such a gem!

Pros: - Awesome products with lots of ethical options. - Staff are helpful and kind Cons: - The isles are so short and narrow that every single step is a burden to the other people in the store, regardless of how busy it actually is. Bi-Rite is the only grocery store (that I go to on purpose) where I regularly have to step outside to recover from claustrophobic anxiety attacks. Which means that I keep my visits as short as possible and don't bother browsing much at all. - Items aren't always labeled correctly or visibly, so it either takes longer to find it, or I just give up because I got tired of bumping elbows with strangers in the tight spaces. Pictured example: I was told to fetch "spring greens" and the sign for where they were read, "salad mix package." Not very helpful when I'm looking at about 4+ feet of other various leafy greens in the same packaging, labels aimed at the ceiling. Thankfully it wasn't super busy and staff were there to figure it out for me.

Bi-Rite offers unique diverse foods that you won't find in other markets. Superb quality and selection.

Oh my GOD I might have just had the best sandwich of my life here. My compliments to the chef, that was ridiculous. The hippy + tofu is great

I love browsing this small but jam-packed market to try interesting, fancy, special, and local foods, and even better, they take EBT! Their selection of goods is quite impressive from breads from Rize Up (ube sourdough!) to a nice selection of chocolates (Deux Cranes' matcha chocolate with caramelized sesame!), but I wouldn't do my normal grocery shopping here because it's pricey. It's so cool that they collaborate with local businesses to create unique ice cream flavors. This location sells pints only, not scoops. I tried their limited edition sweet ume plum ice cream in collaboration with Rintaro, which tastes like a tart, original froyo. I couldn't taste any plum flavor, but it was deliciously smooth and creamy. I can't wait to try more of their collaboration pints. I also stumbled upon Petite LaFleur's salted dark chocolate honeycomb here, and it's absolutely delectable!

Bi-Rite Market is a small grocery store that has almost anything you are looking for. They have fresh fruits to milk, ice cream, pasta, and flowers. The market does not have their ice cream to buy by scoops but you can get their ice cream that is already packaged in the frozen section. I got the chocolate pie the other day and it is very tasty! It is perfect for anyone who has a sweet tooth. It is not big in size but it is really dense so it is enough to share with at least 4-5 people. The cashiers are also very nice and friendly.

Always reluctant to shop here because of the snootie people they employ. You work in a grocery store I understand many might not like their jobs. If I'm coming in to drop 100$ on a few items I would expect a smile and a greeting. Most recently, Walter waited on me as I checked out and I just felt rushed and uncomfortable the whole time. He wasn't pleasant and just seemed mad at the world. I'd rather go to Gus's and shop if this is how coming here makes me feel. Love the array of different items they have to offer, but the vibe is off.

Parking is on the street. Store is tiny. I came for the sandwich and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. I got the lone mountain and the bread was perfect. The content was also super neatly packed. It was really good. Wish I didn't live so far or I'd be here all the time. Can't really comment too much on the grocery part but it's small... so things are limited and it's just crowded.

Friendly and personable service. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager. She was very helpful on New Year's Eve day

Local gem that I haven't visited in a while. I dropped by bc I was in the area and I tried the salmon salad which was fire. Most salmon salads I have had tend to be dry but this one was perfection. Perfect amount of moist. The sweet potatoe and kale salad was phenomenal. I could eat that for days. Great consistency and flavors. I also tried the banana pecan bread which was alright. I little dry for my liking but my friend liked it. The honey marshmallow was also a delight. Overall this trip reminded how much I need to keep comin back to bi rite. Service is always so nice too

I went in and grabbed a bag of apples and a small Banana Cream pie. First, all the fruit here is delicious and organic my apples are perfectly crisp and sweet... could've been a bit sweeter but made a delicious crisp and perfect texture. The BANANA CREAM PIE!!!! Simply Amazing!!!! Might easily be the BEST banana cream pie I've had outside my own. I can tell the custard filling is homemade and the whipped cream topping is fresh cream slightly sweetened. I tried to save half for my daughter but i just couldn't stop eating it!!!! I ate it all up and didn't take a picture.. GET ONE

Great selection of wines, food, and they also sell amazing flowers. I purchased a bouquet of dahlias and the cashier did a great job gift wrapping it for a friend of mine. He was very polite, patient, and took his time wrapping the bouquet with tissue and brown paper, as well as a flower wrap string which added a nice touch. Very pleased with the service and I didn't feel rushed by him. My only complaint is I wish I would have taken a better picture.

The food here is really fresh and they have unique options I can't find in Whole Foods or other healthier stores (at least in Sacramento). Highly recommend.

First time getting a sandwich here after work yesterday morning. The lone mountain was made fresh by the deli counter guy, I didn't realize it was going to be a hot sandwich. Sandwich maybe small, but it's packed full of nom. Will probably get it again today after work again. lol

The most gorgeous market. The employees are super helpful and nice. The best produce, meat speciality items and a killer wine selection. This store is my happy place

Mark-ups (by far the most expensive grocery store) Overall: I get my groceries from the Rainbow grocery store, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods

Not the same as in store pricing on Instacart! I ordered steak for which I was charged $25.99/lbs but when I received it, the label said $19.99/lbs. That is a significant difference and not what's advertised in their pricing policy. Instacart says the MERCHANT determines the price of the products. It's supposed to be the average price of their stores - they have 2 stores - the price was not $6 more a lbs at one store. Give me a break. DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I have been running around San Francisco today for a spice for a recipe. Online it said it was stocked at Bi-Rite. A very helpful person saw me looking all over and tried to help me find it. He couldn't either and went to get reinforcements. Another employee found it but it was solely used in their deli. They all went above and beyond and sold me the spice from the deli. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They made my day

If you're looking for fresh produce and ingredients for your deli sandwich, come to Bi-rite market. Popped in here for their sandwiches and it was made with such fresh ingredients right after I ordered! I also didn't even mind the wait at all because during the wait we just browsed around the market. There's many things to look at and study--their meats and produce all look high quality and fresh. The sandwiches were also really good, they were put together well. The only reason I give it a 4/5 would be that it just felt like a sandwich I put together at home if that makes sense. The ingredients didn't mesh amazingly well together into a really delicious sandwich, it was JUST good.

1/3 of just delivered raspberries were DOA. Bi-Rite's prices are too high for that. And now you're starting your own delivery service...promoting the type of shopping where the customer is unable to weed out bad produce. Doesn't sound promising.

I hate spending so much money here but the quality of everything is INCREDIBLE and the employees are the nicest around. This isn't somewhere you should probably go to buy ALL of your groceries, but it's the perfect stop for a few things here and there. They carry all of the local specialty brand items that are a bit harder to find at places like Safeway or Lucky. I usually don't buy produce here because it seems to be significantly more expensive than the city farmers' markets. As far as ready-made items go, almost everything is delicious! I get fresh sandwiches from the deli here all of the time. The ham and cheese baguette is always a winner! They have really nice salads and bottled drinks as well. They have a super tiny space with a lot of shelving and people packed in. Definitely stay away if you are claustrophobic. During the day it's manageable, but at night it gets to be too crowded and uncomfortable.

So I went into Bi rite on Sunday 5/12/24 and paid $14.+ tax for a chicken/artichoke sandwich, got home and lots of provolone cheese and red peppers but no artichoke. Not the first time. Maybe my last time.

One of my favorite grocery stores. If you can't find your specific and favorite treat there, you probably won't find it anywhere. I go there for the Yuzu jam and leave with 10 other (often new) things.

Since the pandemic we have been shopping here. Their quality of food etc is awesome. It comes at a hefty price. But, isn't your health worth that? Just don't buy as many coffees out :) Their organic veggies, meats.....the best in the city it think. And my most favorite part...the fact that they offer ready made meals. Our go to for dinners. Healthy...for the most part, fresh and delicious. They offer so many. So when I don't feel like cooking, I am able to pop the individual sized tins into the oven and they are ready in about 30 minutes. And don't get me started on their jarred desserts. YUM!

Whole foods on crack. So many amazing and delicious looking to-go options, and unique fruits! I loved browsing the store, it made me feel like I was the main character. Just don't look at the price tags :)

This grocery store is so darn cute! Their strawberry vinegar is so delicious that I tried to alMost mimic of how it was made. I figured it be just pouring some vinegar in some ice cream lol haha JK I was tempted to do so though. Anyways I wish this market was in other cities!! Like Marin county can use something cute like this. But then you will be competing with Good Earth. I love picking up their fresh bouquet of flowers from time to time. When I used to work in the city I always stop by here at least once a week to grab some lunch/dinner. Staff are always so friendly especially the ones behind the deli counter. I do wish it was a bit bigger and have more items though. This place is more of a grab n go kind of place. Mainly sell a lot of specialty items wine, cheese, crackers etc, items you may need for a picnic. Also there's a great selection of chocolates. If you are looking for a mini gift chocolates/cookies that is nicely packaged and some of the items are from locals of SF. Definitely try their chicken/veggie quesadilla it's so delicious and they really stuff those tortillas with some goodies in them. To me it's worth spending on because of the quality it is made and how it taste.

Great market with high quality selections. Staff is friendly and attentive for the most part when I have visited. It can get a bit crowded and noisy, but it feels like a true neighborhood market.

Extremely overpriced. It's a cute spot but I would recommend whole foods or Trader Joe's tbh.

Very fresh & well-prepared food. The salmon dishes are especially good. Love their Thanksgiving dinner, too.

Even as a self-professed Karen, I must admit that Bi-Rite hits the spot every time. Not once have I ever had to scream at an employee or go viral here because everyone is so helpful and sweet. The produce is on point and wines/cheeses are perfect. Keep doing you, Bi-Rite!

I'm an offensively polite and courteous person who spends a lot of money at this store and for the first time ever had a poor experience. An employee tonight felt the need to yell and bark at me like a dog about where to stand in line, when there was no queue or line to speak of because it was slow at 8:55pm on a Saturday before close. What's worse is when I politely stated I understand it must be annoying when people do not line up properly but that it feels irrelevant at the moment because there is no one in line, she doubled down and insinuated I was foolish condescendingly, making me a loyal customer feel embarrassed in front of the employees. As a small business owner I highly recommend retraining or removing said employee. I mean come on it's like $15/pound for cherries here, no loyal polite customers should be yelled at and embarrassed while paying such a premium.

Can I give Bi- Rite 1 million stars? Bi- Rite markets , and ice cream stores, are pure, genius and delight combined We think they are the best specialty stores around !! Couldn't ask for a finer group of people to show you how important their customers truly are ! They remind me of what hospitality should be like in the highest form! Hats off to Bi- Rite We need more businesses with your brotherly, love and kindness to all mankind Thank you for blessing us and the highest form !

Very nice and clean market. I miss the ice cream counter they used to have before the pandemic, and I hope they will bring it back one day. They do still carry pints of selected ice cream flavors. I was looking to try blackberry rose and their chamomile flavors. They didn't have the blackberry rose, but they did have the chamomile. I couldn't taste much of the lemon in it, but the chamomile flavor was strong and delightful. Most of the employees here are extremely nice. Though when I was here, one of the staff seemed more interested in her conversation with her colleague than to help customers out. Another thing to note is that there were panhandlers near the front of the store.

Simple perfect ice cream. Did not try the mixings, the simple straightforward ice cream was sufficient. Did the classic salted caramel and black sesame. Both were perfect blend of creamy and smooth. Complex and decadent flavours. A lot of thought and effort went into this. These guys know their ice cream and nonchalantly delivers. 2 scoops = very reasonably priced. Will have to comeback to try others.

Great quality food and deserts . Service is great every worker is friendly. Would give 5 stars if they didn't announce there political views with banners not everyone agrees with wokeism like these other big corporations as well. Businesses should keep there political beliefs to themselves. Just my opinion!

Pardon my French but holy f*ck. Stop what you're doing and go get the salted caramel ice cream from Bi-Rite immediately. Lactose intolerant? Suck it up honey we all are these days. Intended to walk to Alamo Square park to sit and eat it but ended up inhaling it during the half a block walk there. Seriously probably the best I've had.

I absolutely love this market! If you know, you know. If you're looking for all the cool kids, hipsters, and locals shop for quick meals, groceries etc. this is where they are! Located down the street from the historical Dolores Park, Bi-Rite is always a stop I make when I'm in the area. The market is incredibly small, and yet, it feels like a bazillion amount of people will pack themselves in the store just to shop. The fresh produce section features locally sourced fruits and veggies that are priced for that silicon valley worker. You'll find some really cool and unusual produce, so it's definitely worth checking out Artisanal bread's and cheeses are my why. The store actually has someone that works in the tiny cheese section, but she is so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the cheeses, it's insane. I always look forward to trying a new cheese, and back in the day, they used to offer samples. They Artisanal breads are amazing, and I personally go for the crunchy lemon flavored bread. It's truly delicious when it's warmed with butter. They carry a lot of packaged foods that they packaged themselves and make in there in House kitchen and deli. The deli and the fresh meat/seafood counter I have some of the best cuts of meat that I've seen. Again, it's worth it if you were silicon valley employee because the price points are definitely up there. So what do I love about this market? Everything! You literally can find anything and everything you need even in the small it feels like New York spaces. The employees are always friendly and willing to help you find whatever it is you may be looking for, or make suggestions for other items that you may be able to substitute or use. They are the truly a fresh food market. I have indulged and purchased fresh meat and was not disappointed. The checkout lines may seem long but they go fairly fast, and if you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

This review is mainly for the Bi-Rite ice cream, which is one of my top Bay Area ice cream shops. I usually go to the Dolores Park location but friends and I found ourselves in the market after running the KP race and pigging out at 4505 BBQ. Of course, ice cream was a must. I love Bi-Rite ice cream because of the awesome flavor profiles, smooth creamy consistency, and is made with the best locally sourced ingredients. My top flavors are honey lavender, salted caramel, and ricanelas (snickerdoodle). However, I love the seasonal flavors as well, like the Meyer lemon and orange cardamom that I tried this time around. Each bite is packed with flavor and is everything that I would want in an ice cream experience. Whenever I am in SF, I try to make it to Bi-Rite for a scoop or 3 of my trifecta flavors. Wish Oakland had one!

I hate Bi-Rite for lots of good reasons. It replaced Divisadero Farmer's Market, which wasn't a farmer's market but rather was a liquor store owned and operated shoddily by Our Friend, who probably made off like a bandit when he sold whatever to Bi-Rite. More importantly, though, Bi-Rite signaled the real beginning of the rapid gentrification of this stretch of Divisadero Street. Yes, NOPA actually started it in a way, but NOPA was around for a while before Bi-Rite, and once the market moved in, so did the people. (Yuck, the people.) And just so you understand my social commentary correctly: I hate gentrification. So I want to diss Bi-Rite and drop this review to one star. And it's at one star right now, but I also have to be honest, and honestly, Bi-Rite is an overpriced but really well run and clean market. And it didn't start that trend either; that honor belongs to Falletti Foods on Broderick, which arrived four years before Bi-Rite and which I never patronize even though I don't technically boycott it. I did used to walk through Falletti every once in a while just to be reminded of how ridiculous it was, but I stopped doing that for some reason even though I walk by it all the time. Thanks for the meta-reminder, John S.! New Year's resolution for 2022: Walk through Falletti's and laugh at the prices. I must admit to always loving or at least very much liking the original Bi-Rite on 18th Street in the Mission. Back then, I also hated gentrification, but I didn't associate that Bi-Rite with gentrification; I tended to think of Bi-Rite then the way I now think of Gus's and Haight Street Market (which are now one and the same). They're fancy expensive markets, but they're not bad. I still go to Haight Street Market and like to walk through the other Gus'ses and peruse the overpriced fare, but I don't laugh at it the way I do at Falletti's. Is it just that I hate when things are close to my flat? Well, that's kinda true, now that I think about it. I used to love waiting in the cold to get ice cream at the Bi-Rite ice-cream shop across the street from the original Bi-Rite. But waiting in the cold to get ice cream from the Bi-Rite that's less than a block from my flat? No way! I would never do that. Look, I tried to give this Bi-Rite all kinds of tries with their sandwiches. They're good, and there was some kind of special half-off deal if you ordered at a particular time, but I think I got three or four punches on my punch card before I stopped coming (Alamo Square Market & Deli's [RIP] sandwiches were soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better), and then a pickpocket stole my wallet years later, and I wouldn't even really consider overpaying for a sandwich from this Bi-Rite anymore. I tend to think of myself as in it for the little guy. The little guy was Divisadero Health Haven (RIP) and is now Green Earth Natural Foods farther north on Divis. Yes, my lazy self walks four additional blocks to overpay at Green Earth because I like to support the little guy. Bi-Rite might be the little guy, but only relatively so. It seems more like the medium guy. If I really want to overpay for a cool place, I'll generally go to Rainbow Grocery. Or I'll pop into the original Bi-Rite on 18th Street. But this Bi-Rite? Not really. It's clean and beautiful and all, but no thanks. I'm not exactly sure why. To recap. I want to give it one star. It actually deserves between three and four stars. I'm rounding down and rounding up from there because I get to decide what's fair. You probably won't catch me in here even though I don't really have anything particular against it. The last time I patronized it was getting ice cream from here in 2016 when someone new to the area wanted to check out Alamo Square, and Alamo Square Market & Deli was closed at the time. It's a nice place. Just not for me? I don't really know how I feel at this point; I just know where I shop, and I never shop here.

Home. I come here constantly for high quality food, delicious conversations with the staff, and a curated attention to detail.

The food selection is always a wide variety of specialty that you don't find at a regular grocery store. I love it! It's like a mini Mollie Stone or Lunardi's. It's fresh seafood, meat, and vegetables. I love the service from the staff whether it's at checkout, or from the deli. I love the ice cream specialty from them, to the bake goods everything is absolutely scrumptious.

Compact wonderland of delectable foods adorn pristine shelves. The upbeat, knowledgeable staff are quick to offer information and advice, and samples too! Think permanent farmers market. Just about everything I have purchased, from sushi, to ice cream, to specialty produce are at their peak of freshness, ripeness and coolness. Not inexpensive, but certainly a rich gastronomical experience.

I only wish I lived closer! They have the best meatballs, ever. I've ordered (through instacart) both the turkey and the beef/pork meatballs, and they are both mouthwateringly delicious - and they are huge! The kale sweet potato salad is also something I now crave, as well as the bone broth. It's been years since I've been to any of the locations in person, but I did call to speak with someone a couple weeks ago. The guy who answered the phone was super nice and helpful. I do wish they carried a few more of the basics I need regularly (so I could have just one instacart order), but then they'd be a different type of store and might not have what I love so much! I definitely recommend.

Quality products, they have everything you could need. The bakery items and ice cream are the best!

These are times when I really miss the ice cream. I don't even go out for ice cream anymore nowadays -- but getting it delivered just ain't the same. I've never really gone into the market itself since I don't live close by (no real groceries need), but have been here for the ice cream quite a few times. Note the entrance for the ice cream counter is on the side, but if the line is too long you can always just grab a few pints from the shop and go (this is pre-COVID times of course; please check their updated hours and safety measures). My favourite remains the salted caramel. It's creamy with a lot of umami and a hint of saltiness, simply the best salted caramel I've had. I didn't even care for that flavour until I've had the Bi-Rite version. Who needs those fancy new gimmicky flavours anyway? Apart from the ice cream, I've been in many events that has Bi-Rite catering. You always know it's from them because of the cheese spread and little sandwiches, and the telltale little food signs. They are consistently decent, even when it's just a cold spread, and there's quality in the ingredients. I have no idea how much it costs but I've always enjoyed eating them!

Time for an updated review... fast forward almost 3 years later. I had very limited amount of 'free' days in San Francisco. So, I randomly decided to do one of the hop on, hop off tours in SF. I was super excited to find that one of the stops was right across the street from the Bi-Rite Market. Why? Because Bi-Rite ice cream is SO ridiculously good. Cold San Francisco days will not deter this Hawaii girl from getting her ice cream fix! All of their ice cream is hand made (!!) in small batches. Each flavor they create is unique and perfectly balanced. Best part, they use local, organic ingredients and aim to be responsibly sustainable - something I can definitely get behind. Single scoops start at $4.50 (1-2 flavors) & go up to 3 scoops for $8.50. They also have pint & quart size options, plus topping choices & sundaes ($8.50). After reading my previous review, I apparently ordered the same exact flavors AGAIN: - Salted Caramel - Brown Sugar w/ a ginger caramel swirl Not a surprise, really. I know what I like & I am a creature of habit (I order pretty much the same thing all the time from various restaurants once I find something I really like). && ugh, both flavors were still so amazing I could literally cry and wish we had a Bi-Rite Creamery on Maui. My only regret is not getting the 3 scoop option. Their ice cream is everything. If you're in the area, I still highly recommend making a stop here. Not much of a line, the workers are friendly, & you're pretty much in and out ~

My Bi-Rite cherry has finally been popped and I want more of it...everyday until I get tired of the sexy flavors that lather my tongue like a cold breeze in the summer. My devotion lies with the BASIL as it embodies subtle flavors from the herb in a smooth and milky way. If I'm feeling playful and want more than one flavor then bring on the HONEY LAVENDER, BLACK SESAME, ROASTED BANANA, and COFFEE TOFFEE. All of these I can devour with so much pleasure. The single scoop can be split in two flavors for a worthy up charge but really, you will want a full two-scoop order, I promise you that. Regular sugar cones are free and can be added to your cup but the waffle cone is extra $ like at all ice cream shops. Shout out to such an amazing staff. Not because they were patient in letting us sample all the ice cream they have, even those that were not on display, but where can you find employees who will go out of their way to open their door to knocking customers after closing time? After having dinner at Nopa next door, the plan was to get ice cream for dessert without checking what time they close. We expressed our desire and boy was our desire granted. Since the registers were all closed, they gave away free ice cream for my party to share. Now, that's going above and beyond. We were hooked after having a taste and promised to come back the following day as paying customers before leaving San Francisco. Come back we did.

God, I love Bi-Rite. I've missed shopping here ever since moving to the East Bay. Even Berkeley Bowl hasn't really filled the void. Bi-Rite's produce and meats are consistently of superb quality. For example, I love making guac at home and use the same recipe 2-3x/week. The difference is unmistakeable between Bi-Rite's produce for homemade guac versus any other grocery store's. Some of my favorite things to buy are their avocados, limes, cilantro, spinach, fruit, ground pork, almond butter, wines/beer, bacon, olive oil, coffee, fresh bread...and whatever's in season really. (Interestingly, I personally think the Bi-Rite ice cream brand is just okay.) Their staff is always super down to earth and helpful too. And the way they recently handled a negative Karen review only further validates how much I like them. Keep doing you, Bi-Rite.

I love Bi-Rite. It's such a gem of a supermarket and a real treasure for the neighbourhood. Small yet perfectly formed, it has a solid array of fresh ingredients and pre-prepared food. They always have things that surprise you, from wasabi arugula to some really tasty goat cheese. And the chocolate mousse is decadent! My only complaint: I do miss not having the ice cream counter, and I hope they will bring it back one day.

Bi-Rite ice cream is a must have whenever you're in SF and now I know why! They had so many different unique flavors and they're always changing them out. Unfortunately by the time we got there after lunch, some of their popular flavors had already sold out! I appreciate the employees being so patient with us as we sampled the various flavors before we could make our decision. It was a pretty chilly day when we went but it's never too cold for ice cream!

Adorable little supermarket (think Trader Joe's vibes lol) with DELICIOUS ice cream!! I mean it's Bi-Rite, what do you expect hehe. My friends and I stopped by while walking around the area because we were in the mood for ice cream. The workers were really fun and let us try all the flavors we wanted (which was a lot unfortunately ;( ) I shared two scoops of black sesame and honey lavender with one other person. The honey lavender is BOMB. The flavors here are reallyy rich without being overwhelming, and the ice cream is so creamy and satisfying. Overall cute little shop with a lot of fresh produce and snacks alongside the ice cream stand. Loved our visit and would definitely be a regular if I lived nearby.

Same ice cream as their location in the Mission. Weekends can have a long line, but still not as long as their other location. It's nice during the week because there is rarely a line after work. Walk right up to the counter and I can order one or two of their many delicious flavors. I haven't actually purchased anything besides their ice cream, but everything else there looks as fresh as can be. Produce can be a little on the pricey end, but their beer selection has some smaller micro breweries that you can't find at a Safeway.

Came by the other night for ice cream and it was excellent, despite a chilly SF evening! The line was out the door and the staff was very friendly. The secret children's cone is merely $3.25 with a choice of a sugar or regular cone. My favorite is the vanilla which has a very strong vanilla taste! Their blue crab cakes here are quite tasty too, although a tad pricey at $7.99 each!
