Great club focusing on wellness. The trainers and facilities are excellent. The steam rooms with cold plunge pools inside are a standout amenity.

Wow! There are not enough words to describe the beautiful experience that is BIÂN. We felt welcomed immediately. The design and lighting creates such a soothing atmosphere. The infrared sauna and cryotherapy were new to me. The benefits were explained so well by the staff. Mysti has magical hands to gave me the best massage of my life! For lunch I had a “bowl” and it was amazing. There are also smoothie options for those wanting a quick meal to go. We also did a guided meditation session with Dominica that transported me to a beautiful spot in Italy with my family. I felt so much joy and love afterwards. I can’t wait to come back. Everyone needs to spend some time at BIÂN.

The chic facilities, superb fitness classes & wonderful accommodating staff are almost as inspiring as being surrounded by the high-character, wellness-minded members. Biân is the place to level-up your health, work & social networking.

I went to BIÂN today and noticed immediately that the vibe is sooo chill. The trainers are amazing at what they do, C******* literally worked her magic on all the areas that I needed to target today. Also, I grabbed a “Red” smoothie on my way out and I’m so glad I did. During my session, I felt like I sweated out all my life force and whatever they put in that magic potion revitalized me on the spot. They also have other light meals, dinners, and a nice bar if you’re into that, but it’s definitely a place I’d be coming back to!

I’ve been a member for almost two years now and still get excited every time I step foot into the club! The food, the trainers, the co-working space, and most importantly the people you’re able to surround yourself with are second to none.

Really wanted to join Bian - love the location, ambiance and focus on health and wellness, but when asked the Director of membership about the terms and conditions/contract, she responded with “Our only rule at BIAN is kind and respectful.” Wasn’t sure what she meant by this exactly (this is how we all should treat each other) or was implying, but that statement had nothing to do with what was asked.

I’ve been a member since Day 1…I’ve immersed myself into all they have to offer and the entire community continues to surprise and delight. Many aspects of my life have improved as a result of spending time at BIAN…got nothin’ but ❤️ for that place.
