My wife and I had a perfect dining experience at Bianchi, despite walking in on a busy weekend when every cheaper place was fully booked. We decided to try our luck and were warmly greeted upon entering the restaurant. Although we were told to come back at a later time due to the dinner rush, the wait was worth it—the rest is history!
We ordered the seasonal menu, starting with 6 pieces of fresh French oysters as starter and a Lobster Creamy Soup to warm up the stomach. I was absolutely blown away by their freshness and perfect balance of saltiness. Pairing them with FERRARI Brut Rosé was nothing short of a heavenly match.
My wife told me that Bianchi’s seafood risotto has officially topped her list. The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. It’s a level of quality we rarely get in our country, where sub-par dishes are often served at luxury prices.
As for me, I had the lobster linguine, and it was exceptional. The lobster was fresh, sweet, and cooked to perfection, maintaining its juiciness in every bite. Every mouthful felt like pure luxury.
I ended it well with a whiskey on the rocks, and that puts me to a good sleep after we got back our residence!
