11/10 experience all around. Swung by the retail store and picked up North Shore Beef Tips, Chinese Chicken Thighs, and 2 cases of sausages and assorted other marinades etc: I’ve never seen 50+ lbs of meat disappear so fast and so many comments on the high quality delivered by Bianco’s

Wow their Chinese sausage is stupid delicious, it was recently introduced to me by a friend at a party, they told me they could only get it at the IGA in Union Maine, we stopped by the store on the way to visit family and bought them out. Yes it’s that good. I’m going to talk with my friend to see if he’ll go in on ordering a couple cases direct from Bianco now!

Simply the best Italian Sausage for Pasta Fagioli Soup. We buy a few bags of loose Italian Sweet Sausage each week and couldn't be more happy. Excellent flavor and texture. Excellent products. Thank you.

Zero stars! Bought their prepackaged marinated chix breast from local market. Complete rubbish cuts loaded with fat wouldn't even feed to my dog!

Not a bad place to deliver. If delivering in a big rig, you need to get here early before everybody else shows up so before 4:30, that way you have room to turn around must come in on the main road and it is a right turn only. Other than that not too bad.

Usually I am satisfied with my Biancos purchases. But this was $15+ and expected to serve a family for dinner? One pack of steak tips.

Bianco & Sons Sausage (factory retail store) has promo of 10% off any/all for Medford residents entire month of January 2024. You need only to show you are a resident to get discount. Beside sausage in so many styles, there are other meats and poultry products with or without marinades. Their food is of very high quality and the taste proves it. One try is all you need to become a faithful customer.

I enjoyed coming into their storefront. It's a beautiful day so they have a sausage cart outside feeding the local fire department, workers, residents. I'd say pleny of parking. I parked in a number spot and didn't have an issue as I was in and out, but the non numbered spots were full. When I walked in there was a couple freezers on the left and some fridges at the end and then a big old case of marinated meats. I was just going to get some frozen baguette breads for $7 but the meats looked too good to give up so I got some garlic & herb chicken thighs and mediterranean chicken breast ($8 each) Was checked out by wonderful ladies and can tell it's family oriented and cares about helping people out. Though they are selling at stop and shop I would prefer to go into their store front. Even though the hours are a bit early 7-3.

Can't believe how incredible all the products are. I am addicted to the pork ribs Chinese style, Tips and Sausages This place really is incredible. They never let me down for the last 40 years.

I purchased seasoned wings took them home and put them on the grille..... amazing... prices are right at the line but you get what you pay for and it was delicious... service was quick and easy and from where I was standing the establishment is very clean and neat

Great meats always fresh and the sausages are the best by far. The Italian sausages and garlic and cheese sausages are so full of flavor you will never be disappointed.

As three generations of Italians, we have been ordering homemade sausage in our area for over 50 years. Unfortunately our "go to" place sold out to non-Italians. Not the same. Decided to give Bianco and Sons a try because of their online reputation. Before we add to our "Gravy" red sauce, we bake some of the links, testing for grease. I went through half a roll of paper towels because of the amount of grease. I called the owner, and explained this and was told he never had this problem. We will be going elsewhere. He could, at the very least, apologized. Wecome to customer service, 2022.

Met the owner, it is no secret that this business is such a success. I showed up when the shop was closed after thanksgiving and he was in there working! Once he saw me he opened the doors and answered all my questions. I left with a big bag of great food, cant wait to eat.

My in-laws have been going here for years and now I know why. You need meat you say? This is the place for you. This place cuts the meats for most of the local restaurants and they make their own sausage. Don't blink or you'll miss this unassuming brick building. Walk in and you walk into a bustling meat shop jammed back with friendly locals who are helpful and anxious to help. They were even very friendly to my 3 and 5 year old kids. If you're throwing a party or just want to stock up on the finest meats and sausages head on over here.

A little difficult to spot, but the location is very convenient (for me at least). From Winthrop i drive along revere beach until You get to revere st. Bianco's is on the left with a black awning and is just reallly easy to pass. So i went, expecting a butcher shop with a glass display case etc. Well..its kinda scary at first but you go around back and a sign reads "enter at your own risk" so i did. Basically you enter into their freezer which is piled with boxes of meat. You tell them what you want and they come back with your desires. The turkey tips were $15 for 5 lbs which is incredibly cheap. The beef tips marinated in terryaki smelled soooo good and are $30 for 5lbs. they also sell burgers, hot dogs, sausage, lamb etc. Basically you have to buy a certain amount, as the these things are only packaged in 5 lb bags. So use some and freeze the rest! You cant just go in and buy a pound her and there. The chicken and turkey i believe are $15for 5 lbs but are not marinated. They have a whole price list on their website. I will be back there i am sure! The sausages also looked really good. Another plus, is they washed the bird poo off my car! Oh they accept, credit, debit and cash..park out front in the 15 min parking and go around back.

This place is great. Best butcher shop around. You can not go wrong here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent prices and services. I am not going to pretend i know which steak is best for grilling but now i know. thanks :) can't wait for grilling season :)

I went to the R&B Only event at the House of Blues and Bianco & Sons' food truck was outside. The BEST after event food, I scarfed it down.

Now that it's time to light the grill's, you can bbq with getting meat from Bianco and Sons. The garlic and cheese sausages are by far the best around. I've tried them at other "so called" best butcher shops and they are terrible. These have more flavor than any sausages around. And a 5 lb box is only $15. It's only $12 for a 5lb box of regular sweet or hot sausages. Their tips are all tender as can be and marinated perfectly. give it a try

I've traveled around the world and back and nothing is better than Bianco's. The food quality is unmatched. I love that this is a family owned company because they care about both you and me. I wouldn't change one thing. Thank you Bianco's!

I had Bianco & Sons Tuscan Wings and Sweet Chili Wings for my family barbecue this weekend. They were a huge hit and every wing went, I didn't even have leftovers.

When you want to eat fresh, perfectly marinated meats, and quality cuts of meats then you MUST come here! I've been a 3rd generation customer and there is no other butcher that comes close to the quality Bianco's sells! I've purchased meats from others and found that they put more fatty and gristly pieces into their packaging but Bianco's does not work that way! Only perfectly trimmed meats are always expected! I know that there's the other place down the street that says they are the best but (Dom's) is not even close! Impress your family and friends with Bianco's meats for your BBQ and see the smiles on their faces when they try their meats!

YUM! I got their sweet sausage and split wings, it totalled to $29, but there is enough food to feed a small army. Everything was extremely fresh, people there are friendly and educated about their product. In the picture listed on Yelp, there is a menu but it is a dated one as the prices have gone up a little. You will have to spend $25 or more to use your credit card, but that can easily be done. As others have mentioned, you can only buy in 5lb packages, but freezing the meat is not an issue at all. The place may appear to be closed but you have to walk around to the back of the building. If you're planning a cook out, I would recommend coming here for your meats!!

Oh boy, if you like spicy Italian sausage, Bianco n sons make THE BEST!!!! If I'm making a fresh gravy, there is no other sausage to use!!! Get em at the shop, get em at any grocery stores or delis that carry em, just GET EM!!!!

Great meats and good prices, neded to buy in bulk 5lbs or more. I dont usually like freezing meat and just buy fresh, but I froze some sausages and used them a few weeks later and they were still really good. Odd walking in store the first time but once your in they take care of you.

Once you buy your meats at Bianco you will never go anywhere else! The marinated steak tips are incredible. We bought them for our large Corvette cook out and everyone raved about them. The boneless chicken is cheap and tender. Better than Perdue! At 2.99 a pound it's a great deal! I have also bought the veal and it is the most tender that I've cooked with. Our only drawback is that we live on Cape Cod and it's a hike to get there. My husband was told today that would ship the meat (UPS) for 15.00. You owe it to yourself to try this meat, you will be very satisfied!! Linda, Cape Cod

I recently held a fifthy birthday party for my wife I planned a seven course meal for family and close friends. I purchased all my meats at Bianco Meat Co. one of the owners, Lewis Bianco had taken the time to personally help me in selecting choice cuts of meat. He even gave me some helpful hints on how to prepare some of the meats. From the broccoli-rabe & cheese sausage, chicken, to the prime rib the quality of meat was beyond comparison. This was a speacial event made great by the tremendous quality of food that was served. Rocco

I buy and place meat orders on a weekly basis ,,,the meats are top quality like they always you get what you pay for...supermarket meats are none to quality when it comes to these guys..the products is top quality ....

Okay... I heard rumors about this place... people talk. My curiosity got the best of me and I made the trek to Revere from Marshfield. It was a 'foodie' road trip. As long as I was driving to Revere, I added a few other places to my list of stops. As described in an earlier review, the location is a bit interesting. It was like a scene from a B movie as I walked the alley and entered the large frozen meat area out back. Boxes of meats were piled everywhere. I was on a mission to get sausages with BBQ season upon us. We opted for the larger grilling sausages... a box of Italian Sweets and a box of cheese and garlic sausages. It was worth the trip... the sausages were terrific and the long BBQ grilling sausages are incredibe... Try one on a sub roll with peppers and onions.... They are similar to those sausages sold outside Fenway. This place offers a number of sausage varieties as well as other meats. We will return soon with a longer shopping list. Now, these sausages are sold in some supermarkets. I'm not sure if the larger varieties are sold outside of the Revere location. In any cae, it's definitely a worthwhile trip and check out some of the other places in the area like Sabells' Ravioli.

The famous Bianco is located in a nondescript location , but once inside this is a real working butchery and factory setting. You will see them making sausages and cutting meat. You do have to buy at least five pounds and they do want you in and out but staff have always been polite . The quality is worth the visit it is mostly the same meat you would get at many of the local restaurant and butcher shop. Prices are fair to average, no bargains but nothing overpriced.
