BIBIBOP Asian Grill

This was our first visit to BIBIBOP Asian Grill, and overall the food was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Everything we tried tasted great. The only downside was the portion sizes—they were very small. Even with several toppings, our bowls weren’t filled, so you’ll want to specifically ask for more if you don’t want to leave hungry.

This was a nice little place to stop for lunch, and a lot of the menu items are reasonably healthy. The flavor of the food was pretty good, and portion sizes were just enough. I will say, the food could’ve been a smidge warmer. The service was incredible. The gentleman that was running the front counter and building the bowls was very nice and you could tell that he enjoys doing what he is doing. While dining, I noticed that he knew some customers, who I assume are regulars, and was addressing them by name and what they like. That type of service is going above and beyond. This was my first time visiting, and I enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back to try their other flavors, as there are plenty of them.

Big big props to the management and staff here. Everyone that works out there has always been super friendly helpful and patient. They're also very knowledge and passionate about the food. The dining room has always been really well maintained too. They're always preparing fresh ingredients so everything tastes good and fresh. I also noted in my visits that the staff is really good about getting their customers the best deals on what they're ordering, encouraging use of their app and steering people away from the smaller bowl because it's only marginally cheaper but limits your options significantly. The huge variety of beverage options also deserve a huge shoutout!

We were a family of three weary travelers off the interstate looking for somewhere decent that our 17 month old would eat. From the moment we walked into this bibibop, the staff was exceptional. We were greeted promptly as the worker cleaned. I asked about changing tables in the bathrooms (surprisingly, not all business have them - period!) The worker let me know both gender bathrooms had tables, and they had high chairs for my baby. Everything was nice, new, and clean. Our food was great and fresh. The potatoes were maybe a little too salty for my taste, but overall, everything was great. They have a variety of craft lemonades/tea to choose from in addition to your standard soda. Overall, this was a great stop and experience for us, and I just really wanted to thank each staff member for making us feel so welcome with our little one.

The food here is so flavorful and healthy! The lady who helped us was able to speak to the health benefits of different ingredients, like how different ingredients had fiber or magnesium. The service was great. The lady asked us how our day was going. It was clean and bright inside, with peppy happy music.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and today I had a chance to stop by. The employees were super nice and helpful explaining how everything worked, and they even made noodles for me right on the spot to ensure freshness. The food was honestly so delicious. Each ingredient was prepared with care and had the perfect amount of flavor. I 100% recommend people to give it a shot!

Was driving thru Champaign on I-74, and noticed there was a BIBIBOP! Was super excited, until we walked in. Slow service, and a ton of the options were out. The bowls we ordered were fine, again, despite a number of the options being out of having to be refilled. The dinning room was clean and there's an option for outside dining when it warms up. The issues I had were, the floors behind the counter were dirty and it simply looked like the employees were tired and overworked and understaffed. 1 out of three would return to BIBIBOP, me being the one that would return. The other two in my party said, not again

Good place for a fast meal! It's very clean and the service is great. But the location is far from the campus area. Wish it could come to the campus town someday!

Fun build your own asian bowl place! I liked the sweet potato noodles and purple rice as a base. They have generous portions and free miso soup!! The staff were kind and we were able to fit a party of 8 in the restaurant! Very clean place!

The Korean bbq was amazing, yum yum sauce was fire, the person serving us was super nice and helpful, overall 10/10 place

Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had about the food. I love places where I can pick what goes into my meal.

The food was fresh and excellent. We love the options and the concept of choosing what goes into your bowl. However, the service needs a tweak! When you serve delicious broccoli and crispy chicken that is ALL 3-4 inches long... to not have plastic knives available for customers to cut food into smaller pieces is a real mistake. This cannot be an expensive thing to provide and should be added.
