America’s Best Bowl Food: The Bracket - Eater

"A few regional chains such as Bibibop Asian Grill and Bibigo are even trying to go national. The latter seems to be winning over customers with its customizable bowls clocking in between $8 and $11, it’s a filling and flavorful steal." - Madeleine Davies

Review written 08/02/2025. Nice healthy options including vegetarian options. Pictured here is tofu and broccoli and eggs and potatoes and chickpeas and kale and a spicy sauce. Their options allow you to eat healthy and meet calorie deficit goals and they have a rewards app to earn points.

I've been wanting to try this place for some time and finally made it! I have to eat gluten free not by choice. This is literally the first place I've ever been to where I can eat everything on the menu! Never had this option before this is awesome now I just wish there were more locations this one is 30 minutes away and not in a direction I typically go. I ate here with my 10-year-old and 12 year old. We each got a bowl. The lemon turmeric rice did not disappoint. One of my kids tried the glass noodles they were very good and fun. My kids did not try any of the sauces they thought overall there was a slight spiciness to the dish without adding anything extra. I tried the teriyaki it was good. Oh and don't forget the free miso soup, lovely bonus. The broth is excellent.

I used to love this place, and went with my family and friends all the time but the recent changes are horrible. The portion sizes are ridiculously small now. i included a picture of that small cup I paid $10 for, and it's like pulling teeth asking them just to customize or add a little extra, which I would gladly pay for. I don't know who's in charge of this place, but this drastic nickel and dime cost cutting actions are real turn off now and I'd rather just not go anymore.

Google
So so good, healthy and nutritious. For my gluten friendly family it’s perfect for us and also doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. We also spilled all our food off a tray (kids…) and they didn’t charge us to replace. We will be back!

Bibibop is always a fantastic experience, but my recent visit was truly exceptional, thanks to their incredible staff, especially Elias. From the moment I walked in, his amazing energy and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a great meal. Elias greeted me with a warm smile and confidence which intern helped me navigate the menu with thoughtful suggestions, and ensured that everything was perfect. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the visit unforgettable. The ambiance at Bibibop is equally inviting--clean, vibrant, and welcoming, which makes it the perfect spot to relax after a workout. The Korean BBQ bowl I ordered was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, making every bite a delight. Their emphasis on healthy, high-quality ingredients is something I truly appreciate. It's no surprise that Bibibop has become a go-to spot for our entire team from LA Fitness, which is conveniently located next door. We're drawn here not just by the amazing food but also by the top-notch service that Elias and the rest of the staff consistently deliver. If you're looking for a place that combines healthy food, great service, and a positive atmosphere, Bibibop is it! Highly recommended!!

Google
I was underwhelmed. I enjoy Asian food and was happy to find a quick casual place like this. But the food was just OK. I had the ginger sesame sauce and wasn't a fan. My homemade pickled onions are so much better. Not bad, but I wouldn't do it again with all the other choices out there

Chris Christensen

Google
Chipotle style food that combines your choice of veggies & meats, including rice & noodles. Not my thing--the noodles taste weird & the purple rice is sweet. I bought the fan favorite; I'm not a fan. The creamy sauce is a mayo base, ranch dressing-looking squirt of tastelessness. On the plus side, the service was good & the place modern & clean. Move on.

Google
Girlfriend swore by this place and she was right. Typical counter serve place where you pick base, proteins, and toppings. Flavors are all really good, and it didn't seem like you could go wrong with anything. Best part? All of it was GF, organic, etc. Which, sometimes that's just a gimmick, but it made the food taste so fresh. Really can't beat it for the price.

Yelp
Food: We got the sweet and spicy chicken with yum yum sauce and other condiments. I had the tofu with teriyaki sauce, it tasted clean and fresh, kind of like an Asian Chipotle. They also gave complimentary miso soup, but it was a bit bland. 9/10. Service: The staff was friendly. I noticed a few pieces of tofu left, but they chose to serve me a fresh batch instead. 10/10. Ambiance: The place was clean, including the bathroom. Great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.

Yelp
Cute spot and cuter cuisine. Food is delightful, service is quick, and the app makes it even better with the deals and offers that come thru. I've been to 3 locations in 2 weeks, and they're pulling me in with more deals. Seriously, it's a good Korean version of Chipotle with better quality ingredients and just freakin' addictive. Note that this is coming from a Korean that doesn't love 85% of Korean food.

Yelp
BiBiBop is a decent, quick service Asian style restaurant- I would say this is most comparable to a Chipotle. You can create your own salads or bowls here - choosing from sweet and spicy chicken, Korean beef, tofu and more. There are a ton of toppings available and sauces so you're sure to create an entree that you'll enjoy. I wish the meats tasted more hot/fresh, but like I said it is similar to chipotle so don't expect sit down restaurant quality, but if you want something quick, Asian and kind of healthy - BIBiBop may be the restaurant you're looking for.

Yelp
All items are guaranteed gluten free. This was a huge help. It was our first time eating here so I had to ask the usually ingredients. Many items have soy and sesame on or in them. Also in the add on, the pineapple and avocado are an extra $1.50 each, so it added up quickly if you have a large group. I thought it was part of the general selection versus an "add on" priced item. Surprise!! It brought the taste profile together so it was worth it. color coding the regular vs priced add one would help to make that choice more clear, especially for us visual processors.

Yelp
My husband and I ordered here for pick up the other day because we were recommended to come by my coworker. We were not disappointed, and I can see why everyone loves this place so much! It's kinda like Chipotle or a poke bowl place with healthy options, including unprocessed meats and fresh veggies. The whole idea is that you choose a base for your bowl, add toppings, pick a protein, and top it off with a sauce. The nice thing is that they have many choices to customize the bowl, as well. If you don't want to create your own bowl, they have "chef curated" bowls. We both ended up ordering our own created bowls, and I can't remember what my husband ordered, but I'll walk through my bowl. Ultimately, we both thoroughly enjoyed our food! I ordered an original sized bowl (they have smaller ones, too) with white rice and lettuce as my base, black beans, broccoli, corn, carrots, cheese, and cucumber as my toppings, spicy chicken as my protein, and spicy Sriracha as my sauce. Everything worked so well together. Obviously, if I picked toppings, I disliked my bowl would have tasted bad, but everything I got was extremely fresh and delicious. We ended up ordering online and picking it up because if you sign up for texts and order online, your first order can be buy 1 bowl get 1 free. Therefore, we got 2 spicy chicken bowls for $10.99 total, well with tax added, haha! Overall, we will be back here for sure, especially since we live so conveniently close to this location!

Yelp
Great healthy alternative in the land of fast food. Really enjoyed a healthy meal while traveling.

Yelp
I consistently order from this location and I enjoy it every time. It's close to my house, the service is quick, and the food is delicious. I usually take out or get it delivered so I can't say much about the actual restaurant, but it's very clean and well-organized. If you've never been, as one review said, it's basically an Asian Chipotle. All the options are guaranteed gluten-free, which was actually how I was introduced to it as my mother is allergic and loves it. I typically order sweet potato noodles, chicken, and then a mixture of toppings. They switch a few toppings seasonally, but most of them stay consistent. I've also gotten the lemonade and chocolate chip cookies a few times, and they're both delicious. Only issue is that the carrots have cilantro, and I have the soap gene, so I have to pick out the cilantro so my food doesn't taste terrible. Also, the bowls I believe are biodegradable, and if you leave the food in there long enough, the bowls get soggy and could rip. If you're looking for something healthy and cheap, I would highly recommend. The employees are kind and efficient as well, and it's overall one of my favorite chains.

Yelp
This place is basically the Asian/korean version of chipotle. Very healthy I would say. I had the chicken over lettuce and had some of the shredded egg, sprouts, kimchi, cucumber and radish. Chicken was a little dry. I also said a little bit of the spicy sauce and the worker out a tiny bit which was perfect and then he thought it would be funny to add a little bit more so I stopped him. He was laughing when I told him to stop. So that was the only thing I didn't like.

Yelp
Try out a big bowl or small at @bibibopasiangrill There are many sides to choose from as well as protein The service will never disappoint and it's a fun place to eat or you can take it to go!
google avatar

Nick P.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It's not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it's like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast.
google avatar

Yelp
We were looking for a place to eat fast and found this restaurant we had never heard of before. They will prepare you food as fast as Jimmy John's and it was really great. This place is 100% gluten-free and they seem to use that in all their marketing, because it was all over the tables, on the wall, and on their T-shirts- that they were gluten-free. Two bowls and one drink cost $33 - so it is kind of fast food but the price is more like you're at a restaurant with the white staff. We really like the place though because the food was good And fast.

Yelp
We stopped by here for lunch after ikea because we wanted something quick so we can run more errands after. The line was long when we first walked in, but it moves you quickly anyways. The original size is a pretty good portion after all the toppings and such, but I normally eat it twice. I usually get the sweet potato noodles, but I wanted a change so I went for the purple rice. I wasn't a fan of the rice. It felt a little too mushy/soft for me, but it wasn't terrible. I had gotten the steak and they give you a pretty generous amount of steak in there. The toppings looked fresh and they also give you generous amount of that too. The kimchi was a little too sour for me, but mixed with everything it wasn't that bad. I usually ask for the sauce on the side because I like to add the sauce as I go. Their lemonades and teas and so good too! The hibiscus lemonade is my fave! As for the space, it seems small but there's plenty of tables inside and outside to eat. It's pretty clean too.

Yelp
This is one of our go to places for tasty, healthy fast food. Friendly service. Clean.

Yelp
Excellent Korean & Asian food option. The setup is similar to Chipotle except it's with Asian Food. You pick your choice of Protein (Chicken, Steak, Tofu, Korean BBQ Beef, Spicy Chicken. Carb choices include rice and noodles. Veggie options are plentiful (Broccoli, Bean Sprouts, etc). There are also various sauces and other toppings such as egg, cheese, etc. The Korean Beef with noodles and white Rice was our favorite. They offer complimentary Miso Soup. The entire menu is Gluten Free. Vegan & Vegetarian options are also available. Thank you

J J.

Yelp
Consistently very late with carry out orders. They don't care. Terrible customer service.
google avatar

Agnes S.

Yelp
We've been wanting to try this place for lunch. We finally got a chance. The service is a fast food walkup, where you line up and order your base, protein, and throw in add-ons. The layout reminds me of a chipotle or subway with tables in the back. A nice perk is free miso soup when you order a meal. The miso soup is a self-serve in the middle of the store, on a kitchen island. It's fairly bland. My husband ordered a beef bowl and I ordered a chicken bowl with many additions. My husband's beef was better, but I'm not much of a red meat eater so I'm not in a rush to return.
google avatar

Yelp
Very fresh. I am not sure I chose the right sauce but I wanted to stick to a traditional Korean bibimbop and the gochujang sauce was not my favorite. I did like the teriyaki sauce. Overall they have a great variety of toppings, proteins, and bases like purple rice or chap chae noodles.
google avatar

Steve R.

Yelp
Really solid place, the concept is very much like chipotle, naf naf, etc....order your base, protein and sides. Simple way to get into an Asian bowl...leans korean but not much authentic Korean in the food but uses the spices/sauces that are korean inspired. You could argue its the true bowl concept of korean food where BibimBop is basically left overs throw into a bowl of rice. Food is solid, but portions are kind of small for the original..so not the best value in my opinion but the food is clean, and solid. Atmosphere is spartan clean, and a mix of high top and low top tables. Worth a try for sure
google avatar

Stephen M.

Yelp
I'm a five star chef! Well, this restaurant makes it very easy to create your own great bowl. We finally chose Bibibop for our late-night quick dinner option. Started the bowl with the steak and from there went on to the other options. After submitting the order, the message was it would be quickly (very quickly) available for pickup. The food is fresh and the options (no matter how chosen it seems) makes for a great meal. Reasonably priced. And very friendly staff when you pick the meal up.
google avatar

Beth A.

Yelp
We love Bibibop! We came here because we were in the area for IKEA, and this is close by. The original bowl is a good amount of food for $10.99-$12.99 plus additional if you get a second meat/tofu. They always have free miso soup as well. This location is in a very busy area with multiple other restaurants - on a Friday night it was a bit hard to find parking. When you come in, you order at the back and can sit at a few tables inside. If you join their rewards program and download the app you can get a free item (we got a free entree) which we used on this visit.
google avatar

Mindy P.

Yelp
Bibibop is our family favorite and never disappoints! This location is extremely generous with servings and all their toppings are fresh and tasty! I love how there are sooo many toppings to choose from and the various base options are also a huge plus. I like the glass noodles since they are basically japchae, if you know what that is. Sometimes, if you're too early, you might not be able to get the free miso soup, and that's happened to us a few times. Excellent value and clean restaurant overall.
google avatar

Mirella K.

Yelp
I always tell people that Bibibop is like a Korean Chipotle. You start off with a bowl and then customize it as you go by telling the employee what option you'd like in your bowl. You start with a base, add toppings, a protein, and a sauce(s). I've been to Bibibop about 30 times by now. I came here when it first opened years ago and have been going periodically ever since. I've never, not once, been disappointed with my food here. They never skimp you on any of the toppings, and all their food is fresh, never cold, and high quality. Their kimchi is extra but I get it every time because it's so flavorful! What I usually get on my bowl: purple rice, bean sprouts, red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, sesame kale, corn, cage free egg, kimchi, teriyaki glazed mushrooms, topped with teriyaki and yum yum sauce. I was drooling just typing out my order. It'll probably cost you around $10-$13 depending what you get on your bowl, but it's a big bowl and a filling meal. I recommend this place to all!!
google avatar

Kanisha L.

Yelp
I've been here many times, and it's so clean where you order! I always have a bowl and made my own with their healthy ingredients: Purple rice, sweet potato noodles, cucumbers, carrots, cheese chicken, red cabbage, sesame kale, and yum yum + teriyaki sauce this time. The yum yum sauce is delicious! You won't go wrong with it. There are plenty of other sauces, proteins, and ingredients. All msg and gluten-free, too! The staff is nice and can explain something if needed. Now, come try this place out. It's delish!
google avatar

Andrew P.

Yelp
I like that you can pick and choose what you want here like a Chipotle kind of, but also if you wanna go with a standard bowl that they have on the menu, you can do that as well. This is a great place to go if you're looking to stay somewhat on the healthier side and not spend too much. It's a fast food but casual dine in place as well and there are a handful of option. I decided on the spicy chicken which was just ok, but I'm sure the other options are great. Overall, nice to have this close to the mall nearby where there's a plethora of chain restaurants everywhere.

Michael F.

Yelp
They consistently mess up every order. They always forget something or try to substitute with something that you never wanted to begin with. This place is fucking sucks.

Yelp
Looking for something fast and healthy in Schaumburg. I read reviews on Yelp and settled on trying something new BIBIBOP on Meachum and Golf roads. We had purple rice bowls because Mirella recommended the purple rice in her review. The restaurant is bright inviting and clean. Team members are friendly and engaging- answering a multitude of questions with a smile. You simply cannot go wrong here. You choose the protein you like: spicey chicken, plain chicken, steak or tofu. Warm toppings like black beans or grilled broccoli. Cold toppings like corn or carrots or kale. There are so many things to choose from I'd be typing for an hour. Sauces are next yum yum sauce, sriracha, ginger sesame, teriyaki, and more! If your in the area and are looking for a delicious, satisfying and healthy meal try BIBIBOP. Will definitely be in our Schaumburg restaurant rotation.
google avatar

Samantha X.

Yelp
The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. There was a younger man working who was very energetic and helpful. He definitely had a very uplifting attitude and was enthusiastic to help. I'm terrible with names but he was great. Free miso soup and I love their variety of teas. Chill vibes for quick eats.

Yelp
Food: 5 Drink: N/A Order Accuracy: 5 Stars Service/Friendliness: 5 stars Atmosphere: 5 Stars Bathroom: N/A Total: 5Stars Outside: Located on the west side of Meacham within a small retail center shared with other tenants. Sign is clean and working, can't miss it. Inside: When you first walk in, you're greeted with a friendly 'Hello.' It's well lit and the setup is similar to other 'BYObowl' type of restaurant. The make table was CLEAN and full or ingredients to choose from. Taste of Product: Must warn you, if you're not sure what to combine in your bowl to definitely speak to their staff for suggestions. I ordered a supergreen salad with steak, and pretty much all the fixin's with gochujang sauce and cucumber wasabi(AWESOME!) Price: Price is on point. Staff: They are friendly and very helpful. I had a few questions and they were ready to help by asking questions about my palette. Overall:  If you're looking for a great place to make your on bowl with fresh ingredients and lots of options, this is the place to go! Bonus Tip: Download their app to receive $5 off for new rewards members and continue to receive points!

Yelp
We love BIBIBOP in Schaumburg! Can't wait for their new opening on Western Avenue in Chicago.
google avatar

Rick V.

Yelp
This is very similar to an Asian restaurant version of Chipotle, ie pick your own ingredients. They are very efficient in getting you your meal. Nothing special abut the inside, but it's clean.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
So... this place wasn't exactly what I thought it was gonna be in some ways but so much better in many other ways. It's like a Chipotle for bibimbop. I mean just so much yumminess. I love how they offer ChapJae as an option for your bowl and they offer complimentary miso soup. All the food was so good. I mean. SO GOOD. The service was patient and kind. And so quick once you realized what you had to do. Jus a great experience altogether. They do have a lot for parking.
google avatar

Sal S.

Yelp
First time here with Cj, food was good and plentiful. Customer service was fast and family friendly. The inside was clean and conversation enjoyable.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
Every time I order here, I feel like I'm eating a healthy, balanced meal. I did struggle to find a sauce I liked, but recently tried their korean bbq beef with the gochujang sauce and think it's the best combo so far. I also tried yum yum, teriyaki, and teriyaki ginger all on chicken, but the gochujang seems to go much better with the toppings if you order a variety. I really like the purple rice too, just wish it didn't get sticky and rip off the paper bowl coating (doesn't happen if eaten asap).
google avatar

Beth L.

Yelp
A great delicious hidden gem. This is a great place if you're looking for a happy medium of healthy and good tasting food. The bowls are a nice option to be creative with what you want. The service was good and fast.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
BIBIBOP is basically the "Chipotle" of Korean food, but with far more options and even more delicious. We tried this restaurant on a whim; it's not far from I-90 headed out of Chicago. We were not disappointed. The sheer number of options for customizing your bowl is almost overwhelming. Even our toddler, who can be a picky eater, loved her mini bowl. There's a ton of base options (not just rice), protein options (including tofu and spicy chicken), fruit/veggies, and sauces. The majority of their food is dairy-free, and you can easily build a vegan bowl if that's what you want. Prices are very reasonable (including the child size). I do wish they had a bit more outdoor seating, but otherwise, this place is great. We will be back!
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
After not going to BiBiBop for awhile, I stopped in today and sadly, will now never be back. I placed an order through the app and went into the Schaumburg location for pickup. They said they didn't have my order in the system. Okay, things happen of course, I asked if they wanted to see the order number or what I ordered? The manager walked over and said no, it's not in the system, and walked away. I said Okay, but this is your store's app, my card was charged and...I'd like lunch. Manager walked over again and said If we don't have the order, nothing we can do & turned his back on me again, the guy working said to call my bank. It was just such an odd way to handle the situation. The manager could give two Fs that I was standing there, kept walking away, didn't even want to see my order number, didn't ask if I would like to order something, no sorry or even the slightest bit of empathy (store was completely empty at 11am when I arrived, by the way, so this wasn't a matter of being busy), and didn't tell me how to get anything resolved ie call HQs or any other advice for a refund. Such an odd way to handle such a simple little thing, but I walked out without any food at all. It was so strange. So poorly handled. Of course I also have to contact corporate to get my money refunded now. Annoying that there is some issue with the stores getting orders from the official app and still charging my card, but the real issue is how badly this all transpired when I went in for my order. This terrible, terrible manager will ensure I never come back to BiBiBop. Update 2 Weeks Later: No response from BiBiBop despite sending 3 messages. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. UGH.
google avatar

Fernando G.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my first time eating here. The service was very friendly and helpful. You can choose your ingredients in front of you and they were able to explain what they were. Ingredients like kimchi, purple rice, red cabbage, etc. were available. They also serve miso soup as a free side dish. We were very impressed with the flavor and healthy choices. I recommend the Korean BBQ Beef with the BIBIBOP Fan Favorite! You cannot go wrong. Mmm, good!
google avatar

Christopher A.

Yelp
It's a Korean Chipotle but the food is just okay. Not much flavor in the spicy chicken or bulgogi, the veggies are unseasoned, the potato noodles were okay but almost to soft. It's a forgettable experience.

Paul R.

Yelp
I've been going here since they opened. The last time (which will be the last time), I ordered 2 bowls. I noticed that much less sauce was put in the bowl that when I first started coming here. The same happened the previous visit. I mentioned that and he said, yes we have cut back on the sauce. I replied that was ok but could I have 2 small containers of extra sauce. He said that he could give me 1 but would have to charge me 30 cents for the 2nd. I reminded him that I had 2 bowls. He said "I'll give it to you this time, but I'll have to charge you next time." There won't be a next time. Did I mention that I bought 2 bowls???
google avatar

Omar A.

Yelp
Fantastic variation on Chipotle. Lots of great healthy food that is always fresh. They give plenty in each bowl, and the sauces are great. I have eaten at this location for several years and every time they are right on the money. Come try something different, you will love it!
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
Delicious bowls, but when I got home to reheat the leftovers the purple rice is hard. Otherwise good deal for healthy food.
google avatar

Kristianne B.

Yelp
First time trying this place. I love Korean food so I was looking for a place that was cheap, fast, and not a sit down restaurant. Literally like an Asian version of chipotle. I got half japchae and half purple rice as the base. I got steak as the meat which was very flavorful. Just like kbbq. Then added corn, carrots, cucumbers, purple cabbage, bean sprouts, and sesame kale. Then go top it off spicy sirracha. Overall, it was delicious. Kinda pricy but worth on how big the portions are.
google avatar

Sujung C.

Yelp
I ordered with sauce. But there was no sauce in my bag. The employee on the phone said the driver was at fault and just hung up. I have never experienced such an irresponsible delivery service in the US.
google avatar

Jennifer R.

Yelp
Going inside let's you actually see what you can add into your bowl. Kimchi was very tasteful and the tofu had a lot of flavor than I expected. Choosing noodles fills you up quickly.
google avatar

Trisha A.

Yelp
OK. Why did I not come here sooner?! I pass this place all the time and have just come here recently with two friends. Service: Great! The guy making our meals was nice and helpful. It's a Chipotle-style service where you pick your ingredients for this bibimbap-inspired dish (minus the fried egg). Either him or another cook asked us how the food was while eating as well, which is a nice gesture. You don't see that often in fast-food places. Food: Free miso soup, delicious bowls, refreshing aloe drinks. Need I say more? Oh, yes, ok. The miso soup is your standard but free, warm, and good nonetheless. Aloe drinks are maybe $4-5? But they're a bigger size and you don't get that option everywhere. The bowls blew me away. I chose purple rice, steak, carrots, cucumber, corn, cheese, and potato. They can put the sauce for you or you can put your own. I mixed the sesame ginger with the yum yum sauce. My friends got similar ingredients, along with kimchi and red cabbage. One of them got spicy chicken as the protein and other sauces. Amazing. Price: The bowls are less than $10 and seems to be more than what you get in a Chipotle bowl (I could be wrong). It's inexpensive and delicious. Now I don't need to say more. Just go already!

Yelp
Great place to come for lunch. You can choose a base of white or purple rice, noodles, or lettuce. Toppings include black beans, potatoes, bean sprouts, your choice of protein, and lots of vegetable toppings. I got a little bit of everything and opted to get my own sauce from the self-service counter on the side. Lots of different sauces to choose from, but the meat is already marinated and so flavorful that I didn't really need any additional sauce on it. I did put a sprinkle of sesame seeds on it for some extra oomph. Miso soup is free, and all the food is healthy and delicious. Generous serving from the regular bowl size. You won't leave hungry.

Yelp
If you are trying to figure out what kind of restaurant BIBIBOP is, just think of Chipotle but instead of tacos and burrito bowls, you have noodle or rice bowls with Korean flavored meats and slew of veggies. Basically, you start off picking either rice (white or purple), noodles or a mixture of both. Next you choose your protein (chicken, spicy chicken, steak or tofu). You then pick your veggies (cucumber, lettuce, carrots, corn, cheese, egg or daikon). Lastly, you choose your sauces (Sriracha, yum-yum white creamy sauce, teriyaki and Korean red sauce "gochujang"). You can also order the same type of bowl without the rice/noodles and make it a salad (similar to Chipotle). Last but not least, every order comes free with unlimited miso soup which is located in the side by the drink fountain. If you're looking for a fast food bibimbop option to Korean food, this is your place. I just wish there were an option to make the bibimbop warm and heated. That's the way I like my bibimbop and would give this place 5 stars if they did. Portions are big for the price and you'll definitely get full off of one order.

Yelp
This was my first time coming here. I'm impressed! They have such a friendly staff explaining to us newbies how to build our delicious bowl. I choose a steak bowl and hubby got the organic tofu bowl. The concept is like chipotle choose your base, protein, and start adding your toppings but this has an Asian flare :) They have 4 starter base, white rice, purple rice, cooked rice noodles, and Romaine lettuce. You can even choose 1/2-1/2 of 2 bases! So I choose rice noodles and purple rice I liked it! Next, the proteins are chopped grilled chicken, spicy chicken, steak, organic tofu, and veggies. There was plenty of fresh chopped vegetables to choose from. I made mine with everything like a bowl of a rainbow lol! There was also chopped seasoned potatoes, black beans and corn too. As a final topping of sauce, you have a choice of 6 sauces to choose from. Tip if you don't know what kind of sauce you like as a topper don't ask for sauce but instead go to the condiment station and sample all. I choose the Korean red sauce as I wanted my steak bowl to taste like a bibimbop and it did! And don't forget your free self serve miso soup next to the drinking fountain. I would stir the miso pot to get the little tofu at the bottom. We actually had 2 servings each and made it our drink sip so good! I also enjoyed the seating arrangement and the mellow and happy kind of music in the back ground. Overall, great experience I will for sure come back here it's. Fresh food, great customer service, and affordable!

Yelp
Bibibop Asian grill is tasty & has good service. I enjoyed the Korean beef & oily noodles with veggies. However I did have indigestion & gas for a few hours. I wouldn't eat the noodles again.
