Google
I was looking for something light to eat, meaning not fast food, and as I was going to Trader Joe’s afterwards, I decided to stop into Bibim and try them out. I ordered the classic bowl with rice, corn, carrots, red onion, lettuce, bean sprouts, and Kim chi. For my protein, I got grilled chicken and added a fried egg for an additional price. For the sauce, I chose the yum yum sauce which was a sweet, creamy sauce. Service was quick and the food was delicious. For the price, the portion size was generous and I left happy. Definitely worth coming back to.

Google
The food was excellent quality there were a limited choice of drinks in bottles only water and tea is complementary. It is definitely a good value. The one piece of constructive criticism I would give is the atmosphere is lacking it's too bright in there the tables are not comfy enough and it doesn't have a cozy atmosphere somewhere where you would say oh let's invite a couple out and go to dinner there.

If you need a healthier bowl option, check out BIBIM kitchen. Fresh ingredients, and a lot of add-ons to choose from. Clean dining room, and friendly service.

Google
It was okay. The ordering was very confusing. You pick the base, protein and toppings which is similar to other places that I've ordered from. However, it seemed like every option was an upgrade as I didn't see anything that didn't have a $ amount under it despite the couple toppings allegedly being included so I wasn't really sure if it was really an upcharge or was just showing you in relation to the other items ordered and the lower $ would be included in the bowl. Therefore, my $12.45 half and half bowl came to $21.64 in the end. I liked that it was freshly made and would potentially try ordering here again but will need to be when I feel like I can go in there and ask a bunch of questions or get help on the ordering strategy.

Google
Extremely clean. Modern but relaxing. K Pop music. But THE FOOD! We went for the hot stone pot. Choosing all the ingredients is great fun for the decisive but even for the uncertain, they make it easy enough for a young teen. Very fresh food, excellent spicy pork with more weight on the toppings than the rice (opposite of most Korean joints.) A lot of food for the price. Easy to find and park. No seating styles available for groups over 4 without rearranging furniture.

Google
I used to really like the location on Rainbow that is now gone. I stopped in for a reasonably priced lunch pretty regularly and enjoyed the build your own salad bar vibe they had for the BiBimBap. I usually spent $10-$12. I dropped over $30 and was not pleased with the overall quality and the nickel and diming they do with their menu now. It didn't taste as good but cost over 100% more. I love BiBimBap but this is just not worth it

Google
Interesting menu. Friendly service, very helpful. Got the stone bowl, HOT 🥵 BEWARE! You will be there longer than you planned. You food stays flaming hot for as long as it takes for you to eat. Though it was tasty. Don’t bother with the apps, not worth it.

Google
I'm a big fan of bibimbap, and this place lets you customize your own bowl with a fantastic variety of veggies. I went for the classic combo with white rice, an assortment of six veggies, bulgogi, and a crowning fried egg. Mixing it all up with their spicy and sesame sauces made for an incredibly tasty experience. Indoor seating is ample, and you're in charge of clearing your own table once you're done. The service I received was exceptional. You won't have to stress about parking either, as there's a generous amount of free parking available.

Yelp
Wait a minute! Am I in South Korea?! Last I checked I was in Anthem Nevada , but this restaurant is the real South Korean deal! Their Classic bibimbap tasted very similar to the kind I enjoyed in Taejon when I taught English many years ago. My taste buds and fond memories from those years rushed back to me. When they say this is COMFORT food they are telling the truth! From what I understand their main meals are Bi Bim Bahp (cold) and the Tulsok Bi bim bahp(warm). They also offer some very interesting appetizers which I'd like to come back to try. I loved all the options to choose from and I tried hard to stick to the classic flavors. They remodeled the inside and it is a very comfortable fresh clean atmosphere with Korean tv! I highly recommend for a great place to enjoy a satisfying nutritious meal. Don't forget to try their barley tea. I believe it is free next to the cold water. It's an acquired taste, but it is what everyone drinks in South Korea, it's even served in school cafeterias. Kamsahamnida!

Yelp
The serving size was decent--I even had enough for another meal. The rice and beef were tasty, and the veggies were fresh with nicely fermented kimchi. If you're into hot sizzling plates, I'd recommend it, but if not, just go for the classic bowl option. You get to choose your own ingredients for the bowl, and they assemble it for you. There's plenty of seating inside, even during weekday lunchtime when I visited. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We waited for about 10 minutes before they took our order, and then another 15 minutes or so for the food to come out. It was disappointing, especially since there weren't many customers around. Despite the slow service, we'll still come back and support them, but I hope they'll improve their service next time.

Yelp
Where has this been all my life. So good so healthy it's just fuels your body with a burst of flavor. The service was good and the place is not that big. The food is bigger in flavor than the whole place combined. It's very clean inside and inviting. The food was just amazing. The black rice was so chewy and flavorful for my first time I enjoyed it all.

Yelp
This is my new go-to lunch spot. Delicious food and a super awesome friendly staff. I had energy all afternoon! If I had lunched at Chipotle I would have needed a nap, plus I'd probably still be waiting in line.

Yelp
I finally made it in to try Bibim. Having had bibimbap in Korea, I was hooked the first time and had it several times while out there. After work, a friend and I stopped in, and I was not disappointed. Not too big inside; however, they have plenty of seating. The options are endless on how you can build your bowl. Way to do it- dolsot (hot stone)! I ordered purple rice with red onion, shitake mushrooms, carrots, spicy cucumber, broccoli, tofu, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and original spicy and sesame ginger sauce. The flavor was there for me. It is savory with the right amount of kick from the sauce and spicy cucumber. Since it's served in a piping hot bowl, the rice on the bottom gets nice and crispy. It's like a part two while eating. Something to look forward to. It was delicious and filling. Given that the bowl comes out as hot as it does, it came out shortly after we placed our order. If you are confused at all of the process of ordering, they are very helpful. I am already planning my next trip here, to eat the crispy rice.

Angela J.

Yelp
Normally we love this place but today we were served raw chicken. I ordered extra chicken with my bowl and a few pieces completely not cooked. Whoever is working this morning when they first opened needs to be reevaluated. Update: Thank you to the owner for reaching out and refunding me without any hesitation, as well as explaining the situation.

Cara B.

Yelp
I got the classic bowl with everything on top. I love how you can choose your own base, veggies, meat, and toppings. The workers get through helping you very quickly so there was hardly a wait. The portions are also generous. I got mine to go, but the inside of the place is really nice and modern. A nice place to enjoy your meal.

Serena H.

Yelp
After searching for a long time, we finally found a place where you can build your own bowl of bibimbap. The service attitude of the staff was very good. Although they didn't display the food for us to choose on-site, with the careful introduction from the staff and looking at the menu next to the counter, we were able to successfully place our order for the first time. The taste of the bibimbap was very good! We also chose two different sauces to mix and match, and added an extra egg. Although this made the price not cheap, approximately $16 for a bowl, we would still like to come and eat again next time.

Yelp
I haven't been here in awhile and they've done some great improvements since they first opened. It's no longer 'chipotle' style. You do however order at the counter with your choice and they will bring your order to you. There aren't a lot of tables but enough. The food is made fresh and still delicious!! I don't know why it's taken me so long to come. I enjoyed it the first time and still enjoy it now.

Chrisjan Y.

Yelp
One of our favorite spots in Hendo. Great service, great food and love the decoration. I love they have the option for the kids bowl. My 3 kids love it. I got the dolsot with purple rice, spicy pork, all 4 toppings and kimchi, red onion, spicy cucumber, lettuce, shrooms. We took our friends here from out of state and they also enjoyed it. I love the dolsot, it makes me enjoy my food instead of stuffing my face. Thank you Bibim Kitchen! We will be back!

Lisa N.

Yelp
I went in with high expectations based on the reviews but I was a little disappointed. The flavor was good but the stone pot was definitely not sizzling, the food was not even hot. It was lukewarm. No way you can get crispy rice on the bottom. They forgot my egg even though I paid for it so I had to wait extra 2 minutes for it too so the food was getting cold. I think it's pretty pricy for the amount of food you get. (Mine was ~$21 with tip). Meh.

Robaire P.

Yelp
Oh yes! Bibim kitchen hooks it up! You can build your own delicious bowls from the bottom of the bowl to the top of the bowl, and even add your own flavors from their list to choose from. This place is relaxing and refreshing and the temperature is just right. The purple rice with tofu, veggies of choice and ginger sauce is definitely recommended. This place is our go to for a quick healthy lunch or dinner. Let give this place 5 red and white Yelping stars!!!

Yelp
Fresh Korean fare that's delicious! Ordered the classic bulgogi bowl and it didn't disappoint. All the ingredients are flavored nicely and the sauce brings the meal together

Yelp
A nice, simple and fresh option in the area. Ive never had Bibimbap before but I liked it. Id definitely return. I love being able to go somewhere and get fresh veggies. The spot is cute and really clean. Service was nice.

Bayan G.

Yelp
Their food was absolutely delicious, quality and great portions. The staff were kind and the menu was simple. The tables were set up with cute informative books, activities and to go boxes. Very convenient, fun and relaxing. The water and tea station allowed cold and warm options which was great! 10/10 would go back and recommend to friends.

Angela L.

Yelp
Upon entering, I noticed this place was clean and had a nice vibe to it. I ordered the bulgogi kids size with cucumber salad and kimchi as my 2 sides. The bulgogi (beef) was okay, but could have had more flavor to it. The sides were refreshing. I like that service was very quick as I was under a time crunch.

Roxanne E.

Yelp
My husband and I came here right when they opened on a Monday for our workout post meal. The ambience was super clean and well kept. They also have a water station and to go utensils. We both ordered their bibimbap with beef bulgogi and was able to choose up to six veggies and a sauce on the side. I got the spicy cucumbers, corn, red onion, bean sprouts, broccoli, and enoki mushrooms with purple rice and for my sauce, I got their sweet and spicy red sauce, which tasted like the original sauce that bibimbap would come with. As I ate this bowl, it definitely tasted much healthier because of the fresh veggies and the bulgogi wasn't oily and was seasoned enough. Although, I do wish there was more protein in my bowl because it was piled up with the purple rice. At the bottom of my bowl. FYI, you do have the option to add more protein, so maybe the next time I order it, I'll do that. Overall, the customer service was great and the food was awesome!

Kate S.

Yelp
It's a good fast food option in the road! Love a good Korean rice bowl and all the flavors! Would gladly go as an on the go option!

Jonathan L.

Yelp
Summary for the busy executive: Great place to grab a quick meal; quirky atmosphere; build your own options are fun; prices are a bit high for what you get. I have stopped by Bibim Kitchen a couple of times for solo dinners. It is one of the many trendy build-your-own places; i.e., you choose a base (different types of rice), a protein (meats, tofu), vegetables (a really huge variety), and sauces. All comes out served in a bowl. So it's simple, highly customizable, and a generally rather satisfying way to eat. The portion sizes are good here. They aren't gigantic, but a single bowl certainly makes a full meal. They aren't skimpy with the protein, which helps. The food has been tasty both times that I went. I am a sucker for bulgogi, so that's what I went for both times. Nicely tender meat, sweet sauce with good flavor. I topped mine with a spicy sauce, which really complemented the sweet marinade. Service is quasi table. You order at a counter, and then they bring the food to you at your table. Both times I was there, service was quick, but the restaurant was virtually empty. There is a small staff, so I can imagine that it might be a problem if lots of people came at once. But given the location (in a strip mall with Trader Joe's) that seems unlikely. This is generally going to be a quiet spot. The restaurant's decor is fun. Korean language guides, K-pop books, Korean television playing in the corner... They have painted milk crates stacked with Korean pop culture items, with lots of bright colors and fun things to look through. Definitely a nice touch for a casual dining environment. The food is on the pricey side, as it seems to be everywhere these days. I ate alone, had one dish, no dessert, and drank a soft drink. My bill crested $20. So it's a casual atmosphere with not so casual pricing. All in all, a solid place to grab some satisfying food in casual environment. If you are a Korea-phile, then you'll likely love the spot. And if you're not, you're still likely to find something on the menu that will please you. Recommended.

Yelp
Delicious healthy balanced meal. Best in town. So good I drove 40 minutes again to come back because other places just didn't match up. (First photo from the first time after I started digging in. Second photo is the second visit a week later lol) Friendly staff, chill vibe, and nice clean place to get a healthy, fresh Korean bowl. They also have complimentary hot tea.

Jessielee J.

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place for my first time. The atmosphere was set up nicely with modern decorations a few tables inside if you'd like to dine in as well as tables outside. They have a walk up counter to order so I guess it's like a fast food restaurant. Once we ordered the food came out fairly quick. We order bulgogi fries, a half and half bowl and a kids meal with purple rice and tofu. The bulgogi fries were decent. It had a heaping amount of fries with the bulgogi meat and was topped with a sunny side up egg. The flavor was just ok for me. The half and half bowl came with my choice or rice, purple rice or lettuce. Your choice of 3 cold cooked veggies and your choice of protein. I chose white rice, zucchini, bean sprouts avocado and bulgogi. My first bite was disappointing. The rice was cold and hard as if it were sitting out all day. The bulgogi was cold as it sat next to the cold zucchini and bean spouts. Although the picture looks nice.....this meal was very very disappointing. I asked the girls if I could have some new rice in which they said sorry the white rice is over cooked and we can give you some purple rice. I received the purple rice to eat with my meal yet the rice was Luke warm and the rest of my food now was completely cold. My daughter ordered the kids meal with purple rice and tofu. Again purple rice was not hot and the tofu tasted like lightly fried tofu but was waaaaay over salted where my daughter pushed it away and wouldn't eat it. We then went to the front and asked the girls up front if we could order a side of bulgogi so we could replace our daughters tofu but they told us we could not order a side of meat. So......cute looking place. Cool concept, but maybe I came at the wrong time for hot food or food that was over cooked. I don't think I would dine here again. But again it might have just been an off day for them.

Jenn T.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas. It's just very healthy and I don't feel bloated after eating rice or anything else that comes with it truly something that I would eat every day.

Adrianne H.

Yelp
Great ambiance..service was fantastic..food is prepared fresh. I'll definitely be back here again.

Geri F.

Yelp
Delicious and one more the more 'unique' meals you can have. Service size is solid, you might have some leftovers. Staff are nice, and you pick and choose your rice, protein, toppings, and sauce. My recc is to get the hot bowl and dine in if you can, makes the dish extra warm. Purple rice is a blend of the rices always comes out moist and soft.Yum! I've only tried the beef bulgogi, which was good and not too salty. Then, you add your veggies as per your liking.

Frank W.

Yelp
We arrived at approximately 7:30PM on a Saturday night only to find one other table occupied that soon went vacant. Hot stone pots were ordered, but we were informed that these were not available after 7PM so we went with the classic (cold) bowl with purple rice and 6 vegetables. We each ordered chicken as the protein, but were advised they were out of it so we requested spicy pork. They were also out of a few other vegetables including our requested broccoli and spinach. The food was good, could have been better if they were not out of our requested menu items. We witnessed one of the 2 employees departing mid-meal and for awhile we wondered if we were the only ones in the restaurant. We had an unwelcome surprise or two on reviewing the bill to the extent there was an up-charge for the spicy pork as well as the avocado. Neither of these additional charges is disclosed in their online menu.

Steven Y.

Yelp
I am a big fan of hot stone bowl bibimbap, so I was excited to see that BiBim Kitchen was getting such great reviews. Flew in at 5:00 into McClarren and headed down here for dinner. The restaurant is still taking several COVID precautions that I think impact the feel to the restaurant. The food was great and had great flavors to enjoy. I got the original spicy sauce and it was the traditional Gochujang chili sauce. The bulgogi beef was tender and well seasoned. The vegetables were good but there were a couple of items that I am used to having in my Bibimbap that were not available such as the fish cake and the bean curd noodles. You can get your Sunnyside up egg which is a real must with this dish.

Chad C.

Yelp
This is my first time to a Korean Rice Bar. I was expecting a restaurant, however, it was more of a take out and fast food spot. They are still set up for Covid with the front table near the door where the staff take your order. The menu is quite easy, you choose your bowl (hot or cold), choose your base which is white rice, purple rice, or lettuce. You will choose your protein, and choose up to 6 veggies with toppings and a sauce. There are bottled sodas and water for customers. The tables inside the restaurant are acute with books and games to play at the tables. There is a counter where it looks to have been where you can pick your bowls. However, this is closed and filled with boxes and bowls. We ordered the hot stone bowls and they were delicious. While eating at the restaurant, there were a lot of to-go-orders and it seems to be more of a grab and go spot.

Whit D.

Yelp
Very tasty food. Reasonably priced. Great service. Clean place. Highly recommend. AAAAA+++++

Cj B.

Yelp
Great lunch spot as the rice bowls are big and very flavorful. A good choice of sauces which are all flavorful and the spice level is just right.

Ata T.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Bi Bim Kitchen after hearing positive comments from a family member. Walked in, and I actually thought they were closed. There's no menu, no pictures, but there are tables and chairs to sit and seat. At the register, there is the menu on the table in the front, so, if anything, it seems complicated, it's really not. Pick your rice, your 6 veggies, your protein, sauce, and any extras. We dined in, so we got the stone pot, which I highly suggest you get. So I got white rice, an assortment of veggies like Kim chi, bean sprouts..., spicy pork, spicy house sauce (served on the side), and a fried egg. The food arrived at the table in the sizzling stone bowl, and the good thing about this, is that the food stays hot from beginning to end. The food was absolutely delicious! The portion was just right, and the veggie to meat to rice ratio was spot on. I really enjoyed my meal here and will be back for more!

Jordan S.

Yelp
Menu says you can get a bowl with your base + protein and has a price. Then you get to the protein section and EVERY single protein costs extra. VERY deceiving and it wasn't even that great. I got the slimy chicken.

Joyce T.

Yelp
Still tasty, good value and easy to get to. To the far right of Trader Joes. There are 2 outdoor tables and indoor seating now. Lots of parking. For under $20 I got a bowl with extra and double of almost everything and it filled 2 stomachs wonderfully. I ordered it take-out through their ordering service. Straightforward and easy. Must comment that their gochojang and their sesame ginger sauce are delicious!

Kenji W.

Yelp
I tried a bulgogi beef bowl with white rice, spicy cucumber, corn, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and avocado. I requested the sesame oil and sesame seeds for topping, and the original spicy sauce. It's a good sized meal, and all the veggies make it a healthy choice. I didn't care for the original spicy sauce, but there are several others to choose from, and I'll try one of those on my next visit. On the whole, everything was quite good and delicious. I had to pay extra for the avocado, so I won't do that often, even though I love avocado. The inside was clean and neat, and staff was friendly. It's in a busy location in the shopping center where it is located, but I didn't have to park too far away. Just a little price-y; otherwise, a nice neighborhood choice for korean-style food.

Sanjeev P.

Yelp
In the world of Korean BBQ all over town it's rare to be able to get quick authentic Korean food! This place is awesome. Consistent great quality authentic real deal Bibimbap and quick! I'll be back

Matthew K.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing food. Amazing service. Even had a nice meal on the patio. Enjoyed the choice of sauces as well as the sizzling rice bowl.

Billy L.

Yelp
We got the stone hot pot. It was quite an experience. This us an interesting Korean dining concept. I would almost considered this as fast food but definitely step above due to its quality, healthy choice of ingredients and cost. We ordered two stone bibimbap and it cost us $39 includes the 15% tip. The seating is limited. There's a cashier that guide you through ordering and the experience. The menu is a step by step that makes you choose a selection on each category. For example, for rice choices they have white rice and purple rice. We choose the purple rice and beef bulgogi for our protein. You can choose up to 6 selections for the mix which includes zucchini, broccoli, cucumber, shitake mushrooms, red onions. They have spicy choices for thcolor. You can pick up to 2 sauces. I recommend the yum yum. Of note, Acovado, mozzarella cheese and an egg are additional cost. Tables have to go boxes that are accessible to patrons. See my picture that I included in this post.

Athena L.

Yelp
Food is healthy and filling. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice having the option to be served outside.

Nette B.

Yelp
Wanted something healthy so I stopped by at Bibim Kitchen since I was in the area. I chose to take out and eat in my car before heading out to my adventures. Ordered the Bibim Bap no egg. I informed the worker that I'll be waiting outside. After a few people walking in then out with their food, I wondered if he forgot about my order. When I walked backed in he asked if I wanted rice or salad. Apparently, my food was ready ( meat and veges) but no rice underneath. No worries, he made the rice on the side. The flavors were OK and I feel that I've had better.

Jayne Y.

Yelp
Bibimbap is one of my favorite Korean dishes, so I was glad to see BIBIM Kitchen pop up on Yelp! I came in for lunch during a busy workday. I chose the original bowl: purple rice, tofu, carrot, radish, kimchi, nori, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts and original spicy sauce (Gochujang). Overall, it was pretty good. The flavors were milder than what I'm used to, and some of the selections are not authentic to Korean cuisine (which is fine with me). However, what I love about this place is how the restaurant makes the Bibimbap dish more accessible, due to its "build-your-own-bowl" design. Thank you BIBIM Kitchen for developing a great concept! Customer service was good (fast and efficient). I called my order ahead of time and it was ready for me when I arrived (in 10 minutes). They offer Apple Pay, which is great because I don't like handing my card to the cashier or carrying any cash nowadays. One request: add another location to the NW. We like Korean food in this area, too ;)

Kyle G.

Yelp
It's always good, still prefer the bowl cold to the hot stone though. Sauces are excellent.

The food was very fresh and flavorful. The service was quick. And the place was very clean and offered free water. I would recommend eating here!

Yelp
Very vegan-friendly place, offering customized bibimbap rice bowls. You get to pick your base (I did purple rice), 6 veggie toppings, and protein (I did tofu), plus up to 2 sauces (I did the classic spicy sauce -- a gochujang, and a sesame ginger). I also ordered it in the stone (only available for dine-in), which crisps it up nicely. Total was $12.95 after tax. Very tasty, fresh ingredients and good value, with legit gochujang sauce as it should taste. Solid spot for a quick, casual, affordable and reasonably healthy meal.

Yelp
Great spot for lunch, they have real hot stones when you dine in. Clean inside and good sized portions for a lunch meal! The egg is a must have for bibimbap If you haven't had this before it's like a Korean poke bowl with meat. The hot stone stir fries the rice at your table. At the end you HAVE to scoop the crispy rice bits out and eat it that's the best part!

Yelp
Finally tried this place out! It's a Korean bar chipotle style! Loved the concept and is was very easy to order and quickly made. I went with a bulgogi bowl and it was just as I expected. When you want somewhat of a healthier quick Asian fix this is the spot!

Yelp
This was everyone was looking for and MORE ! This place is so clean ! I've not seen a restaurant this clean in a while! Parking is great , due to location there is basically unlimited parking . The place is so cute , not overdone just perfectly balanced looks wise . The staff is superb! Knowledge, helpful, and so FAST! The menu is exactly what I was looking for, and had so many great options for every taste. Music was at the perfect level , and lighting was perfect as well. Now let's talk about the food! Which I can do in one sentence. It's worth every penny, is delicious, priced fairly, arrives quickly, and will have you adding this place to your regular lineup. Try this place, you won't regret it.
