Gotta say they made a fan today. I rode my motorcycle from Modesto to try this pizza and it did not disappoint. First being able to order by the slice should be a standard all pizza spots should have. Secondly the beer selection was fire. I am a stout/porter type drinker so seeing one nitro infused was a great treat. The pizza was amazing. They cooked it exactly how I love it. Extra crispy and came out fire. I will be back frequently. Daniela was a sweetheart. I came on a Monday. Well done Bibos crew.

Google
Pretty solid slices but the dough could be better. It’s crispy but feel like it could be a bit more pull apart? Anyway quite solid for being in South Bay. I love the entire cloves of garlic in the meatball slice though!

Google
The pizza here is absolutely delicious! We ordered two pizzas and split each into halves, so we got to try Slice of Heaven, Mediterranean, Combo, and Pesto Spinach. All of them were fresh, flavorful, and amazing. The service was excellent! We were a group of 10 people, and they quickly set up a table for us inside. One of our pizzas got slightly scrambled, and the server immediately offered to bring us a whole new one—such great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Google
Low key, low frills family place, tables and inside was clean, as was the patio section (no one outside but lots of seating available) bottles sodas only, but beer on tap. Tried a slice of the slice of heaven, which was good, but now that I know I can customize a slice, I definitely return to try that.

Google
If you're for delicious New York style pizza, this is the place to go. Whether you dine inside or outside, there's a lot of TVs to watch sports games. In addition, you have a wide range of beer selection on tap and in bottle cans. This place is family friendly because I see a lot of families here and there was a Little League baseball team celebrating outside as well. However, I do have two problems. For one, the main menu is high up on the wall close to the ceiling is really difficult to read, especially if you're short. Secondly, the Caesar salad or garden fresh salad are for one person only under appetizers.

Google
Really solid pizza, is a top 7 or so in the bay area that I've tried. Flavors are good and it's very NY style. However sometimes it does char a bit too much for how this it is and is a bit iffy then. Overall for price it's just about average so worth a try for pizza fans.

Google
Wow, these pizzas are incredible! They serve pizza by the slice, so we tried four varieties: Veggie, Mediterranean, Corn + Cilantro, and a classic Cheese slice. Every single one was delicious, with a thin crust just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh, and the flavor combinations were spot on. The first bite of the cheese slice was pure nostalgia, instantly taking me back to the streets of NYC - imagine the classic 99-cent slice, but elevated to a whole new level. The slices are generously sized, and I can’t wait to explore more flavors. That said, my husband found the Mediterranean pizza a bit too salty. Personally, I could enjoy a single slice of it, but a whole pizza might be a bit overwhelming.

Google
First time being here and tried 2 different slices and was just blown away with how good they were. Super delicious. Wish i lived in the area . Will definitely be back this friday lol

Yelp
My husband and I require pizza often as the pizza levels in our blood drop, and so, we decided to try somewhere different for our usual. This place is amazing. Great beer selection, toppings are fantastic, the dough is thin and crispy on the edge. We ordered an XL combo and added extra pepperoni and added artichokes. Unbelievably delicious! We've found our new favorite and can't wait to go back. I will point out that you'll need to order at the counter and find a spot to sit, so just be prepared to find seating. The staff were super helpful with our orders and especially for helping me pick a beer. (I don't normally go for IPAs but they helped me find one) Can't wait to try their other pies.

Yelp
Very New Yorky! Is that a Californian faux pas? Like Frisco and San Fran to this boy from the City? Faux or Fact, it's how I felt. I'm not a Manhattan expat like some of my yelp fam. My only claim to East Coast pizza cred is that I did do a trip to the Big Apple just to sample the pizza--twice. One concentrating on Manhattan and another on Brooklyn. My fave was Joe's Pizza on Carmine. That is my NY canon slice. Bibo's isn't Joe's, but it's in the same area code (figuratively of course. Go 408!). The look, the size and, of course, the taste. The notes of mozzarella, tomato sauce, grease level, and, of course, the crust. The quintessential for me: It had the crunch upon the bite. Unfortunately, it didn't have the coup de grace (is there an Italian equivalent?)--it didn't crack when folded. But the crunch made it close. Arinell (in Berkeley) you retain your Manhattan-style crown in my catalog. I ordered a "plain slice" as I was taught to say in NYC. The woman at the register actually knew I meant plain cheese without saying a word! I go to all these Bay Area pizza places that claim to be absolutely authentic NY style with such anticipation. Then I try to order like I'm in NY, and I get this puzzled look and the inevitable, "Do you mean a cheese slice?" As the air in my balloon fizzles, I realize I've fallen again for some ad hype. Or this person is a new hire, who clearly is more from the West Coast than the East. And the slice I get usually matches my fizzled expectations. But not at Bibo's. Here even the Big Screens had a NY Mets game. But, honestly, I'm not sure if it were because it's a) A Mets game; b) They were playing the Giants; c) Both; d) It was the only game still being played on a Sunday night or e) All of the above. But I'll give Bibo's the benefit of the doubt. The wall art also spoke of NY. And so did my fresh pepperoni slice with it's warm trickle of orange grease onto the paper plate. Mmm, so tasty, just thinking about it gives me dream bubbles... ...I see the jagged peaks of the Gotham skyline. I feel the subtle rumble of the crowded 6 train. I hear the soothing sax man by the bustling Met steps. Don't hate me Billy Joel, but Bibo's totally put me in a New Yorky state of mind....

Yelp
Great pizza, great service, great beer! Nice outdoor seating area. Quick and casual. Great meal. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
Prob one of the best pizza spots I've been to in SJ! I found them on Yelp while craving a slice of pizza. Their garlic chicken looked enticing, so we ended up ordering an XL of that! Online ordering is super easy and convenient. We placed an order on the weekend and it took about 30-40 minutes though, so be prepared for a longer wait. I loooved how thin and crispy the crust was. The pizza itself did seem a little bland in a way--while the ingredients like the chicken, bacon, and garlic came through, it just felt like it was missing something. I still think that they're a solid spot if you prefer thin and crispy pizzas though!
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Bibo's makes one of the best white pizzas that I've tried before, with a thin but slightly chewy crunch. Staff were accommodating and provided us with some garlic powder when we asked for it. There are options to customize your own pizza as well as try pre-set combinations that they offer. It will be crowded here on weekends, but even then your pizza will be ready in under 20 minutes. I'll be back again for their pizza and will order takeout here for parties and potlucks going forward.

Yelp
Solid pizza spot in San Jose. Our group ordered 3 XL pizzas for takeout: Mediterranean, spinach and pesto, and a build-your-own (anchovies and pineapple...yes, you read that correctly). Great topping to dough ratio and good flavor. Crust had the perfect thickness: sturdy enough for toppings but not overly thick. If I lived closer this would be in regular rotation.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Tasty pizzas with lots of outdoor seating. Great place for a family with kids to hang out in a Friday after work and school. Open kitchen so our kid even got to watch them prep our pie!
google avatar

Yelp
One of the local favorites where many friends and families come to support and have a good time. Located in a small plaza with ample amounts of indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing service like always. Pictured: margherita pizza (XL 20'). Large enough to feed 2, maybe 3 people. Been to New York and had pizza there before and I can confidently say this lives up to the New York expectation. Very fresh and crispy with the ingredients that gives a lot of flavor. Tomatoes that they use give a sweet taste as well that goes with the savoriness of the pizza. One of my favorites in the SJ area whenever I'm craving some NY style pizza. 9.5/10!
google avatar

Vidya K.

Yelp
Another day, another takeout from Bibos. My only complaint was that the pizza base got quite soggy in the Centre with too many toppings. But their cheese pizza is still the best! We slow had their mini cannolis and it hit the right spot. Must visit neighborhood gem!
google avatar

Laila K.

Yelp
Quick service and efficient. We ordered online so I haven't seen the interior of the restaurant. But the Mediterranean pizza was absolutely delicious! We got an XL and the slices are big and New York style. Lots of flavor and not too heavy. Would come back just for that!!

Yelp
This is hands down my favorite pizza spot in all of SJ. The service is quick and fast. The place is chill and has great vibes to it. The best part here is the pizza. My favorite pizza here is the garlic chicken. I typically don't like pizza but this place makes me want to love pizza. What they do to the pizza is otherworldly. The garlic chicken is so good. It has the perfect crunch to each bite and the flavors all complement each other. I never had such a complete and perfect pizza. I could talk for hours about this pizza. You just got to try it yourself. The pizza is reasonably priced and I would literally pay any price for their garlic chicken. The wings here are also bomb as well. I got the buffalo and it's pretty good as well. Overall the garlic chicken pizza is a must try. Everything else is pretty good as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Ridiculously good truffle pizza and amazing Cabernet. Either of the two on the menu. I mean, the pizzas here are just way too good. Great for lunchtime or after work. You'll think about their pizza until you make your way back to this cute Little Italy location. You don't like truffles, you say? Neither did I until having this pizza. Kinda pricey but worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not the biggest fan of pizza but this one is probably the best in the Bay Area. Everything is made well with quality ingredients. We ordered ahead of pickup and it was packed inside. They patio seating, indoor seating, beer, pin ball machines. Plenty of parking with convenience stores within the same plaza.
google avatar

Sotha P.

Yelp
Ordered the combo pizza for pick up and took it home to eat it. Took me about 15 minutes to get home and by the time I ate it the pizza was already getting kinda cold. The pizza was just ok nothing compared to the good New York pizza from NYC. I did air fry some slices in the morning to give it some more crispness and heat and definitely made it better. I am gonna go back here soon to try the pizza inside the restaurant so I can see what it taste like fresh out the oven.
google avatar

Chaela N.

Yelp
Bibo's has become one of my favorite spots for a NY style pizza. The slices come out thin, crispy, and fresh every time. You can't go wrong with any slice. I've tried different combos but I'm easily happy with pepperoni. There's indoor and outdoor seating for when it's warm out too.
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza! Not sure if the combo of toppings I got made it not perfect, but overall pretty good. Big thin slices similar to NY but just not quite as perfect as a good NY slice. But if you're looking for good pizza here in the bay this is a good choice and reasonable price compared to some other NY style pizza places. I was debating getting the bbq chicken pizza but I ended up making my own style with the red sauce. Not sure if I'd drive 15 minutes to get there again but if I'm in the area I'd definitely stop by
google avatar

Yelp
Bibos has been our "go-to" pizza for years! I think since this location opened. We have it once every 4-6 weeks. Tonight was bad. It's almost like eating a totally different pizza place. The dough normally has a nice chew and perfect amount of salt! Tonight crust is almost hard, no salt, no flavor. It feels off from their normal crust. The sauce is also off, it has the Tomato can flavor, literally feels like they opened a can of tomatoes and slapped it on the pizza. Everyone has an off night, and honestly this is first time in YEARS I feel like it's off, so we will absolutely try again, and hope for the best next time!

Bo N.

Yelp
My favorite pizza in San Jose. Great thin and crispy crust, not too saucy, and generous toppings. Good craft beer selection too. You can even order custom slices which is great for picky families or people who can't agree. A word of caution though, some combos seem to be made differently when ordered this way. Garlic Chicken is one of our favorites, but as a slice it came with red sauce and was absolutely drenched in ranch. Highly recommended as a full pizza, but avoid as a slice.
google avatar

Ashish K.

Yelp
The crust is crispy and thin but in true ny slice fashion I wasn't able to pick the slice up as toppings were heavy, but taste wise it was really good. It is on the pricey side. The place was busy which shows it's well run. I would be back to try other flavors. They have salad and decent wine beer options as well.
google avatar

Cole O.

Yelp
I love this pizza, this place is heaven to me. I've tried almost all their pizza slices and I have to say. My top three would be: 1. sweet and spicy 2. Slice of heaven 3. Combo Runner up: Margherita, it's a classic Lots of parking and a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, staff is also kind.
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Finally got to check this place out! Born and raised in NYC but Bay Area living since I was 16. If you've never had an nyc slice you wouldn't understand it. I was carried away by the good reviews and it was definitely a good slice . But not a New York slice , like something was missing but don't get me wrong it's still good pizza a good solid 8.5/10 Slices took about 10 min or so to come out Pesto cheese bread was really good & I really enjoyed their crust Prices were fair Place wasn't too packed but you can tell people come here often I'll definitely come back
google avatar

Samantha J.

Yelp
best pizza spot in SJ! If you haven't tried it, you are doing it wrong. This gem is very consistent with their pizzas every time I've visited. I love a good quality pizza that's well crafted and Bibo's hits the spot. You can't forget an IPA to go with your pizza! The pizza slice is large and filling, also perfect to share. The outdoor patio area is dog friendly as well. Highly recommend :) Side note: pineapples belong on pizza
google avatar

Dania B.

Yelp
I absolutely love Bibo's when I'm craving a New York slice (the best type of pizza). Their cheese slice is absolutely perfect being thin, crispy and delicious, being arguably the perfect cheese slice. They have other unique pizzas as well, such as the Mediterranean pizza which is very tasty. I love the creativity and customization that they offer here. They also offer side salads and an array of beverages. The service is usually pretty quick as you order at the front, find yourself a table and they bring you the order. There is ample seating to choose from both inside and outside. Definitely come try out this spot if you're ever craving some NY pizza!
google avatar

Vijay R.

Yelp
NY pizza at its best with good vibe, energy, and yummy pizza. You can't go wrong. Special tip is you get free cheese bread if you order thru uber eats!
google avatar

Quynh L.

Yelp
This place is OH SO GOOOOOD!!! I love how thin the crust is, and the fact that you can request it to be crispier is a game changer. My favorite pizza here is the Sweet and Spicy Pizza--there is jalapeño, chorizo, bacon, and pineapple. The combination of flavors is *chef's kiss*. I usually order online and pick it up, and every time I'm so impressed by how consistently delicious it is. Honestly, Bibo's is such a gem! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a tasty, unique pizza.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
My first time trying New York Style Pizza! So while I don't have any other NY style pizzas to compare Bibo's to, I still liked the pizza from here just as I do for many other non-NY style pizza joints. I tried a customized x-large pizza with bacon, pepperoni and spinach, as well as their white pie. Both had thin bottoms that were easily foldable, but the crust around the edge was nice and crispy! The bacon and pepperoni with spinach was a delicious savory pizza and didn't feel overly greasy. The white pie had a much lighter, creamy, slightly sweet flavor in contrast, which was also tasty. The basil and ricotta gave the white pie just what it needed! X-large pizza here is also the largest I've ever seen; one slice is equivalent to 2!! I would definitely order from here again. We got our pizzas delivered so can't say much about the service or ambience, but the pizzas are good and seem like legit NY style!
google avatar

Yelp
Very crowded on a Friday evening around 7:15pm. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor seating area is really nice! Line moved quickly to place order. After placing order, the pizza was ready in about 15 mins. I got one slice of Hawaiian and one slice of garlic chicken. I'm a huge fan of thin crispy pizza so this really hit the spot for me. I liked them both a lot, they were a good balance because the Hawaiian was lighter and sweet, while the garlic chicken was heavier and a mix of lots of flavors with the ranch, onion, garlic, basil, etc. Usually not the biggest fan of crust but I liked the one here because it was very crispy and tasted almost like a crispy breadstick. Would come back!

Yelp
The pizza is good and they have a variety selection of beer to go with a slice. Service is niv

Yelp
Bibo's NY Pizza in Willow Glen is the real deal -- easily the best New York-style pizza in Silicon Valley. Thin, foldable crust with that perfect crackle, sauce that means business, and cheese that stretches like it's training for a flexibility competition. And if you really want to understand love at first bite, get the meatball, garlic, and ricotta combo. It's rich, savory, and somehow both indulgent and comforting -- like a Brooklyn Italian grandma made it just for you, but with reggae playing in the background, because this is still California. The whole place has that laid-back, "escape the tech grind" energy. You walk in, hear Bob Marley, and suddenly the only decision you need to make is whether you want one slice or six. Bibo's is where New York hustle meets West Coast soul. Come for the pizza, stay for the vibes, and definitely order the meatball garlic ricotta -- it's a masterpiece in every melty, garlicky bite.
google avatar

Ron M.

Yelp
Outstanding NY style pizza. I'd give a 9/10 for the pizza but ambiance is a 10/10 as you never see the cool outdoor patio tables with a TV to boot. California weather with NY pizza--makes a very hard combo to beat. Cheese pizza was great with nice thin crispy crust that surprisingly held up well when held--this is the first NY pizza test. Some stringy cheese but not that much (I think they needed a bit more mozzarella). Zangy tomato sauce was perfect. My only ask is in the dough taste--it was missing a tad bit of that yeasty punch that is so common in NY. We'll be back hoping to find that elusive NY dough...this checked off nearly all the boxes. Great job to the crew here!
google avatar

Tuanh L.

Yelp
Service was decent, there were two lines so it got a little confusing who was going next. Pizza itself was pretty good. The crust was soft and had a nice crunch, pepperoni was slightly smoky and had nice flavor. Cheese was gooey and I could tell it was higher quality, I was hoping for a little more sauce. The supreme pizza toppings were messily thrown on and didn't seem like they were done with purpose. The toppings were grouped together more than dispersed around the half of the pizza. Overall decent pizza 7.5/10!

Yelp

Yelp
Great NY Pizza shop. One of very very few places that get it right in the South Bay. And now they have multiple locations.

Yelp
A very good pizza , if you get what you ordered. They manage to butcher your order every single time. As simple as 12 slice cut ( so that I commemorate my daughter's birth month per slice) they mess that up. Today they gave me 2 boxes of pizza , I returned one telling them I ordered only one so they apologized for that. Once I got home I saw that the pizza I ordered was 1/3 veggie ( exactly as I ordered no onions and no olives) . 2/3 just plain pizza!! No toppings!! 40$ for a pizza with 2/3 no toppings. I order a side of dozen plain wings so not sure if that messed them up. Love the place but can't get over the disappointments of butchered orders. Will start looking elsewhere. Update: got partially reimbursed for the mess up and promised better service in the future. Will give the place another chance and will add 3 stars for the follow up customer service and for the awesome tasting pizza! Might pull it up to 5 stars if my future orders were good!

Tyler N.

Yelp
I've been going to Bibo's for a while now, and while their pizza by the slice usually hits the spot, their whole pies have been frustratingly inconsistent. I recently ordered a 14" Slice of Heaven--extra crispy--and it turned out to be one of the messiest, floppiest pizzas I've ever had. On top of that, it wasn't even cut properly--I had to grab my own pizza cutter to finish the job. I really do love this place, but the quality of their full pies just isn't reliable.
google avatar

Gabe Y.

Yelp
We ordered an XL pizza online and I think that their price of $35-40 for an 18" is par for the pizza places around here. Their dough is good and subtly sweet. The pizza itself had great foldability and had great leopard spotting. Good pizza and a great novelty to find a place with large slices/pies but I don't think that I would come back just due to the sheer price.

Rhett

Yelp
If it were not for the sunshine and patio seating there would be NOTHING to note about this joint except to SKIP ... The ONLY thing New York about it is Their name .... SKIP IT in Willow Glen 4 SHO!!
google avatar

Donald M.

Yelp
This place brings me LIFE! Service, food, vibes, everything is on point. Their food is so fresh, full of flavor, and loadedddd. Can't wait to come back.

Kyle Elizabeth W.

Yelp
Seriously, we would like a refund and would have insisted on a refund had we been served this greasy, tasteless, flatbread...is there actually cheese here and slivers of unidentifiable possible meat product...we ordered sausage. I know what sausage looks like. I know what cheese and pizza look like. And it tastes hot, fresh, cheese stretching between slices, juicy meat chunks. The salad, to go wasn't half bad. That is what the one star is for. If you're hankering for a big nothing pizza that actually tastes at least like something and you can get 3 for the price one buy COSTCO. AND really Bibo, I got the two of us a large cheese sausage. I love crust, couldn't choke this down. Hubby was STARVING and ate two slices, not the crust. We have a pile of slices we don't want to eat, happy to return for that refund Bottom line, if this is actually New York pizza, eat in Jersey folks.
google avatar

Yelp
First time here and it was mighty tasty. Good pizza with a nice crunch. Fresh toppings and sauces. No complaints. They also have a good selection of craft beers!
google avatar

Briana V.

Yelp
I loved that you could order any pizza that they had by the slice. I loved the slice that I got. It was the garlic chicken but I added black olives and pesto too it. The combination was packed with flavor. The location was nestled in the Willow Glen area. The service was friendly and it had a very welcoming chill vibe. I would definitely return and highly recommend

Yelp
I saw this place on a YouTube video about the best NY style pizzas in San Jose, and it intrigued me. My wife told me some friends of hers from NY also recommended it, so we figured it had to be good if New Yorkers say so. We live down the street from A Slice Of New York, and nothing in the area has come close to their pizza in our opinion, so we had to find out for ourselves if Bibo's was a legitimate contender. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was packed, inside and out! They had a couple of pinball machines, and it was a nice hit of nostalgia to play while waiting for the za. The cashier was really nice, and she made us feel right at home. When it comes to the pizza, the crust was the best part, but the ingredients left more to be desired. We got a 1/2 combo 1/2 Mediterranean. The combo was decent, but nothing special. The Mediterranean was terrible, with way too much olives, a dry consistency, and thick sliced tomatoes which were very strange on a pizza. All in all, it's not a terrible place for a slice, but it's also not one of the best pizzas in SJ. Service and atmosphere is great at Bibo's, much better than ASONY, but the actual pizza is a 6 or 7 out of 10. Try it for yourself, maybe you'll like it, but in my humble opinion, ASONY is the superior pizza.
google avatar

Kristin L.

Yelp
Very cool neighborhood vibes. Order at the counter, then food is delivered to your table. You can order the pizzas by the slice which was perfect since boyfriend and I have different tastes hehe Crowded on a Friday night with the basketball game on but in a good way, still at to find a table. Pizza was good, nice thin crust and toppings delicious and unique

Yelp
I just flew into town and I'm not from the area so I always go to Yelp to find really great pizza and this is perfection! I think I'll order another slice to go to take back to my hotel. It's THAT good! Service was great and I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Yelp
A big shout-out to Bibo's for their community support, great customer service and, of course, yummy NY-style pizza. Bibo's never hesitates to support Willow Glen Elementary's annual library helper celebration. The kids get so excited for their pizza. There are never any leftovers! Bibo's is a neighborhood treasure.

Yelp
Super casual pizza joint in Willow Glen. We came on a Sunday night, very hangry. When im hangry, pizza will fix it ! Heard of this place & given that I enjoy thin crust NY pizza, I was open to trying. The crust was great. It was crispy, but not much flavor. Lots of options and huge slices. I got the garlic chicken, which wasn't my fave but was tasty still and the meat lovers. The meat one was cool bc it was like the meat was shredded instead of sausage form. Overall great pizza joint and would come again, but nothing too spectacular to make it a 5 star.

Yelp
Every once in a while, for a fun date night, my husband and I will visit a few pizzerias and try a slice. The date will last four-ish hours, we get to explore a city we don't often drive slowly through, and we get good quality time in. (Gentlemen take notes, this is a cheap way to make your lady happy). After our visit here, my husband and I had a long conversation about how context to a high star Yelp rating is vital to the pizza date experience. This is one of the highest rated pizza joints in the Bay Area. We feel that what was missing from the high rating was the context that this is not a rating for the "best pizza"-- maybe a high rating for a family joint instead. When we arrived, the restaurant was filled with families having a play date with their kids. There are some arcade games and beers on tap so the kids can let loose and the parents can enjoy a beer and chat. This was some of the worst pizza we have ever had on our pizza adventures. We sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen, so we got to intimately know how the pizzas are cooked. The pies are pre prepped in mass to handle the high volume-- I have a feeling that this impacts flavor and its ability to cook in the pizza oven evenly later down the line. For example of how prepped these pies were earlier in the day, the pesto pizza is made by just adding pesto to the pre prepped pizza and then throwing it in the oven. We ordered two slices-- cheese and pepperoni. The simplicity of these slices allows us a good baseline to judge slices. I believe these were the worst, or tied for worst, ratings we have given: a 2 (out of 10). We watched our slices get cooked, and then pulled out where they sat for over five minutes and presumably got cold. Then they were added to the oven again. This caused the cheese to separate and loose it's consistency and flavor, as you can see in the photo. Sauce flavor was lacking. Pepperoni lacked the spicy bite that we enjoy. Cheese was unable to be properly judged as the second cook ruined the cheese. 2/10 pizza score.

Yelp
I always use cheese pizza as my gold standard when trying a new pizza spot, and Bibo's definitely delivered. The pizza had that classic thin New York-style crust, just as I expected, and the cheese was amazing--rich, flavorful, and perfectly melted. One thing I noticed was that there wasn't a ton of sauce, but for my taste, that actually worked really well. It let the cheese shine without overpowering the overall balance. I had asked for it to be well done, and while it tasted great, when comparing it to other pictures, it didn't seem too different from their usual bake. It's possible they either forgot or were just being careful not to go too dark, which I actually don't mind. Either way, the crust had a nice crisp without being burnt, so I was happy with it. Overall, the experience was great, and the pizza itself was some of the best I've had in the Bay Area--especially for the price. I'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
This has become one of my fav pizza spots on doordash. Consistently good. It's a thin pizza and they don't put much on it, but the flavor is there. I wish they had a way to note in the app to cook a little longer (I prefer my pizza less floppy), but whatever... it's still quality eats.
