Acclaimed Sushi Chef Is Opening Inside Gaviidae Common - Eater Twin Cities
"Bibuta first hit the streets in 2016, serving sushi burritos and poke bowls. The new location, where the clothing store St. Croix was recently located, will serve breakfast and lunch." - Joy Summers
This amazing food truck has a new home in the skyway! Now you can enjoy their delicious sushi bowls, burritos and spring rolls all year long.

Best poke in Minnesota. Hands down. Much higher level of quality than any of the other places I’ve tried since moving here.
TWO COMPLAINTS FOR OWNER:
1) Pease instruct your cashier to stop sneaking tips. Very sketchy.
2) The portion seems to vary too much. Sometimes my poke bowl is 30% smaller than other times. Be consistent with a proper portion - especially since we’re paying $13+
I still gave you 5 stars because I like the food so much. But these are issues that will cause me to stop eating at Bibuta.

Wonderful way to get your sushi fix on the go, awesome flavor and decent portion size. My only issue is that I got a nasty plastic cut attempting to remove my bowl lid, other than that, awesome place!

The food was mediocre at the most. Their self-serve ordering machine allegedly broke, and while helping the cashier conveniently sneaked in a tip and a drink on my order, bumping a $11 meal to $16. Shady.

Sushi Burrito and the Hawaiian Poke Bowl are absolutely amazing! Prices are a bit high, but these meals are so filling that these are easily 1.5 meals.

Had a similar experience as Elena below. The cashier Preselected the tip amount of a dollar for me, which I haven’t seen in any other food service establishment. The food wasn’t anything special and the portions were small.

I love the sushi burrito, happy that they have a storefront to go with their truck now!
