With family ties and culinary traditions that date back nearly a century, BiCE Cucina SoHo brings together the flavors and hospitality of Northern Italy and the chic style of contemporary New York. BiCE Cucina SoHo, relaxed and elegant, classic and contemporary, offers memorable dining along with BiCE’s signature friendly and attentive service. To meet the expectations of 2021 diners, classic BiCE Ristorante menu items are supplemented with a variety of equally delicious vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Pinsa, a traditional Roman pizza with a light, airy crust, is served all day, and a menu of small dishes is available for late-evening visitors. The décor is stylish and bright, with fresh flowers, green plants, and tables surrounding two huge columns that have been transformed into trees by a local artist. Further enlivened by an exceptional sound system, BiCE Cucina SoHo will have a DJ on hand Friday and Saturday evenings, and live upbeat jazz to accompany Sunday brunch. The newest expression of a century of tradition, BiCE Cucina SoHo is owned by Beatrice’s grandson, Raffaele Ruggeri, and New York partner and long-time friend, Peter Guimaraes. “You come into my restaurant and you come into my home,” Ruggeri says. As the city emerges from an unprecedented year, the flavors of Tuscany should help New Yorkers and visitors feel right at home.
"Popular Midtown Italian restaurant Bice Cucina — started in Milan in 1926, brought to New York City in 1987, and now a global brand — has opened a second location in Manhattan." - Luke Fortney
