"The Pozuelo brothers (Daniel in the kitchen; Guillermo front of house) continue to showcase their “uninhibited haute cuisine” that is part of their DNA. In this small restaurant in the Ríos Rosas district, a much more comfortable setting than their previous eatery in the Barceló market, they have kept their dining counter as a sign of their identity as well as to retain the informal ambience. The cuisine here, contemporary in style and featuring innovative flavours and Mediterranean and Asian touches, is based around a single surprise tasting menu on which dishes add a completely new dimension to traditional day-to-day recipes!" - Michelin Inspector

My visit was nice, but the atmosphere left me wanting. For the price I think it was fine. The food was good even though a bit small portions. The waiters where nice but did not speak English, so lucky we had an Italian with us. The window and toilet where not repaired, and the music was to loud and to much "techno" fast. Would have prefered either Spanish guitarist musik or some kind of blues/jazz.

The food looks nicer than it tastes. We were first served water with either dirty glasses or the water bottle was dirty. Some of the plates had broken edges. The design concept of the place is that the last bit of plating happens next to the guests in a sort of open kitchen kind of vibe, but it kind of looked messy and not appealing at all - the oven still has paint from the obras. The chef on some point was on the floor even with his hands, im not really sure what he was doing, but he proceeded to plate our food without washing them. The food was quite disappointing and at times too cold. I did not even finish most of the plated. The mix of flavors was very meh. I wouldn't have paid this much for this. We finished dinner and ordered a pizza at home. The waitress however was very nice.

The food was good, and the service was attentive. There was only one waiter, who managed everything. The only real downside for me was the music. It didn’t quite fit the restaurant’s concept and unfortunately took away from the overall experience. The trance/techno choice could work if it were played with intention, but they played it at a low volume and it felt like background noise from a phone, annoying and out of place. was told its a personal choice from the chef (which I respect!) but my suggestion would be to either lean into it, turn up the sound and make it a bold, distinctive part of the atmosphere or switch to something more aligned with the setting and dining experience.

The restaurant is not so big, with only two large tables that can accommodate 4-5 people, a row of bar counter, and the rest of the tables are for 2 persons. The design is simple and original, mainly using spice jars as decorations. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, and they can also explain the dishes in English. They provide Menú Degustación, which consists of 6 courses. The price per person is 40 EUR. All the dishes were above standard, but the fish was a little too salty for me. But I really enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and apple pie dessert. This is a Mediterranean fusion restaurant where the chef has a knack for combining different spices and sauces with ingredients. It's also Michelin-recommended for 2023, so it's definitely worth a try.

Chefs very committed to producing high-level, tasty, innovative dishes. Some very interesting flavour combinations. Enormous care taken with preparation, all cooked in the very small open kitchen with each dish presented beautifully. Have eaten a tasting menu of lower overall quality in a one starred Michelin. Couple of small fails on service (smears on glasses, couple of chips on crockery), which is maybe why they didn't get there (yet). Wish them the best for the future.

My first time and it will not be my last! Tasting menu dinner consisting of six delicious distinctive dishes. They were all amazing, my faves were the zamburiñas with tomatillo sauce, a dish of rice cake pasta and pulled pork taco served with honey ginger. The ambience was intimate, even at the bar. Loved the decor of pickling jars!

Extremely varied and delicate food for a very reasonable price
