This is some seriously smooth, carefully made gelato. Not an ice crystal in sight: pure flow. I went with the rosemary with fig jam and was awed by the intense herbal flavor. Lots of inventive offerings here, so I plan to return with great frequency.

This was the hardest gelato I’ve had. I hesitate to even call it that, it had a consistency more of ice cream. 2 out of the 3 were inedible in terms of taste as well. The chamomile peach had a chemical-y taste and the peaches were dried prior — they had a bitter taste similar to orange marmalade. Maybe we came on an off day?

This is the best and worst thing that’s ever happened to me. The olive oil paired with the strawberry fennel was incredible on an 85° summer day. Best thing because I love gelato, worst thing because I live across the street and have no self-control 😅

Not to be dramatic but this was kind of a religious experience. I mean I’m REALLY picky with ice cream and this stuff was life changing. The lemon sage and the chocolate cardamom orange were unreal. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back like tomorrow. Also go soon bc it’s only open for a limited time!!!

I think this is a popup until the end of September. I decided to stop by with a friend who is vegan. Half of the menu was vegan, which was nice! I sampled the honey & halva and peach & chamomile flavors-there was a bit too much honey and too much chamomile in them for my liking, so I ended up getting the lemon and crema. To my disappointment, there wasn't much lemon flavor and it tasted mostly like cream. My friend got the coconut stracciatella, and she said that it was pretty creamy and tasty for a vegan gelato. So overall I would say it's decent but not life changing.
