Excellent food, great service, good value. Great atmosphere, hip little place to hang out. The burgers here are amazing. We tried four options between us and they were all delicious. The wings are also good and the variations on the fries available are outstanding. It would be difficult to make a bad decision on food here. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this establishment for everyone.

Charming Small-Town Gem with Delicious Local Eats! I had to explore this adorable, quaint city — and I’m so glad I did! From the fresh, flavorful beef to the irresistible cheese curds, this spot is a must-visit for any road trip foodie. The locals could definitely tell I wasn’t from around here, but everyone warmed up eventually — especially the friendly cashier who nailed my order! Bieb’s & Ash restaurant in Goshen, IN has some of the best burgers in town! I had the original Bieb’s Smash burger and it was excellent! The atmosphere is great and their decor is pretty cool! They even have outdoor seating options and the prices are reasonable! It was well worth it and will certainly be back! 🙂

Reviews are supposed to help the company and also the customers. So first, think I found my new favorite burger place. Fries were great and burger was amazing. Maybe change the menu to say bacon bits so it’s more accurate. The serving size of food was really good too. But the reason for only 4 stars is the fact that this place is kinda the stereotypical hip burger restaurant. They ask for a tip upfront. Theirs not even a waiter so I have go up to the counter, order food and the go get my food later. I’m from Minneapolis and I get if this was over in the cities but this is Goshen Indiana. Minimum wage is poo. My food was $17 without a drink. That’s kinda crazy. The parents of all the college students that go here have to be loaded.

They have incredible food and great service. Every time I have eaten here, the burger has been amazing. Pick whichever style looks best to you!

I don't give five stars often, but I really really like this place. Never saw an employee without a smile. The burger and fries were AWESOME. It was my first time, but diffently not my last. I had the 'Redhawk smash and sweet potato fries w/ marshmallow sauce... yummy 😋. When you go double check thier hours. They have a lunch run, I believe 11AM to 2PM. Then dinner 4PM to 9PM. Parking maybe a little difficult, but it worth the walk, both ways.

Woo! Was on a cross country road trip and found this gem of a place. Quick service model with really helpful staff. The big win here - the fries + smashburgers. I ordered the burger with mushrooms (can't recall the name) + loaded fries (with garlic aioli and Parmesan) and both were phenomenal. If you are in the neighborhood, stop here!

I first had Biebs @ Ash at Sun King brewing in Mishawaka and enjoyed the food. I was disappointed on recent trip to Sun King and they were no longer there. We Decided to head to Goshen to check out that location. The menu was similar to what was at the brewery. The burgers and fries were delicious. Most tables on Saturday night were filled. The floor staff was great, checking in on us several times during our meal. They were keeping all tables clean when patrons were finished. We will be back.

After going to the Notre Dame football game yesterday, our group decided we needed to grab some food on our way home. We were heading through Goshen so I begged them to stop at this place that had high reviews on Yelp and they all agreed! We walked in the door and a young man asked us if we had never been there and then proceeded to explain the whole process. It's not too weird of a setup but super nice to be greeted and helped. The young lady at the cash register was also very helpful and didn't make us feel rushed. My son got a Frisco Melt Mash with fries and I got the Morning Mash Burger with the guy upfront said was his favorite. I also went with the regular fries and didn't so an upgrade due to cost, but the regular fries were delicious! The other 2 guys who were with us got regular smash burgers which they loved. The place was super cool and was surprisingly not busy at 7pm when we got there. The food came out super quick and we loved our food! I can't wait to make the 25 minute drive from our giuse to try something else there! It was what dreams are made if!

We loved this cute place in Goshen for burgers! The service was very friendly, met the owner and her mom, both super nice and working hard. I had the smoked wings, very flavorful and crispy! Husband had a plain smash burger, which was really yummy. But the "hella parm" fries were amazing with a garlic aioli and lots of fresh grated Parmesan cheese! We will return when back in the area.

Great restaurant right in the heart of Goshen. Could it get any better? Wonderful selections of things they like to do well. Salad? Yep, and awesome. Burgers? All smashed and topped with great ingredients, too. Mmmm! I ordered the Spicy Rolled Taco appetizer which is plenty if not too hungry. Loved the crunch, and the spice, and the Frito Lay hot Cheeto's crumbled on top. I'd order it again. Yummmy. Not much I don't like about this other than it's 600+miles from my home. Has the smoke just a chuggin' out of my "Give 'em a whirl" meter. Go here.

The hamburger and fries are amazing. The Parmesan fries are the best ever. The staff are very very nice and helpful.

Finally made it to Biebs & Ash, and I can honestly say that this my smash burger was in my top 5 best burger ever! That said the experience is different. It's not exactly fast food but it's also not a waitress takes your order and serves you either. You wait in a line to order, are given a buzzer when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. You must also wait for a table to open up before you can be seated and the wait can be long, the space is small. The staff who take your orders and cleans off the tables were very nice. I ordered the peanut butter smash burger and regular fries. You can upgrade your fries but the regular fries are great. The smash burgers are perfectly smashed, it had crunchy peanut butter and poblano jam with jalapeños. It was messy and delicious!

Biebs and Ash is an incredible, local burger spot with unique food choices. I tried both the ol'fashioned smash and the peanut butter smash and would recommend both. The parm fries are a must upgrade. The restaurant is order and sit down style but offers snickers in line if you are hangry. Would go again!

Quick service, friendly atmosphere. I liked the enormous Chopped Wedge Salad which was full of flavors -- grilled chicken, blue cheese, bacon, red onion, and everything bagel crunchies.

We rarely get to Goshen these days so we weren't sure where to eat. We wanted to go on Main St since it was convenient for both our parties. Biebs and Ash did not disappoint! There were 4 of us and we each tried a different burger. The explosion of flavor and texture was an incredible experience for each of us. The service was outstanding and friendly. We will definitely be back.

This is the best food in Goshen! Nothing else compares to the absolute best burger - best food - in town. I love the specials that they announce on social media. I try to find the time to get in there every special they have. My personal favorite fries are the Maryland ones. However, you can't go wrong with any choice you make there. Try the deviled eggs too. Well worth the price!

Red Hawk burger was awesome! Friendly & attentive staff. Family friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to try more! Next time I think I'll go for the ol' fashion.

Food was good. Ambiance was pleasant. Being an old time Goshen's downtown business, the usual layout is always a little cramped and the noise level at lunchtime is naturally a bit high so conversation isn't easy, especially if you're hearing impaired. Overall it was okay and the service was adequate but the prices were pretty high.

This place is quaint with all the charm of the old building shining through. Our group of 4 bellied up and ordered smash burgers all around. We were not disappointed. It was a popular spot for a Saturday lunch. Highly recommend.

The burgers here are really not that good , They were lacking in flavor and and seasoning. I really don't know why people think that this burger is so good!! The french fries here are also not very good!!! The service was okay though.

Great Smashburger and fries. Cooked to order, fries were hot and fresh. Only complaint is there is no bar to sit at, tables only. Traveling solo it's nice to have a bar to settle up to. Just sayin...

While it's still difficult for me to wrap my head around a burger and fries for $15+, it's unfortunately the world we find ourselves living in today. That being said, if you're going to pony up for this type of fare, you should try this little gem in downtown Goshen. It's a fun location situated amongst a bygone era row of window shopping stores and a bar or two. We had the Biebs Smash Burgers and fries, pretzel sticks w/beer cheese, and Nashville hot curds. All were quite delicious and worthy of a return trip. Much respect to the husband-wife duo Biebs & Ash for rolling the dice mid-pandemic and watching their risky gamble pay off! Give'em a try and show your support.

I give them a zillion stars and a hug. Such sweet people serving up some damn good food. My mom and I were both able to modify as needed to accommodate no carbs. I chose the Mornin' Smash. I removed the bun & jam to get rid of the sugar... then added cream cheese... SERIOUSLY DELIGHTFUL. The way they layer the two thin and crispy-edged patties... mauh! Just perfect. My mom ordered the Redhawk Smash... removed the bun & arugula. No sides for us as, again, we try to avoid carbs. The burgers themselves were PLENTY filling with no buns or sides and we couldn't have been happier. At the counter, Ash was very kind in answering our questions and catering to our requests. Upon leaving, a polite young man offered to take our empty baskets and we were also able to speak to the owner's mother. Although they were very busy and she was in the middle of running drinks out to tables, she still took the time to chat with us about their restaurant and was very sweet. Thanks for doing that, we enjoyed talking to you! We were just visiting from Muskegon, MI, but will be back to Goshen here & there as this is where our roots are. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town... and until then, we'll spread the word about this cool little burger joint in northern Indiana.

Food was decent but nothing special. Wait was a little nutty for a thurs eve. The tab? Untenable. Two burgers, two sides, one drink and a fancy fries upgrade--nearly $70 with a 10% tip. You order, stand in line and wait for a table, then wait more for your food. If this were a sit down restaurant, i wouldn't blink at the wait or the price. Not coming back.

We loved the food!! My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich. "Probably one of the best I've had in a long time!" I chose the Frisco Melt with Impossible burger. Sweet potato fries as an upgrade. Super delicious and enough to bring home for a lunch!!

The food is very good. I recommend the burgers and chicken wings! I love eating outside when possible, but there's plenty of seating inside too. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it! They're friendly and helpful if you share that it's your first time. They have gluten free options, which my wife appreciates. The only downside is the prices. Expect to pay more than at your average burger joint. But since the food is so good, it's worth the occasional splurge.

Very tasty burgers! I enjoy coming to this place because I know what at I'm going to get, and what I'm going to get is always good and consistent. I've only ever tried the burgers and loaded fry options they have, but one day I will step out my comfort zone and order something new. I appreciate the set up of this place and how you walk up to order instead of dealing with servers. I also appreciate the outdoor seating they offer. Another neat thing, is that they add specials with new, different menu items quite often. I see them post on their social medias and I usually miss them but it's a cool thing to do and a fun way to add seasonal/holiday items to that night/weeks menu. I can't rate 5 stars because the price is a little steep for a burger joint. Maybe it's inflation but it's hard to justify a $15-16 burger so we only go every now and then but like I said every time we do, we never regret it!

Smash burgers are good. Beer and cocktails are canned. A little on the pricey side but delicious. Service is always good! Hard to find seating sometimes.

Good burger and tasty fries but way over priced for not having servers or even real utensils. Counter service buzzer food is ready pick it up yourself. Mostly bus your table on the way out. Not sure what my $25 covered. Nothing special but nothing awful either. Wouldn't seek out to go again but if someone wanted to really go I wouldn't say no. There are better smash places for less money. Good luck on the new location!

Finally made it in to Biebs & Ash after having it on my list for a while. Came on a VERY busy Friday night. Parking can be tricky as it is typical small town downtown angled street parking. There is essentially 2 lines when coming here on a busy night. One light that was out the door to order, and another to wait for a seat after ordering. These lines both moved relatively quick. Front and back of the house work together nicely and given how busy they were and how small of a space they have- they do very well. This place has definitely already outgrown this location. On a Friday night it can definitely get packed and hectic in there. But don't let that stop you from coming in. The food is jam packed with explosive flavors, unique combinations, and quality ingredients. The PB smash was a unique combination of sweet, savory, and spicy. Hella parm fries are simply put- so good. True fresh parm shaved over crispy fries and garlic aioli. Fries and shoestring but not greasy at all. Good potato flavor and hold up well. Redhawk smash was also packed with flavor. Banger fries are excellent as well. I could not get enough of this place and meal. One of my new favorites in the area. This place is a must try.

Wow! If you're looking for the best burger in Michiana, without question, this is at the top of the chain. This is our gold standard as a family. Things we love about Biebs & Ash: combined flavors unlike anywhere else locally, wonderful staff with great service, top shelf ingredients, crispy edges of the burgers, and a great drink selection. Oh, and have we mentioned the hella parmesan fries? If you go at busy times, you can expect a wait, but know that it will be worth it. While you might find the menu to be a little on the pricey side for "burgers and fries," know you're buying something that will blow your mind and tantalize your tastebuds. Our 4 year old likes, "the burger, the pickles, the cheese, and the fries. Best burger ever."

This restaurant is set in such a cute area. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to eat outside. The food came very fast and was very fresh and hot! The only drawback was the prices...very high. I could go to Culver's twice for what we paid for that meal. It wasn't that exceptional of a meal for the cost. For that reason I give it a 3 star review.

Never been to Goshen, IN and never been to this place but we will definitely be coming back to both. My wife had the Mornin Burger and I had the Biebs burger..Both very very good. Highly recommend the Nashville curds as well! 5* from us and we are very picky

Burgers are good and unique, but the prices are very high. This feels like it should be more of a fast food restaurant, but the prices are definitely more high end. The atmosphere is trendy, and there is plenty of help to keep things clean and help guests when needed. Prices are just too high for a family.

My boyfriend frequents this place often, and Ash remembers his name and order every single time. I knew tonight was going to be busier than usual, with it being first Friday, but I ventured out for burgers for the two of us. Unlike the usual first come first serve seating, they had an employee seat you based on party and availability that way they could make sure the tables were properly cleaned for the next attendee. I loved that! This couple runs a phenomenal business, from the service to the food they serve. We will be loyal visitors!

My husband, our 14 year old daughter & myself love this place. My daughter & I got a burger to share (don't remember the name) it had some spicy jelly on it with parm fries. My husband got a burger and fries. We sat outside!& had the most amazing meal. A+++++ There is a very small sign make it HUGE!! Only thing I would do I make a huge sign for the outdoor seating that says "DO NOT TAKE A SEAT UNTIL YOUR ENTIRE PARTY HAS WENT INSIDE, PLACED YOUR ORDER/PAID, GOT YOUR DRINKS & PAGER" Made me so upset to hear the pay grown lazy men would have their wives so inside & order while they sat at a huge table waiting. While there is a very long line inside waiting to order. The person siting hasn't even ordered or paid & gets told they can't sit until they have paid. The crabby older overweight man was talking terrible to the wait staff, got his sweaty self up which was a process & stormed in to get his wife. Then proceeded to push the door open still being rude and leaving. BYE!!! The disrespect was so hard to watch. People make me sick with zero manners & entitlement. Sorry tubs but there is about 15 people ahead of you & they get to sit first. Your food is amazing & the wait staff puts up with a lot.

Fantastic smash burgers and good crispy thin fries that you can get in different styles. I got the Guac Smash and it was delicious with a cold Goshen brewing company beer. We got there as soon as it opened and they were ready to go to take orders and was not a long wait for the food.

Really neat concept with the beer and sandwiches. Sandwiches are amazing and the beer selection is great, will be back.

We got an assortment of burgers and types of fries. We also got two orders of different versions of their cinnamon rolls. Everything was as it should be for a niche burger joint.

This is supposed to be an upscale burger joint. I got the old fashioned smash burger. The Burger was as pictured on their menu. However, the hamburger itself was tasteless. The only thing I could taste was the jam and onions. A smashburger should be crispy around the edges, this was not. The whole thing was floppy and messy. The bun falls apart. I ordered the parm fries, they definitely weren't worth the 4 dollar upcharge. I also ordered the deviled eggs. They were good, but nothing special and definitely not worth 8 dollars for 6 egg halves. I ordered a burger meal with a fry upgrade, my mom ordered a meal with sweet potato fries and we got the eggs, it was 55 dollars! Save your money. We each threw half of our burgers away.

Fun addition to the Goshen food scene. I tried the old fashioned burger, which has Brie, bacon, onions and more. We dined on a Tuesday and opted for takeout, which was packaged sustainably. Portions were solid, and flavors were well balanced. It wasn't as salty as other smash burgers we have had, which we appreciated. A little pricey ($16), but they have burgers ranging in price so you can find something to suit your budget. They sell canned beer, cider and wine too. Definitely worth stopping by to give a try.

Wow, what a delightful gem in downtown Goshen. Food was so fresh and well prepared. Even the salads are served with romaine lettuce vs iceberg. The place is clean and trendy all while located in a historic old building with beautiful elements maintained. You won't be disappointed here. Service is friendly and fast!

Best burger in town. By far. Love the one with guacamole and hot Cheetos on it. Fries are also good. My favorite is the salad. It's a chopped salad with lots of veggies and fresh hot chicken.

Excellent Burgers! I had the Cuban Burger that happened to be a special that day and it was delicious. Smashed in between was smoked ham. I upgraded to the Maryland Fries. They were awesome. I will definitely be back.
