Biergarten Restaurant

We had a really great time here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though we had not booked we still managed to get a table in around 10 minutes. All the tables have a great view of the stage. The show lasts about 20 mins or so and runs every 90mins apparently. The band were fantastic, great fun. Don't forget to clink your steins! The food is buffet style all you care to eat. There is a good selection as long as you are a meat lover, we are. View it as an experience not a restaurant, it's not to be missed even if it is a little pricey after adding a few steins!

We found out about this place by accident. It had a fantastic environment. A really beautiful dining area stadium type seating decorated like Germany outside and they had a fantastic show. The buffet was really interesting and it was very fresh. The service was fantastic. The people were friendly outgoing really had a good time. The beer was fantastic. It’s worth every penny seriously bring your family here. It was a blast, but come extremely hungry.

We came here in an afternoon, mainly to get preferred seating at the Garden Rocks concert, but we’ve always wanted to go there. The entertainment was amazing and it was fun to have the buffet, to try a variety of different kinds of food!

Visited Biergarten restaurant on March 14,2025 at 525pm with my wife. We have reserved a table for garden of rock dinner passes. We arrived 20 minutes early and checked in and were seated about 5-10 minutes later so roughly 515 pm. Once seated we waited for our waitress what seemed to be 15 minutes before we even got water which was frustrating. Once we got out drinks we went to the buffet and began grabbing our food. I saw the various spreads and different meat choices and thought I was in heaven until I wasn’t…. I grabbed every single meat on the menu and out of the 8-9 choices 3 were actually good. The pork schnitzel was absolutely AMAZING, and the brats both variety’s were very good also. This is were the review takes an absolute horrible turn downhill. The grilled chicken was dry and gross, the beef stew had a very strong after taste that wasn’t pleasant, the chicken schnitzel tasted like “Wendy’s 4 for 4 nuggets” (says the wife), the meatballs tasted like cheap meatballs you get at a ordinary sub restaurant. The potato salad was mid at best, even the salad was overpowered by vinegar flavor almost to the point it was spicy/sour. I ordered the grapefruit beer and it was pretty good, very sweet. My wife had the Dr. Loosen wine which was pretty good. The atmosphere was very entertaining as we watched the German music show. The servers were nice but we’re inattentive. Me and my wife paid over $140 BEFORE THE TIP… over all paying over $50 per person with absolutely poor service, disgusting food, just isn’t justified. It gives a suggestion for tips at the bottom which was nearly $25 for a waitress to bring us 2 cups of water and a single beer and wine in a 45 minute period.. absolutely not which took forever by the way. This was great as we have been wanting to try this place for years but this will be the absolute last time. I’m very disappointed I ate only 4 pork chops to get full over the entirety of the menu. Don’t even get me started on the dessert it wasn’t much better than the appetizer and entrees. Do not recommend will not be back thank you though.

We made a last-minute reservation at Biergarten, hoping to recapture fond memories from our childhood and past visits. The atmosphere remains charming — a lively, Oktoberfest-style dining hall with warm, friendly hosts and waitstaff. They explained the vegan options are labeled with the classic green leaf icon at the buffet, and they could also bring us vegan Bratwurst, vegan butter, gluten-free bread rolls, and a simple salad with oil and balsamic vinegar. At first glance, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of plant-based buffet options: sauerkraut, pretzel rolls, beet salad, pickled onions, green beans, tomato salad, peas and carrots, roasted potatoes, and mini potato pancakes with applesauce. Unfortunately, once we started eating, our excitement faded. Most of the dishes were under-seasoned and tasted far from fresh. Even the vegan Bratwurst, which we were eager to try, were stiff and unappealing. Dessert was another letdown — the sole plant-based option was a plate of mini Enjoy Life cookies. It’s the same dessert we were served two years ago, though back then, they came in the bag. It’s hard to believe that in two years, no new vegan dessert has been introduced, especially given the variety of desserts available to non-vegan diners. The saving grace of the meal was the lively Oktoberfest show. A cheerful “German” band performs live music, including classic instruments and even cowbells, for about 30 minutes. The festive atmosphere still has its charm, but sadly, the food no longer lives up to the experience. For over $100 for two people before tip, this meal simply wasn’t worth the price. While the entertainment and ambiance remain memorable, the plant-based options were subpar at best. Unless significant improvements are made, we likely won’t be returning here.

The atomosphere was great. Live music and a really cool area. I feel like the main issue is the value. My favorite when I visited Germany was Currywurst and Schnitzel. They didnt have Currwurst(my fault for not checking earlier)and Schnitzel wasnt the same. Food wasnt bad by any means, but nothing that I thought you had to try or have craved since. My main issue is the value. $53 a person and $12 for 16 ounces(half a liter) plus tip made it not even remotely worth it IMO

A wonderful experience with great food and entertainment. So much food with many choices for everyone to find something to enjoy. Even many choices for desserts. They welcome you up to dance during the entertainment - don't be shy! Definitely one you don't want to miss in your adventures at Epcot.

I’m from Germany, so I know exactly how this kind of food is supposed to taste, and this buffet was honestly a letdown. The quality was poor and the price felt way too high for what you get. The selection was also pretty limited for a buffet, and a lot of it reminded me of school cafeteria food more than a proper German beer garden. Some dishes tasted so bad I couldn’t even finish them. Overall: not worth it, and I wouldn’t go back.

One of the highlights of our trip! The band makes it fun with engaging the audience with clapping and cheers. So entertaining! Be sure to let your kid out and dance a little! Wonderful food selection! It had my favorites of Sauerbraten, spazel and red cabbage which I was thrilled with. The Sauerbraten was a little tough but edible. Needed another day of marinating and a slow cook. The desserts oh my! Apple strudle perfection with vanilla sauce. All was amazing! A definite must go to while at Epcot!

Biergarten is EPCOT's Oktoberfest-in-a-day, where the sausages never stop and the band keeps playing until your stein is empty. The Biergarten Restaurant in EPCOT's Germany pavilion is the closest thing you'll get to Oktoberfest without hopping on a Lufthansa flight. And yes -- you really do have to try it once. After that? Well, once may be enough. Step inside and you're instantly in a Bavarian village square under a painted nighttime sky. Long communal tables stretch across the room, so get ready to sit elbow-to-elbow with strangers (who, after a couple of liters of beer, will suddenly become your "new best friends"). The show: this is where the fun lives. Several times a night, the oompah band takes the stage -- accordion, horns, drums, cowbells, even giant alpine horns that look like they were borrowed from Ricola commercials. Guests clap, sing along, and sometimes even dance. Kids twirl in circles, adults cheer with giant steins in hand, and for a moment you forget you're in Florida. It's festive, loud, and delightfully cheesy. The buffet menu is hearty German comfort food turned up to eleven: Starters & sides: potato salad, cold cuts, pretzel rolls, sauerkraut, and cucumber salad. Mains: bratwurst, knockwurst, roasted chicken, pork schnitzel, roast beef, salmon, and meatballs with creamy mushroom gravy. There's also spaetzle (Germany's take on noodles) and roasted potatoes to fill any remaining space on your plate. Desserts: apple strudel, black forest cake, Bavarian cheesecake, and yes, more strudel. Everything is hearty, heavy, and will leave you questioning whether EPCOT should provide complimentary lederhosen for digestion. It's good, some of it very good, but definitely not light -- so plan to walk it off around World Showcase after. The beer comes in massive steins that could double as weights at the gym. Pilsners, hefeweizens, dark lagers -- all perfect for toasting along with the band. Service is cheerful and efficient, but this isn't fine dining -- it's a buffet with oomph (literally). The real value is in the experience: the music, the atmosphere, and the "I can't believe I just ate three sausages before dessert" energy of it all. Biergarten is an EPCOT must-do at least once. Come for the music, the steins, and the schnitzel. Laugh, clap, dance, and eat too much strudel. Then check it off the list, because once you've done it, you'll know that Oktoberfest in Florida is best enjoyed as a one-time party. Come once for the show, the schnitzel, and the strudel -- then raise a toast to surviving all-you-can-eat Oktoberfest without bursting a button.

This was by far the best buffet and dining experience we had at Disney World! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were all well worth the price. It truly felt like a cultural showcase, offering an authentic taste of the world. We visited on a Saturday night around 8 PM, and they still welcomed us in without any issues. I especially enjoyed the red cabbage and the pâté, they were absolutely delicious and special.The staff was super friendly and attentive. The live music and traditional instruments added so much to the ambiance, and it was heartwarming to see children dancing near the stage. That moment really captured the magic of Disney for us.

This place was a lot of fun. We went here for entertainment. They have a band and they encourage the kids to come out and dance. The kids had fun dancing. They offer a buffet which offers authentic German food and some American food for the kids. My favorite was the red cabbage. The mac and cheese had a taste of cinnamon in it, which surprised me. The cups for the kids did not have covers so of course my child spilled the water. Our server was attentive. It was fairly expensive compared to the other disney restaurants.

This fun German buffet is located in Epcot. They have a wide variety of German fare to choose from including schnitzel, spratzel, pretzel bread, and beer & cheese soup! They also have some German desserts and a lot of custom drinks. The little band that plays every hour was fun, and we had a good time! It's pricy, but if you're hungry, totally worth it.

What a great restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly enjoy working at the Biergarten. The Buffett is plentiful and full of delicious options for every taste. Lots of classic Germany dishes as well as delicious fresh salads and classic options for picky palettes. You have to get a taste of the band as well! They are so talented and it's great fun! A great choice for all ages in EPCOT!

One of my favorite restaurants in Orlando this is a must if you are visiting EPCOT. The food is amazing here. You will experience an amazing Biergarten experience the most authentic outside of Germany. The restaurant is so cool and so cozy. You share a table with another family. Although that might seem like something you don't want to do it's actually really cool and really fun. The food is so delicious. The staff is also very friendly and very cool. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it has never disappointed me ever. I really enjoy this restaurant and I will continue to come here.

Amazing as always. Lunch at the biergarten in Germany, we enjoyed rotating selections of bratwurst, rotisserie chicken, pork schnitzel and a variety of salads. They also have Bavarian cheesecake and hand-pulled apple strudel, absolutely delicious. Great German entertainment for the family and lovely sweet service as you would expect from Disney. Walk it off around the world and enjoys the drinks, entertainment, and of course more food if you dare. Cheers

We had never been here before as I had passed it on as another cheap Disney food spot. Well I was wrong. The entire dinner and experience was great. I loved having a buffet with so many options. I would recommend trying a little of everything. I think the only thing that wasn't the best was the carving station turkey as it was very dry. They have a live band as well which added a ton to the time there and was phenomenal. All in all I would very much recommend this place .

Recently visited Epcot and my husband and I had time to kill before one of the Garden Rocks performances they schedule during the Flower Festival. We were going to do one of the dinner packages they offer for these but they all booked before we could. Either way, we were going to eat because we were starving! We managed to grab a reservation and made our way to the Germany Pavilion. Checking in was a bit tedious- long process and the check in cast member was getting distracted with other things occurring. However, we got in and were seated at a table pretty close to the stage! We placed our drink orders for a couple of 20 oz of beers, though if you wanted you can opt for 40 oz pour/liter! The food selection was pretty vast compared to some other buffets. They had latkes, pork schnitzel, pretzel bread rolls, pretzel dumplings?!, chicken, pot roast, salad, cheese, chicken tenders, veggies, etc! A long list and not even including the nice treats they offer for dessert. It was a fun atmosphere to be in as we got to enjoy plenty of food, beer and the entertainment from the talented performers!

The German food buffet (only option, no a La carte ordering) itself gets an average 3 stars, but what bumps it up to a 4 is the ambiance and the fun, live German band playing about every hour! The band's set is maybe 30 min and varies. When we were seated, we heard some crowd pleasing music with horns and cowbells and German drinking song tunes. By the time we had our entrees and desserts (I'm glad I didn't let my husband rush us out, like excuse me, why are you asking if we're ready for dessert when you still see me chewing my dinner?), the band came back on stage, and we got to see the xylophones, and the band engaged the crowd (little ones included) onto the dance floor. My daughters had a blast doing the chicken dance with the other diners. One of our favorite, impromptu moments of the trip! As far as the buffet goes, it had more variety than I was expecting: sausage, schnitzel, roasted chicken, potato pancakes with apple sauce and sour cream, green beans, meatballs, pretzel buns, soup, sauerkraut, and a carving station with pork. My kids had plenty to choose from, but there's also a kid section with chicken tenders, peas and carrots, and mac and cheese. There were about 6 dessert options, mini versions of chocolate pudding and cheesecake, pineapple, and apple strudel. $225 after tax and tip for 2 adults and 2 kids. If memory serves correctly, it's about $60 per adult and $30 per kid, and that includes milk and soft drinks.

A hefty price tag for the meal provided. What you pay for is the show and not the food. Biergarten Restaurant sits in Epcot and is a buffet style casual spot. It has what you would expect, beer, sausages and side food that pairs with it. Taste: 3/5 (beer is good though) Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Value for money: 2/5 The thing here is beer (which is added cost and the show). If you're looking for just good food, there are a number of places you can find around the park that would be better...!

My family and I ended up having a reservation for Biergarten Restaurant on a Sunday around 1:30 in June. We had booked the reservation through the Disney World website a month in advance. Biergarten is located in the World Showcase at Epcot in Germany. I was hungry around 12:00 and ended up going earlier than our initial reservation. We missed the show that typically plays inside the Biergarten Restaurant! You'll want to dine when it's during the show time. There is a German band that plays during specific times throughout the day in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend booking a reservation here unless the band is playing. The restaurant has long tables, and you may be seated with other families visiting Walt Disney World. The team member providing service to our table was awesome! She followed up with us several times, refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything. The food was just okay. A lot of the food in the warming stations was cold. Perhaps it was because our family ate as soon as the restaurant opened, and the food had been sitting around for a while, but we were disappointed in the experience at Biergarten Restaurant. The Pretzel bread tasted stale and wasn't seasoned. Some of their food options include the following Rotisserie Chicken Pork Schnitzel Bratwurst Salads Bavarian Cheesecake Apple Sturdel Pretzel Bread Current availability times for Biergarten is Lunch: 12:00 P.M. to 3:55 P.M ($35.00 - $59.99 per adult) Dinner: 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M ($35.00 - $59.99 per adult) This restaurant does have a cancellation policy and modification policy. If you don't show up for the reservation or fail to cancel, you'll still be charged for the reservation. My goal is to try out every restaurant at Epcot! Biergarten was okay. I'd recommend it only if you're going to the show!

Pretty good buffet in the Germany Pavilion of EPCOT. Good variety of different German foods and desserts. We very much enjoyed the sausages and the salads. The apple strudel was also incredible with the vanilla sauce. We hung out after we ate to watch the show and it is very worth it to hang around, digest and drink some water until the next show. Happy Eating!

The food service and ambiance are all great here. I love the little performances that they put on every few minutes. The interior is really well decked out to put you in a real German village. The only thing I would say is, I'm not a fan of the communal dining tables. I prefer to have a private table, no matter the restaurant

We lucked out with a last-minute reservation (we were flying by the seat of our pants) right before a storm settled in as we were heading out of the park. It is buffett style so come in hungry and ready to fill up on some hearty good -- not much light fare here. The live band is a really cool touch, service was great, and food was really good. (Mileage may vary here, my kids hated pretty much everything - but they're impossible to please. That said this may not be the most kid-friendly option as the American kid go-to options are limited here.) In the grand scheme of things it was worth it - yes it's expensive, but for a buffet in Disney World it's about what you'd expect.

I felt like I was stepping into my childhood, having spent many vacations in Germany where my mother is from this restaurant is decorated like a South German/Bavarian town center. The CM being from different parts of Germany only add to the authentic feel. Biergarten is a buffet that features traditional dishes including salads, hot foods and wonderful desserts as well as an American section with foods that appeal to the younger crowd. At $49.99 a person come with an empty stomach because you will want to try everything. I especially loved the Veal pot roast,house salad and the beer cheese soup & pretzel roll. The brats were authentic only thing missing for me was a sharp mustard (they did have sweet and German mustards as well as ketchup). Other highlights for me were the cucumber salad, bean & pea salad, traditional frikadelle and sauerkraut. Beverages are served in heavy glass "beer keg" mugs perfect for clinking while doing cheers! Now the desserts! There was a wonderful apple strudel with warm vanilla sauce, a salted caramel dessert, mini chocolate cupcake, Black Forest truffle, blueberry strudel, chocolate chip cookies. Most are bite size so having a few different kinds is easy! This may have been the first time that I got filled up in the salad section of a buffet! Everything tasted great and reminded me of the foods I ate growing up. Every hour there is a fun interactive Polka band show be sure to make reservations closer to the 3/4 hour so you don't miss this show. I feel the Biergarten is often overlooked but after our visit I will definitely revisit.

It was good and our four year old enjoyed dancing with the show! It's a buffet with a variety of German foods include sausage, potatoes pancakes and more. The server would bring drinks and check in and did a good job. And it's classic Biergarten atmosphere. For Disney food it's one of the better!

My husband and I visited Epcot towards the end of January 2024 but it was more crowds than we expected! We secured the virtual queue for "Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind" around 3PM, so we were kinda content and thought we probably could have more rides later. However, by 7PM, most of the major rides still had wait times ranging from 75 to 105 minutes--something I haven't seen in the past three years! Thankfully, we had dinner reservation around 7pm at the Biergarten Restaurant and that was a lifesaver. Several families tried to walk in but with no luck, restaurant was fully booked. Biergarten restaurant is nestled deep within the Germany Pavilion at Epcot. The entrance is on the left, while the quick-service restaurant that only accepts mobile orders is on the right. The atmosphere here is spot on, both inside and out. There's even a clock on the exterior that has figures emerge to chime on the hour, adding a nice touch. Inside, the servers dressed in traditional German attire--dirndls and lederhosen--fully embracing the theme. Same price for lunch and dinner. For adults, the buffet is priced at $49, and for children aged 3-9, it's $27. The buffet wasn't the largest in terms of variety but enough for us. Non-alcoholic drinks were included. The sausages and liver pâté were made from pork. My personal favorite was the salmon--it was very tender. The roasted chicken had a unique seasoning that was quite tasty as well, and the small chocolate cakes were a nice treat. The Cheese and Beer Soup (Käse und Biersuppe) was interesting, but a bit salty for my taste. Overall, the food was decent. One of the highlights was the German band performances at 1:15 PM, 2:15 PM, 3:15 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:40 PM, 6:50 PM, and 8:00 PM. You can enjoy the live music and traditional instruments show up close while you eat, and kids can join in on the dance floor--a nice bonus to the dining experience. After dinner, we took a stroll to digest and caught the new nighttime show, "Luminous: The Symphony of Us," at 9 PM. While I found it less impressive than Disney California Adventure's "World of Color-One," it was still a nice way to end the evening though. Leaving park took us over 30 minutes to reach the bus station.

Wow! Must say this must be one of the most underrated restaurants in Disney World. Great service, great performances, delicious food, and overall beautiful ambiance. I am already itching to go back! (P.S make sure to get the grapefruit beer if you are of drinking age and indulge!)

The show was fun, but it's a buffet and to be honest , it's basic and really not good. TBH the Mac salad and the pretzel bread is the reason I brought the review up to a 3star. End of the day, it's mostly salty meat, some sauerkraut that's ok, frozen peas and carrots, over dressed salad and dry schnitzels. The service was also quite nice.

The food is great at this German buffet. They have sausages, traditional German dishes, a salad bar, and dessert. The show features a polka band. It's a fun experience for both children and adults.

Biergarten Restaurant is an authentic German restaurant inside Disney's EPCOT Theme Park at Walt Disney World. The restaurant opened in 1982, the same year that EPCOT opened. It is the main restaurant to be featured in the Germany Pavilion, which is part of EPCOT's World Showcase neighborhood. The restaurant is set up in a table-service buffet-style. The dining area is arranged in a three tiered half circle around a stage. A live band plays traditional German music for the diners and showcases unusual instruments such as the accordion, xylophone, alpine bells, and alphorns. My family and I visited Biergarten Restaurant this past summer while we were on a Walt Disney World Vacation. Although I've visited Disney World several times, this was my first visit to the restaurant. At Biergarten Restaurant, it is Oktoberfest everyday! The interior is styled as a typical Bavarian village, replete with the flags of every German state, numerous facades, and a running watermill. And while I've never been to a location of Hofbräuhaus, I've been told that Biergarten Restaurant is pretty close. We all helped ourselves to so many delicious German dishes such as bratwurst, chicken schnitzel, potato pancakes, sauerkraut, etc. Of course I had to order a stein of a delicious German beer: in this case I had Schöfferhofer's Grapefruit Hefeweizen. For dessert, we had choices such as Black Forest Cake, Bavarian cheesecake, and blueberry crumble cake. The food aside, we really enjoyed the live entertainment from the German band on stage. My two young sons loved listening to the music, learning about new instruments, and dancing to polka on the dance floor. We had such a festive time at Biergarten Restaurant and hope to return on a future Disney trip! Prost!

We had THE BEST experience at the Biergarten Restaurant. In years past we've only gotten food from the quick serve area out front but this year we decided to sit down, enjoy the show, and some authentic food. It's pricey so be prepared. The food however is good and the service was excellent! The hostess who seated us what quite friendly and our server Henry was magnificent! The musical entertainment made the experience amazing. All in all, a great day!

Food was fantastic, especially for a buffet! The salad/noodle bar, the beer cheese soup, & the pork schnitzel were our favorites. The ambience is incredible - it truly feels like you're eating in a German town. And there's entertainment! I gave 4 stars & not 5 because the waitress definitely rushed us once we hit the 1hr mark.

O. M. G. when I tell you this place is better than medieval times I mean it! Literally everyone and their mother was up on their feet and dancing!! I've never had such a fun, amazing experience at a restaurant. And this is in a theme park so I didn't think it was going to be that good but I was smiling the whole time the service was super good!! I was a little scared our waiter wasn't going to like us or think we are annoying but he was super nice and awesome!! The food was amazing as well. Overall if you have little ones or are looking for a dinner and a show plus a buffet this is it!! Definitely coming back here next time I come to Walt Disney world!!

Definitely recommend Biergarten Restaurant! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is great, the entertainment was amazing. It felt like I was in Germany enjoying my wine flight, vegan food, and company. They have lots of vegan options to choose from the buffet. Our server was very helpful and brought back some vegan sausages for me. Definitely will be back!

First time customer and I loved the decor!!! And I didn't know there was a show, so that was a pleasant surprise. I am not a huge fan of buffets, but this is the only place we could get reservations for the candlelight dinner show. Our server was super friendly and explained how he would bring drinks and we could go get our food. There are 2 buffet lines, with the same food in each line. First a salad bar, then a variety of sausages, sauerkraut, potatoes, meatballs, a carving station, etc. There was a bit pot of beer cheddar soup, along with pretzel rolls also. First , nothing but the soup was hot. The soup was excellent. Everything else was nothing special. The pork schnitzel was super tough so I gave up on that. The meatball and sauerbraten were ok, as was the macaroni and cheese. The desserts were exceptional. I was glad I hadn't eaten much dinner and saved room for dessert.

When you leave Biergarden after going for the first time you will leave with one of three thoughts: (i) this place is fun;(ii) the place is annoying; or (iii) this place is fun and annoying (most likely). The Setting: When you walk through the doors you are transported from central florida to the heart of Oktoberfest in Munich at dusk. The space is stunning and Disney has done an excellent job here. Biergarden is one of Epcot's biggest restaurants, if not the biggest, and the tables are laid out in tiers in a semi-circle facing the stage so that everyone has a decent view of the entertainment. Dining here is communal, with groups being seated together and tables seating 10-12, which can either be not a big deal or a major nuance if you get seated with extra-friendly sort of folks and/or small children. Reservations are not terribly hard to come by even last minute, although you may wind up dining at an odd time. Around every hour there is live German entertainment which is a great value add to the price here. It can get loud but the band does not perform for very long. The restaurant itself is loud alone even without the music and rather chaotic- the layout of the space and the constant hustle and bustle of waitresses and patrons delivering and taking food is a lot, so those with sensory issues may want to avoid. Your girlfriend also may not be the happiest if you opt to take her to this establishment for dinner rather than one of the more romantic offerings like Le Cellier or one of the restaurants in the France pavilion. The drinks: The beer selection here is apparently very good (I am not a big beer drinker so I can't judge) and the thing to do is get the huge stein....So when in "Munich", go for it. The beer flights are also very popular. There is wine as well but nothing to talk about there. The food: This is a buffet, with the buffet having two sides which mostly mirror each other. The offerings are what you would expect: sausages, schnitzel, spaetzle, sauerkraut, german salads, and some American dishes peppered in. There is also a separate carving and kid's station. The last time we went, unfortunately, was at the end of the night (at 7:30; they close at 8). The first side of the buffet was shutting down when we arrived and the items on the remaining side were dry, lukewarm at best, and not being refilled. Carving station was also abandoned a few minutes after we got there. Good to know if we go back but I assumed that as they were seating people through 7:55 on the app, that the buffet would still be fully up and running til around 8:30. Wrong. 3/10 experience and definitely not worth the price. Previously, however, the food has been decent and ,even if not the best, certainly a novelty as German restaurants in our area are almost non-existent. But that was years ago and I don't know if our last experience was an anomaly or their new normal. The food, regardless of whether it's good or not, is VERY heavy and at around $50 a person you know you are going to eat a fair amount of it, - so I would plan this for a dinner visit expecting to leave in a food coma rather than for lunch when you still have half a day ahead of you. Will I go back? Yea I think I would give it another go if I was hungry enough and okay with the volume and having to talk to strangers. Is it a huge priority? No. The theming is great but so is San Angel Inn and I always find that experience to be way more relaxing.

German buffet with a good variety of food and dessert bar. Nothing here really stood out to me. The pretzel breads were too hard, schnitzels were thin and super chewy, baked macaroni was ok, pork roast was fine, and the cheesy creamy soup was ok. The restaurant interior and ambience was nice. We caught a live performance during our meal.

I recently came here for the first time on May 15th. I put the reservation down under my name and told the cast member my party had arrived. All the hostess I believe about 5-6 females were standing around, and when they say my last name being "Islam" immediately started snickering around making disgusting faces. Although there were so many servers there, no one wanted to help until finally 1 exclaimed "ugh I guess I'll do it". I don't care about your political and personal views and beliefs, this is Disney world. I might not even be practicing myself but to start treating me rudely solely because of my last name is Islam, is disgusting behavior coming out of Disney. Food was terrible as well and not worth it. Either learn to be fake and keep it professional or find somewhere wise to work.

A buffet of German delights with entertainment located in Epcot! Entertainment lasts about 15 minutes then breaks for about another 30 minutes. My team created a reservation two months prior for a weekday dinner and it was about 80% packed. We had four tables seated in the back, but it was elevated for easy viewing of the stage. People of all ages were dancing on stage as music played. There is food located left and right of the entrance. Unfortunately, some of us didnt like any of the food as it was either: over greased, dry, tasteless, or overly sweet. Only positive side were the waiters/waitresses and the drinks. Overall, I would not come back here again. Willing to try something better in EPCOT.

I feel a bit guilty for writing this review because the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. It gave me the feeling of being in Oktoberfest in Germany. The service was also excellent. Our server, Benjamin, was very friendly. Although he forgot to refill our drinks, and someone at the carving station wasn't that nice, overall it was a great experience. However, the food was not very impressive. I did not like anything in particular. Everything I tried was too salty for my taste. I wish they had the Schweinshaxe. Nevertheless, the show was fantastic and enjoyable. I would not recommend this restaurant if you only want to go for the food, but if you want to experience the culture and enjoy the fun festival, then you should visit.

Very impressive looking hall of a restaurant. Once you check in and they are ready for you, you will be escorted to your seat. The setup is like staium seating in a half circle around a stage. The decor is what America thinks is the traditional old fashioned German look. Sorry, as an actual German, this is fairly kitschy to me. I shall proceed with a gentler attitude... The staff of course wears Bavarian clothing and luckily does mostly originate from Germany and speaks the language. The large buffet offers a lot of German dishes, unfortunately a lot of it not well executed. Honestly, no wonder 'German' food is not very popular, since it's hardly recognizable beyond the names of the dishes. However, if one has no idea what it should taste like, this will probably be a good experience. The best things I have found on the buffet were the little weenies and the potato dumplings found in the kids section, the Sauerbraten (albeit the raisins are a northern thing), the strudel is not too bad either and the tossed salad. I enjoyed a Spezi, unfortunately that was much sweeter than it is at home, but at least it gives you an idea. The bier is gut though. Anyway, I would come here again simply because of the surroundings, the great staff, the atmosphere and the entertainment. There are shows almost every hour or so and those are very entertaining. Where else can you be entertained by alphorns and listen to songs played entirely by cow bells, the real cow bells?

Tired of long lines at Epcot food and wine? Just go to the Biergarten! It's one of the best buffets on property. The decor really can't be beat. It looks and feels like you're in a German Biergarten. Live music and performances make for a fun dinner and show. Everything we had from the buffet was incredible but I especially loved the assortment of German salads. You'll leave feeling full and festive.

There are so many good food options at Epcot, but this is one that you can't go wrong with if you had to pick it as part of your itinerary. This replica of a German beer hall gets it all right, the ambiance, the food variety and the entertainment value. All of it makes for a really fun night out with the family or your loved ones. The drinks were also stellar as you'd expect - this is a beer hall after all - and the beer flight was excellent. I was an especially big fan of the grapefruit beer which was not just refreshing after a hot day, but also rather tasty. The food variety is what you'd expect, lots of sausages, salads, cabbage, schnitzel and other meats along with a big dessert section full of strudel and other tasty items. I really enjoyed my share of food indulgences here and the family had a wonderful time too. The band that showed up roughly every 1.5 hours was also fun to watch and played well to the crowd.

Definitely one of the best meals of our vacation. Waiter was great, food is buffet style. All was hot & tasty!!!!! The pretzel rolls were out of this world!!! The beer flight was tasty and "large", four different beers, each 5 oz so wife & I were able to share no problem. The 'grapefruit' earned an order of a mug afterwards. Probably one of the best values at Disney!!! Would eat here again w/o hesitation.

Another great all-you-can eat restaurant at Epcot. It's buffet style, and it has all your classic German foods. To top it off, there's live entertainment with a German band and plenty of German beer. Fun for kids and adults.

Biergarten is a German restaurant located in the Germany portion of Disney's Epcot them park. Me and my family stopped in Thai buffet style establishment while on our recent visit to the Disney world parks during our Epcot visit. The exterior and interior here are wonderful. Very massive inside with a stage that features love German music and instruments which made for a fun and lively atmosphere. You either pay an adult or child's fee and have access to an all you can eat buffet. The buffet has plenty of popular and tasty German options and a very impressive and extensive dessert buffet as well. Our service on our visit was top notch. Our waitress kept our German glass mugs full with sodas. The food here was really good. I personally enjoyed the entire desserts buffet, the pretzel and beer cheese and the schnitzel. My wife and oldest was a huge fan of the roast. Overall very cool and tasty place. Great place to fill your belly, get in some ac, become acclimated with German culture, music and food and have a good bang for your buck meal. All food in Disney parks are high. Most restaurants in Epcot are very high. This is no exception but with the Buffett style and large options of food this makes it as good of a value good wise you will get at a Disney park eatery.

1/5/25 other than our server Nico, who was professional, spoke impeccable English, and capably knows the beers and wines, this place fails miserably, needs to close and dust up. Too many of the staff spent their time ignoring the clientele and chatted among themselves. The band sounded like it came from the Milwaukee 'burbs. Now the food: the red cabbage ausgeseichnet, the liver wurst ausserordentlich, but the two "German" potato salads terrible, the wiener schnitzel dry and bland. And the four assorted wursts- good heavens! no self- respecting German would serve them much less charge for them- they are spiceless, tasteless, uninspired. If you crave a good wurst, there is a grand hot dog spot out on I-4 off the Disney property. So close this (temporarily) fire the would- be "chefs," appoint Nico head waiter and have him shape up the wait staff. See if you can get that band jobs on a ferry in Lake Michigan. This is a challenge I hope is met and I can return next year to a genuine German restaurant.

For the price, I was NOT expecting like 6 different types of sausages and the selection that was there. Very difficult to stomach the food as the selection was quite limited and I was unsure with what to eat with the various types of sausages.

You're seated at long tables lined up in rows emanating like the moon's rays from a central dance floor and stage. A lederhosen-clad oompah band plays and encourages diners to sing along. Tables are not shared between families, and there's plenty of space between occupied tables. House Specialties include Potato salad, traditional German sausages 10/10, homemade spaetzle 9/10, Rotisserie chicken 9/10, braised red cabbage 8/10, Schnitzel 9/10, Sauerkraut 7/10. The German Beer Flight came with Four Pours - 5 oz each of Beck's Pilsner 8/10, Warsteiner Dunkel 8/10, König Ludwig Weissbier 10/10, and Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen 9/10 for $16.00 which isn't too bad considering 1 regular sized beer goes for $11. The König Ludwig Weissbier was my favorite beer of the night. Our server greeted us promptly, came and introduced herself, asked us what kinda beverages we wanted, and point us to the buffet where we could serve ourselves! Our sever came back periodically to see if we wanted any more drinks and service was top notch!

The show is a great experience to enjoy with friends and family. The food was good and was always supplied. It's only overpriced because it's EPCOT. The staff were so nice and timely mannered with the service

We bought a package that gave us preferred seating for the Blue October concert. The package included dinner here at Biergarten. The inside is Interesting... a very big open space with a stage and designed to look like the middle of an old German town. Our sever was fantastic... always around always there when needed and just always very nice. Many servers could learn a lot from her! The food is all German style: schnitzel, sausages, potato salad, meatballs, various deserts, ros last beef hand carved in front if you, cheddar beer soup, etc. however it is all served buffet style. The prices are a bit high for buffet food! It might have been ok if it was good buffet food but in general it was not. The schnitzel obviously had been sitting there too long... it was way dry. The soup was horrendous! I mean gag you bad! Don't eat the soup! The deserts were ok but mostly reminded me of day old store bough stuff... The sausages and sauerkraut were good as well as the meat balls. But at almost $50 a plate I think there should have been more good food then this. I was not impressed. They did have a cute show where some old guys played various instruments like the cow bells, or the xylophone... it was a cool show. They just need to refresh the buffet more often with fresh food and not just like it out there fir it to go stale... no one like food that has been sitting fir a while... right?!

Sometimes you just really some bratwurst and beer and what better place to find it than here! Coming here it was kinda random as my friend and I just wanted to eat something yummy after spending the whole day in multiple parks and let me say this totally hit the spot in soo many ways! This is a buffet restaurant where you can get as much of whatever you want when you want as there's a ton of options here from sausage to more sausage to a sausage salad along with potatoes and more potatoes along with some potato salad and then some other random things with a few beers! So basically you get to pick and choose what you wanna get and make just plates of random goodness but don't forget the strudel as that's just something that adds to what's already just that good! They also have some live Entertainment with a German band playing while you eat so that makes for just that much more fun while you are enjoying this really cool restaurant that feels as if it's a dinner show inside! The service was basically they bring you drinks and take your empty plates nothing to crazy but it was definitely good and helped clear the stack when we had finished them! Overall this was a good time and a yummy time so come hungry as you will definitely be stoked that you did as there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Fun atmosphere! Terrific service! Great food! The entertainment was fantastic. We really enjoyed the band. Don't forget to save room for dessert!
