Big Ass Slices Bar & Grill

Top tier customer service from Jeff and Lisa! We went in to have a few “big ass slices” and indeed they were big ! Moreover, they were big and also delicious! To top it off, they also have beef pepperoni ( which we could appreciate ) because we are Muslim and don’t eat pork! The place is clean and cute ! Upstairs they have - ping pong tables and jenga! Greet Vibe! I can’t wait to come back! The owners are the best and are doing a great job! I highly recommend !

Struggling with this business. Have been three times over many years. The slices always come out warm, never had a hot slice. Also bothered by the fact that when you order 2 individual slices, they simply charge you more because cut their large slices down the middle. Great location & service, they just don’t cook the pizza as well as they should.

We came in around 11:30 PM to eat. We were sat fast and got the last four slices of pepperoni. The pizza was hot and tasted great. Services was awesome! We will definitely be back. The slices are about 1/4 pizza which is amazing!

I was out in Old City in a nice day and stopped in for a slice to go (pic is HALF of a big slice(he cut it in half for me). It was SOO good- looking forward to returning. Friendly staff, nice interior. Next time, I’ll sit at the bar and have a drink. Yummy!

Came in excited to try the food. The waiter was rude. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls they were disgusting. $12 for two egg roll cut in half. My sister ordered a lemon drop cocktail and it had something hard and black floating in it. When the waiter brought the egg rolls he brought one plate even tho it was two of us. I’m glad we decided to try a different pizza place because the people pizza I saw looked terrible. Like a frozen pizza. It wasn’t busy yet it took the waiter over 30 mins to bring us our check. I would not recommend.

This pizza experience was a mess. The lady took forever to take our order. Given that it was New Year’s and busy, I tried to be patient, but she had us waiting at least 15 minutes without even taking our order. After finally ordering, the pizza came out in just 5 minutes, which felt suspicious. A freshly made pizza usually takes at least 15 minutes to bake. When we got the pizza, it was hot, but not fresh. It seemed like it had just been reheated. The cheese wasn’t melted, there was barely any sauce, and the crust was so hard it felt like it had been sitting out for hours It really seemed like the pizza had been made a long time ago and just reheated Overall, the experience was terrible, from the slow ordering process to the bad quality of the food. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was so excited to try this for the first time and honestly the pizza was amazing! I loved it. However my customer service was awful. My server was AM B (that’s what was on the receipt) and I didn’t feel a warm welcome at all. Which sucked because I saw her interact completely nice and sweet with her other customers. I wasn’t greeted, she walked over to me and asked if I “needed something”. Then she proceeded to completely stop all interaction with me all together until I started to grab my coat and hat to leave. She then gave me my check and walked away after I politely said thank you. Throughout the entire time I was eating I was not checked on or anything. I was extremely disappointed because my first impression seeing her interact with everyone else was nice. But when it came to me I was treated poorly and it made feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Overall I did enjoy my pizza but I will definitely order online to go next time because of the service I was given.

When we are here they really busy and they have really good pizza 🍕 but I order nachos and chicken wings and we have beers for dinner.everything is good and we have a nice dinner.
