Big Bone BBQ & Wicked Wings- Oakville

We got the Tuesday special, which says 4 sliders but really it’s 2 regular sized buns. Not a complaint, just something to note. The pulled pork was delicious, the honey garlic wings were juicy and tasty, and the fries were nice and crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Now I understand why people like this place so much! I’ll definitely be coming back and I’d recommend to anyone.

My mother and I came to this plaza for another restaurant, however, we were pulled away by the amazing smell coming from Big Bone BBQ! We ordered garlic bread, sandwiches, wings, etc., and it was all delicious and in big portions! Pairing the great food with the super friendly staff, we cannot wait to go back.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch on a Friday. I wanted to try the wings as I was in a rush so opted for the pulled pork instead -it was very good. Very flavourful and loads of meat. My only comment is that it could have been more saucey or they could have included some sauce on the side. Cole slaw was decent as were the beans. Fries were tasty and plentiful - I couldn't finish them. For the price, it was a very hearty meal. Service was excellent. Was ready quickly. When I was finished I got up and the guy behi6the counter met me right away to take my tray. Will definitely come back when I have more time and try the wings. Thanks for the great lunch.

Had the mini combo, with jerk wings. Ribs were perfect, wings were amazing. Wife had a veggie burger, it was good, not perfect but good. Fries, beans and coleslaw were all great. I was super happy with everything, cant wait to go again.

These guys absolutely snap with their food. Ribs and Wings are on point, portions are huge, fries crispy, pulled porks delicious, staff super friendly. Can't wait to be back and eat here again!

Well they’ve outdone themselves again!!!! I use big bone to cater our yearly party and never disappoint!!! The service to door is so stress free, the food is amazing and prices sooooo reasonable!!! HIGHLY recommend !! We orders pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, chicken breasts , Mac and cheese, coleslaw and Cesar salad!!

The price was great 22$ for this meal. For what you get it makes it worth it with how expensive food is nowadays. I would have gotten a different sauce(spicy bbq) was just ok but the fries were nice and crispy. They were lightly breaded which I do not like as naked fries and there isn’t a lot of cheese curds but the value won me over. People working there were nice. Ribs I didn’t get this time but they’re a good eat.

Fast friendly service and reasonably priced. The wings were good. The ribs could be better, meat was tough and chewy. Could be more tender and should be fall off the bone. Wings and fries were good. Please work on improving the ribs.

Okay ribs and brisket sandwich. I found the sauce over powered the beef brisket sandwich. I'm not a fan of battered fries.

This location offers a Monday special featuring ribs and fries, which is a perfect serving for two people, or maybe even three. I always enjoy how the ribs are prepared. While I'm not a big fan of the fries and the other alternatives don't appeal to me, the price point is fantastic. If you're considering the Monday special, you won't regret it!

They don't offer dine-in at the moment. You either call/go in to order for takeout, or order through SkipTheDishes for delivery. We drove to their location to order for takeout and we got lucky because they weren't out of ribs or brisket. The lady who was taking our order was very nice and helped us order in the right portion (Fortunately we had some leftovers for the next day, too). Both the brisket and back ribs were fresh and delicious. I will definitely order from them again, especially the brisket.

What a wonderful find for takeout ribs! We ordered the party pack #1 which includes 2 full racks of ribs, beans, coleslaw, cornbread, fries and extra sauce. We also ordered a poutine on the side because, why not? The menu has a ton of party pack options, which I personally like because with items like ribs it's hard to figure out how much to get for varying size groups of people. Their menu tells you how many people each one will likely feed! The ribs were all pre-cut which was fabulous. They were perfectly smokes and sauced. We also added a side of brisket. While it was tasty, we were used to brisket in slices not shredded. Probably personal preference but we really enjoy sliced. I would love to come back here to try their wings - with over 20 sauce options, this sounds like my kinda wing place.

not sure what has happened here, quality used to be pretty good but my last order was so salty I couldn't eat it and the chicken finger, which I think they used to make themselves, were clearly some flat frozen school lunch room reject. over $100 for two people and we threw it away. very disappointing

Way too salty. Waited a while as they did mess up my order. They are pretty new. I will give the. Another try.

The smoky wings and ribs were very good. The cornbread was very dry, but it was a small part of the meal.

The best place to eat in Oakville Prices are amazing and the food is fabulous. Emily the Hostess was great and knew everything on the menu by heart. Had the Monday Mania and was overwhelmed with the flavor of the ribs and how tender they were. Smoked wings were huge and tasty. Went back for beef ribs on Wednesday and was blown away by the size and taste. Forget about all those places that serve mystery meat Big Bones is the place to eat!

Great ribs. You like rib fest in the summer? Go here. Don't have to wait for summer. Fries good. Wings not. Expensive and worth it. Massive portions. Browse the record shop next door while you wait. I always get to-go. Couldn't picture eating there.

I had been trying to go to Big Bone Oakville for so long. We finally had an opportunity to go but wanted to sit in. We were told priority is given to their take out orders first so we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. There was not a single person sitting in the restaurant. perhaps they should have just said we are not offering in dining at the moment. Maybe the food is good but we decided to leave due to the poor customer service.

Best BBQ North of the Mason-Dixon Line! As an American, I am qualified to review these ribs. The ribs have great smokiness and are bursting with flavour. In terms of other ribs I have had in this country, nothing rivals their flavour. The molasses beans were well done and featured bits which is always a sign of good beans. Smoked wings were also good and I truly enjoyed the fried wings with the Alabama Slamma sauce. The fries are battered and have an intense crisp and satisfying (if slightly too oily) fried taste. I don't rate the cornbread as I felt it lacked sufficient moisture. The service was next level though and the girl behind the counter was all smiles. Bottom line, the ribs, wings and beans are the star of the show as are the battered fries when fresh. The dry cornbread can be overlooked due to the stellar service and the fact that they brought ribs that would be decent in Missouri, Texas, or the Carolinas to Canada.
