If I could give you a 0 rating I would. Our table napkin holder was so disgusting we had to wipe it off before we could touch it to get napkins out to use. Then you sell Fish and Chips which you are known for. So to get tartar sauce for this dish they charge you extra..lol. Then you are also known for Big boy seasoning, however to use such item you have to buy a bottle for $8.00. Cheeseburgers were ordered you get ketchup and mustard free...pickles are 50 cents each. Cheese curds were offered as a side for sandwiches and you charged me an extra 6.99 for them without telling there was an extra charge. Now that not the worst then you charge me 28.5% for tip and want to know if I want change. We will never be back to this restaurant again.

The restaurant on hall rd we had to wait for someone to come to our table the salad bar was not replenished. Pot roast not good there was a whole table of 10 people waited so long they walked out I will never go back there again bad management

Big Boy Kalkaska Went in there yesterday to eat. We were seated and told our server would be right there. 4 tables of people and 3 waitresses. Waitresses were all standing around in the food area talking. One waitress came out, took an order, and went back to other waitresses. We still have not even been asked about drinks. Sat there 20 minutes..nothing. Another table of people came in. They were seated. Another 10 minutes go by and waitress came out and started taking their order. We walked out. We won't be back and we came there at least once a week. They also lied to me a couple weeks ago about my order(how it was made) and then wouldn't refund a meal I didn't even eat. Won't be back.

I was at the Greenviile Mi restaurant on Sunday April 27,2025 The restaurant was not busy, salad was not restocked, restaurant was not the cleanest We were seated waitress asked for a beverage order we had to ask for straws twice She took are order, never wrote it down 2 other tables came in after us, their orders were taken Our waitress came back to ask what we ordered Then put in our order The other tables got their food first and my food She took it back to the kitchen other part of our order sat in the kitchen window for 10 minutes The waitress put our food down still not right,the burger bun was dried out cold Asked to see the manager Told her about what happened she offered to remake our food we had to leave to go home Asked the manager for the district managers phone number she said she told only contact him on Facebook I have tried for 4 days to get ahold of someone at BIG Boy Restaurant Group LLC in South Field michigan, no one returns my calls or emails I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT RESTAURANT CORPORATE OFFICE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER DAVID. LAMB

Forcing customers to buy fries is going to hurt these places. Need to offer sandwich alone like it used to be. Our family of four went to the Heartland location. $70 for the family. That is far too much for what is being offered. Would have been more but my wife and I shared. Small wonder the places are mostly empty. Very sad for me as I was a manager for them once. Need to fix this. I hate to see any more close.

Waiting for carry out saw two different waitresses hang up on a ringing phone . ....not even saying hello. They did not want to be bothered. Don't know there name, but one was very skinny girl with bun and tattooes and was working on March 23 at 5:28 2023. She never smiles. Have had a problem with staff being very rude in the past and the cooks not even putting ham on a slim jim. Cook however was very good today . Keep getting new people . This Big Boy needs a new staff. I don't know this review said Southfield ....THIS ONE WAS SIX MILE LIVONIA

I placed an order on January, 08, I have not received an update except for USPS saying that they are waiting on the shipper to provide the order. I payed the $9.95 for UPS 2 day shipping and yet to receive any updates. It is now the 19th and nothing, I have called all the prompted phone numbers and all I get is a recording, no return phone calls back, watch how you order! I have been charged for the order also.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! FILTHY! STINKY! Bathroom had not been cleaned in MONTHS! I promise you if they can't keep their Bathroom clean, they certainly can't keep food prep area clean! I have been in outhouses that smelled better! HOT AS HELL!! Laziest Waitress , she sat in the window to take our order! Employees argued in front of customers! Could not eat the food! Management honestly could have cared less!
