We came here for lunch in the afternoon, having heard so much about how amazing the fried chicken burgers are at Shaquille O'Neal's restaurant. When we arrived, the staff asked if it was our first visit. They were super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. After we ordered, they also let us know we could scan our receipt to collect points for rewards—such a nice touch! The food came out pretty quickly. My kid ordered The Original + Make it DELUXE. The burger bun was soft, thick, and perfectly toasted. The sweet chicken breast paired beautifully with the sauce, which was just the right amount—not too much to make the bun soggy. The chicken breast itself was juicy, thick, and satisfying in portion size. For the adults, we got The Ultimate. It featured chicken thigh meat that was tender, juicy, and had a unique flavor. If they could add a bit more crispy fried texture, it would pair even better with the mac & cheese, creating more layers of flavor and texture. The fries were cooked really well—they won’t disappoint! The staff even came by to check if everything met our expectations, which was a nice gesture. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, and even the restrooms were spotless. As a Vegas local, I highly recommend this spot—it’s definitely worth coming back to regularly! :)

5 Stars - Amazing Food & Exceptional Service! I had an outstanding experience at Big Chicken! The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the mac & cheese was creamy and comforting — true comfort food done right. The drink was ice-cold and hit the spot. What really made this visit special was the staff. Manager Rudy was incredibly professional — he even let me sample a bit of the spiciest burger’s ingredients, which was a fun surprise! On top of that, he came back to check how everything tasted — that level of care and attention is rare and really appreciated. Nick, the team member who took my order, was also fantastic. He knew every burger and its ingredients by heart and helped me choose exactly what I was craving. Great food, clean space, and top-notch service. Highly recommend Big Chicken!

First time here.. and the service is awesome!!!!! The Nashville hot tenders is on point!!! And i love cheesy macncheese!!! And the gentleman Carlos at the front was so nice and helpful with the menu and choosing the best and he was right!!!! I would definitely comeback not just for the chicken but the service!! Very welcoming atmosphere! Cool vibe and games to play while we wait for the food👏

Wow.. what an amazing experience. First time customer amd the employee made it easy by giving some great recommendations with the delicious Sandich Wars. The made a simple error but quickly fixed it. The staff and leadership were extremely friendly and provided excellent custo.er service. Will definitely recommend and come back. 5/5

Love these thin-cut steak fries! Chicken is all the fancy organic, preservative-free stuff that is probably the reason for the price but still a tad steep compared to other chicken options in town …and let’s be honest: it ain’t no Hattie B’s! Wash it down with some Peach Tea or Strawberry Lemonade — both are worth coming back for! Service was fabulous; staff was quick, donned friendly smiles, and monitored and reacted to delays. Worth the trip! (not pictured are the monster cookies and tasty-named shakes that we will try next time!)

The chicken place has a tight parking area. The place faces the street so it is easy to find. The decor has a somewhat sporty theme. The service is good. Unique to this place is when your order is ready to pick up, they will text you. I ordered the Shaq sandwich which was pretty good.

Food: 7 Service: 8 Atmosphere: 7 This is a fast food chicken sandwich shop that is affiliated with Shaq. To be honest, I am not a fast food person, so my review could be slightly biased, but for a fast food place, I didn't hate it. The fries are unique they are cut thin, but they are wide. They were good. They have a bunch of different sauces to dip in. The sandwich was good, for fast food.

I've been craving a chicken sandwich for a week and I finally made a choice where I was going to get one. I chose Big Chicken since I've never had them yet. Well, I'm sorry to say that I wish I chose elsewhere. What a Big disappointment! I ordered the original sandwich meal and made it a deluxe. I got the mac n cheese for my side and an extra BC sauce. The chicken was dry and not very tasty. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is their mac n cheese is super delicious. I would only go back for the mac n cheese, that's it! Staff was helpful which is a plus.

When it comes to the food they have a good selection of items to choose from with options. The service is always good and the workers are friendly. I have had a few issues with items not being prepared how I wanted but when I told management they quickly took care of me. I have been a fan of big chicken since it first opened on paradise road. I will always support Shaqs businesses.

I was the only one in the restaurant but my order took about 15 mins - simple chicken sandwich and a drink. Sandwich wasn't good. Chicken was dry. It was also disappointing that I had to pay for sauce, 50 cents each, just to eat the sandwich. Workers didn't even know what sauce was what. One of them was scrambling just to find out it was right behind her.

I wish I could say this was amazing but I'm not impressed! I asked for thousand island and got ranch! Everything is cold and old! The salads in Albertsons are better than this! Come on!

Big Chicken's food is cage and hormone-free, much better than the birds from stressed-out factories that most restaurants use. All their sandwiches taste good and The 'Original' at $6.90 is competitive, but better tasting than others in the industry. The 'Ultimate' is a delicious, good-sized filet on brioche, topped with mac & cheese plus onion strings giving it a unique taste. The wings were nothing special though the bbq sauce was real good. I recommend sandwiches and tenders instead. Good as the chicken is, their fries have gone downhill faster than Lindsay Vonn on an icy slope. They're typical dull pre-frozen potatoes, so I tried 'dirty fries' in hopes that bacon bits, banana peppers, cheese sauce, and bbq sauce would be the lipstick that disguises these crinkle-cut pigs, but no dice. Jalapeno slaw with its spicy kick is a much better side. There's a nice option for non-soda drinkers, both kitchen-made lemonade and strawberry watermelon from the fountain are excellent. Milkshakes are filling and more importantly, made with a quality hormone-free ice cream. When it came time to pay for my order, the lady slid over to the cash register and planted both her feet in the restricted area, then took a charge from my Visa card. This food is worth returning for and Big Chicken is no longer that little hole-in-the-wall joint across the street from the original Hard Rock Casino. They've expanded now to around 20 locations...coast to coast L.A. to Chicago, across the north and south to Key Largo. And these smooth restaurant operators plan to open 150 more of them soon. Shaquille O'Neal collects franchises like I collect unpaid parking tickets from out-of-state. To summarize, Big Chicken could easily go from being real good to one of the best in the chicken business with a simple potato improvement using fresh-cut spuds. But even as is, I appreciate their efforts to use better ingredients up and down the menu. Shaq has long avoided artificial flavors and colors and the results are clear...his growth was never stunted. I had to deduct a Yelp star for the uninspiring fries, but then gave it right back as a tribute to the small fortune I won back in the day by betting on his teams.

3rd time was a charm. The chickens fingers were expertly breaded and fried and the fries were super crispy and hot. The peanut butter chip shake was a perfect compliment to the rather tasty meal. Glad I decided to give this spot a 3rd shot. I just wish they still had sweet potato fries. See ya guys again.

I'm a huge shaq fan so when my friends said we were going to try his chicken place I was really excited! It's a pretty standard fast food chicken joint, the restaurant was empty and you order on a computer but the food came out pretty fast. There are some cool free arcade games to play in the restaurant and it's clean! The food itself was tasty. We took the chicken home and it was still crunchy and we tried a bunch of different sauces that were pretty good! Showstopper is the milkshake for sure- my friend got one and I just tried it and it was delicious! Definitely gonna come back and try more food next time

Not worth the drive. Chicken is dry . Didn't have a sandwich because they all look disgusting, from what I can see at the other table. Waist if lunch hour

The girl in the drive thru was quite dry with a bit of attitude , then they only had four things on the menu an this was at 7:26pm they don't close til 10pm . This is my second time going here besides when it first opened . I never see people here but if there menu is always limited I see why.

Service is always great at this location! Harvey was our server this time, he was very welcoming, friendly, and answered all our questions. Our whole family loves playing the foosball and shuffleboard together when we eat there. The food was amazing as always, I love that they have new items on the menu. Big portions, small price! Love the fried cheese curds!

I must say that the service was amazing! I've heard nothing but good things about Big chicken and I was so excited to try it out. The chicken was extremely salty and I couldn't get past how salty it was. The sandwich was pretty big. The two sauces that they gave me were very good and I was happy that I tried them. I know I will come back again and try out something different. Their menu was pretty big so I don't see an issue with trying a different menu item.

This was our first time visiting Big Chicken (and won't be our last). My partner and I both ordered the Ultimate combo and have similar opinions about it- bun was nice and toasted, the onions were delicious and the chicken was really good (taste and quality). The Mac and cheese was fine, but was more of a supporting character than the star of the show. The only thing I might change about my order next time would be to ask for the sauce on the side (and maybe add dunkables because we were HUNGRY) and add a shake! The service was great! I regret not getting their names, but the young woman who took our order at the drive-thru was sweet and helpful, and we were able to meet the owner / manager who made our pup's night by giving her a pup cup! I'm immunocompromised and we need to skip eating indoors, but the dining area looked clean, fun and casual as we drove by and there is outdoor seating we'll utilize after the summer. Two humans and dog approved!

I've been so lazy and not bringing my lunch to work. It was time for something I hadn't had. I mentioned this place to a coworker. She said she loved it. So I checked it out online, and what really caught my eye was the strawberry shortcake shake! As soon as I walked in i was greeted by the staff, but Carlos really stood out, and asked me if this was my first time here. He asked if I had any questions. I told him I already had it figured out. Yep So the strawberry short cake.... let me tell you, every sip you got a mouth full of the strawberry shortcake balls! It was so good! So now to the sandwich, I almost forgot to ask for it spicy, so while Carlos, was making my shake, I asked him, if I mentioned I wanted it spicy. He said, gurl, no you didn't mention spicey, in a cute little feisty attitude, and with a smile. The he proceeded to yell to the back to make it Uncle Jerome's spicy Nashville. The chicken sandwich caught me by surprise, it really had a kick to it. I just didn't expect it to. Most places says it's hot, and I don't even taste the heat. The fries......Not enough. Over all, the meal was good. I do like the fact they have salads as well, not that that will be any healthier, at least once I douse it with dressing. I would say give it a shot!

Can you diiiiigggg iiiiitttt?! One of my friends said Big Chicken is THE best chix samich and chix tender spot. Having done a chix samich tasting challenge between all of the big chain chix spots, I wanted to give Shaq a shot at the title. I ordered Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot, Chix Tenders n Fries, and a fountain drink. Fries Update - Shaq will no longer be serving Sweet Potato Waffle Fries :(.... Uncle Jerome makes a pretty good chix samich - moist, crunchy, fresh lettuce n pickles give a tangy crunch, with a decent spicy kick. Having been to Nashville, this samich is not really Nashville spicy, but is slightly spicer than the other chains' spice meter. Also, I'm not sure if the samich lives up to the name "Big" Chicken. I feel Uncle Jerome is second to the samich I can't get on Sundays. The tenders were really good - juicy, tender, crunchy n peppery. I give it second place next to the misbehaving chix fingers from another joint. The crinkle fries were not a highlight (I think they used to have steak fries, which I prefer), but OK. Shaq's sawces are just standard, with my fave being the chipotle bbq - I think they took out the self serve station...SMH post-COVID life. Drinkswise, it's just Pepsi products with a decent fresh Lemonade option. I was expecting fresh brewed iced teas, instead of just Lipton (I think this was a recent change, too). Service was friendly, but a lil' slow. Foosball, Shuffleboard, and NBA Jams are a nice addition. There's def a fun vibe to the place. Overall, I'd do again, esp. on Sundays and if I'm not close to a misbehaving biblical reference spot. I didn't realize there's so much religion in my chix until this review.

I'm not quite sure if this big chicken location is brand new but the restaurant is definitely very clean and in pristine condition with excellent customer service. Shortly after placing our order the food was promptly ready for pick up. Everything tasted great! from the chicken sandwiches and fries to the gigantic chocolate chip cookie. The restaurant offers a fools ball table and a retro NBA jam basketball arcade game. Which is fun for the kids and nostalgic for any adult that ever played it growing up. Giving the fact that it's Hall of Fame basketball star/ 3 time LA champion/Laker legend Shaquille O'Neals (Shaq) restaurant it's a bit of a no-brainer that they would have a basketball game present. Which in my opinion is a nice touch to the restaurant.

Good food and had fun playing the games inside with my daughter. It's a cools spot to hangout for a quick bite.

Food was subpar at best and not cheap. I paid nearly $18 for The Pit Boss Meal. It took 10 minutes to get my order with 3 people working in the kitchen and I'm the only patron in the place. No cheese curds in the sandwich as advertised. Bottom line, for fast food, I've had better. This just isn't for me. Hope you're not in a rush when you get here because you have to input your order on your own. Customer service is nonexistent. No one greeted me or thanked me for my order. Would you believe there is a prompt for a "Tip" on the order screen? For what? I'm giving it 3-stars because the place was very clean and the music playing on the speakers was decent. Sorry though, I won't be back.

Chicken nuggets. Not sure these are Shaq size. Extremely disappointing. This cost $13 without a side. Extremely rubbery and barely any chicken in the breading at all. This was ordered at 7pm. No excuse. Will NOT be returning. I would give no stars if I could.

The atmosphere and service is very southern hospitality. The team working was so pleasant, we went in on a Saturday afternoon. Not busy, clean, and the food was delicious. I got 3 piece tenders w buffalo sauce. It was perfect! Not spicy at all, just enough of a hit, honestly 3 pieces was more than enough I was so full with that and the mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was white cheese and some cheddar cheese bits in it as well- yum! The big classic chicken burger w big sauce was perfect. Also got chicken nuggets for the kids and a crispy chicken sandwich. I just want to point out how good the chicken is, very authentic taste of fresh chicken. They had some lemonade drinks and pebble ice. I loved it all. Fun place to sit and drink and games to pass the time while you wait on food or just of you finish food before your group does. My favorite part was when I left and said, "Have a good day." To which the employee said, "Have a BIG day." Everyone sooo friendly! Great place to eat in!

First thing the staff was extremely nice (for a fast food restaurant) and the place was really clean. But, the chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese was good, but nothing special. However, the fries and sauce were amazing! I would come back for the fries alone. Overall, this place is alright, nothing bad but nothing amazing.

I want to give less stars but it's only based on the menu changes Nashville hot uncle Jerome's and the old Shaq attack all winners the new sandwiches are all too much that a stoner with the munchies must've came up with... like dude don't need fried pickles and cheese sticks on a sandwich who takes Nashville hot off the menu and the shaq attack with spicy jalapeño slaw was chefs kiss now creamy slaw no spice like wtf no way... long story longer I won't be back but I will frequently look back to see if you want to bring the old menu back cause this one ain't it Shaquille

First of all, they have changed staff too many times. There's no consistency in their workforce. Second of all the sandwich was inedible. It smelled bad and it's presentation was abominable. Third point the poor young lady at the window was all by herself with five cars lining making us wait 20 minutes for this food. Not really fast food when I'm waiting that long for this type of sandwich to look just like that. Extremely disappointed, thought Shaquille O'Neal would produce better food

Ordered 'ole Uncle Jerome!!! Softly spicy chicken Sandwich that creeps up on 'ya!!! Added bacon n cheeeze cause everythang goes bedda wit bacon!!! Really cool fries. (Fry chips). I like 'em. We have never been to a big chicken restaurant before, so this was our first time and we had a lot of questions about the menu, which was extensive. The team member upfront was super helpful and took his time to explain everything to us. We asked him for his recommendations and he explained what he had tried and why he liked it best. He advised us on sides and portion size depending on how much we wanted. He was super thorough and friendly and patient. The manager came and checked on us after we got our meal several times just to make sure we had everything we needed. The team was exceptional. Truly outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic. We got the dirty fries and the Cali chicken sandwich. It was so flavorful and it was a huge portion size. Our son enjoyed the kids meal with chicken tenders. Will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend this location in particular. The ambience in the restaurant is really cool, and includes a foosball table and shuffleboard, as well as a video game for all ages

For a "fast food" type place, this place is pretty darn good! Service is always excellent. Shaq walks around and always makes time for some small talk. Food is good. And although I am not much of a soda fan, they have the Stubborn Sodas. The pineapple cream soda is worth the blood sugar spike.

My Son loved it, made fresh!!!! Alyssa was awesome, and very friendly. Definitely going back soon :)

Meh, quality and value have gone down. I rarely see this place very busy even during peak hours. I hope that's not a bad sign for the future. I really want to like this place. It used to be 5 star food but too expensive. Now, the chicken is much smaller and of lower quality. The last two times I get a big hard piece of tendon or something running through the chicken sandwich. Also, can we please stop with the begging for tips? That crap is so old and annoying.

Food here is fantastic! Cooked fresh and to order and it tastes amazing. I have never had a bad visit here and am always greeted with a smile! Today was no different Carlos was pleasant and smiling and happy to help! Try it out!!!

I've visited a couple times because who doesn't want a good chicken sandwich, both occasions ordered a Shaq Attack. The 1st visit was to go so I was amazed by this sandwich upon first look and bite. Cashier was awesome at the window and although there was a wait so worth it. One taste, then I was hooked to go back. Second time we dined in. Walked up to counter placed order. I love the big chicken sandwich and that jalapeño slaw with sauce that's fire! Only complaint on my first visit the photos are fantastic, it was indeed a big chicken sandwich. When I went again, flavors were still there, but chicken was just not as big more flat unsure maybe they changed preparation or chicken shrinkage that day. Despite that, side of fries and sweet potato fries were fried hot and fresh. There are sides of ranch/bbq sauce as condiments which pair nicely. The sweet tea just hits the spot to complete the meal, drinks are self serve. For the quality and open seating inside, it's all good, but please always try make it a big chicken experience!

Surprisingly a great find! We saw this place while on our way home and decided to give it a shot since we love a good chicken sandwich. We went through the drive through with the staff being nice, and the food coming out in a reasonable time. We can't speak on how clean it is on the inside as we haven't gone in. We got one Big Aristotle, an Uncle Jerome, and the big popcorn chicken. Both sandwiches were also a meal paired with the BC fries and two drinks. Everything was delicious and all the chicken is REALLY juicy! Probably the juiciest chicken sandwich we've had. Both were nicely packed and the fries were a great addition to them being just the right amount of crispy. We also love the shape of the flat skin fries. The popcorn chicken was delicious and the chunk sizes are a good portion. Definitely coming back for more when it's in our craving! The only few things that we wanted to see was that the Uncle Jerome was marketed as "a spicy Nashville hot chicken" but we found it to not be spicy at all. Also it is a little on the oily side, but sometimes it's expected for a bunch of fried foods.

First time here and you let me tell ya it is bomb! Got the OG chicken deluxe and tenders and ohmygoodness so freaking good!! Food amazing and some of the best customer service like ever! Thank you Carlos for your friendly service!! Gotta try it again!

Now that Big Chicken has a West side location, it was simply a matter of time unrti I gave it a try. The restaurant is part of Shaquille O'Neal's franchise business of which he was the founder and is the major shareholder. You order at the register, pay, and get your receipt. When your oder is ready, your number is called and you retrieve your food from the order area. The interior is large. There's a corner to get sauces and drinks. There are also a few games to play. If you don't want to go in, there is a drive through. There are rolls of paper towels, which you will need, on the tables. I ordered the Uncle Jerome, named after O'Neal's longtime friend and bodyguard, Jerome Crawford, who always put hot sauce on his chicken sandwiches. I got the combo meal, or basket as they refer to it on their menu, which comes with BC fries and a drink. There are other names used for menu items. Some need no explanation. After getting my drink, I took a seat and in no time, my number was called and I got my Uncle Jerome. On the menu it's listed as two chilies. It really should have only one because it isn't that hot by my standards. This sandwich has Nashville hot chicken, lettuce, mayo, and pickles. The sandwich is packed nicely in paper and then a box. Make sure you have the paper towels ready. There was no Sweet 'n Low at the iced tea area. I didn't ask, but another time, I'll know to bring some in from the car. The sandwich did come apart for me with the sauce and its size. The chicken was very juicy. After finishing with Uncle Jerome, I went back to the reguister and got Grandma's banana pudding ice cream sandwich. It's banana pudding ice cream between two vanilla wafer cookies. This was outstanding, and it's reason to go there if for nothing else. An excellent sweet treat to finish this late lunch/early dinner. The staff was very welcoming. A good place to stop for a fried chicken sandwich....and more.

Well they certainly lived up to the name. The chicken tenders I ordered were well big and very flavorful. The fries were also tasty and seasoned well. The milkshake was also very good. I would definitely go back again and try more menu items.

This is the second location in town. I used to frequently visit the location on Harmon and Paradise. The two locations are a little different. The one thing both have in common is good food. This location doesn't have a bar, but it has NBA Jam and a Foozeball Table! Both locations have roll of paper towels on each table. I'm used to getting a, "What you want?" Attitude at the Paradise location. I was quite surprised by how friendly the staff was at this location. This location has a huge patio area that you can sit in. It looks very welcoming. I would highly recommend visiting this business.

Got to try the Shaq attack and Jerome, both were good but like some other Yelpers mentioned... very oily... the bottom of the paper boxes were soaked in oil by the time I got home, so half of the sandwiches were just...soggy. Great flavors though! Fries were good, perfectly seasoned and I like the different thin/fat cut (if that makes sense...). They were not stingy on giving you sauces! On a pricier side though, but worth to check it out!

Been meaning to go here for a while. A quick lunch run with a coworker craving chicken, and finally got to try it. We ordered at the drive thru and knew what we wanted ahead of time. It was a big order for three people - Uncle Jerome, Shaq Attack, Big Popcorn chicken, Mac & cheese, popcorn chicken, and dirty fries. It came in a massive box! Upon opening the box, everything was packaged neat and nicely. The sandwiches and popcorn chicken came wrapped and inside of boxes which helped hold the form of each item. I'm glad that the way the food is marketed is true to what we were given - these sandwiches are huge! The perfect meal size. I tried the shaq attack and the dirty fries. The only thing I'd say about my meal is that the fries are a bit flimsy. I'm not sure if that's their style of fries or if the to-go box it came in started packing moisture, but that would be the only thing I'd change. Big Chicken lives up to its hype. I'd definitely come back.

Big Chicken Attaq from Shaq! Solid over 4 stars! Finally got to visit Big Chicken, the newest one that's much closer to home than the one on near The Strip!! Lemme tell ya, this place got some BIG eats! Wifey & I wasted no time getting into that menu on Big Chicken, because the first time we ever tried it was on a Carnival Cruise ship to Ensenada! HA! We ordered: -Big Aristotle - Muenster cheese, crispy fried onions, sweet & smokey Memphis BBQ sauce -Big & Sloppy - Mac & cheese, crispy fried onions, roasted garlic BBQ aioli We both got combos with drink & BC Fries! Gotta say, Big Chicken is no joke! Nice, large, juicy & tender fried chicken breast in each sandwich, and no skimping on the included condiments! My Big & Sloppy was EXACTLY that...BIG AND SLOPPY! I had to get a fork to get to the leftover mac & cheese at the bottom of the box! Super duper good chicken sandwich! Finger lickin' even! Dont forget those BC Fries though! Really thin cut fries, but somehow does the job! Piping hot for us eating in, then dip in your choice of sauces! The Shaq Sauce does the trick though! A bit spicy, a bit tangy, salty & sweet - heck you can pour it over any of their sides or dip everything in it! Oh and you know we couldn't leave Big Chicken without satisfying that sweet tooth! We shared a Big Conductor shake with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, and whipped cream! Be still my pending DIABEETUS! But an awesome shake though! Shakes with so much taste they have to give you a boba-like straw to suck up all that sugary goodness! Next time I'm getting one of Shaq's Big Cookies to go! They are the size of a personal pan pizza LOL! Only thing missing on this trip to Big Chicken was the man himself, Shaq Diesel! Where were you at bro? Maybe one day we'll catch you in the restaurant and you can cook me up something BIG! Gonna be back to Big Chicken, my guess is quite a bit!!

My partner and I stopped by Big Chicken for dinner on a Thursday evening. This Big Chicken location is off of the 215/Tropicana exit. We've visited the Big Chicken near the strip and enjoyed the food there! We were excited to try out this new location! Big Chicken is located in a small shopping plaza with spacious amount of parking. There is a Drive-Thru available for this Big Chicken, but we opted to eat inside. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, my partner and I were greeted by the team members at Big Chicken. The restaurant has ample amount of table seating inside. There is a NBA arcade and a few other games, to play inside at Big Chicken! There are several TVs situated throughout the restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of Chicken Sandwiches, popcorn chicken, salads, sliders, chicken tenders, milkshakes, and sides. There sides include French Fries, Waffle Fries, and mac'n'cheese. I had selected the Big Aristotle ($9.29): Fried Chicken topped with muenster cheese, crispy fried onions and Memphis bbq sauce. My partner choose the Big & Sloppy ($9.29): Fried Chicken topped with mac & cheese, crispy fried onions, and roasted garlic bbq aioli, French Fries, and a salted caramel milkshake. The meal was relatively inexpensive, approximately $30.00 for the entire order. The Big Aristotle was delicious! The chicken was fried perfectly and was extremely juicy! The Memphis BBQ sauce with the crispy fried onions blended well with the fried chicken! I would order this chicken sandwich again! My partner enjoyed his meal. The Salted Caramel Milkshake was delicious! It tasted more like a Biscoff than salted caramel though. This is a great Big Chicken location! If you're looking for a quick, inexpensive meal, I'd recommend Big Chicken!

The food here has been tasty. Good flavors and the chicken hasn't been dry. I get the grilled chicken sandwich. I feel like the recipe was different from a couple of months ago though. One of the attractive factors to return here was the flavors of the chicken. Really liked the way it was made. The issue I have is that this is more like tiny chicken. Not only is the chicken pretty small but also the buns are. Also it barely had any mayo on the sandwich.

First time trying BC was via drive-thru order. I ordered the 3-piece chicken tender w/ jalapeño coleslaw as the side. My hubby opted for the Shack Attack chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken tender's flavor profile was interesting with a hint of curry & Allspice! I personally don't care for curry, so the flavor was not my favorite. However, the breading was exceptional with thin coating. The breading texture reminded me of finely crushed graham crackers. The jalapeño coleslaw was extremely spicy & tangy. I actually liked the light vinaigrette dressing, instead of the traditional thicker mayo dressing in most coleslaws. I also liked the fries for their thin cuts, which helped with the crispiness. Overall, the first experience was decent & I will try their grilled chicken sandwich in the future.

New restaurant that opened Thursday, January 12th, on West Tropicana. They must still be trying to figure out how they're going to operate efficiently because one of the first things I noticed is that there was a large number of employees working on Monday night in a cramped space. Even with the added staffing, it seemed to not help the wait time. There were a lot of interesting things on the menu, so I decided on a sandwich called "Uncle Jerome"- That's basically a spicy chicken sandwich. I also ordered some of their thinly cut steak fries and some Mac and cheese. The sandwich had a little bit of a kick to it, which was nice but otherwise nothing impressive. The steak fries were just OK really needed some sort of seasoning or something to set them apart. The Mac and cheese was pretty tasty. They also have a few interesting shakes. I ordered one called "the diesel," which is oreo and peanut butter and some other stuff. That allso was very tasty. So, going to what is still probably considered a fast food joint to order things ala carte as i didn't really see any meal combinations is well..... Not as much of a value as I would have hoped. It was OK .... it just adds up quickly for 2 people, and if I'm gonna pay that amount of money, i might as well go to somewhere where I can sit down and not feel like I'm in a fast food joint. PS: What the heck is Shaq sauce??

I can dig it! We're so happy Big Chicken opened a location on our side of town. Food, service, ambiance are all 5 stars. The restaurant is bright, clean and inviting. The foosball table, old school NBA Jam arcade game and TVs bring the fun factor. The staff were all friendly and the food was fantastic. My husband and I ordered the MDE, fries, popcorn chicken, and Lucille's mac & cheese. We were stuffed! They offer awesome fountain beverage options - an assortment of sodas plus lemonade, sweet tea and unsweetened iced tea. Also, this location has a DRIVE THRU!! It looked pretty busy (we dined in) but seemed to move fairly quickly. We will definitely be back!

My brain has Big Chicken registered as Shaq's Chicken Shack, more fun to say. Anyway! Boyfriend and I went on opening night, it was busy if course but the staff was well prepared. Think In N Out finally have a drive thru line competition. So, am the breading on the Chicken is awesome because it's a thin layer that seems to fry up well. It's not greasy, you don't feel like you are biting into a glob of flour covered chicken. Let's start with the Chicken Caesar salad. Yum. Again, the light coated Chicken is great for the shredded pieces of chicken. The portion size is great for one person, the dressing is flavorful, a little anchovies tasting but still has a good taste. Lettuce was fresh and crispy, also kudos for using a biodegradable bowl. Boyfriend got the Jerome combo meal, I didn't get a chance to taste but he said the sandwich has a kick but not overly crazy spicy. I like the thin version of the steak fries. The strawberry lemonade was delicious, not too sour nor sweet. Chicken tenders were really good, nice choice of BBQ sauce. The Shaq sauce I didn't get much a of taste of anything so that was just meh, take it or leave it. I hipe this place does well because for fast food Chicken, it's pretty damn good and not overly priced. Thank you everyone and kudos to the employees for surviving their opening night. you rocked it.

The food was great and the service was even better!! The games were pretty cool too. I'll definitely be back!
