First time coming to this location. Stoped by to watch the UH game and this was the perfect spot. Ordered the potato skins and a monster boneless wing basket with sweet potato waffle fries. Everything was fantastic! Teriyaki sauce they used was the best Ive ever had. The waitress Kaila was perfect probably one of the best servers I’ve come across. Ask for her! Great location! Great staff! Great food!

I came to Big City Wings in Fall Creek area because a friend was craving for wings and fries. There was a wait for food in the afternoon. Not sure if that was the shift changing time. But food was fresh.

Food was great, wing size are jumbo size. Explains why the meal cost $20. We had the mango habanero, my opinion it was not spicy at all. Other than that, good was good. Ice tea need to be served with more ice, it's called ice tea for a reason.

Our server Leslie was a great experience. She attended us really well and checked in often. The food was brought out quick and we enjoyed our time here! Definitely ask for Leslie when you come in!

This place was recommended by one of our Houston friends that live close by. It did not disappoint. Anytime I see chicken and waffles on the menu, I'm all in. What made this experience awesomely different it that they didn't just give you the standard breaded & fried chicken strips with your waffle. 👀 Instead, you get wings and are able to CHOOSE any of their wing flavors! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Amazing!

Absolute disappointed with this place today. It’s a great promotion today and the environment is great! Unfortunately the service is a disaster and very unacceptable! We sat 20 minutes before I asked to speak to manager. Waitress attending us apparently lost our order after 5 minutes and after giving her our order again she came back another 5 minutes later to advise us that her manager had taken her off our table and she didn’t know who our server was? I asked her to get me the manage on duty to escalate this unfortunate situation. Another 5-10 minutes passed and no manager came to visit our table. Frustrated I had to get up from my seat and look for the manager. Again, manager went to go look for waitress to see what had happened. That manager then came to our table to get our order (3rd time) and apologized for experience. Another 5-10 minutes passed and our drinks were dropped off by manager. Minutes later another manager stopped by our table to get our appetizer order apparently to pay for our appetizers. I politely and upset advised him that I didn’t want free food and that it had been close to 40 minutes since we placed our initial order and not even appetizers had reached our table yet. I also advised him that we (my wife and I) were super hungry too , to which he just looked at me while he walked away. It’s now been 46 minutes and out appetizers just got delivered by first manager. Simply disgusting service. We are frequent patrons of this restaurant due to its food, environment and great service. Today is as busier as I ever since, and unfortunately our experience was ruined after 5 minutes of being here. Looking for accountability and giving feedback to try to avoid this from happening to other existing and new patrons. Will update after our visit.

Updated: This place was once our favorite spot to enjoy but has now gone downhill for us. The service sucks and is not that attentive. When something was explained wrong to us, the cashier made it known to all staff and talking to them and staring at us, making us feel uncomfortable. The food for boneless wings sometimes comes weird to where it's very chewy, like paste. The fried mozzarella and fried mac and cheese are different now, and the wings sizes seem smaller now than before. Better service in Kingwood.

I had an outstanding experience at Big City Wings! The inventive and delicious food left me thoroughly impressed. Jennifer, my server, provided exceptional service, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for both the fantastic menu and the outstanding staff! Tykes Need Bikes is a local Children’s Charity that also likes to support local businesses by leaving reviews. Supporting each other is fine!

Okay, I don't understand how this place has bad reviews -- The vibe, the food, and the service are great! I was looking for a place near IAH to get my crawfish fix and a cold beer and they did not disappoint! I'm a bit of crawfish snob ‍ and it was SO good! If you like Louisiana style over viet, this is the place for you. Lowell and my server, Kerriat (I hope I spelled her name correctly) were also lovely! I appreciated their service and recommendations. I'd definitely come here again for a quick bite before a flight!

Was just ok, nothing bad but nothing great. I ordered: 5 wings no sauce, 5 wings mild and 5 wings hot. I received: 10 wings no sauce and 5 wings mild Potato wedges were good. Onion rings were forgettable.

Service is terrible waited for over 12 minutes for someone to take my order. No they were not busy The servers were all standing around talking.

We got sat down and waited for 15 min without anyone taking our drinks. People came in and other tables were getting their drinks while we still sat there with no drinks. Asked for manager and told him and our waitress was still talking to the same table because they knew each other so clearly she was there longer. We ended up leaving.

I was surprised that this place only has 3 stars. We ate here alllll the time during Covid. Especially on Tuesdays. We would order 50 wings- get 100 and would eat in it for days. They are extremely consistent with their food, even location to location. Service is always good. My husband and I love coming here. Especially for lunch. You can not beat their lunch specials. 9.99 with a drink! I always get the same thing the Dirty Bird. Though- I call it the dirty girl. She is so filthy. The absolute dirtiest sandwhich. She's always got the largest piece of chicken. She do not disappoint. I get her with their jalapeño sourdough. It's truly DIVINE. I'm petitioning for them to re call it the Dirty Girl. Their kids portions are great for the price- also comes with a drink and ice cream. I have zero complaints and it's 10/10 for me.

Came in to Big City Wings and was extremely disappointed not to see my favorite Bartender, Abigail. Her service is like you're sitting at a 5 star restaurant. I'll be back!

Gave this place another try after my first attempt wasn't spectacular or even really good. Perhaps it was the double whammy of ordering brunch items on a weekday, but I was underwhelmed. We've been to other locations and enjoyed the food so today we tried it again. My husband ordered the 15 piece wing and they mixed his sauces however he had plenty of dipping sauce so that was a win! I ordered the street taco fries and they correctly substituted for sweet potato fries. Definitely recommend the fry options to share. For some reason this location didn't allow us to order the chicken avocado egg rolls for delivery but we had more than enough food to hold us. Good place for takeout ir dining in watching sports.

I love chicken wings wet or dry, anytime, anywhere. Quick grab and go or sit back relax and watch a game, this place always supplies me with my addiction for them wings.

Laura is an amazing bartender, super friendly and attentive. Rodney is a great example to his employees; I have not seen him stop working since we have sat down! I will definitely come back to this location as long as he is manager. Best City Wings that I've been to! I enjoy the vibes!

Very goood Kenneth the GM hooked me up & fixed my service go during the day , I definitely will be back thanks to the chef/cook cause last nights experience was a 1 star hard fries cold chicken rude management very dismissive & im coming here to pay and your being rude is crazy but my problem was solved & very nice host thank you

This place definitely deserves better than 3 stars. I've had take out and eaten in. The food is always good. Getting wings crispy isn't always easy but they do it here well. My take out orders have always been right. If there was a knock on this place, the wait staff can be a little inattentive at times. But it's also usually pretty busy. As hot sauce goes, it is tasty but not really that hot. If you like your hot wings spicy, go the next level up from regular hot. This is a great place to watch the game and eat some good wings. I've been there quite a few times with no real issues.

Had the chicken sandwich which was just okay. Also had the sweet potato fries which were extremely bland. Ordered a drink which the bartender forgot I ordered but she made up for it and the drink was pretty good. I might go back just to try the wings. The atmosphere was relaxed also.

Big City Wings in Fall Creek is always great, food is hot and fresh and service is top notch. Awesome place to watch a game and have some food!

We will drive to this location even though it is out of our way and the other one is closer to the inside is nice and their food always comes out great. Whatever the reason is, their wings come out SO MUCH BETTER than the other location. We've never had any issues, today me and my mom went here for lunch. We sat for around 10 minutes without being acknowledged or any server coming up to us. They were by no means busy at all and we were ready just to walk out. Then Lowell came and noticed we had not been helped yet and decided to take us under his wing. He was GREAT and so friendly and got things done and even helped us with the menu (we aren't normally there for lunch hours but helped us navigate to it which ended up being cheaper with more). When we go back we hope to see him there again!! The inside is very nice and updated. They always have something new on the menu and calendars to keep up with all of the sports and when you can come and watch.

Normally the fall creek location is good. Tonight not so much. We were seated for about 12 min and had several servers never even recognized us. We got up and left. As we left spoke to head waitress and hostess. Both could have cared less that we left.

Oooo I'm sooo mad. I always get fried Oreos from the location off mesa and they give me whip cream and ice cream and they actually fry all the Oreos. I got home so excited to eat my Oreos with the ice cream an this is all they gave me. THEY BARELY BATTERED THE OREOS andddd they didn't even fry one.

Our bartender was amazing! The food was good and the vibe was sports bar chill. I'd say Big City Wings brought the magic. My brother came into town for work and wanted to grab a quick bite. I have been wanting to try this place so it was perfect. We had the spicy lemon ranch, which is lemon pepper tossed with a dry ranch mix, regular lemon pepper, mango habanero, and their gold fever which had hints of honey mustard and bbq. All of the wings had a nice flavor. We happened to go on a night that they had a special, so it was double for our trouble AND $3 long islands. The drinks were yummy but lightweight...just nice flavor. I will be heading back to try one of the 20 other flavor of wings offered!

The food is amazing and fresh every time. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. Anytime I go I get really good service.

Went with a large group for "BOGO Tuesday" wings. The food was delicious and served quickly. Our waitress seemed new and didn't point out some specials ($3 Long Islands until 6:30), but since others in the group knew about these "off menu" deals, we asked for them. Waitress also didn't talk about BOGO wings, but once we ordered them, she knew. I would chalk her lack of daily specials up to being new because she was very nice and attentive. The food was hot and very tasty! They have more flavors than any other wing place I have ever been!

This place was good when it first open now it's completely trash the customer service sucks, with the kids that work there.

My husband and I tried this place for our Friday family dinner with our 2 boys. Food is really good. We had the potato skins as appetizer..they were good. My husband I shared the monster wing basket and fries. It was well seasoned and tasted good. On Fridays, all house margaritas are $5 until close which is a mommy's dream lol. All in all we be putting this into our Friday family rotation. Service was great and atmosphere was good for families well at least between 545-7pm.

Bad service I waited 30 minutes for assistance never came not even to get my drinks or my food !!!!

The people that leave anything more than 3 stars or better either work here or are AI bots, we've came here multiple times as we live in the neighborhood and 70% of the time they get the order wrong or have the worst attitude. I'm not into leaving bad reviews but it is what it is. It's widely known by people who come here as "big sh**** wings" only reason people come here is there is no other option. Unfortunately.

The food is great. Nice selection of burgers. the wings are good and this is my go to spot for fried pickles. The ambiance is nice since they remodeled. Much brighter and more open. Bar staff always provides great and friendly service. Waitresses are hit or miss on service.

They're wings are awesome! I never have a problem with my order coming from this place! I've frequently been to this restaurant and ordered delivery from them. I never have a problem with either and the staff is friendly.

I sat for 7 mins without a server coming to greet or acknowledge my presence. I came in mid-afternoon time. This Big City Wings is very unprofessional and sloppy. The bathroom has tissue all over the floor, sink has water all over it, a server is wearing a mid drift shift as a make shift uniform. Employees are gathered in a huddle giggling but none of the task needed to have a presentable appearance for a restaurant (especially not being busy) is being taken care of.

Conveniently located in Fall Creek. Can't beat the wings, burgers, and cold happy hour beer!

I wrote the first review of this place over a year ago. It's time for an update. I've taken away a star. (For whatever impact that makes :-( ) This is still a convenient hang-out for locals. It's not a destination. The food is mediocre and I've heard literally hundreds of customers make the same comment. The service from the employees is good. Most of them are on the ball and make an effort to deliver good service. The management, however, is a different story. There has been a revolving door of managers who seem to be in a competition to alienate customers and aggravate employees. I won't name names. I 'll also say that there have been a few good managers (out of dozens). I come here a few times a week. I may pay for writing this review, but I think it's s constructive criticism. - This is not a sports bar. I mistakenly made that claim in my first review. - Very few people know how to operate the televisions. - That doesn't matter because they refuse to show any sports (with audio) if it isn't a Houston team. - This policy applies to NBA finals games, NFL pre-season games, play-off's across the board, anything - even if 20 of the 25 customers want to watch a game- Even if there are no Houston teams playing. I've left many times to go watch semi-finals and finals for major league sports elsewhere because they are playing some tired old pop music channel instead of the national game of interest. I understand that they can't pick and choose between different fan bases every day. In general their policy makes sense. But they don't even make exceptions for things like game 7 of the NBA Eastern conference championship. Come on!! Don't come here unless you want to watch a Houston team. I mean it. You might want to eat first too!

Fried Mac is bomb wings are good, waffle fries are nice and crispy! Customer service is great! Happy hour and lunch specials are awesome! Bartenders are cool! Very quick to suggest menu items, flavors drinks etc. always a good time

Visited this place on a short trip to Houston (not from the area) the wings were very good according to my boyfriend but, I had the burger and the meat was very good and juice and the fries were very good too. I really liked the sirracha ketchup they had.

This place has by far left me some of the worst restaurant experiences of my entire life, came here to "enjoy" wings with my family & I was not greeted at the door, we stood there for at least 7 minutes until one of the bartenders asked if we needed to be sat. The drinks they promote are not worth the money, terrible working staff, they had bugs crawling on our booths and I allowed a manager to know but they claimed they didn't see anything. I am just at loss of words... DO NOT eat here.

The food is really good, 5 stars! The wait and staff though is not. They are very "there's no need to rush, I'll get it to it eventually ". Never get greeted when you enter. Seems like a place you already need to know the ropes for. I have only order over the phone to-go and this is my experience. I can't imagine how sot down service is.

This place was awesome with great food , atmosphere and very clean and the waitresses were very polite and attentive especially Lora she was excellent this place is must try you won't be dissatisfied

First time eating here and the service has been great. I was able to order all flats and the wings are a great size and are crispy! Ranch is also amazing. The staff is friendly and Lisa stopped by the table to make sure everything was going good. Will definitely come back.

Service was good, after getting to my last wing it was raw and I pointed it out and they still had me pay for the potential salmonella I could have been digested. I did at least get an apology about the under cooked chicken. My date at least loved his fully cooked wings. He said they were really good. Dill spears great and fries a bit hard.

Wasn't impressed with food my first time but it was take out. 2nd time got seated and waited over 20 minutes for the waiter to show up and he never did. We had to walk out. I wonder if the 2 other groups that showed up at the same time we did stayed waiting for someone to take their drink orders.

Sophie was my waitress this afternoon and let me state that she gave a wonderful experience I was pleasantly impressed by her. Definitely will be coming back.

The service was great but not perfect. The food was good but I didn't like the homemade ranch but y'all might like it. The place itself had a good vibe.

First time trying this restaurant and this will be my last!! Waitress was very slow. I ordered a drink and she forgot it twice!! Food came out and I still didn't have my drink! To add insult to injury our order was wrong so we had to wait for them to remake it. The sauce was not good, the fries were too salty..left the whole meal there. The manager came over and instead of apologizing he made a very condescending remark "well we got the food out fast so what's the problem?" Now you're the problem because I rate this experience a 0.0!! Had to order a pizza on the way home.

We stumbled across this place while looking for a dinner spot near our hotel.. wow!! They have a huge menu, great drinks and great service! It was so good, we went back two weeks later while in town again. The dumpster fries are my favorite! The wings are great as well. Their mixed drinks are really good and they have a big drink menu. TVs all over the place showing every sport you can think of. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

So it was the first time going there is was soooo good I ordered Wings crawfish and a burger and if was well cooked everything was great love it

I'm not sure how long this location has been open but a lot of work needs to happen. The best news is the food we ordered came out relatively quickly and was good. So the kitchen was in order. Bar staff, wait staff, hostess and manager all need serious help! We waited about 10 minutes standing at the door with 4 other groups of people to be seated while the hostess not only put tables together and move chairs around for a large arty but also had to clean the tables she brought together. The manager saw her multiple times struggling and just continued talking to people and wandering around. When we finally got seated we waited 15 minutes for a waitress to give us attention (and the other tables had same issue). We watched a bar tender stand in the same position all night just talking to 3 guys without ever pouring a drink while the bar area was full. The manager stopped waitresses with full trays of food to chat to them about ??? all the while the food cooled. The poor waitresses had no tray holders to set the large trays on so they struggled. The absolute only reason we'd go back was for the food but we'll wait a bit to see if they work some kinks out.
