I would advise management to take much more time in the training of your staff as the service I experienced today in trying to pick up a simple to go order was absolutely inept and totally lacking of any training. Called in an order. Had to repeat the order 5 times over the phone. Arrived to pick it up and no one was at the pick up counter as they were all watching TV and I was completely ignored for at least 10 minutes. There were maybe 5 patrons in the entire restaurant but as many as a dozen waitstaff and mgmt loitering around. After finally getting the attention of someone, they checked on my food and of course, it was not ready! When they did bring it, one order of wings was missing and was never included in the order to begin with, even after I had reviewed it with the person who answered the phone 5 times! I was also put on hold for 5 minutes ( probably while they finished watching the TV show they were watching!!). It took another 15 minutes for them to get my 5 plain drums to me! This is a wing place right? 15 minutes to get 5 wings. I then left, but when I got home there were know condiments included in my order, that is, no ranch, no sour crème, no blue cheese. So, I drove back to BCW and low and behold, there my condiments sat behind the counter completely ignored! I then asked for a mgr who arrived and just stood wide-eyed looking at me and said nothing, no apology, no we’ll give you a refund for the wings that were missed! Nothing said! Nada!! Not one word from this person!! I live in Fall Creek. If I owned this restaurant I would be making changes or at least find intelligent folks who care and train them! I assume it is difficult to find employees to fill the bill. Never ever have I left a review like this in my life, but the ridiculousness of this event prompted me to let all know about what occurred. BTW: By the time I got home (the 2nd time) the food was cold!
