We knew we wanted pies instead of cake, so when we found Big Fish Cake Studio and shared our thoughts with Gabby, we were absolutely thrilled to find that not only was she happy to make our wedding pies, but she also came up with some amazing ideas for summer pies! When we went to the tasting, I was completely floored by how delicious they all were. We had: lemon meringue pie w/ homemade graham cracker crust, mixed berry lattice pie, pear + apple + cardamom pie, chocolate cream pie, and my favorite: peach bellini pie! We actually ordered so much that we had plenty of pie for days afterwards (which I was actually glad for, because I didn't actually get to each much on the day!), and they held up really well even days later. I am still DREAMING about these pies, and will probably dream about them for the rest of my life. SO GOOD. Thank you so much!!!!! (photos by Natalia Provencher Photography)
