Big Fish Cake Studio absolutely nailed our vision for whimsical, fun wedding cake. We envisioned a long rectangular cake with bold, playful decorations…and ended up with three, long rectangular cakes with bold, playful decorations, because we couldn’t choose just a single option. Gabby is so talented - the frosting literally glimmered AND the cakes were insanely delicious. One of our favorite memories is standing in the venue kitchen the morning after the wedding, eating leftover cake for breakfast. We took leftovers with us on our minimoon because we couldn’t bear to leave it behind. Gabby is so talented, so creative, and wonderful to work with.

Big Fish Cake Studio (Gabrielle) was the purveyor of our dessert table for our wedding - which included lovely cupcakes and the sweetest 2 tier "mini" cake! But 1st - let's talk about the process to get us to the wedding and - most importantly - the tasting! We arrived at the studio and were met with the sweetest set-up and the best "vibe". A platter of mini cakes and a huge tray of buttercreams and fillings... um, say what?!?!?!?! We spent the next hour or so walking through different flavor combinations, talking about our favorite combos, etc... This was the most amazing experience and the main reason why we chose to move forward with Big Fish. Gabrielle believes in what she is doing... she is passionate about cake and creating delicious moments for her customers... and she cares as equally about the aesthetic! Fast forward to the wedding day... beautiful cupcakes with edible florals... and the sweetest cake. Gabrielle decorated the cakes so beautifully and masterfully placed the figurines we provided of our 4 legged family that could not be with us on the cakes, along with beautiful florals and so much beauty. The cupcakes were so delicious that Greg & I didn't get a cupcake... but that's a GOOD problem to have! We did have cake and it was absolute perfection. If you have the opportunity to work with Big Fish... do it.

Gabby created an amazing cake for our baby shower!! I sent some inspiration pictures and the color scheme for our shower and Gabby created a cake better than I could have imagined! There were endless compliments on how beautiful it was and even more once we cut into it to eat! Everything about it was perfect- the painted flowers, the real flowers, the incredible raspberry filling, lemon & frosting. We can’t thank you enough!!!

My fiancé and I felt truly blessed to have the opportunity to have worked with the amazing Gabby from Big Fish Cake Studio for our wedding day. From our meet and greet with our first tasting to the planning process during the upcoming months of our wedding, it was endless fun enjoy working with Gabby! My fiancé and I were left speechless by the beautiful dessert display, cupcakes, and ceremonial/sweetheart cake she made for our special day! Our guests complimented us endlessly with the beautiful looks and taste of our desserts! Gabby herself is very kind, professional, and has a very bubbly, outgoing, personality! She is truly an amazing and gifted artist! I will recommend her to everyone and I look forward to to having her bake for us in the future!

Gabbie did our wedding cupcakes and not only were they beautiful but they tasted AMAZING!! She is wonderful to work with! Very responsive and easy to reach!! The way she does the cake tasting is also very fun!!

Gabrielle created my dream cake. She was so easy to work with. The planning process was smooth. She came up with numerous creative flavors to choose from. Most importantly the cake was delicious!

Gabby created a dream cake for my wedding! We had a tasting prior to our wedding that was so fun and helpful in deciding what flavors and style cake we wanted. She brought our celestial cake vision to life and it was more amazing than I could have imagined! Gabby incorporated song lyrics seamlessly into the cake that meant so much to my husband and I. The macarons were also to die for! Thank you Gabby!

We knew we wanted pies instead of cake, so when we found Big Fish Cake Studio and shared our thoughts with Gabby, we were absolutely thrilled to find that not only was she happy to make our wedding pies, but she also came up with some amazing ideas for summer pies! When we went to the tasting, I was completely floored by how delicious they all were. We had: lemon meringue pie w/ homemade graham cracker crust, mixed berry lattice pie, pear + apple + cardamom pie, chocolate cream pie, and my favorite: peach bellini pie! We actually ordered so much that we had plenty of pie for days afterwards (which I was actually glad for, because I didn't actually get to each much on the day!), and they held up really well even days later.
