The food was good. I personally am not a seafood eater so I got the flatbread. It was good. The service we had was not the best. I had to ask for my drink a couple of times and which the server said "Oh right, I'll check on that".

Delicious food at reasonable prices for an upscale restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Good place for a business meeting or date.

This is a great place to have a fine dinner, lunch or work outing. The seafood is fresh and they have many options. The food and service are excellent! I have had a number of holiday outings at Big Fish and the team has loved it. The last one was a much larger group and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter was super friendly, quick, and helpful. He offered a great dry red wine for me and brought our food out promptly. Everything was delicious and portioned perfectly. The only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is that the vegetables were a little under done. Too crunchy for my taste. But everything else was delightful all the way down to the Irish Coffee at the end of dinner.

Disappointed! Half the menu was not available due to bad logistics we assume (very busy weekend they mentioned). However when you reserve for 15 people you should mention you are out of the main dishes. Food was cold, music too loud and chairs just stored all over the place like a back room. Very dusty. The waitress screaming out the specials at our party instead of being more friendly and telling the people in a nice manner. Overpriced!

Unfortunately let’s just say the pics were taken BEFORE actually tasting it. My steak was ordered medium well and when presented to my by the waiter I didn’t cut into it and told him it was okay. But when I cut into my medium well steak is was burnt and very dry. When complaining about it since I couldn’t chew it the supervisor asked if I had said it was okay when presented to me. I said yes I did but when I removed the 1/2 lb of fried onions off the steak is when I noticed. They were kind enough to remove the steak from my bill as I wasn’t even in a mood to wait for another. I didn’t even begin to complain about the crab legs. They gave me 3 nice legs and 2 slightly defective legs u could tell weren’t from the same crab. I think that’s why it’s so dark in there and we went around 4pm. All the while being mildly harassed by your server to join some dining club that cost money to earn rewards. The 3rd star was because they gave me no headache about returning the steak. Not my cup tea, will not be returning

My first time going was Wednesday went to a birthday dinner it was only eight of us and the place was not busy the wait was ridiculously long. The waiter was nice but couldn’t handle the party. We waited so long, our dinner came out with the appetizers. There was requests for additional dressings and sauces we never received ask the waiter multiple times he never remembered anything. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars was the firecracker shrimp they were absolutely delicious. I had the fish it was terrible. But those shrimp will be the only reason I would even think about returning.

I wish I had visited this diner sooner! They serve breakfast all day, and it's fantastic. The chopped steak was ok, but I definitely preferred the breakfast. The prices are incredibly affordable and the wait staff is incredibly helpful, patient. Definitely worth it for the soup bar, also.
