Big Gay Ice Cream

Small place with simple flavors. Like everyone else, I too was hoping for a special, positive, or unique experience……not. Unfortunately it was only one worker and he had an attitude. They were only excepting cash but did enjoy my ice cream nothing too special but if you don’t mind the weight or the sass then go for it

Second time I have this ice cream but I remember it was much better. Line was too long. Super kind staff but so slow. Weekly flavors were “ran out/machine not working.” Ice cream was alright nothing special. It melted so so fast.

If you're in the mood to be ripped off by small servings, served by a clinically depressed teenager this is the place for you. My wife loved the vanilla, the rocky road was... save for money and go with mr softee... then again serves me right for going to an ice cream shop in December.

5 stars service, I hope the guy gets paid well. Very kind and friendly to everyone. Ice cream was good, I wish there were more flavors though.

Ice cream was not big nor was the experience happy. Ordered a chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles. I get handed a twist with sprinkles. Ask her to please remake. Get dirty look and a new chocolate cone that was considerably smaller. lol. Okay... hubby got a sundae. Also underwhelming. I think a McFlurry tastes better.

Not the best ice cream - banana flavour couldn’t be more artificial - tasted zero banana and 100% sugar. Also, the cashier had an attitude. There are way better hand made Italian gelato for the same price. Even groceries stores’ ice cream are better - get yourself a pint of Ben & Jerry instead.

First thing is it’s sad to know this is the only location open. I miss the one in the west village even with the long lines outside their establishment. Excited to take my partner here but the ice cream flavors are not many. I feel like they only have vanilla flavored ice cream with different toppings. If you want a different cone you need to ASK for it because i assumed they would give me mine in a waffle cone and they did not. I was told I needed to ask. Another thing we notice is that the employees there are not knowledgeable of what type of cones they have. We asked for a “sugar” cone and was given a regular wafer cone. Overall the location is in a nice area you get to walk around they even have a little swing seat which is very cute and romantic. The staff was nice and gave personal recommendations but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.

Ice cream was really smooth and tasty my husband and I really enjoyed it! I was hoping For a really unique experience when i entered but did not get that. Prices are reasonable
