Never Going Back Again
The food was somewhat decent? but the service was shockingly poor — easily the worst I’ve ever experienced at any bar or restaurant.😂
When I ordered wine and champagne, the staff just dropped the glasses on the table without a single explanation. One glass costed even over 20,000 KRW, yet there was no description, no introduction, nothing. Other tables received full explanations and even saw the bottles, which made me wonder why we were treated differently.
It didn’t stop there. I ordered four dishes, and not one was explained, while the tables next to and behind us were given detailed descriptions. When I asked about it, the staff blamed it on being scared of a dog at the next table — yet somehow managed to explain everything perfectly to that same table with the dog.
As someone working in hospitality, that’s not a valid excuse. If they had skipped explanations for all tables near the dog, I might have understood — but that wasn’t the case, which made it even more frustrating.
As someone who values basic respect and professionalism, I found the whole experience unacceptable. I left feeling upset and disrespected. I won’t be returning.
