Delicious. Seems like a great atmosphere. Went during off hours (only reason it isn't five stars for service is because I have no idea what service is like during busy times) - our service was attentive and kind. Food was delicious

Google
I was in Westminster and had to go here. I used to live nearby and have not been back in a few years. It was exactly as amazing as it used to be. Service was top-notch. Seafood was fresh as always. If you are anywhere near here, you must stop! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Google
Great food as always. Our server was very nice. Jack and Jill shrimp was fried just right and great in the white sauce they give with it. The raw oysters that were on Sunday special were very fresh. Got the brown bag swordfish. Will say the jerk sauce is NOT for everyone. It is pretty spicy but delicious. The rice and Brussel sprouts are perfect sides. Never got a steak here before this but the tenderloin was amazing! Cut like butter and had amazing flavor. The king crab was sweet and meaty. Thank you big mac and little lu for always giving us a good time when we come to visit ❤️

Google
This place is amazing! Their menu is mind blowing, the food is to die for, and the staff and service is top notch! This place has become a favorite to my husband and I! The lobster Mac is my favorite! My husband loves the lobster rolls!

Google
Big Mac and little Lu is the best so delicious the staff was so nice I enjoyed the food so much I came home and had to make a review my recommendations for these places to anyone who loves seafood great restaurants great staff and great food

Google
Good food, server was average. Cute unique place in Colorado for seafood. One of us split the Surf and Turf with steak and king crab. Steak was cooked great but the snow crab would have had more flavor. Pasta was great. Huge portion. Took some home. Fish and chips was GREAT! Get the calamari! Skip the bread pudding. HUGE disappointment there. $200 for 5 of us including apps and dessert. A little over prices for the casual environment but a nice seafood treat.

Google
Had the fish tacos with blacked grouper. Very good but not outstanding. Our waitress did a great job with the water glasses (but it wasn't busy so YMMV) and wandered by frequently without interrupting. Much appreciated.

We drive 260 miles ( one way) to eat here whenever we can. So good.

Yelp
I had a great shrimp Po'boy but the conch fritters were not very good (too chewy for my taste).

Yelp
Been there a hundred times and everything was always wonderful. But today was bad. Waitress was not friendly at all, food was very Bland, Calamari was rubbery and tasted like it was microwaved. Lobster bisque was Bland in the pass it had little chunks of Lobster. Ordered a blackberry sangria not sure what u received, in the pass they put blackberry in it not this time. Hopefully next time we visit it will be better.

Yelp
Had the hot lobster roll and the mussels/fries. Lobster roll was good but just a tad dry. Neither was coastal fresh or juicy but for a landlocked area, it was fine. The only thing id add is you wind up with a lot of sauce from the mussels but not enough to mip it ip with as it was good. All in all a good meal at a reasonable price and didnt leave hungry .

Yelp
Waitress was very nice and attentive. Love the decor on the walls with the personal pictures and fake fish. Our favorite was the crab cakes! They were filled to the brim with crab, barely any filler! The pineapple chutney was different than what we are used to.

Yelp
Stopped by for a family lunch and everyone enjoyed their food. There was one other large party and a couple of small groups and the 2 servers handled everything perfectly. The menu has something for everyone and it was all fresh and good portions. They have a variety of lunch specials along with appetizers and entrees. The restaurant takes the "sea" theming very seriously and the youngest kiddo loved looking at all the fish on the walls. The market area sells fresh fish/seafood to take home and my son in law bought scallops to make for dinner. This restaurant is a must for fish/seafood lovers.

Yelp
The staff were nice. The food and drinks were very very bad. I don't now how they managed to put Malibu into my mojito. Stay far away from the lobster roll. Maybe just got to Chilis.

Yelp
We love oysters. So this is close to our house, and they have fresh east coast oysters. The server always kind to replace 1-2 oysters that do not look fresh with no charge. The ambiance is great, servers are always welcoming. It is one of our regular restaurants now

Salina W.

Yelp
Best seafood restaurant on the North side of town. Sit down or takeout. Excellent service. I highly recommend.

Yelp
We use to eat here all the time then it was bad. Decided to try again, 2 years later We'll actually worse. The clams were dirty and smelled weird, my kids fish sticks were soaking in grease. I've been home for 30 minutes and already used the bathroom twice! The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Avoid

Yelp
This place is amazing and offers the most fresh seafood in the Denver area! The service was great too. We will be back every couple of weeks now, it's THAT good and fresh! The restaurant is very chill and takes me back to the Caribbean! We loved it.

Yelp
Being a primary seafood place. At quick glance it looks ok. Got the appearance like you will enter an establishment with quality seafood. That's not the case at all. I observed the food through all their viewing glass and to be honest, the only thing that would make this a good seafood place is for convenience. The quality of the food is subpar at best. The oysters were a joke.... Smallest oysters I've ever encountered and definitely not worth the money. Customer I sat next to explicitly told me he stop going there for oysters and gave recommendations else while inside the seafood restaurant. He even made it a point to highlight that it's a good price for their oyster happy hour at $1.50........ but when they are that small it's still not worth it.... Ouch. For me this place I do. It recommend..... I mean if you order 6 oysters and they are too small, staff knows it when they serve it and does nothing about it... ya go somewhere else.

Yelp
Nice quaint little place a bit off the highway with great service. Easy to get a table on a Saturday night which was refreshing. Had the mussels to start with which were pretty good. For dinner had lobster bisque with surf and turf. The lobster bisque had no lobster in it and tasted badly. King crab legs were excellent and the filet was a sad thin little 7oz but cooked to perfection. Avoid the bisque.

Yelp
Celebrating a new job and I wanted some Calamari. My hubby found Big Mac & Little Lu's. We tried them out for a Wednesday lunch. The Yelp map location is misleading. We walked around to find it. The front sign is shrouded by a very big tree. The Calamari appetizer was very good! I really enjoyed the accompanying white sauce. I got the Shrimp Po Boy. At first, I was thinking that the mayo spread was too thin, but it was perfect!! The richness of the fried shrimp, with the freshness of the lettuce and tomato, and the flavor of the spread was excellent, especially all in one bite!! The house-made potato chips were really good! He got the Fried Gulf Shrimp Basket. The Gulf Shrimp are probably in the jumbo size range. He really appreciated the horseradish in the cocktail sauce. A nice spark of heat! The service was great. As the place had about 10 other customers, we were allowed to pick our seating. Service was prompt. The food came out quickly! We will be coming back!!

Yelp
I'll give these folks four stars! Read to the end to see why they lost a star! With a recommendation that you should def check them out! The Food: I had a Caesar salad, some oysters, and a lobster roll! Cesar salad was good! Nice, creamy dressings and a good robust flavor. I'm assuming they used anchovies but not 100% sure. Oysters tasted fresh! Nothing fancy but tasty nonetheless. Now, the moment you're all waiting for. How was the lobster roll? Well, it was tasty. I thought it had a good flavor and I actually loved the flavor of the bread. It really complimented the lobster. My friend mentioned that last time he went the lobster roll had way too much butter, I ordered it with light butter. Just a heads up! Pricing was pretty high. The entrees were super high in price but when I looked around I didn't think the plates looked all that special. I imagine the price is high for importing the seafood. The plates reminded me of what you would get at a seafood shack in Martha's Vineyard or Maine. Not a fancy place though. Our server was on top of it and provided us with good service and quick too. It was busy and he did a nice job. Now, I try my best to give everyone five stars but I took a star off because when they were cleaning the table next to us, they dropped a bowl of mussels and the remaining mussels and juices flew everyone and were all over the floor. Like in obvious plain sight. The next couple that was seated there, the girl def noticed and I heard her say it was gross and on the table. I looked over and felt bad for them as they were mussels by her feet. For a place charging so much money I would expect more. I mean, making a mistake and dropping food is fine. But not taking time to clean it up properly and leaving mussels and mussel juice all over the floor is kind of gross.

Yelp
Amazingly fresh seafood! The Service was excellent and we were impressed with the portion size! Definitely coming back!!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of years. My husband asked me if I wanted to go somewhere nice which is not the norm, so I decided on this place finally. EVERYTHING was excellent. We both had surf n turf. I had the snow crab and it was so sweet and delicious. My steak was cooked so well it melted in my mouth. My husband was happy with his meal also. The atmosphere, music, service and food was excellent. We found a new sea food place that is close by and local. Love it. Will be back

Yelp
Our first time here and dinner was great. Service is friendly and efficient. We started with raw oysters and then ordered meals. I dont remember what everyone had but I had king crab legs, delicious. We will definitely return.

Yelp
great food I enjoy the variety and the service. Never have been disappointed in the many times I have went here

Yelp
This place is great! Everything we had, the lobster roll, the mahi mahi fish & chips, the lobster bisque- all 4.5 star or better. We actually were planning on stopping at the sushi place across the street and we saw this place, looked it up & thought we'd give it a go!! I'm glad we tried it, I'd definitely return. Seafood is expensive by nature but if you can spend a few bucks you should be pretty happy. The place itself is interesting, it's a restaurant and a seafood market in one. The vibe is nice but it's not a fine dining ambience. The service was fine, the waitress checked on us a few times. Overall, I was impressed, the fish & chips in particular was really good. I recommend this spot, and as Arnold would say: "I'll be back." Happy eating.

Kourtney B.

Yelp
Unfortunately on two visits recently the food was terrible - oysters weren't shucked, and had large chunks of shell and dirt, the rest of the food was greasy or not cooked properly. They used to do a good job so wanted to give them a second chance. I hate leaving a bad review but in person feedback didn't help, maybe this will inspire them to properly train staff to shuck oysters at a seafood restaurant. I don't know what changed but the quality has really gone down hill.

Yelp
The best local fresh sea food, flown in from Florida! Friendly staff and kid friendly atmosphere. I also aam blessed that it is right across from the cryotherapy studio so I can pop in for lunch!
google avatar

Danielle L.

Yelp
Okay, idk why I haven't tried this place earlier. I like this local spot that's family owned. Cute family photos all over and their story coming here from Florida is sweet. Their seafood is fresh and the mussels were good. The fries.. delish. I could eat those in a giant bucket. Service here was friendly and helpful. You in the mood for some seafood? Try this place. Cause I'll be coming back to try that seafood pasta too.
google avatar

Renee M.

Yelp
Best lobster bisque ever! Super fresh seafood-glass case with items on ice as you enter. This place looks causal but the full experience is truly elevated. Service very attentive. Flavor bursts from every item. We shared shrimp fritters with a tangy sauce. Hubby loved his shrimp poor boy. I debated over several items as everything coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous! Fun outdoor tables as well as a counter bar. I want to eat my way thru the full menu. Definitely will return!

Yelp
I would rate it a C+ or B- as far as overall food and service. We came on a midday Saturday and place was busy inside they put us on the heated patio and it was hard getting anything. We had no napkins, no flatware, we ordered Tea and no sweetener. We asked to start with an appetizer of Oysters and it came with our entrees (still no flatware). The Caribbean Snapper sounded good but it fell flat it was white rice, cold broccoli and a tasteless snapper with what they said was Chimichurri on plate but tasted more pesto than chimichurri to me. My guest got the fish and chips which was super hot and very tasty. Did not love the seasoned fries but eh what are you gonna do. It was hard to get anyone's attention being out on patio for more water or drinks. I wish they checked on us more. I would say if you live in area it's an ok option but we drove across town to try and left underwhelmed.

Kathy R.

Yelp
We went here for our 42 wedding anniversary! We started by enjoying some fresh mussels and oysters as an appetizer. We each ordered a live maine lobster. The lobster was amazing, fresh and cooked perfect. This restaurant has never disappointed us. Every time we go to this restaurant is clean, staff friendly, great service and best of all amazing seafood. Jasmine, waitress, was a great server. She was timely, attentive and our food was hot and amazing. THANK YOU JASMINE!! We are already talking about when we will go back and what we will try next. They have an amazing seafood counter so we may get some fresh seafood to cook at home.

Yelp
Came here Sunday night and we were able to easily find seating. Service was good. I got the tuna poke and lobster bisque soup. The lobster bisque had real lobster bits which was nice. Both were delicious. Prices were good for the portions.
google avatar

Yelp
Great seafood! It's a laid back restaurant in the burbs. They have indoor and outdoor seating plus a bar. Service was prompt and she provided great recommendations. Their menu is huge, something for everyone! We tried the hogfish and the salmon salad. Both were delicious. I'd like to come back for lunch sometime!

T S.

Yelp
Seafood is extremely fresh. The atmosphere is very casual and the servers are quick and efficient. With very few options for seafood in the Denver area this is a solid choice.

Yelp
Was visiting Broomfield for a class reunion back in September 24. Found this gem, because I was craving king crab. Man did I find it. Ended going there 3 times during the week visit. First off, very reasonable price, and the crab was outstanding, size, taste, and freshness. I highly recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! We go there occasionally for dinner but more often for lunch. I have to mention the kids menu - because if the kids are happy, adults are happy. It was a generous serving of pasta noodles with French fries. We have different seafood items each time we go. Steak usually is disappointing- so would recommend you avoid the steak. It's over cooked and just too tough - even for a tenderloin. Of course as a seafood place, get the seafood!
google avatar

Kelley M.

Yelp
We loved this place and look forward to going back. We recently moved to the area from the PNW and were worried about having easy access to quality seafood. We discovered here that not only is the restaurant menu packed with awesome seafood, but the full service seafood market is also a fantastic place to get things to take home. Loved the conch chowder and beach vibe. Will be back soon and have been telling everyone we meet!
google avatar

Christine D.

Yelp
We've been here a couple of times for lunch and had a great experience both times. We had kids with us and their kids meal was so cute! Service and food were also great. We will be back!

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was packed, but we were lucky enough to find three seats at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and quickly took our orders. We shared the jerk calamari, which was fantastic! It was not fried, just sautéed in a jerk sauce. I am salivating thinking of this dish! We also tried the lobster bisque, conch chowder, the ahi/mahi tacos, and the mussels in green curry sauce. All were delicious! I can't wait for my next visit so I can try more menu items!

Yelp
I was looking for a closer place to have oysters then Jax's in DT. I went on 9/11 had made HH. Which who doesn't love? Ordered six oysters & shrimp scampi. Not bad. I was about to order dinner but not after what felt like ten minutes had passed because service was slow. Service wasn't all bad. They one that helped the most was a women that had only been there for 3-4 months. I was in the industry for thirty plus years both in corporate restaurants & owning a mom and pop joint. Now I get we are become more of a cashless society. However, when a customer pays with cash. You round to their favor not to the restaurant. When I tried to reverse the transaction & pay with a card instead my main server complained under her breathe from three feet away. I didn't want to be that type of customer just being in the industry when I was that age

Yelp
Totally thought I was only getting the Rocky Mountain Oysters this trip to Denver, I was so pleasantly surprised to find this place in the mile high city. It feels like being in Florida walking in. I had the Conch chowder - the flavor was excellent and of course oysters. The interior was decorated with sweet family photos. Awesome joint!

Yelp
The food was amazing! The service was fast and friendly. And the pictures around the place were so great to see. I loved everything.

kenneth p.

Yelp
Shrimp was delicious. We moved from North Carolina coast so we know seafood. We were pleasantly surprised. Could not have asked for better service. Big smile.Very knowledgeable of the menu. Not too loud. Very comfortable. Will return SOON!!

Teodora M.

Yelp
OMG, such an absolute delicious place for seafood.... a MUST if you are in north Denver. Oysters were honestly better than what we had in Florida on last vacation. You should try this place, we loved the food and will definitely be back

Debbie A.

Yelp
I love the seafood and the weight at this restaurant. The prices are a little high, but it's quality food and it's always fresh. I would recommend this restaurant for someone wanting to try fresh seafood with some flavor.
google avatar

Yelp
Everything was great! Blackberry Sangria was good. Fish tacos featured Mahi Mahi and they were very good as well! Island Beer mussels come with creole fries that were seasoned very well! Hot and crispy! The lobster roll was great and came with possibly the best homemade chips I've ever had! Key lime pie was incredible! Everything was great! Ambiance is amazing! Its such a great little place! Beautiful inside with a great patio! Service was A+ Can't wait to try it again!

Pat R.

Yelp
The mussels were perfect. I will definitely eat there again. The service was great. We had a group of 8 and our server took lots of time explaining various dishes for those not familiar with seafood.
google avatar

Tricia K.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on my birthday day lured by the reviews of the hot lobster rolls. The roll was on a proper open top split roll and grilled on both sides. I was a bit disappointed in the meat which was clearly claw meat and not tail. Having lived in the Northeast for several years, I have had the real thing at many roadside seafood shacks. My sister had the mussels with fries which was a much better choice. I would come back but order something else. I guess lobster just isn't something you should order in the Rockies.
google avatar

Tiffani H.

Yelp
This is the best place in the area to grab sea food. They have a good happy hour menu and the food is always good. It's definitely a community favorite and worth going to when the craving for seafood hits. .
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
I love crab cakes, I found that there is no crab in their crab cakes. This was the third time I ordered this meal and all three times the crab cakes had no crab. The rest of the menu (that we've tried was good. I was told that sometimes there is crab, some times not, that's the luck of the draw. Not a good response.

Yelp
First time here, driven by here probably 10 times. Glad we stopped in. The dozen oysters were fabulous, fresh, tasted like they just came out of the sea. Drawback, dozen oysters, about 2 Tbsp cocktail sauce and about a 1/2 tsp of horseradish sauce. How about a small spoon or even a teaspoon to serve your self cocktail sauce and horseradish. I wish it came with a minuet sauce like Pappadeaux seafood kitchen. The almond crusted hogfish with rice and steamed broccoli. The fish was excellent, the rice was very flavorful, the steamed broccoli needs work, very, very under cooked, too crunchy. The basket of clam strips were severely overcooked. We did ask for less cooked clams strips and they delivered, no hesitation, replacement was excellent. The coleslaw was the worst under seasoned bowl of cabbage I've ever had. All in all, a pleasant experience and we'll be back. $$$$!

Lora N.

Yelp
We had dinner there last night. The calamari was rubbery and unflavored, we sent it back. Obviously we weren't the first, as the server asked if they were too tough. I had lobster bisque, it was like paste...not much better than the calamari. My husband had clam chowder, nice flavor but the clams were chewy too. I wanted to get some fresh fish to go to cook the next night, but decided against it as it seemed risky.
google avatar

D S.

Yelp
Absolutely fabulous. Everything is delicious. My favorite is always the hogfish if they have it. Portions perfect still enough to share a meal. Shrimp poorboy sandwich for lunch was amazing! Keylime pie yes! Great service not overly attentive. Ambience beach.

Yelp
We love this place! Delicious. Very knowledgeable staff, amazing food and a warm casual atmosphere. Love it

Yelp
Amazing seafood for a reasonable price. Being from the east coast, this place makes me feel like I'm back at home!
