We had the pleasure of working with Big Pig Barbecue for our “Fall in Love with Charter” renovation celebration, and they were incredible from start to finish. Their team arrived two hours early, set up seamlessly, and in no time had everything ready to go. The food was outstanding—tender brisket, juicy chicken, and perfectly seasoned pulled pork, with the smoky aroma filling our courtyard and sparking conversations. Their spread included baked beans, coleslaw, mac and cheese, a fresh garden salad, and the surprise stars of the table: their homemade pickles (and onions!). Big Pig truly thought of everything—plates, utensils, wet wipes, and even to-go containers—making it effortless for us to focus on our guests and enjoy the event. We’re already looking forward to booking them again for a pig roast in the future. And here’s a little bonus for my fellow vegetarians: they even offer a delicious pulled jackfruit dish. Highly recommended!

Outstanding to say the least. These guys work hard and the quality of the food shows! The brisket is fantastic, the burgers and dogs, the chicken, all solid. The sides pair great! Really nice crew and they were greatly accommodating for our surprise party. They were on time, provided everything needed, helped serve, couldn’t ask for more! Really 10/10 recommend them!

We recently had Big Pig Barbeque cater our company family Barbeque for 150 guests. They were excellent! They came in early and set up, cooked on site and handled everything from food to drinks to paper goods. They also handled the tent company and the alcohol company so I didn't have to deal with multiple vendors. Most importantly everyone raved about the food! I would definitely recommend them for your next event.

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a catered BBQ lunch at our company, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and—most importantly—delicious. The variety of meats and the sides were outstanding! everyone went back for seconds. The homemade BBQ sauces were amazing. The service was equally excellent. The catering team was prompt, professional, and friendly, making sure everything was set up seamlessly and that our team was well taken care of. My wife and I used Big Pig BBQ to cater our son’s birthday party for 40 guests. We ordered sausage, ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, and cornbread. This was a 10/10 BBQ experience. They packaged everything so we could heat it up the next day, gave us a full packet of reheating instructions, plenty of extra barbecue and other sauces, and even helped load everything into the car while explaining best practices. That kind of service goes a long way. And the food? Absolutely incredible. Every single person at the party was raving about it. The sausages were hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the ribs, chicken, and sides were right there on the same level. Nothing felt like an afterthought. We’re already planning to come back to Big Pig BBQ for lunch or dinner soon and will definitely look for excuses to order more catering from them. Highly recommend.

Best decision to hire to cater our end-of-the-year marina party in Salisbury. Big Pig was great to work with from start to finish. Chris was great to talk to and put 3 of his best guys to cater our event. The food was amazing it was a hit with all the guests! We had the Brisket , ribs pulled pork , mac and cheese , coleslaw, and cornbread and the flow was great to get the guests fed in a timely manner . Highly highly recommend and can't wait till they open in Salisbury in spring 2026 ! Thank you guys from Cove marina !!

Big Pig Barbecue did and amazing job at our wedding! Everyone raved about the food, and they managed to grill chicken perfectly even in an absolute downpour (with tents of course). They were professional, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out amazing. Highly recommend!

Big Pig BBQ catered a pig roast at our home, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Food, which also included sides, chicken, burgers, and dogs, was amazing across the board. Importantly, they were responsive, reliable, and completely hands-off for us, allowing us to enjoy the event instead of worrying about food. Everyone was a delight to work with, and extra kudos for packaging everything up, replete with boxes for guests to take. If/when we do this again, we know who to call.
