Big River Pizza Co

Good food, fair prices, 7 arcades for the kids. Cool fish decor to go along with the name. My only complaints are the $2.00 up charge for the request of drummies or flats only and the price difference up charge for using a card. I understand that there's a fee. If you want to pass it on to the consumer, post it on the door, the menu, the counter, or something so we know.

Atmosphere, family gathering spot, limited seating. Food wasn’t ready, had to wait additional 10 minutes, which wouldn’t be so bad if parking wasn’t so limited but overall the food was a 10!!!!

So for all the neighbors need beware I was a regular customer for the last 5 years. With this place and would spend anywhere from 50 to a $150. Depending on who was at our house And tonight, I order pizza. Within 5 minutes of me ordering online. They call me to tell me that they don't feel comfortable coming up My road cause I live on a hill. I told him not to worry about it. Go ahead and cancel the order. They did not like this. They said that they would go ahead and figure it out. They show up and all the pizza that was slid to one side of the box on both pizza and when I grab the salad out it was open and spilling everywhere in the bag so I took pictures and called up there to talk to the person in charge and he goes on to tell me about how they went The extra mile to get a different employees car because this employee's car couldn't make it up the hill. And that it was most likely my hill was the problem. Never in 5 years have I had this issue from ordering from big rivers, Jessie's or sorelli's? Customers beware . I feel This place is going downhill. I wish I could post the pictures.

I'm so happy to have a restaurant down the road that delivers in a winter storm!! Every slice was this loaded with toppings (meat lovers) Hot delivery in this type of weather!!! Getting the job done! Thank you!!

Food was good. My first time there. I got take out so I really didn't look around much. Workers were polite. In and out quick.

First time here. Got the 2 16inch pizzas, salad and cheese garlic bread deal. It was awesome. Food was ready and hot. In and out in a few minutes. Tasted great. Will be back!

Jeff is a world class business owner & I can’t say enough good things about him. The food here is great. My favorite personally are the wings. You will not find a better wing even remotely around this area. The foods great and the sense of community is even better!!!!

Food was good. Took awhile for them to say Hello when we came in. We were the only ones there. Pizza and wings were perfect though. 2nd review: have ordered a few times since last review.. twice asked NOT to put sauce in kids meal as it always spills all over food. They put it in anyway. Granddaughter would not eat it. Got a credit. Another order, gave us BBQ wings (yuck) rather than hot wings we ordered . Another credit coming. Oh, and the styrofoam container our granddaughters food came in had a big melted hole on the top. Was stuck to food. How healthy is that!!??! Get it together.

If you plan to dine in you have to order at counter and go to counter ever time you need a refill and get your own stuff including g high chair No changing station for babies and if you need to throw away your own trash all trash cans are in the bathroom very poor service at least today anyway with no others dinning in at the time.

We popped in for a quick lunch on the way back to St. Louis. Sam was our server and she was fantastic. Great personality and very accommodating. I had the 9" pizza lunch deal with a salad. The salad was fresh and a good size. The thin crust one topping pizza filled a hole. I had mozz & pep on the pizza. Compared to STL prices it's inexpensive and I was grateful for a clean establishment with friendly wait staff. Cedar hill is not a gourmet food destination and there are way better establishments in STL but give these folks a break, they work hard and I was thankful for them being there.

Normally we order food for delivery. We love the pizza, bone-in wings, and garlic cheese bread with meat sauce.

I am from Stl and this pizza is gross!! The crust is STL but that's it. The sweetness of the sauce is something to get used to since obviously the only other pizza you can get out here is gas station pizza. With their price comparison to a northern small town pizza restaurant , they are expensive on prices. I'd rather order from the gas station than Big River Pizza any day of the week

I am a slow learner. OR the fact that this is the last pizza place at the end of the earth where my house is. Crust is limp and tasteless. Not sure where you get cheese that looks like wax fresh from the oven and has zero flavor. Maybe turn the oven down a bit so toppings get warm and crust gets cooked? Just a thought. Every time I go - and I swear this will be the absolute last time- it gets worse. At least they replaced the flooring and it's only moderately cigarette smoke smelling. I promise- my lady visit and my last review.

We had a run in with a racist employee that causes us to leave a bad review. It took some time, but we spoke with the restaurant. It turns out that they took action against the employee. She has been fired. I am happy to change my review. The food is amazing. It's a bit pricy, but worth it.

They're always great. We order all the time. Food is awesome. Sometimes they get busy and it takes a little longer but that's pretty normal.

The first time actually eating in the restaurant, had the pizza at a party before ( the reason we came here . We where the only people here ( you should come here ) the food was good , had the fried pickles a salad , big river deluxe pizza and the Big River Sandwich, it was all fresh and hot .. Would definitely recommend this place

Ordered takeout. They told me it 20 would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there maybe a couple minutes before but pizza was lukewarm at best when we picked it up and almost tasteless. Used to be good years ago right after it changed from C Whitakers but has gone downhill and become more expensive. Very disappointed.

They do have great delivery times, as well as good food, when prepared correctly. Often I have ordered from this location and been delivered a poorly prepared and/or completely wrong order. I have ordered a pasta dish to receive it and taste nothing but salt, after receiving this I asked them if they could replace the order, and received the same dish, this time completely tasteless. I do not know there situation inside, but many times have been told I will not be receiving certain items because they don't have them after the order has been placed, without refund. I believe if you wish to order from this establishment, I would advise asking them if the items you are ordering are in stock.

You bet it's good! The pizza is thin crust, loaded with fresh toppings and cheese . Requests are obliged with a smile. We love the pizza and wings, salads and the pasta con broccoli is better than any I've tried. The service is friendly. It's Owned and run by Local friendly people not big franchise. Big River Pizza Company has a dinner and lunch buffet on specific days of your week. We saw many customers coming to pick up their orders last night to take home for dinner.

I had 3 orders of the spicy honey mustard boneless wing and only 2 came, only one of which was spicy. Delivery was 10 minutes late.

Great buffet. Good price. Not many choices in cedar hill its nice to have the option of a good pizza place.

Called in a order for pickup. When I went to pick it up, told a different price than I was told on phone. Got home , and I had someone else order!! Pizza was ok ( for being someone else's order) wings were not what I expected (kinda dry). Check order before you leave!

Food is good. Love thier potato skins. Staff could use some customer service skills, could really learn a lot from thier delivery guy, he's always so nice and talkative.
