Mkay, listen. I was so tired. I didn't know if a 2nd coffee of the day would actually help but I was desperate. New barrista Hannah greets me and takes my order, she is so kind and sweet. THEN....THE COFFEE. what WAS in this cup was the actual best S'mores Java Shake I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. It was STUNNING visually with the whipped cream delicately sprinkled with Graham cracker, the sides painted perfectly with chocolate drizzle BUT THEN.....I tasted it.... it wasn't just good. it was so smooth, there weren't any ice chunks, the flavors mixed perfectly, the little sips of chocolate expertly dispersed througout....*chefs kiss* Hannah, thank you for lifting my mood with your kindness & cool bracelets and chasing away my exhaustion with the literal best Java shake I've ever had. 👑

I love Big Shot coffee!🙂 The staff & owner are the sweetest , the coffee is so delicious, & it’s a cozy atmosphere!❤️They’re truly a jewel, I could never recommend them enough. I truly love the coffee, but I also love seeing them, too. I hope you try Big Shot Coffee & if you do please try the Marshmallow Cold Brew.🙂

Best iced americano I've had in a long time. You know it's gonna be good when you have a nice layer of crema on top.

Was just passing through and stopped for coffee here. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend! Their seasonal drinks were spot on. And the whole beans were very reasonably priced. Wished they had more breakfast options but the breakfast sandwich we had was very good. Would go here again if we are ever in the area.

Visiting from Austin and decided to try out this place. Got a vanilla iced oat milk latte. Espresso has a burnt taste to it almost like the shot was pulled for too long. Was disappointed that I haven’t found a noteworthy coffee shop in Tyler yet. The vibes are cozy and homey. Friendly service.

Every time i stop by, John is incredibly comforting, sociable and helps make the best cappuccino in town. Couldn’t recommend them more! The lady (I forgot her name) That works there is awesome too. Overall great team and great coffee.

Super good local coffee house in Gresham, TX, which is south Tyler. Quaint, cozy and locally owned place. Owner served us and we were dazzled by the quality of our coffee drinks. We will be back! An amazing place.

This cute little place is a hidden gem. Very unassuming both outside and in, it nevertheless has a cozy welcoming feel. The people are so friendly, and they have a lot of interesting options to go along with the "usual coffee suspects". Our coffee took a little longer than it would at the big chains, but not much and it is definitely worth it to be supporting a local business and such great people. We'll be back (often I expect).

First time at Big Shots and my drink(s) were FANTASTIC. Service was great and the ambiance was good. We sat out front on the patio with the very loud traffic but the drinks were on point. Definitely will return

I had a decalf dark roast pour-over and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend this coffee shop. Excellent coffee and friendly staff. Good seating and has a coffee shop vibe ambiance!

Had a really great pour over from very lovely and friendly staff. I went with the Ethiopian bean recommended by barista and glad I did! A gem of a coffee place that uses locally roasted beans. Thank you for a great cup of coffee and experience! :)

Ordered a hot latte and a vanilla iced latte. Coffee was good, I wasn't blown away though. We were the only two people in the shop and our drinks took much longer than expected. They did have a variety of options, and for people who like to try different flavored drinks, this would be a great place. I wouldn't plan on getting any pastries with your coffee, they didn't look very fresh. The shop was cute, indoor and outdoor seating. There is a drive-through. Would be a good place to catch up with a friend. They had a poetry reading at night, some cool books about coffee, and local posters/ads on the wall.

I have been here as a barista and as a customer and I can honestly say that this is a coffee shop that knows what it's doing. If you are in the market for specialty coffee and wonderful service then go to Bigshot. Cute coffee shop atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Such a great place to get some work done, catch up with a friend, or just have a lovely conversation with your local barista. Support local. Support Bigshot.

I like supporting small businesses and so I took the long way here(I avoid toll roads if I can help it). The southwest egg salad sandwich and a small iced caramel thing was good. This place is right off the highway.

It's a cute little coffee shop. The chai latte I got was good. There was too many people working for such a small place with no other customers. Too many cooks in the kitchen to get anything done. Signage was old, outside seats all wet, some run down areas that could have easily been fixed/cleaned. They were out of stock on one of the main flavors they were advertising on all their signage. Nevertheless it afforded me a nice place to sit and read outside with my dog and a latte.

Hands down the best coffee shop I have been to. I went for the second time last night and without a doubt the best coffee shop I have experienced. Even places I have tried in SF, Portland, etc no matter where, this shop still is the best I have had. Love this place.

Great service from the staff --I love when I'm greeted and complimented when walking into a new shop. I tried the cold brew and it was delicious; husband thoroughly enjoyed his affogato on this hot summer day. Cute merch and lots of retail coffee selections. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating!

Stopped by here for the first time, the staff was very friendly and talkative asking where I was from and what brought me in. Cold brew was yummy and prices not bad - they also have a drive thru! Looking forward on returning back to try more goodies. I heard about them from a local rants/raves page and I'm still learning my way around Tyler - they are in a different part of town than the other coffee shops which I like. Wishing them the best

Nice, friendly vibe to this cute coffee shop. We met the owner Lydia who is passionate about providing great coffees and teas. I had a delicious iced coffee with coconut milk. There are a few tables inside and a nice outdoor patio. Would love to catch the live music one evening. Check it out!

Ok, first off.. this area lacks in quality coffee. And vibes, I was so pleased to find this little joint, the baristas are very kind and helpful, and the owner ( Lydia ) was kind and came over to talk with our table. This place rocks!

Just rode our bikes down Legacy Trail to this quaint, delicious coffee shop destination. We had a variety of drinks (Cortada- the perfect balance with espresso, Dark French Press-so smooth, Chocolate Milk-kid pleaser, and a Rootbeer float- with our favorite Barq's). Each drink was gulped down and we all decided this is the perfect stop over for a morning ride. We will definitely be regular customers! And the price is outstanding!! Much better priced than Starbucks- and it's locally owned and operated. Tyler, Flint, Bullard peeps- let's keep this little local gem in business!! Swap your Starbucks kick for Bug Shot. You will be glad you did!

Great coffee & tea selections. The baristas are also good with fast, efficient service. I gave 4 stars because one time I drove by on the middle of the week sometime around noon & they were closed. We didn't see a signage what time/days they're not operating...

Big Shot Coffee house is excellent! Great coffee, friendly staff, and amazing Java shakes for the kiddos. They have the smoothest cold brew in the Tyler area! Nice place to sit with friends and enjoy a cup a joe.

I have driven past this place so many times and its always busy. I finally decided to stop in for myself today and i'm glad I did! First, the coffee is amazing. My cappuccino was perfect. I love that I was asked what type of bean roast and foam type I preferred. Options are always fun. The drink was very well balanced and delicious! The cookies are pretty good too, my children let me have 1 bite. Haha I wish it was a little bigger, i'd love to come with the laptop and work. I'll be back for sure though, I'm excited to dive deeper into their menu! Check it out, you'll love it.

Coffee is amazing and cute small place. Everyone always nice and food is great. Only thing is they seem to run out of non fat milk a lot so seems like an ez fix to stock better. We drive 5 miles to come here over Starbucks or Dutch coffee.

Best local coffee house in the Tyler area! We had heard Lydia wanted to open her own shop, and were pleasantly surprised to see her when we stopped by. The adults got iced coffee and kiddos got the Java Shakes. All were delicious and we can't wait to go back!

Awesome place to hang out or drive through. I've been there many times. Lydia has a perfect caffine menu with some tea and smoothie items for the noncoffee drinkers. She also has a few snacks and soft serve.

This coffee shop is INCREDIBLE! It has a very chill and vintage vibe on the inside, which is perfect for studying or meeting up with a friend. The coffee and tea is delicious and they have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The baristas are so kind and the owner is incredibly sweet and loves chatting and getting to know all of the customers. If you are in the Tyler area you should totally try it out!
