When we dedicate our time and trucks to a broker it’s strictly base on their customer service skills and how well my company and drivers are treated. I work with Jacob whom has been absolute great with communicating, sending ratecons, lining up loads and very attentive to any problems that may have occur. Loads are always as stated, and there are never any issues with compensation. Mark Gordon is definitely the guy to call. Easy to work with, he will stay with you from start to finish making sure that there aren't any issues along the way.

Working with Big Star Brokerage is always a great experience. I have worked with Kinga a little under a year and I haven't had one complaint. Kinga and the team are very professional and handle everything with care. This company should be a leading example of brokerage and how everything should be done correctly.

They were ok picking me up in the morning but oh my God. I was done with my CT at 11am. I called the transportation company that subcontracts withBig Star. I had to call I think at least 10 times. They gave the excuse they didn't have a driver to pick me up from Hyde Park clinic. I called county care to get any results. I got picked up finally at 2pm. Im in a wheelchair my colostomy bag broke while waiting. I had been soiled through my clothes and towels which would not of happened if they would of been much better with time and booking for wheel chair person. I never want to go through this nightmare again. Never again. This company is inhumane. I will report Big Star to the proper elderly abuse network.
