Working with Big Star Brokerage is always a great experience. I have worked with Kinga a little under a year and I haven't had one complaint. Kinga and the team are very professional and handle everything with care. This company should be a leading example of brokerage and how everything should be done correctly.

They were ok picking me up in the morning but oh my God. I was done with my CT at 11am. I called the transportation company that subcontracts withBig Star. I had to call I think at least 10 times. They gave the excuse they didn't have a driver to pick me up from Hyde Park clinic. I called county care to get any results. I got picked up finally at 2pm. Im in a wheelchair my colostomy bag broke while waiting. I had been soiled through my clothes and towels which would not of happened if they would of been much better with time and booking for wheel chair person. I never want to go through this nightmare again. Never again. This company is inhumane. I will report Big Star to the proper elderly abuse network.

Everytime this company is assigned to me there is a problem. They’re always late on pick up and Also late to take us home!! My pickup time today was 7:50 they didn’t get there until 8:46 . Pick up time to go home was 11:30 here i call at 12 asking for arrival time and they tell me they can’t contact the driver. That they will email us with an eta. I will never understand how they just cant be on time for once! I’ll never understand. Okay service TERRIBLE TIMING
