Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar

Great group experience. We started with appetizers - half-price and drinks and had dinner. Our party recommends the steak and fries [best ever], Cali Fish Tacos, Strawberry Hill Salad and their fall-off the bone ribs. Actually everybody praised their food. Big Whiskey's is a spectacular place to eat! The food is great and the drinks even better. With over 150 different whiskey choices and a food menu to baffle your mind there is sure to be something for everyone. The beer selection is okay but it is not called Big Beers so I can overlook this. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The servers and bartenders are very attentive and stop by frequently to check on you. The manager also stopped by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I believe it is a sign of customer appreciation when the manager comes to check in and give you the opportunity to voice your concerns, comments, or to allow you to praise the performance of the staff. Stop in with or without the family and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

The place looks good, it sounds good, and is in a good location but the food is subpar at best. The establishment is clean but the service was a tad on the slow side for being empty on a Sunday evening. My girlfriends and I decided to dine here during my visit and it was a mistake. The only thing I loved about this place was the buffalo chicken dip. Their entrees were anything but great. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they apparently forgot to put my meal in. When they finally brought my food, it was the wrong item. Since the grilled chicken wrap was the same price and my second choice, I decided to just eat it. It was dry and flavorless. The server came back and one of my friends mentioned it was the wrong order so the server quickly put in the crispy sandwich order. Needless to say, I was starving and excited. When the order came, the sandwich was not only soggy but resembled something between a sad McChicken and regular school cafeteria chicken sandwich. Two bites in and the bread fell apart. Should have gone to the establishment next door. On the plus side, they sell really cool shirts.

Our first time at Big Whiskeys driving back to OC from LV. What a fantastic place, the service was wonderful, food delicious. And more than 150 types of whiskey! Hope we will stop here next time and try some of them out.

Not a bad place. But not a great place either. I ordered the hickory melt which was good, nothing special. For some reason they didn't put the lettuce and tomatoes on it but not sure would have made it more then just ok. And yet another place with no Mt Dew.

Our waiter was ok, service was very slow. Food wasn't all that great we didn't refills when our glass got low. Just not a good experience. Food was bland and the pasta we ordered was swimming in a puddle of greece 🤮 more like a big waste of money.

Great wings and steak tacos. Enjoyed the drinks. Late night spot with lots of TVs.

First, let me explain that I have eaten at this chain restaurant in Bronson, Missouri. I loved it there. I noticed a restaurant was open here. My spouse and I went by the restaurant and was informed the " official grand opening" would be March 1 but they were open for business now. We tried it. I had the chicken Alfredo and my spouse had the whiskey chicken dinner. Both were fantastic and loved the food. The staff and manager were also very helpful and prompt. My waitress, Nicole, lacked and made the experience difficult. The waitress was noticed sitting in another customer's booth. She "forgot" to place my appetizer order and never apologized. The manager came by our table to "check in with our experience." I explained the poor customer service of the waitress and the effect of her behaviors on our experience. The manager provided compensation to our check to encourage us to return and try their restaurant again. The waitress returned our corrected check by tossing it on our table without a pen. Wow, what an attitude and not a pleasant one. Overall, food was great and the management made the experience good. I will try the restaurant again as I really like the food.
