Bigfish Seafood Bistro

Our evening at Bigfish Budapest was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We began with a Prosecco as an aperitif and explored the full variety of oysters, all of which were incredibly fresh and high-quality. For the main course, the lobster pasta was outstanding—perfectly prepared and rich in flavor. We paired our meal with a Pinot Blanc that complemented the seafood beautifully. To finish, we tried the Mákos guba, a delicious Hungarian dessert that provided a perfect sweet conclusion to the meal. Both the food and the service were exceptional, making this a true 10/10 experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest.

Everyone from the staff was well informed, polite and the service was extremely fast. The seafood risotto had a great amount of seafood, the most generous I've ever had. We also had the fish and chips and the breading is fantastic, also delicious sauce, they managed to stand out with such a simple dish.

The food was great, the products fresh and tasty. Signature cocktail hit the spot. But our favourite part of the night was provided by Ricsi, who not only showed proper wine etiquette, but never left our table unattended for 2 minutes at a time. He was quick with information and gracious with honeyed words. Will definitely be coming back. 5/5

Fantastic food!! You can pick from a small fridge display what you want to eat: fish, octopus, shrimp and how you would like it prepared. Everything was fresh and tasty. Very quick. I would recommend and Will come back

Excellent evening spent here. Great service from all the staff especially Fanni who was our main server. We chose the Seabass cooked in rock salt which tasted delicious - best meal in a recent trip to Budapest

best place in budapest for fresh and tasty seafood. House wine is delicious too, staff attentive and friendly. Everyone was really warm. Abel took great care of us. We will def return.
