Rarely ever have negative experiences here other than the insanely long lines. Baristas are usually super sweet with great energy until today.. I pulled to the window and said “hi how are you! :)” the woman just stared at me with a unwelcoming face and said “what are you getting😒” I told her my drink order and asked for a large and she asked me what size 3 times, I kept saying “large” and she rudely sighed and said “ like a 20 oz or…”
She then asked if I had a phone number with them and I said “I believe so” and began saying my phone number , she then completely cut me off and said “ Is it a registered number 😠” I took a sec to reply kinda shocked and she once again scoffed and sighed, rolled her eyes and said “nevermind” not letting me finish telling her my number. When i went to pay I handed her my card and went to give a tip and before i could sign off she snatched the device away and closed the window. She gave me my drink and didn’t say a single word, even after I thanked her and wished her a nice night.
I totally understand being tired after a long day especially working a coffee shop but never in my life have I experienced that bad of customer service at any coffee stand.
The drink was in fact super tasty though😋
