I just love coming to this location and the male that works here. I don’t know if he is Mexican or native but he is so awesome. He always has good energy. His vibes are always great. My coffee is always amazing. He does his best when it comes to customer service And I could say when I come here and when I get him that makes me so happy thank you for being you.

i loveee this location so much. baristas are always super nice (especially my fav who usually works evenings on the north window). only complaint is when i get the green-haired girl who thinks she's ceo of bigfoot java. she can’t follow basic instructions when making a drink and gets mad at the customer when she's corrected lmfao. if you don’t like your job then quit. great drinks tho!

Went to BigFoot Java. I always go here for their delicious and refreshing Liquid Sunset drink which is a wonderful energy drink that will refresh your mind and wakes it up too. Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!!

Rarely ever have negative experiences here other than the insanely long lines. Baristas are usually super sweet with great energy until today.. I pulled to the window and said “hi how are you! :)” the woman just stared at me with a unwelcoming face and said “what are you getting😒” I told her my drink order and asked for a large and she asked me what size 3 times, I kept saying “large” and she rudely sighed and said “ like a 20 oz or…” She then asked if I had a phone number with them and I said “I believe so” and began saying my phone number , she then completely cut me off and said “ Is it a registered number 😠” I took a sec to reply kinda shocked and she once again scoffed and sighed, rolled her eyes and said “nevermind” not letting me finish telling her my number. When i went to pay I handed her my card and went to give a tip and before i could sign off she snatched the device away and closed the window. She gave me my drink and didn’t say a single word, even after I thanked her and wished her a nice night. I totally understand being tired after a long day especially working a coffee shop but never in my life have I experienced that bad of customer service at any coffee stand. The drink was in fact super tasty though😋

Longest line ever. I stayed in like for about 41minutes for a drink. NEVER AGAIN. Especially because the customer service was TERRIBLE! The Renton location needs to be shut down immediately

Went for a coffee and was going to try one of their specialty drinks, the legendary latte. They don’t have descriptions and when ask what was in it, was told they couldn’t tell me. I should have known then not to order it, this is not good coffee. Strange to not be able to tell the customer what is in the product is a bit ridiculous. Thinking that have a secret recipe like a crabby Pattie from SpongeBob. Do not recommend

Always great service and great drinks, but even at close to 8pm this place is PACKED. Sometimes I’m 4-6 cars from the window on arrival. During peak times prepare for a bit of a wait and you won’t be let down!

Decided to finally go to Big Foot Java and I'm happy I did. A wide variety of Coffees, Italian Sodas, Energy Drinks and snack foods. Chloe was so nice, great Customer Service. I ordered the Raspberry Vanilla Italian Soda with cream. It was really good. This locating is small but what I like is that it has a double drive through plus someone who takes orders outside of the line starts to get long. The Store is actually week maintained. I love how Chlie asked me to taste my drink before leaving to make sure I was satisfied with my order. From what I could see in the inside the store was stocked and looked clean. I will definitely return to Big Foot Java to taste other flavors.

I still like Big Foot Java. This isn't somewhere I frequently go and often times they become so busy we simply drive by. But when the stars align and there is room we stop by. They move incredibly fast for what they're working with so I give them kudos. I now elect for the vanilla chai as I am a big fan. Every time it comes out perfect. I particularly enjoy how much the vanilla shines through. I haven't had any issues with the staff. They've always been polite and courteous to us. But also we order very simple drinks so that doesn't leave much room for error.

First time trying Bigfoot Java and I'd say we went about 4-5 times in a 1 week span. Loved various combos of redbull with coconut milk. Coffee was ok - espresso less than average tasting. Appreciated them asking us to taste the drink before sending us off. The reviews about the wait time are ACCURATE. Do not come here if you have somewhere to be! 4 cars in front of us and waited 45 mins. Another day was 3 cars for a 30 minute wait. Don't know how/why it takes about 10 min per car but it does - just to beware.

Disappointing is an understatement! I have loved big foot Java for years and on my holiday back I decided to stop by to grab my fave (Red Bull Italian) before shopping. This spot is usually busy but this time they had someone outside taking orders hopeful it would be quicker? Wrong still took 20min-30min to get my drink they did offer a "pup cup" for my toddler but then the worst happened. I had a screaming 3 month old in my back seat I needed to warm up his bottle asked for a cup of hot water to which the lady at the window looked over her shoulder and said sorry I'm going to have to charge. Sure I thought maybe 30-50. Cents for the cup? NO they tried to charge me 3$ for a cup of hot water ! I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she shrugged and said that's the policy ? Seriously you can help a mom out who's been waiting 30 min for a measly drink. SMH so disappointing I WILL NOT BE BACK very disappointed in the company and workers for not doing the right thing...

This Big Foot location stays busy day and evenings. It's a great location when you are coming across town from Seattle to Renton and need a cup of joe. They are fast, efficient and have everything in stock. I don't normally get food from BFJ but the drinks are great! I love this location to get in and get out!

I went to Bigfoot and the experience was terrible. I ordered a drink with a clear customization and they failed to make it. When I pointed this out, the employee told me I should have said something beforehand, but I already had. Her coworker also failed to charge it correctly. Worst of all, they stirred my drink with the same spoon after I had already sipped from it. That is unsanitary and shows a lack of basic food safety standards.

Well this place was very busy. We waited probably 25 minutes. They were friendly but my cup is almost only half full. This photo is after only taken two smell sips. It crazy to wait for 25 minutes, pay $14 for two drinks and have like 7 ounces of liquid. Update: I called and was told, "after you leave the window, we have to charge you for a new one." Truly terrible policy and insulting. You took my money, charged me for a 12 ounce but gave me half of that.

people who work at an establishment should know policy, How to adjust and fix things, where to find information and when a customer says that it was wrong how to make it right. I have never had my drink made right ever here. If it wasn't so close I would choose another option.

First time trying them out since it's near where I work, and I saw they sold Italian soda which I've been craving. They ran out of my fav the red raspberry, so I got the blue one instead and was pleasantly surprised how sweet it is. I'm glad they didn't hesitate on the half & half bc it tastes so much BETTER with more milk. And since I have a sweet tooth it's just perfect for me. Wasn't a fan of the abominable white mocha since I'm not a coffee person but it's lighter than most place which is what I prefer, my dad likes it and he likes his coffee light too so it's a 10/10 for me Italian soda was 20oz & mocha was 16oz, total was $10 which imo is pretty cheap for 2 drinks Wait was very long but staff was very friendly & nice, overall a pleasant first time experience I'll be back for my red raspberry soon!!

Horrific service since the summer started. 15-20 minutes for a coffee is crazy. They can't seem to retain employees and many of the new employees just cannot retain a simple order. In the past two months, they've given me the wrong order at least 5 times. I see the cars in front of me returning drinks back the baristas all the time as well. The guy currently working during the day in the week especially sucks. He is incredibly slow and still gets orders wrong. There is also no consistency in their drinks. The amount of flavor each barista adds differs on who you get.

Terrible service, already waited in line for 30 mins for only 1 car in front of us and once we finally got to the front we ordered just for the girl to tell us she couldn't make one of the drinks AFTER we already paid and then asked us what was in it, like how are we suppose to know. We asked for a refund but in order to do so we'd have to wait even longer for a manager to reply because they left 2 new people on their own. To make things even worse the green tea frost bite we got tasted terrible, it tasted like a creamer smoothie. *Update* actually don't do business with this company if u ever ask for a refund, the way this company handles their customers and experiences is terrible and an absolute waste of time. The day after this experience I called the store to be told 3 days in a row that I had to speak to a manager and had to TRACK HER DOWN TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I've messaged their instagram and called respectfully to get my money back but this is unacceptable. After days of trying to get in contact with the store manager I was told I'd have to email some person to talk to in order to receive my refund because she can't handle it now. I've waiting a few days and I have still yet to receive a response. THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE U WORK TO GET IT BACK.

Line was extremely long and I had to wait for about 20 minutes. I actually somewhat already expected a long wait though and for good coffee that just comes with the territory sometimes. There was this raggedy looking man that was yelling and screaming at me as soon as I pulled on as if I was going to hit him. He also just prior to that was having an altercation with the man at the store that shares the same parking lot. At first he was acting like he was about to come attack me but slowly backed off and walked away. I was pleased as always with my drink when I finally got one. When I get a cold drink it's always a mythical mocha I don't go that often plus the location is an inconvenience because of the side of the street it's on.

Probably one of the worst locations I've ever been to. After being stuck in the line for 10min behind 2 cars, because after the first car leaves might as well continue. ‍ I get there and they don't accept cash. No signage at all. Then one of the workers seemed irritated that people were upset. Now they're just standing there complaining about the customers. Put up a sign. Then my coffee is nowhere to be found as only 1 girl isnt even doing anything. Turns out it was my coffee that was sitting on the counter. They just made me the wrong one. I left with my wrong coffee and for the first time in my bill paying life, I left no tip.

On Nov 9th around 9:55pm I asked for a mango smoothie and instead gave us a "mango lemonade" YET it doesn't even taste like mango lemonade and tasted honestly disgusting. And when i politely told her that i ordered a mango smoothie she responded by saying they didn't have blenders at the moment even though there were blenders inside on the counter. I also would have understood if the blenders were out of service during that time; however there were no signs, indications, or even a warning stating that their blenders were unavailable. Additionally during the tip option the staff pointed the card reading system to where it allowed herself to see how much i tipped which made me feel pressure to tip her. Also, when i stated how my order was incorrect, the staff did not attempt to ask if i would've liked anything else because if my incorrect order. They didn't even apologized for her mistake either. And a wait around 30 minutes for a drink that tastes absolutely disgusting is unacceptable in my opinion. Even though I had enjoyed going to bigfoot in the past, there has been too many instances where workers are not working at all but instead were just talking and gossiping with other staff members - even with customers waiting, lines being outrageously long with an even longer wait time, and with the staff just not being able to perform decent customer service. Then with this problem i have faced with bigfoot today is my final straw with them. I will happily go find other places that can serve correct orders and provide decent customer service.

Ah, Bigfoot. Always setting the bar just a little lower. For context, i visit them about once every 2 months. Today was not the first time I've had the employees debate their drink skills with me. I feel like I was somehow punished for tipping them $3 for 2 drinks. They forgot the coconut milk and both of us tasted regular milk. We went back to the end of the line and waited through two other customers. We were nice about asking, "We don't think this tastes like coconut milk" Then the three employees gather together and tell us "she is pretty sure she used coconut milk" And then they stand and stare at us. "Could you possibly remake the drink for us?" They COULD! But she told us to taste our scalding drinks before we leave the window in the future because "technically we're not supposed to remake drinks after you leave the window" Well, you're no Starbucks but if you make a product in most service industries and the customer is unhappy, you FIX IT The second drink tasted way different. And right.

I'm shocked to see this place has a 3 star rating. This has to be the worst Bigfoot Java location in the entire franchise. It doesn't matter how many people are on staff they are painfully slow. Next time you drive down 405 look to your left as you're passing old town Renton and you can see the line of cars from the freeway. Every time I go it seems to be a different set of baristas, from what I've been told is this location is a location that "trains" new hires. I don't know how true that is but it would definitely make sense. The coffee is wildly inconsistent. You might get a good cup, you might not. But one thing is for certain, you'll be waiting 15-30 before you get a sip of anything. 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I've lived in Renton for the past eight years and I will take the extra time to drive to Bellevue to woods coffee because it probably takes less time than waiting here at Bigfoot.

"Our ice cream machine isn't working." is a phrase that you would hear at a McDonald's. "Our blenders aren't working at the moment." is a phrase that this location often uses. I always order a 16oz blended mythical mocha. I tried ordering my usual in 3 separate visits over a span of 2 months. First visit, it took too long to get helped and the barista said that their blenders weren't working. I had my drink iced instead, as this was the first time I've been at a BigFoot Java that the blenders weren't working. The two other separate occasions, their blenders were still down. I'm starting to see a pattern with this location. Also, every time I visit this location, the staff are always on their phones and don't wash their hands after before handling your drink. That's a food safety violation as I know these people scroll through TikTok while using the bathroom and they never sanitize their phones. That's also probably why the drive thru waits are so long.

Went to this Bigfoot this morning for a coffee and got served absolute trash. We pulled away from the window because someone was behind us in line and upon trying our coffee we could tell something wasn't done right. We were still in the parking lot and the drink was already separating. So I get out of the car and walk back up to the window to try and get it fixed, only to be told that yeah that drink looks bad but unfortunately we don't remake drinks once you've left the window. How are you gonna tell me my drink looks bad and we messed up but I'm still not gonna remake your drink. We definitely won't be returning after this experience.

The location isn't the best due to traffic at the convenient store, which is in the same parking lot, but it's worth it! They have Great Service, are super friendly, & the best drinks, always prepared perfectly! I love the unicorn Redbull Italian soda. Get it with sugar free redbull & coconut milk, & it's even better!

This place has the slowest service known to man. Many nights it has taken 30+ minutes to get a simple drink. The drinks are great, yes. However if you have someplace to be, you are taking a big risk. It is very frustrating. I have even been late to work after sitting in line for 45 minutes for 1 drink.

Usually bigfoot java is our favorite late night treat! Lately however we have been very disappointed at the quality of service. We have received almost all of our drinks unmixed with a layer of syrup at the bottom and the same barista routinely makes inconstant and occasionally undrinkable drinks or gets our order wrong. We miss the old bigfoot!!!

I love this place but they take FOREVER. I go to the dance studio next door and today for example I arrived at big foot Java at 11:30 I waited in the line until 11:45 before I decided I had to go to my 12 o'clock appointment. Even when there is absolutely no line and it's just me it takes forever. The baristas inside take their sweet time, and I appreciate that they take care with my order, but at the same time I don't get why I have to wait 20 min for a coffee.

I've gotten coffee here in 1 of 4 attempts. There's always way too long of a line and it can go 10 minutes without a car moving, at all times of the day, morning or night. Why is it always so slow?? I usually end up leaving. It's a shame because the coffee is decent.

Love my coffee, hate the long lines! Apparently, I'm not the only one. I have been frequenting this location lately compared to my usual coffee stops. I think I have narrowed down the time when they are less busy, but I am not sharing that news! Love the local option of another chain but not as "chain like". Great selection of dairy and non dairy items, flavoring and specialty drinks.

Took over 20 minute for the one care ahead of me to get their drinks before it was my turn to order. Leena was the barista who took our order and she was on her cell phone talking to someone. I offered to wait for her to be done and she rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted. I ordered two drinks. When she told me the cost I knew it was wrong and tried to explain to her that it was the wrong price. She repeated our order back to us and the drinks were wrong. She made us pay the first price and then charged us a second time to make up the difference. We watched as they didn't remake the drinks but add more ice before handing it to us. I tried the drink as I was pulling away from the window and looped back around to the other window. The drinks were not edible. After asking for the drinks to be remade I was told no and that it's their policy. I explained to the same barista that she was on the phone and had gotten our order wrong to begin with. She continued to roll her eyes and repeat it was policy. We ended up leaving and having to get drinks from a different stand. I sent an email to the manager of the location about the interaction and have yet to hear back and it's been weeks.

It's been a while since I stopped by this location so I I thought maybe I would find some of the people I used to know. I watched the lady inside wander aimlessly inside oblivious to the fact that she had customers outside. She could not hear me call to her because her music was too loud so I waited. Once she finally realized she had people outside she came to the window and said what can I get you? No greeting, no hello, no smile and no eye contact. Another obvious example of someone who just wants money but has no customer service skills. Well at least she was not asleep in the back room :)

I love most of the drinks at Big Foot Java. My favorite by far is a strawberry or raspberry red bull italian creme soda. I've had my fair share of drinks from many different coffee spots and big foot is consistently good, I would have to say the best. They actually put enough syrup in and it doesn't curdle up. They also have a rewards card and you can register it on there website and make sure to enter your birthday because they will give you a free drink. Now for this particular location, the drinks are great but the wait times can take 15 to 20 minutes and that is with maybe one or two cars in front of you. That is the only reason why I took a star away. Overall, the drinks are too good not to keep coming back, but I typically only stop by when there isn't a long line.

I almost don't even want to write this. But here we are; how embarrassing! Went through at 4:30 AM Tuesday, July 28th, 2020. All three girls seemed so clue less. Only one was actually working seemed like. Taking our order was as complicated as flying to the moon. And they said they didn't have a peanut butter drink that I've had at other BigFoot Java's. We also asked for white coffee; after clarifying that a few times we got our coffee regular. And I feel bad for the cars that were piling up and being ignored. They're in for a surprise! What the poop is going on here? Asked for quad shot, and she said that 4 shots come with the drink and still charged me for an extra shot. Why did I leave a tip even? Get it together!

Was here for a total of 25 minutes for two drinks. The car in front took ten minutes for what looked like a small drip coffee. The excuse was that they were training a new employee at 4 in the morning. They only had the one person that was new and then the trainee. Very poor scheduling.

We went here once when we moved and it was ok. Not particularly nice but whatever. Drinks were fairly good so we decided to come back later. This was in the summer. They had the girls working with no AC. They were out of several items and were unable to make the drinks we wanted. We went back another time and again with being out of drink ingredients.
