On Nov 9th around 9:55pm I asked for a mango smoothie and instead gave us a "mango lemonade" YET it doesn't even taste like mango lemonade and tasted honestly disgusting.
And when i politely told her that i ordered a mango smoothie she responded by saying they didn't have blenders at the moment even though there were blenders inside on the counter. I also would have understood if the blenders were out of service during that time; however there were no signs, indications, or even a warning stating that their blenders were unavailable.
Additionally during the tip option the staff pointed the card reading system to where it allowed herself to see how much i tipped which made me feel pressure to tip her.
Also, when i stated how my order was incorrect, the staff did not attempt to ask if i would've liked anything else because if my incorrect order. They didn't even apologized for her mistake either. And a wait around 30 minutes for a drink that tastes absolutely disgusting is unacceptable in my opinion.
Even though I had enjoyed going to bigfoot in the past, there has been too many instances where workers are not working at all but instead were just talking and gossiping with other staff members - even with customers waiting, lines being outrageously long with an even longer wait time, and with the staff just not being able to perform decent customer service. Then with this problem i have faced with bigfoot today is my final straw with them. I will happily go find other places that can serve correct orders and provide decent customer service.
