BIGGBY COFFEE Drive-Thru

Biggby is always great and this one is no exception. Really great, friendly baristas, and a great atmosphere to work or hang out. I love that they have board games!

Every time I ask for my turkey Havarty to be hot, they tell me to ask for it extra toasted so that the cheese will be melted and bagel not chewy and cold. This location seems to take pride in being HILARIOUSLY SARCASTIC. I don't know a single person who wants their bagel burnt to a crisp but I can assure you that's not what I asked for. It is, however, what I got. This isn't the first time it's happened but it is definitely the worst bagel I've gotten. Most of the time I'll eat it even if it is a little blackened, but I thought this was just absolutely ridiculous. I went back so they could remake it and the drive thru- front cashier was great about it and agreed that shouldn't have been served. I appreciate them making it right but I would never serve a bagel like this to anyone lol

The low lighting was on point. It made the place feel welcoming. The window art was amazing. Vibe check was the best Bigby vibe of any I've been too. True small coffee shop feel.

I messed up my drink order a little and was going to just take it, but Katie and Chantelle were so kind to proactively fix it as soon as they caught a glimpse of my confused face. They did so with smiles and made it a quick and simple fix. Thank you for not getting frustrated; I really appreciate your understanding and great service!

I ordered a honey cinnamon vanilla iced latte and a bagel. They just about shook out the half of the cinnamon container in my drink. Asked to have it remade and waited 8 minutes because they got all the orders behind me prepped before making mine. I understand you guys have timers you have to meet at a corporate level. That is still no reason to make a drink you wouldn’t even serve to your mother. Then make me wait to benefit yourselves. I will say my food is delicious and when my drink was remade it was worlds better.

This is one of my favorite biggbys I go to in the morning The staff in am is amazing and I always leave with a smile 😃 I went one afternoon and OMG never again his name is ryan and he's not the brightest crayon in the box . I said Multiple times no whip cream But the garnish this man gives me my drink with whip cream and no garnish. I can't stand whip cream it makes me sick . I will definitely stay a.m. coustmer and not a afternoon one I won't be ordering if he's there again either

Absolutely love the girls up here, they always take care of me and always quick with service. But this is more for MANAGEMENT!!! Tried to enjoy my coffee but it’s absolutely cold in there. These poor people have to be freezing wearing winter jacket.. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Staff is great 😊 Jillian, Rachael, Gina . It’s very hot in here . AC needs to be fixed. The staff looks like they’re about to pass out . Please work on the AC so customers won’t get hot 🥵. The customers won’t even sit in the lobby .

My go to place for tea. They carry Harney and Sons hot cinnamon which is the best! I just wish this place were a smudge closer as I mostly get this only on weekends when I'm doing errands. Friendly in both drive through and inside. They give me the biggest tea and always done perfectly. Never weak or tepid. Thankfully with a cup sleeve so I don't burn my damn hands. The staff is smiley and always seems to be in happy comraderie. They also are appreciative of tipping which is nice. My husband has gotten coffee with me and hot chocolate on one occasion and says its good. Now that he drinks it pretty much black with a mere splash of cream that says something. I will never do that. Try it. It's local and reliable. A must if you like good tea

Thank you Biggby for: -keeping your drive-thru open during the Stay Home order. -recognizing first responders -having your staff wear masks and gloves for their safety and the safety of your customers -employing amazing baristas who not only make phenomenal beverages, but are also friendly, personable, and professional -great products, including my daughters' favorite cinnamon spice tea latte, my favorite snow berrry latte, and my newest go-to, the blackberry sage latte -outstanding management and ownership that has to be in place for such a well run business. I visited the Biggby on Michigan in Canton this past Tuesday. I ordered two drinks and one sandwich. I had 11 points and knew one of my drinks would get me to 12 points, which I would save for later. I get to the window. I paid the full amount, and then the girl asked me if I wanted to use my free drink, I said NO. She had already applied my free drink. Why ask after the fact? Then she claimed that she didn't. I'm looking at the app and it's showing me that my points were gone. And then she stated that it would show up later. I paid in full and lost my free drink. This is the second time this has happened at Biggby. (The other location was on Ford Rd in Westland). My advice to Biggby....train the people correctly or stop hiring Idiots. Guess where I bought coffee this morning Starbucks

First time here on a busy weekend morning. Great cup of coffee and a delicious bagel. Service was prompt and efficient. Bagel was warm and toasted. Though drivethru was busy the lines were moving fast. Signup and receive free drink on your bday.

Staff is friendly at times. I have had some less than ideal interactions here. Food and drinks are good and consistent here. Sometimes they run out of ingredients, I'm assuming to the size of the building. It is small here and easy to miss. The drive thru line often overlaps the parking lot so it's best not to find in or pick up during peak hours.

I'm not sure if coffee places have overproduced of late because my former locations are no more. I was thrilled to find this large, friendly Biggby as their billboard for butterscotch coffee drinks was tempting me. The inside of this location is large and well-appointed for a small group. The staff was super friendly and worked well together, which was particularly helpful when going through the drive up window. This is an easy in and out location, or good to wile away some time with a book or project. Check it out for great coffee and service.

Their staff is always really friendly, but they really need to do something about the speed of their drive thru. A coffee and bagel with three cars in front of me shouldn't take 30 minutes. I ruined my morning here today, so maybe try Starbucks instead.

Why do you pay $10 for lunch and wait for 20 minutes in a drive thru with one car infront of you? Won't be stopping again as it takes way to long for something that should be quick

We sat in the drive through for 10 plus minutes. No reason why and we finally decided to leave because we had no idea how much longer we would sit there. It was like there was no movement inside the store.

Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee or tea! I've only been here a few times, but those times there's been plenty if seating available and the baristas have been super nice and helpful

The coffee is good, the employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and sunny, so why wouldn't I like this place? Well, for the first several months after it opened, the restrooms were out of order. I went several times and the employees had blocked the hallway to the restrooms with a large trash can. I finally asked about it, and was told that the pipe between the building and the municipal sewer outside was configured such that it got blocked easily. The building owner and the tenant (Biggby) didn't agree on whose responsibility it was to fix this problem, so it remained an issue for months. I just called and the young woman who answered assured me that the restrooms were functioning, but they were only available for customers. Apparently she started working there since the problem was fixed. Once I am convinced that this problem has been completely solved, I will update my review.

The employees are nice but the store itself is bad. There are bugs everywhere, dead flies on the window sills, there are fruit flies all around the counter. It makes me worried, why would there be so many bugs if it was a clean space? There's a few people that are rude in the morning, I've stopped getting my coffee before work, but I usually try to grab one on the way home if I want it. Drinks are fine but so overpriced. I'd go somewhere else if I had another coffee shop on my route to work.

This place has good coffee and nice baristas. Always treated well when I go here and the staff are friendly. Coffee is good and they know my order.

BIGGBY has really good coffee but I wouldn't consider it high end and if I'm paying higher coffee prices I'd rather just go to Starbucks. I ordered a small iced latte which was almost $5 so from now on I've been going to Starbucks and getting a large one for the same price.

I love biggby coffee but this location is the worst. They let the shots die so my coffee tastes like butt. And I went back and asked the cashier Michelle if she would tell the barista to not let the shot die. She was like "die? Huh? What?" Didn't even know what I was talking about. And then I ordered a muffin too and then she forgot my drink order within a minute. I was like are you serious right now? And then I got my coffee and she forgot to give me my muffin! It's not hard to be a barista. I was one in high school. An espresso shot dies after 5 seconds and then it tastes like shit if it's not mixed with something within that 5 seconds. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE

Great customer service! I go out of my way to go to this Bigby because they are always so nice.

This isn't my favorite Biggby location but they do a pretty good job. I like that they have a drive thru which is the only reason I really ever go to this one, otherwise I go to the walk in one by my house. The one main thing I have to say is that there is a difference between friendly and being fake and unfortunately the fake vibe is what comes off a lot these employees "friendliness". But if that's my only complaint then I'm not going to stop going here.

Never had an issue at this location. The staff are always extremely nice and polite. Never have to deal with long wait times either. Stop here every work day for a Redbull Creme Freeze.

The staff are great, always super friendly and quick with their service. It's clean and bright with lots of natural light. My only complaint is that the restroom has been out of order for weeks now! It was easily a month ago when I last stopped in for a coffee and a potty break to find their bathroom out of order and it was still out of order today! Seems like that would be a priority since the longer people hang out, usually the more coffee they'll drink...but not if there's nowhere for output, if you know what I mean!

I've been to this shop twice now to work on my laptop and both times the employees have showed me the pinnacle of good service. They're fun and welcoming and even the manager seems like a pretty nice guy. They all seem to be happy to be there and they pass the happiness on to the customers. I'll definitely be back.

I've been in the drive thru and walk in. The employees are always helpful and are amazing! They take the phone and printed coupons. Store is always clean (including bathrooms!) They always have fresh coffee, and they're quick to make your drink or coffee without a long wait. I definitely missed Biggby when I was living in Florida. Best coffee without a huge price tag

Every time I come here the staff is unbelievably friendly! I always go in so I can chat with them. Even when they're slammed and they should be at the point of being overwhelmed, they still ask me how my day's going while they're multitasking. I've never had a bad latte and who can resist the chocolate covered espresso beans? This is always my coffee stop on my way to work, well done Biggby!
