Google
Great service by young lady that knew what she was doing and who was working hard to move customers thru while treating them exceptionally well. Burgers were hot and juicy on perfectly toasted buns. Crisp lettuce and fresh not mushy tomatos. Tots cooked just right and their goop is very tasty. We come to town for an event at the fairgrounds every year. Found this place last year and stopped back today and we were not disappointed. Excellent food and service. Near I5 - worth a visit for great burgers.

Google
We drive down from Olympia just to eat here. Bacon cheeseburger -delicious Regular cheeseburger -delicious Onion rings and tots - delicious Soft serve - huge and you guessed it DELICIOUS! You can eat inside or they have covered tables outside. They also have (2) drive thru windows. The people are always super friendly and the food is worth waiting for, 15-20 minutes is the most we've waited when they were super busy. So good, I want one right now. 10/10 ⭐

I enjoyed my very first experience here. Serving gal recommended some of her personal favorites, which I tried: deluxe burger, deep-fried mushrooms, and a chocolate fudge milkshake to round out the evening. Though a somewhat small place inside and out, the staff seemed to know several of the regulars around town. There's a lot outside for dining, as well as some space inside to eat; I liked the little mini-bar, personally. 2 Drive-thru lines and other customers came in sporadically, but the staff made time for both, including my odd request of refilling my water bottle. Sometime in the future, I'll return here to try the Burger Dip Sandwich, as well as some other comfort foods that are available here. The food takes time to make (about 15 minutes, sometimes less), and if you're willing to wait, I believe you'll enjoy it, too.

Google
Fantastic old school burger place. Fast, friendly staff and delicious food. I didn't ask. But i think the burger meat is not frozen. Bacon was crispy and blackberry shake, extra YUMMY.

Google
11/10 deluxe burger! Home made ranch was 8/10 and the fry sauce was 10/10. Highly recommend! Wonderful experience from start to finish! Will be back soon.

Google
OVER PRICED, 15 dollars got me a few soggy fries & 4 chicken little strips ( they were chewy and had the snap of rubber bands )!! Noisy & 10 feet off major road so eating outside is far from enjoyable. We ordered a 12 oz milkshake came out in a 9oz kids cup. 25 dollars with tip we spent. Go to safeway get better chicken strips with 2 sides for 7.99.

👍🏽👍🏽 Cheaper than McDonalds, TWICE the charm, THREE times as delicious, and 💯% local—what could be better? Fantastic service, super clean, AND 🥛$4.50 milkshakes in flavors like banana, blackberry, marshmallow, and root beer 🫠 Oh yeah, and the burgers are heavenly. $4.75 Tots are salty & crispy. “Burger Dip” is a MUST TRY for salt lovers at $7. Basic burgers start at $4.40 and only fifteen cents to add cheese! Jumbo deluxe cheese only $7.50. Seriously amazing service! This place knows regulars by name and as first time diners, made us wanna keep coming back for more. Server Jamie was SUPERB—give that girl a raise! Pro Tip: wanna dine like a local? Order a side of $0.50 “fry sauce”

Google
First time going here and will never come back... the food was burnt to a crisp... do they not change the oil because it was bad. The tater tots completely crumbled and tasted like ash ... the fry's were so cooked they had nothing inside them and the fish was the same, burnt...super disappointed

Yelp
Happy I made it here always was curious about this spot. Got myself a bacon cheeseburger and it was fire asf. I'd definitely stop in again for a quick bite to eat. It's always the mom and pops establishments that turn out the best. Ya got my support!

Yelp
I've lived here for 3 years now with this establishment being down the street and finally tried it. We phoned in our order on a Friday evening and I picked it up 20 minutes later. There was no wait. I did not have a problem with the service, they were nice and helpful. Our food was ready and home I went. My husband loved his milkshake. Our burgers though were a bit disappointing. Very dry. Nothing special about the fries and the ranch was weird. Not sure I'll go back for a burger but maybe something else.

Yelp
Good breakfast, not busy, relatively inexpensive. The pic doesn't look appealing, but it was really pretty good. The ladies working were super friendly & the food came out quickly.

Yelp
Smells of grease. Small dining space inside, probably better to watch outside for sake of space and fresher air. We waited outside for our food. Probably took about 15-20 minutes. Quite a few people were pulling up as we waited. There were some people eating at one of the tables outside. One of the ladies seemed to really be enjoying her burger doing a happy dance. Our food finally came. Ours was in paper boats, while the people at the other table seemed to have gotten actual plates. Portions were normal for burgers and fries. The burger was just okay. It wasn't juicy or anything spectacular. Onions were thick slices (would have preferred a grilled onion offering). If I were to come back I would probably try the burger without lettuce and tomato, see if it is better that way. Not sure if the patties were handmade or not, didn't do a thorough inspection because I was hungry. Overall, the prices are a little high, the space is small, service is okay, plenty of parking, I would be willing to give it another try--but first impression...not really impressed.

Yelp
Custom milkshake thickness. Gal told me I could have it super thick since she was making it for us. Seriously stand up spoon good. Chocolate was spot on and son liked his vanilla shake. Took about 15 min or so for our order. Not fast food but not slow either. I watched another gal cook our food and she wasn't slow, it just took some time. At closing time they were still getting customers and inside was full. Ordered 3 to go burgers and fries and tater tots. French fries are not as skinny as McDonald's but not steak fries either. Crispy level was good and texture too. Short, medium and long fries were strong enough to dip in ketchup without going limp. Hence, they were cooked nice and crisp with a hint of salt. I would add more salt, if given the option. The bigger fries were tender but not mushy like In and Out fries. All the tater tots were consistently crispy. Next time I'll try their French dip since they sold out. Service was top notch for small establishment. A woman came out the door just to tell me there was another drive through window. Ambiance looks like cute 1950 decorative chic and outside matches. Will definitely come again.

Yelp
So far the best burger in Washington State! I tried a lot of places from old establishments to fancy hipster places. No one can produce a decent burger until now. Hats off Bill and Bea. Hats off to you. The shakes are great too!!!

Pamela G.

Yelp
First time ... and will be my only. The milkshake was too thin and tasted like fake strawberry milk powder?!? Bluck!!!! And tasted like that low quality carton ice cream base poured into the machine. Ewwwwww! It was horrible. My bad ... should've called first to see if they use "real" ice cream and "real" berries?!?
google avatar

Cindi K.

Yelp
Delicious burgers, great service, classic ambience, easy on and off the freeway. Highly recommend

Yelp
An absolutely horrible First experience of Bill & Bea's. 2 vehicles in line, I guess it was chatting hour with the vehicle at the window, employees coming out delivering food to customers that came 15 minutes after I arrived, they just look at you sitting in the short line and walk off. After sitting there for 35 minutes(mind you I was the second vehicle back) I said to my better half, this was my first and last experience trying them. Seriously don't waste your time with them, as their is many other establishments that would love to have your business!

Theresa G.

Yelp
Here from Reno, NV, attending the NW Games. We have had lunch here and breakfast as well. Both meals were extremely good. As a sign says, they're not a fast food restaurant, so sit down and relax, because you're going to enjoy their effort. The service was always with a friendly face and they are very honest about how long one can expect to wait. This was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Yelp
Whoa! You got a taste for a juicy burger? You got a hankering for a pile of fries? You wanting to wash it down with a thick and creamy shake? If so ... well look no further than Bill & Bea's!! Recently sold and under new ownership, Bill & Bea's continues to please and treat customers wonderfully and fill their bellies with delicious grub! We've gotten their burger and fries each time we've been there (yeah, creature of habit) and it's always been great. Quality ingredients, cooked perfectly, and big portions. All of what you'd want and expect from small, family owned burger joint. I always get a shake when I'm there and they have always been good (just on the softer side of thick, so you can use a straw). The kids and I made a stop most recently for a cone and all three of left with big smiles on our faces! There are a few tables inside for you to use and lots of outdoor seating (most of it is covered so you can escape the sun or rain). Great food, friendly service, good prices. What more could you ask for?

Stacey R.

Yelp
I've ordered food here 3 times since the new owner took over. It's been a nightmare every time! Ive lived in this town for 40 years and love the food at Bill and Beas, it's an institution in this town. To ight I payed for a simple cheese burger basket that used to cost $4.99, tonight I paid $12.50 for it and a side of ranch... there was, o ce gain no ranch, the fries were burnt with no seasoning on them, but the burger!!!!! Yhe burger was a bun, a burger that had fallen apart into 4 pieces and a slice of cheese melted on the meat to hold it together! NO SAUCE AT ALL! A BUN A SLICE OF CHEESE HOLDING A-CRUMBLED PATTY TOGETHER IN A BAG WITH BURNT NO FLAVOR FRIES AND NO RANCH!!! All for the low low price of $12.50!!!! Bill and Beas is DEAD!!!

Yelp
Stopped by in the hopes to find a classic diner hamburger and they delivered . The burger came with everything and the fries were crispy. I enjoyed the outside seating, until the wind picked but this dining inside was small but pleasant. Make sure to try one of the many shake options, raspberry was great. Great customer service with quick delivery of the food. Will definitely return.

Yelp
We ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers, plain and 2 chocolate shakes. Our order was over $40!! Unbelievable. The burgers were dry and the shakes were runny!! We wont be back. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the woman working were nice.
google avatar

Yelp
That place you wish you had near your home? Yep this is it. Big juicy burger without being a sloppy gloppy mess. Amazing fries and service has me craving it again soon. Three tables inside means you're probably eating outside or in your car. Everything was super fresh and tasty. Nearby corporate burgers cannot compete
google avatar

Carla R.

Yelp
This is a very nice little place . Extremely clean inside . Small eating area, but comfortable. The burgers were good - not the best I've ever had but they were hot , fresh , prepared well and the fries were also hot and fresh . I went with someone who is definitely a burger lover and they commented on the burgers being very good and not greasy. I agree . Give them a try . I would rather spend a couple of bucks here for a burger combo and support local business. The national burger places have raised prices too much and lowered portions to the point that I'm done with the big guys . Shop local and eat local .
google avatar

Carlos Q.

Yelp
Great burger last min choice but well worth it. Drive through took a bit of time but with when they cook the burgers to orders I will happily wait a few extra mins.

Michael L.

Yelp
So this is twice I have pulled up to window and was asked if I had a online order , told the rude young gal no ,she told me it would be a 30 min wait to order from window , not sure what the drive up window and Menus are for , all said last time I will try this place !!!

Yelp
I like to stop here for food to break up the trip between Seattle and Portland. The burgers are made fresh. I like to have the deep fried mushrooms which you can't find everywhere. It's not healthy food but it is comfort food for a long drive. You can drive up and order, sit at a table inside, or eat outside. The staff is friendly and works hard in a small kitchen. This place has been around for years but it is well maintained and clean. The bathroom is small and unique.

Carlos M.

Yelp
My server named Shia was so nice got my food out very quickly she was very polite and one of the best customer service I've ever received in my years of living. She deserves a raise

David J.

Yelp
I'm recently retired now but I always would volunteer for work in Centralia. We're based out of Sumner Wa. I would leave early to get breakfast at Judy's and then Bill and Bea's for lunch or for the long drive back to Sumner at the end of the shift. Now, being retired and living in Puyallup, I'm getting that craving for Bill and Bea's. About an hour drive each way but I got plenty of spare time these days. Bill and Bea's, you're the best!

Dustin M.

Yelp
I had previously rated this place five stars, but I'll never go back. The service is absolutely terrible. I've been waiting over an hour for my food in the drive thru. Two cars in front of us in line when we pulled up. Ordered my food at the window 40 minutes ago. This is on a Monday night, maybe 2 customers inside. What a joke... it's like this anytime you go to the drive thru honestly. They hire the slowest humans they can find instead of an actual line cook who can cook more than one order at once.

Rick P.

Yelp
I love this place! They have been doing smashed burgers before that was a thing. Always great and the gals there always do a great job! My new regular burger joint. Shakes are awesome too!
google avatar

Wayne L.

Yelp
The food and the service here are outstanding! Great burger places are painfully rare in Washington State and this really stands out as one of the better burger places I've been to. I don't know how big chain places can even stay in business around great local businesses like this. The interior is very homey and comfortable and unlike most modern places you won't feel like you're eating in a Sims game.

Yelp
The quest for the best burger in Washington state continued during our stop here. With the classic Americana drive-through charm, this seems like the perfect place to check out. Located about half a mile off the freeway, it was an easy on and off and back on stop. It's a great old school stop with the main window facing the road. They moved us through pretty quickly and everyone was very friendly! We ordered the standard for the summer - a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a Chocolate-PB-Banana shake. First observation- the burger was a total #beefbarge! This thing was huge, like almost circus big! When we bit into it, we were in love - like when your lady orders a burger rather than a salad on a first date, love...true soul depth emotion! The patties were seasoned perfectly, the cheese was excellent and melty, and the bacon was crispy! They even toasted the bun!!! This was one of the top couple burgers we've tried this year (and we've had a lot!). The fries had the same seasoning as the burger and were a delight! That shake was impressive as well. The ratio of delicious burger and Americana was just right! If you love freedom, that Majestic old glory, or just beef - you will not be left wanting!

Yelp
fun old school place! workers are fast and friendly! food is fast and flavorful this is a great place to go if driving from seattle to portland - family owned! keep the small business community strong!

Yelp
Very good basic burger. We went twice on our trip and would go again. We enjoy sitting outside in nice weather!

Yelp
Great burger & we love the atmosphere. Staff is friendly and it was worth the wait. Took it to go but there was space inside and outside to eat.

Yelp
I stopped in for a cheeseburger deluxe, onion rings, and a banana shake today. I was not disappointed. Excellent burger, amazing shake with fresh banana. Really friendly staff.
google avatar

Meredith S.

Yelp
So Yummy. This was a tasty bacon cheeseburger. Very saucy with tons of flavor. Crispy delicious onion rings. Fries are hot. Everything is made to order. Fresh and delicious. No pictures of food since we ate it too fast
google avatar

Heather H.

Yelp
THE BEST! Miss living down the street from here and always stop when passing Centralia on I-5. Tasty meat and great fry sauce and seasonings. Yummy fresh shakes. Crispy fries.. Worth the wait!

Yelp
If you've read my past YELP reviews, you'll note that I'm a fan of hometown, one-of, cafes and burger stands. When you add that the place has been in business for decades, doing nothing different than serving a few things with consistancy and quality, well, that's a formula for success. In Bill and Bea's, I'm in heaven! In business for over 55 years. High quality burgers and other grill food. So simple. Nice staff, clean restrooms. They do have drive through and inside seating. There are also a few tables outside. And the fry sauce is the closest to what I recall the 1960's Artic Circle bringing to the PacNW. Super tasty!! Adding this to my "I Hate Franchises" list

Pam G.

Yelp
1st I would say I used to love this place. Their biscuit and gravy were awesome even though the gravy came from a can (confirmed from family that used to work there) With that being said I will not support a business where the management treats the employees so bad. The husband spends all this time watching the cameras then screams at his staff outside until they cry. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!

Joey E.

Yelp
We got milkshakes and french fries, and the prices were very affordable! Probably cheaper than even eating fast food! Would definitely recommend this place! The medium milkshakes were much larger than I expected!

Jeremy E.

Yelp
I have gone here several times because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. But I after experiencing this last encounter I am convinced I will not be going again. Painfully slow, to an unprofessional degree. Claimed to run out of hash browns at 10am. Also didn't have lunch menu ready to order off of. After ordering I waited 20 min in drive through before I had enough and walked inside just to see people eating food that walked into restaurant after we ordered. I walked away without even getting my money back. This place is unprofessional.
google avatar

Theresa L.

Yelp
Great little gem of a place to grab a burger! Fabulous fries and shakes. You may wait a little but it's worth it since it's made to order.
google avatar

Andruw F.

Yelp
Disappointing to say the least. But not bad by any means. I've just had better. While the burger definitely wasn't bad, I lost interest in it quickly. It's sort of basic, but there was an interesting sauce that, not knowing what it even was, I'd recommend. Good customer service, but it took a lot longer than even I'd have expected for a made to order burger. Good fries, but for only one available size, and that size costing $3.75, it was a very small amount. Where they will win everybody over is their shakes. Their shakes are a reasonable enough price for the quality, which is outstanding. Plus they have more flavor options than you may have expected. My roommate and I both agree that it wasn't bad, was disappointing, and won't be going back. (Although between you and me, I may go back for a shake possibly.) He got a butterscotch and hot fudge shake and didn't hate it. I got my usual chocolate banana shake and actually thought it was pretty good. Surprisingly one of the better shakes I've ever had. Overall the burger's not bad, but is rather original. Fries definitely aren't bad, but they don't give you enough portion and size options. Where they excelled were the above average shakes. (Above average in comparison to the rest of their menu.) I don't see myself ever coming back, unless MAYBE I'm wanting their chocolate banana shake. My roommate and I both unfortunately agree that we'd rather go to other burger joints. Thanks for reading!
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
What a fun burger joint! The food is good and on par with the other burger shacks we have in the area which is speaks well of the restaurant. Pricing is a smidge higher than most and their burgers are a little on the juicy/messy side. Great shakes!
google avatar

Lindsay J.

Yelp
Holy moly what a shock this place was. Stopped here first for burgers, fries and a milkshake and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, some seating inside and really nice staff. Also love that they have a drive thru. Was in town again the other morning and craving a breakfast burrito. Decided to swing by and see if they happened to serve breakfast and of course they did! A large menu too! The burrito might have been the best breakfast burrito Ive ever had. At first I was a bit bummed they only had a ham burrito as I'm usually so-so on ham, but was so glad I tried it anyway. I've been craving another one ever since.
google avatar

Katrina L.

Yelp
I stopped for lunch one day on the recommendation of a coworker. The burger patty is close to a steak burger - not my favorite but Ok. The fries were awesome. The person who took my order gave me an extra large side of attitude - can't say the food was worth another serving of that.

Yelp
I'm not sure if this little gem is featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, but it should be! Located off the road in the little town of Centralia, Washington stands this Drive In. It is your typical old school Drive in, specializing in burgers, shakes, fries and onion rings, oh yeah!! So, they are known for their bacon burgers, however, as I've been pigging out without any gym time, I thought I'd mix it up and be a little healthier?! A Swiss mushroom and onion burger for me, lol! Ah, I knew someone else in my family would order the bacon burger, which they did. In any case, the burger runs around $6-$7 depending on what you choose, comes with fried or onion rings (no extra charge for the OR) and a drink of choice. They also ask you if you want free onions, raw or grilled... yes, please! How awesome is that? The bun is also toasted on both sides! Inside the burger there's some type of signature sauce, relish and pickles. The meat is relatively thick and is also homemade. The sauces are great and they also offer you fry sauce, homemade honey mustard and... a whole bunch of others, but I couldn't remember past those two sauces because that's what I ordered, and they were delish!! This place give Shake Shack and In and Out Burger a run for their money. If you're ever on your way to Oregon from Washington, try this place out! You can call in, walk in or even drive through. It's soooo cute!

Tristan E.

Yelp
This place smacks! The food is classic, vibe is Americana and everything is perfectly seasoned every time. I don't know how we stumbled into this gem, but no matter what time we leave Portland, heading north we stop here if they are open. The burger blows in and out and shake shack out of the water! Chicken sandwich is really good too! Pro-tip, call it in from the 5 when the map says you're 25 minutes away.

Yelp
Hole in the wall, small dining area, but great burgers and really friendly service!
google avatar

Queen M.

Yelp
Always great food! It's overpriced to be honest but the food it still good. Sometimes it's worth waiting the 1 1/2 hours for your food
google avatar

Dun G.

Yelp
Whatever reviews said it's worth the wait must be working there because it's not. Not the worst food ever but certainly not worth an hour wait! Seriously silly. Also the staff was gossiping so loudly I have opinions about the coworkers who aren't there now too haha
google avatar

Leasha C.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. Cute little burger spot. They have a drive thru as well. I got a cheeseburger with shrooms and fries on the side husband got a double cheeseburger and fries before we left we grabbed a small banana shake, hands down my favorite banana shake spot now. It's a bit of a drive for us coming from Oly but so totally worth it. We'll be back!
google avatar

Jake J.

Yelp
Good food kinda in the middle of nowhere I really did enjoy my shake and burger here approved
google avatar

Jackie T.

Yelp
Great old fashion hamburger stand. Always good service. Food fresh. A go to for sure.

Lisa F.

Yelp
Fantastic little burger spot, sooooo much better than BurgerVille! The fresh raspberry milkshakes in summer are divine. Great, friendly service and a wonderful down home feel. If you're tired of corporate burgers, this is the place to go!
