I just came from here and the food was not good at all. I ordered the fried chicken, brisket, fries, and a lemonade. I decided to get the 4 piece chicken: 2 breasts and 2 wings, even though there was an upcharge for specifying chicken pieces. But they gave us some strange looking thighs. These were overcooked and extremely dry. The amount of breading was ridiculous, considering that there was barely any meat on it. The brisket was barely ok. I would recommend Smokey Mo's or Agape. The brisket's flavor was lacking and just not good. The fries were ok, but they tasted like they were fried in chicken grease. And they included a biscuit, but that thing was so dry, it was ridiculous. Overall, just avoid this place, unless you only want a good lemonade.

I went through the drive-thru on what seemed to be a busy morning. I was unsure of what to order, but a fantastic employee named Emily recommended the bacon, which she said she loved. Thanks to her, I decided on a delicious egg and bacon taco! Highly recommend!

Paid for 18 tacos. When I got to work and passed them out, they gave me nothing but a tortilla and 1 slice of anemic bacon. For $2! The worst part was their manager Kailee that refused to fix their mistake and replace the order. I will never use them again. I was very loyal to them, but her attitude was shocking and she clearly doesn’t care about her customers. Thank you for your response Bill Millers, but I want to be clear. I tried the correct path for help. Called the manager immediately. Treated terribly. Submitted a complaint online with contact info (which clearly states someone would contact me in 24 hours, but still nothing 72 hours later), and called and left a message at corporate and still nothing 72 hours later. Responding to social media doesn’t count. Sorry.

While traveling from west texas we decided to go to one of our favorite restaurants growing up as a kid. I was so disappointed with the food we received from the drive through. We asked for no sour cream on my daughter’s baked potato and ranch with her salad. Well they decided to put the sour cream on the potato and not give us any dressing for our salad. Then we didn’t receive any pickles and onions for our 2 sandwiches. The sandwich isn’t the same without pickle and onions in my opinion. I hadn’t had bill millers for over half and year so I decided to call and make a complaint. The manager who was on duty was an Anthony Santos and he seemed bothered by me calling. I understand it was during the dinner rush but my sons and daughters dinner was ruined please take the time to hear me out. I was super offended when he cut me short and tried to offer me one free meal. Not one apology about how his employees made multiple mistakes. I understand you’re busy but please don’t cut me short with a bogus offer of $8. 3 of my 4 meals weren’t correct. A huge part of why we take our food to go is so my kids won’t make a mess in his restaurant. If I would have ate there the meal would have been amazing however the Togo didn’t work out. Please check your bags before leaving this location, just because you pay for it doesn’t mean they will place it in your bag. The manager definitely was too busy to talk but he’s probably busy fixing all his employees mistakes. Very disappointed

Stopped by for lunch today. I got the #8 combo (Rancher Plate) with sweet tea. The sausage was really tasty! The chicken could’ve been seasoned a little better but it was still really good. My wife got the brisket and she liked it very much. My wife also liked the bread at the condiment bar. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. It was a great visit and we look forward to coming back.

Had the worst customer service from this franchise ever. I go to bill miller almost everyday. The lady the line the call her ms Monica I believe was so rude. I explained my food was not portioned as I order 3 tacos because I’m hungry. She give me tacos full of potatoes so I asked for more eggs and she said no it comes with one scoop. I explained the portion size was small and she just kept refusing to accommodate my order so I asked for someone else to help me. Jennifer came to the register to help and gave a portion of eggs inside of the hot sauce cup. This was really rude and I feel like Jennifer carried the same energy as Monica. The manger did come over and asked to remake my tacos. I refused as at this point I don’t even want to eat the tacos and allow the energy that was made with these tacos to enter my body. Poor customer serve for a nice franchise. I hope someone talks to these two employees about the importance of customer service. I will never eat at this location again.

JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE BBQ DONE RIGHT. Bill Miller never disappoints. Remember 30 years ago when BBQ was regular food...no hype...no celebrity pit masters...no ridiculously high prices. Remember getting brisket with a nice bark and smoke ring...remember pork ribs were bite perfect...remember sausage that had fat and texture. Well that's what you get at Bill Miller BBQ at any one of their locations. Find the nearest one to you, pack up the family and get ready to step back 30 years and enjoy.

Visited on 10/26/22 about 6:30pm: Service was friendly. All food was ok for me. Nothing really stood out nor was terrible. I tried the Rodeo Plate with brisket, sausage and chicken. Sides were pinto beans, mac n cheese and potatoe salad. Tried the 3 tacos as well: brisket, bean n cheese and carne guisada. For dessert I tried the lemon meringue pie. If your in the area and craving bbq, this is a maybe. If don't want to drive far, still a maybe.
