Cute place for sure with friendly service and delicious treats! The chocolate chip cookies were soooo delicious. Im craving them now 😆 and my kids really enjoyed the chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. The man working was very friendly and helped my daughter out, she was excited to going and order herself for the first time, she's q 11 ❤️

It is a quaint and very family friendly atmosphere. Prepare to see lots of cheap toys and some novelty candies in the front of the shop. (The children may go crazy for those before they even see the baked goods!) We enjoyed the gentleman working there...he was kind and very engaging with the family. The treats were perfectly delicious. We REALLY enjoyed being able to sit outside the shop on the family zone, complete with hulahoops, books, and shade! Thanks for having us and being an enjoyable stop in Cleveland. I only wish they were open after 5pm, when most people are ready to go out with family after work.

I go to Billie's weekly. I seriously can't decide if the desserts or the people are better! The cookies and cupcakes are phenomenal. But Billie and Brent really bring the place to life! They are always smiling and cheerful and you can tell they love what they do! They're also extremely personable and easy going. Going to Billie's has become my favorite weekly experience. It's a must now!!

The perfect place to curb your sweet tooth... Cupcakes, cookies, candy, soda, and the owner said ice cream will be coming soon. Unfortunately she isn't on any delivery service like door dash or Uber eats, but the business is just starting off, so it could be in the future. Vintage candies and home made cookies, cupcakes, and cakes made all from scratch. You can call for special orders if you like one particular thing, and the owner will try to have it ready for you. I recommend this cute little sweet treat store you will not be disappointed.

This vintage candy shop is a true gem in Downtown Cleveland. My favorite treat is Billie’s cupcakes! They are so good! The store is clean, inviting, and a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and make new friends. There’s also plenty of parking which makes it so easy to visit.
